Richmond Dinh's $35,000 mastermind got 50 coach applications in three days by engineering an environment where people want to buy. He used three tactics: building belonging, teaching through stories instead of steps, and showing genuine concern for clients' interests.

We just had over 50 coaches apply for my $35,000 mastermind. That equates to over $1.5 million in potential revenue. We're only halfway through day 3, and so we're probably gonna end up with 100 applications, which is a potential of $3 million in revenue. Now, the number one rule in selling is to create an environment for them to want to buy. Now, everybody wants to buy. Everybody loves a shopping spree. If I gave you $1 million and I said, here's an hour and go spend money, you're gonna be the happiest person alive. So there are 3 things we do to create the experience for our clients. Number one, we create unity within the group. If they feel like they belong in the group, then they're more likely to buy. The second thing is when we deliver content, we just don't deliver it like a uni lecturer and here's step 1, step 2, step 3, ABC. We share stories and metaphors and analogies and take them on a journey so the education feels fun. And when they're learning and having fun at the same time, it puts them into this heightened state, which is the environment for them to want to buy. And then the third and final thing, which is the most important thing, is they need to feel like you have their best interests at heart. And that needs to be a sincere feeling that comes from you genuinely wanting to serve them at the highest level. When you create those 3 things, you are creating an environment where they feel like they want to buy and they enjoy the process. And that's how we got over 50 applications to our $35K Inner Circle Mastermind.
