Richmond Dinh charged one client $5,000 for a five-day coaching challenge, sold 100 "shadow seats" at $97 each to watch the sessions, then pitched $100,000 to the client and $25,000 to the observers. Total revenue: $290,000 from a single engagement.

The other one, which we've been teaching, which we talked about shadowing just before we started, this was. And this is how. This is how I made $290,000 from one. From one tiny challenge. So I got a participant who said, hey, I'm doing a tiny challenge. I need. I need someone to volunteer. And everyone's like, of course. Who wouldn't want, like, one on one with you? You know, especially if you've been in industry for a while. And so I charged her $5,000 and I did a one on one tiny challenge on her. And then at the end, I pitched her 100k offer, and she said, yes, but here's what I did. I sold shadow seeds to my list and I said, who would like to watch me coach Darlene? Her name was Darlene. One on one on a tiny challenge for five days. And you see how I run one. So you can model it and do the same. And at the end, I'm going to allow you answer some questions and do some Q and A at the end as well, so you can, you know, learn what I'm doing and you can convert that in your tiny challenge. And So I sold 100 seats at $97 each. And then when I pitched my 100k offer to Darlene, I did a 25k pitch to 100 people in the room.
So that's how I scaled a tiny challenge through having shadow seating.
