How To Build an Online Course in Under 57 minutes using AI

In this live‑recorded training, Richmond Dinh walks viewers through his "8‑Peat" system for creating, launching, and eventually delegating online courses, emphasizing how AI can handle most of the heavy lifting. He begins by diagnosing the audience’s lack of a course and the confidence issues that block marketing and sales. He then shares his personal track record – eight consecutive successful courses generating over $28 million in revenue – and uses this credibility to introduce the 8‑Peat framework, which is broken into three pillars: (1) Course Design (clear outline, defined outcome, consumption format), (2) Delivery (a "blue‑line" pathway, support mechanisms, accountability structures), and (3) Delegation (scaling after hitting six‑figure revenue). Throughout the session he provides concrete AI prompts for market research, niche discovery, problem‑desire extraction, and rapid curriculum generation (e.g., a 6‑week program for single moms created in under 20 minutes). He demonstrates how to craft market‑to‑message‑matched outcome statements, price the offer, and use messaging to outrank brand reputation. He also supplies a linked workbook, platform recommendations (free hosting, Facebook groups), and a step‑by‑step guide to setting up a course community. The training is highly interactive, with live chat polls, Q&A, and real‑time feedback, and he promises personal replies to every comment. The overall purpose is to give coaches a repeatable, AI‑augmented process that lets them build a sellable online course in under an hour, while also providing the mindset and support structures needed for sustained success.

In this video, you're going to have a fully built-out online course using AI to do most of the heavy lifting for you. I'll be sharing with you exactly what prompts to use and how to structure it and how to make it actually good so that it builds your brand and that your clients get great results. The video is a real recording of a live training I ran, and the workbook is linked in the comments below. And because my channel is still relatively small, I will personally reply to every single question in the comments. So if you've been stuck on where to start with an online course. Let's get straight into it. Cool, so you guys are in for a treat because AI is changing so fast, and what I taught in this training 6 months ago is not going to be what I'm teaching today because the world is changing so fast. So if you've been to one of my trainings before, welcome back. If you haven't, you're in for a treat because I updated this last night on what's working best to create your course online. So go ahead, type in the chat screen Are you here because you don't have a course yet and you need clarity on how to do it? Or you do have a course but you're not sure if it's that good and you want to use AI to help make your current course better? Or maybe the third category is you've had courses before but you're creating a brand new one. So where are we at? Okay, we need clarity. Don't have one yet. Don't want to have clarity. Don't have— whoa, wow, you guys don't have a course yet. One person or two people, a brand new course, no course yet. Most of you do not have a course yet. Cool. And how is that a problem for you? Is that stopping you from marketing? Is it stopping you from putting out offers out there? Is it stopping you from actually trying to sell your coaching service and products because you're not sure what to sell because you don't have something to deliver? Is that the problem that's causing you because you don't have one, or is it something else? No confidence in marketing. Yes, yes, yes, yes. Very cool, very cool, very cool. Okay, well, you're definitely in the right place. Now, before we get started, if you have a family, I want to highly encourage all of you pull out your phone, message your family, say thank you for letting me be crazy and learn this thing called AI and learn this thing called coaching and learn this thing creating a course. Because your family probably thinks that you're crazy, but if you thank them, at least they're going to feel appreciated. And maybe here you're— you're— someone's looking after your kids, someone's looking after your parents, someone's looking after something like that. So make sure you send a message to thank them. My wife is looking after our kids and all that kind of stuff, so make sure you thank them. So now is the best time more than ever to sell courses and information online, more than just information. But really, in today's world, people are more willing to cut a check for Spade to trade their hard-earned money to extract your advice that you've got experience from, and they don't want to learn it themselves. If we said that 10 years ago, oh my gosh, I got to coach people, you're weird. But now it's weird if you don't have one. Now it's weird if you don't pay for advice. Now it's weird if you don't try to look something up to get there faster. And so now's the best time, and there's stats on that. You can look this up online that the coaching industry is booming right now, and all the stats are available online here. So it's not just me making these numbers up, but it is getting double-digit growth year on year for the last 10 years, and it's tipped to double in the next 5 years. And so if you're thinking if this is an industry for you to make money in, 100%, it is an industry for you to make money in. How many of you recognize This person here, show of hands if you recognize who this person here. Yep, arguably the GOAT, arguably. 6 championship rings, never been repeated. Tom Brady in NFL, 7 championship rings, never been repeated, 7-peat. Today I want to share with you what an 8-peat looks like. And so why am I qualified to share with you what we're about to share with you today? Because since I started my coaching business 9 years ago, I used to be an optometrist in a 3x2 room for 10 years testing eyes, which is clearer, 1 or 2, 1 or 2, 1 or 2, for 10 years. That was me in a job that I love. No, I didn't love it. No one loves being optometrist, and that's why I transitioned to coaching, because I just wanted to do something more fulfilling. And since then we've built up multi, multi 8 figures in revenue in our business. But more than that, we've launched 8 courses, 8 courses since 9 years ago, and 0 of them have failed. When I mean 0 have failed, all of them have made 6 figures or more. Some have made 7 figures. So it's not like I've launched 100 courses and 8 did really well, although that would be a great result. And if you launched 100 courses and 8 crushed it and you made tens of millions of dollars, then you wouldn't be upset about it. But we've only launched 8. And 8 have become successful. I want to share with you the 8-peat formula. So 8 courses in a row. My first course was a life coaching course. It was called Bamboo Life Coaching, made almost $500,000. My second course was Passion to Profits because every other life coach started coming to me saying, Richmond Dinh, how are you making money? So I designed a course on how I made money as a life coach that made $600,000. Then this funny thing called COVID hit, so we had to pivot our course and make Passion to Profits 2.0 that made over $2.5 million. Then we have our NLP Pro Coach Certification, which is on $1.28 million. We have an NLP Masters, which is on $3.5 million. We have a 0.1 Inner Circle, which is my $35K Inner Circle, which has made almost $10 million. This is all cash collected, by the way. And then my 0.1 Platinum Inner Circle has made almost $7 million. And then we launched our most recent one, which is the Underdog Academy Tiny Challenge Program, which has made $3.75 million. So total, we have collected over $28 million online. And here's the evidence. This is a screenshot of my Stripe account last year. And you can see that last year alone, just last year, we collected over $9 million in our business. This is from Stripe. This is excluding PayPal, Venmo, direct transfers, all that. So last year we collected over $10 million. Not saying this to brag. I'm saying this because there's a lot of people that could say this but not prove it. And I just want to reassure you're all in the right place. I'm a very humble person. I don't like to wear fancy things. I still skimp on very basic foods and all that kind of— I'm just a poor kid that has money now. That's how I grew up. And so I want to share with you that you're in the right place. And this was me 9 years ago. So if you're wondering if this is possible for you, 100%, because everybody write this down: business is a learnable skill. Sales is a learnable skill. Marketing is a learnable skill. Creating a course is a learnable skill. And it's easier to learn it now more than ever because of AI. And as good as those results are, we have literally helped thousands— not hundreds, but thousands— of coaches like you launch and sell their coaching courses online. Every year we give out 50 of these awards of our students going from $0 to $100K. Every single year, about 50 of these awards. In fact, I'm giving out another dozen next week. Another dozen next week. And here's just some evidence from our students here. So I'm just going to share some evidence. Just so you know that you're in the right place, particularly if this is the first time you've come into our world right now. I think this is really important to share. So that's pretty— have you guys seen enough? Yeah, I'm going to keep on going through. All right, give me a thumbs up if you guys have seen enough evidence here that you're in the right place. Very, very cool. Keep on going. Okay, so what did all of them have in common? What they all started out without a course, very much like you guys, and they didn't know what they were doing, they didn't have the confidence. What you guys were typing in the chat screen, imposter syndrome, what if I get found out, what if I can't answer a question, what if they don't love it, what if they ask for a refund, where do I even start? All these things go on, but they had one thing that they all had in common, and really, if all you got was one thing out of this, it's this message here. Every single person here, it would be my guess that you're here because you're transitioning into a new season or a new chapter in your life. Would that be a fair assumption right now? New season, new chapter, cool. Now I don't know what caused that to happen for you. It could be trauma, it could be going through a divorce, it could be a health scare, it could be getting laid off from work, it could be something else, but you're here for a new season and every single person that we've helped, they entered this new season because they had the one core belief, the one core belief that they had a message worthy to share. How many of you believe that you have a message inside of you that's worthy to share to the world and the world must hear it? How many believe that? 100%. And that means the stronger that you believe that this message is worthy to share, the easier it is for you to get out of your own way. Imposter becomes irrelevant, perfectionism becomes irrelevant, the fear of judgment becomes irrelevant because you really believe that what you have to share. If you really think about it, how many of you have had someone knock on your door to preach the word of the Lord, preach God, preach the Bible? Who's ever like experienced that before? Or maybe you're walking the street and someone's trying to preach you The Bible. Now, if you think about it, they are facing so much rejection every single day. But the reason why they do it is because they believe in what they are doing. They believe in the message of the Bible. Is this all making sense? I'm not trying to— this is not a sermon or anything like that. But imagine you had that much conviction in what your message was, then rejection wouldn't become a problem and you would just continue preaching it. Is this all making sense? So you must believe that you have a message worthy to share, and it doesn't mean you have to impact millions of lives, but if your message can help 100 people, how many think that would make a difference, right? And 100 people paying you $1,000 each is a $100,000 business. It is that easy, 100%. So who's ready to learn the system, the 8-peat system? I'm just going to go deep dive right into right now. Big caveat, use it for you to get paid. Use it for your business to make money. Do not plagiarize, do not pass it of your own. It's not a quick rich scheme. It's how to get paid quick but not get rich quick. So give me a thumbs up if you guys are cool with that. Make sure you guys are cool with that. Excellent, nice. The only thing we ask is just take action on everything we share with you today. I'm also going to cover at the end of this training here because I get a lot of questions, okay, now that I know how to create my course, Richmond Dinh Dinh, which platform should I host it on? So I'm going to show you which platform to host it on and there's a cool one working best right now and it's free. And in my opinion, it's the best one when you're getting started. I'll also do some live Q&A as well because you may have some questions so make sure if you've got some questions, you go ahead, type it in, my team will get those questions, screenshot it and send it to me just so I don't miss any. So if you do have questions as I'm going through, just type it in or you can save it to the end. So I'm going to go straight into the 8P System right now. This is the same system that we use to launch and succeed in 8 courses in a row without fail. And if we were to launch a 9th course, I'll be using this exact same system and I'll be very confident it will succeed because it succeeded 8 times in a row beforehand. So there's 3 categories to be conscious of when you are creating and launching a course. Number 1, the course design matters a lot. Now if you love Apple, type in Apple. If you love Apple, type in Apple. I know not everyone loves Apple If you love Apple, type in Apple. I actually don't use Apple. It's not because I hate Apple, because I find it confusing to use, so I use my Android. But Apple— my wife uses Apple and the phone just looks better. It looks nicer. It's better designed. Design matters. The second thing you want to focus on is how you deliver your course. Delivery matters, whether it's one-on-one, group, how they get the information, how it's packaged and delivered. Also matters. If you buy a product and it comes in a nice box and it's delivered well to you, that matters a lot. And then the third thing is how do you delegate? I'm not going to talk about this third thing much today because the delegation part is at some point when you're launching your course, it's going to be you delivering it, probably up until about $100,000 of revenue. And then after that, you'll hire a head coach, you'll automate it, you'll evergreen it, all that kind of stuff there too. But definitely in the first part of you launching this, it's highly likely that you are going to be delivering it. But at some point, once you're around the 6-figure mark, you want to start delegating it. So I'm not going to talk about delegation because most of you are probably not on 6 figures yet. Is that okay if I kind of leave that part out for now and focus on the first 2 that matters most? Cool. So 3 parts of about a clear design. Every great course has a clear outline, very much like if you were to buy a book Right, if you were to buy a book and you open up, one of the first chapters in the book is the table of contents. That's the outline of the book. So every great course has a clear outline. Every great course also then has a clear outcome. So by the end of the course, what is going to be the results they are expected to achieve? Or, and when they finish the book, what's going to be the results they expected to achieve by finishing reading that book? And then finally, the type of consumption. So is the course going to be delivered one-on-one group, on a portal? Is it going to be live in person? Is it going to be in a book? Is it going to be in an audiobook? Like, what's the way they are going to consume it? How long is it going to be? Is it going to be 6 weeks, 12 weeks, 6 months, 12 months? What's the consumption method? When you put those 3 things together strategically, you have a great design course. Is this making sense so far? Show of hands, raise your hand on screen if this is making sense. I'm going to go deep dive in all of this And here's the good news: I'm going to teach you how to fish, but then I'm going to give you the fish because I'm just going to give you the prompts. Is that cool with everyone here? I'm just going to give you the prompts. So I want to teach you how to think about it first because it wouldn't be serving you if I just gave you the prompts and then you have to rely on me for the rest of your life, which sounds good in theory but not really that good for you. So I want you to learn how to fish, but then I'll just give you the fish. Now, when it comes to delivery 3 things you want to think about in delivery. Number 1, what is the clear pathway, the map to success? Every great course has a map. Number 2, what does support look like? Because people will get lost on the map, so how do they get support when they get lost? And number 3, what kind of accountability looks like? Is it group accountability? Is it one-on-one accountability? Is it Messenger accountability? Those 3 things give you great delivery. Now when it comes to delegation, I won't talk too much about that, but in case anyone wants to know, These are the 3 things about building a community, leadership pathway, and then how to clone you. So that's the entire 8-peat system. Are you guys ready to go deeper into these categories so you can walk out of here today with supreme confidence of how to deliver and create a course? Who's okay with that right now? Show of hands. Very, very cool. By the way, if you just joined us and you don't have the workbook, you can scan this QR code. It'll take you to the workbook, or our crew will drop it right now. Thank you, crew. So The secret 8-peat system can be used for a one-on-one coaching program. It can be used for a group coaching program. It can be used for evergreen course, mastermind program, certification courses, virtual events and workshops. It can be used for challenges. It can definitely be used for school teachers as well, like Katie Godden, who's a school teacher from full-time coach— from school teacher to full-time coach. She was unfulfilled earning $60,000 a year. NLP coach for health and wellness, no name, massive outsider, went from zero to $610K in 32 months and she has 2 kids all whilst having type 1 diabetes. That's why she's a health and wellness coach. That's her sending me a message there, sending me her revenue there. So that's a bit of evidence there. Now, the teaching part, fish part. When you're creating a course, you want to think of it exactly like planning a holiday. This is important because most of you have more than enough information to get started. In fact, the world we live in right now, there's probably too much information. So not knowing is not an excuse because you probably know too much. That's probably the reason why, because it's overwhelming now. So it's not about having not enough information, it's probably having too much information, not knowing where to start. Start. But if we think about creating a course like a holiday, then you're going to launch courses faster, quicker, and more effectively. So if you wanted to plan a holiday, for example, actually go ahead, type in the chat screen what's a holiday destination that you want to go to, whether you've been there before or you've never been there before. Go ahead, type in the chat screen. My personal favorite place is Hawaii. Oh my gosh, we got a few Hawaiis in there. Okay, yes, go Hawaii! I'm from Sydney, Australia. I don't know, I love Hawaii, my wife loves it, my kids love it. Italy, chat screen's going crazy. Africa, Greece, Maldives, Italy, okay, USA, lots of Dubai, alright, Pennant Hills, come on, come on Peter, Pennant Hills, you're funny. Fiji, okay, cool. Antarctica, Australia. Okay, cool. Let's stick with— let's just say, um, Costa Rica. I see Costa Rica there. Okay, Costa Rica. Let's just say I wanted to plan— I wanted to go to Costa Rica for a holiday. I've never been, so this is a good example. There's probably going to be at least 3 or 4 or 5 things that I need to be clear on first before I commit to booking my flights to Costa Rica. For example, I'll give you an example and then I'd love to encourage you to go ahead, type in chat screen, what else would you need to know to book that holiday? So for example, I would be checking my passport to see if it's still valid. So I need to know whether I've got enough, like, expiry date on my passport. So that's the first thing before I book any flights, I wanna make sure my passport is valid. Show of hands, like, that makes sense? Like, that's the first thing, cool. What else do I need to know before I book my flights to Costa Rica? What else do I need to know? Let me give you another one while you guys are typing that in. I probably need to know— I've never been to Costa Rica, but I don't know if I need to take any tetanus shots or malaria shots or some sort of shots to get there, because you know how some countries they recommend you got to take some sort of shots to get there, otherwise you don't want to catch malaria or whatever the case is, right? So I don't know if I need to take that, so I need to find out where I need to take that kind of shots to go to that particular country. What else do we have? Uh, safety, war. Yeah, now in the time we live, make sure there's no war. I get vaccinations. Yes, visa. Yes, uh, Chan— Chandi, visa. You need— I need to know if I need a visa. Now some countries like China, it takes 6 months to get a visa. So I'm like, I better find out how long it's going to take me to get a visa. What's the visa application process? Yes, a currency. Maybe, maybe not in the world we live in right now where we need to worry about the currency, but maybe. But that's a good one too. What else? If I'm working full-time, I'll probably need to check with my boss if I can actually take the time off during the time I want to go. Is that fair too? Like, I just can't like book a flight and say, hey boss, I need to leave now. It's like, no, you can't, that's our busiest time. So I need to check with my boss. I also, if it's a destination which requires like, you know, certain weather, then I want to make sure the weather's good. Because if I'm going somewhere for snow, I want to make sure there's snow there. If I'm going somewhere tropical, I wanna make sure it's not monsoon season and it's good season. So if I know all these things, then I'm ready to book my flights. Passport, visa, weather, whether I can take time off work, any vaccinations, maybe currency, maybe war. But these things are more than enough for me to know before I commit to booking my flights. Now, why am I sharing this with you? Because do I need to know which hotel I'm staying at before I book my flights? No. Do I need to know what time the Uber is going to come the day before when I book the Uber? No, I don't even need to know that. Do I even need to know what the itinerary looks like? Do I need to know what seat on the plane I'm sitting on? Do I need to know what meals I'm going to be served? Do I need to know what the time zone difference is? I don't need to know I don't need any of that to book my flights. Now, how many of you— do I need to know what to pack? No. How many— type in the chat screen, when do you normally pack for a holiday? There's going to be some people here night before, day before, but there's some people a week before, whatever, 72 hours before. Chat screen is going wild. Day before, a week before. Cool. Because I travel so much, I'm a day before person, sometimes the morning of, because I travel so much. But see, now I don't need to know that. Now, do I need to know how many shorts I need to bring? Do I need to know how many undies I need to bring? Do I need— I didn't need to know if I bring the jacket. I'll figure that out maybe closer to date, but I can book my flights now. How's this relevant to your course? Because most people, when they're designing a course, they think they need to know what they need to pack and what hotel they need to book and all the little things first before they figure out the big things. We call this perfectionism. Oh, but I'm not— I don't even know what I'm going to deliver on call number 1. I don't even know what the homework looks like. I don't even know how to get clients. I don't even— but those things don't even matter. The only thing that matters is the design, clear outcome, clear outline, consumption, and then what the delivery looks like in terms of support, accountability, clear pathway. You got those things, then you can start launching your course. Everything else doesn't matter. What if they ask this question? Well, that doesn't matter. It's almost like saying, what if I go there and it rains? Well, you figure it out and get an umbrella. You don't need to worry about whether it's going to rain when you get there, and no one packs an umbrella when they go anyway. They figure it out if it rains there, then they get a raincoat or get an umbrella or get something waterproof. Is this all making sense? But when it comes to creating a course, it's like, I need to have everything before I book my flights. No, book your flights first and then you figure everything else because everything flows through from there. Some people don't even book a hotel. I think that's crazy, but I understand that some people love adventure. But the opposite happens with a course. And so what does the passport look like when we're designing our course? The passport is probably the most important piece of information you need when you're flying overseas. True? That's probably the most important. If you lose a passport overseas, you're gone, you're done. Never lose your passport. I almost did once and I freaked out. That's your who. Your passport is your who. So once you've figured out who you're serving, passport's done. Everybody write this down. Your niche is not attached to you. You're allowed to change it. So once you decide on who, you're done. By the way, if any of you are struggling to decide on who you're serving, I'm going to give all— this is not a niche masterclass, but I'm going to give all of you a 240-word prompt to put into AI so you can figure out your niche. It's going to interview you, ask about your backstory, all that kind of stuff. Ask you a few questions, and then in about 10 minutes after interviewing you and understanding your context, it'll have an I help statement and a niche design for you. 240-word prompt. Is that valuable for everyone here? I'm just going to give that to you. I'll give it to you, but this is the passport's first thing, so we won't do that now, but I'll just give it to you.
Cool.
So hang around for that. If I forget, make sure you remind me. I'm sure no one's gonna— no, everyone's gonna remind me on that, so I'll definitely give that to you. So your niche is not a tattoo, but once you figure out your who, your passport's set. Because then the next two things are going to be now you know who you're serving, your current location is the problem they're at, and that's now knowing whether or not you need a visa. Because once you know who you're serving, you can figure out what's their biggest problem, and you want to know where they want to be, what's the promise. And now once you know that, that's like knowing the weather. So now by just figuring out your who, you've got the three biggest components sorted out. Where they are, where they want to be, just like booking a holiday. So that's the principle. Now I'm just going to give you the fish. Is it cool if I just give you the fish? I'm going to give you a prompt based on these things now. Now don't try to write down this prompt because it's very long, and if you miss a word— you know how you miss a word or miss a sentence, it just changes the whole prompt— just take a photo of it or screenshot this. This is not in your workbook. Pull out your phone, take a photo or screenshot it. It's not in your workbook, okay? So here's the prompt. Act as a world-class market research strategist who specializes in helping coaches create high-converting online programs. I'm a— insert your who— life coach working with single moms. I use life coach single moms as an example, okay? Your task is to extract the most commercially valuable insights about this audience so I can Create an offer people will actually pay for. You know, in the past you, you have to interview your ideal clients, but now you just use AI, which is crazy good. Please provide the top 5 most urgent and emotional painful problems they have. Rank them. Please provide the top 5 most desired outcomes they want. Rank them. For both problems and desires, include the exact words or phrases they use, what they have already tried that hasn't worked, What they secretly might fear if nothing changes. If you love this prompt, type in love. Love this prompt, type in love. And here's my suggestion, actually, um, love, love, love. Very cool. What AI are you using? Which AI are you gonna put this in? Are you gonna put in ChatGPT or Claude? My personal preference is Claude. Trust me, it's way better. If you're not using Claude, it is so good. I've done it in both. Claude is 100 times better, but If you want to use chat, just use chat. Cool. What are you guys using right now? What are you guys using right now? Claude, Claude, Claude. Cool. Yeah, Gemini. I haven't tried Gemini, but that's good. Grammarly. Cool. All of them. So I put this in Claude, but you can put in whatever you want to use. Here's the answer. It's phenomenal. It gave me 5 points of the biggest problems, chronic overwhelm and never-ending exhaustion. Now, my mom was a single mom of 4 boys. If someone told me, Richmond Dinh, is this the problems your mom had? I'm like, how did you know? She was overwhelmed all the time. Single mom of 4 boys, migrating to Australia, no English, no education, no money. Very stressed. Identity loss and invisible self, financial stress and scarcity mindset, mom guilt, feeling like she's failing the kids. She felt that a lot. Loneliness and lack of support. And even the words, in their own words, Doing everything alone with no end in sight. She's mom, employee, she's, she's mom, employee, everything but not herself. One unexpected bill away from crisis. The inner critic that never turns off. Isolated, misunderstood, and running solo. And then you can expand those tabs and it gives you even more context as well. So now we've got the problems that single moms face from that prompt. And even though I'm not a single mom If someone said Richmond Dinh, your mom go through these problems, I'm like, how did you know? It is so on point. It's pretty cool. Now the desires ranked as well. Feeling— here's what they want. Feeling calm, in control, emotional peace and her baseline not a luxury, financial confidence and stability, being present, patient, joyful mom, a clear vision and goals for just her, a real community and feeling understood, women who get it and proof that she's not alone. This is Gold. If you're coaching single moms, you have your marketing message dialed in like crazy. Everybody understand this, the only reason why your, your content does not get reached is the message is not landing with the audience because the algorithm now will pick up the message to the audience that the audience wants to hear. It's not based on followers anymore, it's based on the messaging. And now AI can help us with the messaging. So first of all, is this useful? Show of hands if you guys find this useful, valuable. Excellent. Great. Who's a first-timer here, by the way? Is this your first time attending one of my trainings? Cool. Is this— yeah, cool. Okay, cool. I'm glad, I'm glad, I'm glad, I'm glad this is your first experience. Cool. Now I'm going to give you the prompt for the next one. So these are multi-layered prompts. That's the first prompt to get clear on, okay, you've decided your who, the biggest problem, biggest desire ranked. Now we're gonna add this next prompt. So I didn't want to give you like a 1,000-word prompt and put it all at once. We need to build on this. And so here's the next prompt. The next prompt is this. So take a screenshot of this. Using the known problems and desires of this audience, design a 6-week online coaching program outline. So I've used 6 weeks as an example, because most of you will probably have a version of a 6-week prompt— I mean 6-week course. So I've used an example but you could use 6 months, you could use 12 months but I've used 6 weeks as an example. But outline is a keyword because that's part of a great design that they will be excited to pay for and complete. Your task is to create a 6-week course outline. Each one has this. For each week include topic, what they'll learn, What they'll implement. Ensure the structure builds momentum, starts quickly, avoid generic da da da. Cool. So that's the prompt in a nutshell, but here's the answer, which is wild. So this I literally built last night and refined because AI's getting better. And, and I put in these prompts, the prompts didn't change, but I put in these prompts and I had a whole course for single moms in less than 20 minutes. It was wild. It was wild. Here's the answer. Even gave a name, the Reclaim Her. What a name for single moms. Reclaim Her: From Surviving to Finally Thriving. I don't know if you guys agree, but is it just me? Is the name Reclaim Her a great name for a 6-week course for single moms? Wow. Reclaim Her. Ah, I would buy that for my mom. Unfortunately, my mom's not here anymore, but I know she's watching, but Jeez, I would buy that for my mom. 6-week coaching program for single moms, and you can click each week and it gives you each week. Week 1 is Foundation, Week 2 Energy, Week 3 Identity, Mindset, Vision, Rise, right? And when you go deeper into each week, it was— it looks something like this. So, so Week 1, Stop Waiting. Week 2, Energy. Week 3, Identity. Week 4, Mindset. Week 5, Vision. Week 6— and it gave you the whole outline with what they'll learn, what they'll expect, the result by the end of the week. It basically gave the whole course in from that prompt there. This whole thing was generated in like 2 minutes. It was nuts. So there you have it. Congratulations. You have your passport, your visa. You know the weather's good. Tick, tick, tick. We're more than halfway there of launching our course. Who can see this right now? You're more than halfway there. Of launching your course, which means we've done this part here. We've got the clear outcome done. Clear outcome, the course done. 6 weeks done. Everything done. I want to talk about the clear outline now. Well, now I want to talk about the clear outcome. Sorry, that was the outline done. Excuse me, that was the outline done. I want to talk about the outcome. So the whole outline of your course is done. I want to talk about the outcome. How many of you recognize one of these brands here? Lysol, Dettol, cool. Now disinfectant spray, totally get it. If you're environmentally friendly, these are going to destroy the environment, so let's not even talk about that. But I want to talk about why this is important. So I used to use, I used to use this a lot, right? In Australia, we call it Glen 20. I used to use it a lot because I was an optometrist, and in the clinic, we would have to spray clean the chairs, all that kind of stuff. And so I had some at home as well. And during, during, um, the pandemic, uh, when the laws got a bit looser and we could have people over our home, my brother like wanted everything disinfected. And I'm like, okay, sure. So in respect to him, I ran out of this. So I went to the supermarket to buy some more just to disinfect our house. And at the supermarket— so this one here is called Glen 20. It says kills 99.9 9% of germs. And at the supermarket, I saw an identical bottle, identical bottle, but this one here said kills 99.9% of germs. And I know you can't see that because the tab's small, but it says including COVID-19 virus. Type in the chat screen which one you're buying. The one that just says kills 99% or the one that says kills 99% including COVID-19 virus? The COVID one, for sure. And I wondered when I got home, what was the difference? They invented a new formula. I know, yeah, JB's like, he knows it. I looked at it, I'm not even kidding, I wish you could see this because it's in the small print in the ingredients. It's exactly the same ingredients, exactly the same. And you know what the funny thing is? Now that I know it's the same, if I went back to buy some more, I'm still buying the COVID-19 one. I don't know why. Is that true? Who's with me on this one? Like, right? Because it's got a perfect market-to-message match. Now these are well-known brands, but if there was a no-name brand next to it that said "kills COVID-19" and the good brand didn't say that, I'm buying the no-name brand because the messaging is better. So if you don't have a brand, well, you're in luck because your message is more important than your brand. Make sense? If you have a market-to-message match. So this next prompt is based on a market-to-message match prompt. I want to give you guys a strategic advantage when you're starting out with no name, no list, no brand, no experience, is that make sure let's get the message right first so you can outdo your competitors with the worst message. So here's the prompt. Pull out your phones, take a screenshot, take a photo, whatever you need to do. Based on the information above, can you create a one-sentence clear outcome statement for my program that is emotionally compelling, designed to convert, but most importantly has a market to message match. That's the keyword. The statement must include who is it for, what's their pain and struggle, transition to desirable outcome, include a clear timeframe if applicable, be simple, punchy, easy to understand, sound like something someone would immediately want to buy, avoid being vague, focus on real-life results. Here's the answer. So first of all, is everyone getting the thinking behind this prompt here? The market to message match. Show of hands, you guys are getting the thinking behind this? I want to make sure this is understanding. So again, teaching you how to fish, but then just giving the fish. Answer here is, here's the outcome of the course. This course is— and it gave me, actually gave me 8 options. And I'm like, wow, I only asked for one, but you gave me 8. Doesn't matter, I'll pick my 2 favorite ones. And I picked my 2 favorite ones. It gave me 2— I picked my 2 favorite out of the 8 it gave me. For single moms, say this course is for single moms. So this Reclaim Her course, the Reclaim Her course is for single moms who are tired of holding everything together while slowly losing themselves. Reclaim Her is a 6-week program that helps you stop surviving on empty and start feeling like yourself again. Wow! So when someone says, what do you offer? This is exactly what you say. Did you guys just get that? Who just got that? This is exactly what you say, whether it's in DM or text or verbal or email or or your page or whatever it is. This is exactly what you say on the phone call, exactly what you say. Here's an alternate option. This is more of a pain point one. If you're a single mom running on fumes, doing everything alone, and can't remember the last time you felt okay, this is the program that finally gives you your life back in 6 weeks. That's the Reclaim Her program. That's another way of saying it, but it gave me 8 options and I like these 2 the best. If you're loving this, type in loving, loving, loving, loving. I see some like emojis of like mind-blowing emojis, that kind of stuff. Yes, very cool, very cool, awesome, mind-blowing. Yep, yep, yep, yep. I wish I had this when I started 9 years ago, but unfortunately there was no Claude or chat or anything like that. We have to figure it out on our own. Let me give you an example of very simple messaging. Martha Mock Confidence coach for women. That's it. What did she do? I'm a confidence coach for women. She was a beginner coach, no name, no list, no brand. English was her second language. She wasn't getting results in another program she was actually in, and she decided to collapse that and started working with us and signed on her first 11 clients in the first 60 days of working with us as a complete beginner. She scaled to $100K in 8 months, and that's just her posting in our group there. First client, $1.2K, her first $10K month, second $10K month, 4 consistent $10K months in a row, and now she's on 6 figures. By the way, if this is useful, and I know this is only a 3-hour training, but if you actually want to go deeper in any of this that I've talked about including lead generation, you can because I have things like this on my YouTube. On my YouTube as well. So if you want to binge my YouTube, you're more than welcome to. I've got videos on how to get your first paying client without posting content, videos on different frameworks, on speaking, just foundational stuff for the absolute beginner coach. So I launched my YouTube channel about a year ago, and there's some really valuable trainings in there that, that you don't need to pay for. So if you want to binge on my YouTube, you can. You can scan the QR code and subscribe to my YouTube channel. It would actually mean a lot. I'm looking to grow my subscription base in YouTube, and it's free to join. So that would really mean a lot if you click that, or QR code RichmondDinh.com. I have tons of stuff there too. And while you're there too, I'm looking to grow my Instagram following as well. So if you want to follow my Instagram, it's shorter form content. So if you're like, I don't want to sit down for an hour and watch Richmond's YouTube video, I want to watch this short snippet, the 3 things like right now, boom. I do reels, which is like a shorter version of what I have on YouTube. and it's just short snippets of content that you can just consume and it gives you a quick hack immediately without you having to watch a whole hour video. So now back to the 8P system. So now we've got the outline, we've got the outcome consumption. We said it's probably going to be 6 weeks, just use an example. 6-week course is very standard, but you do you. I want to talk about delivery, which is these 3 areas here. So this is the 3 musts that every course must have not only to help you sell more but to make you different because the worst thing you can do online is just try to be the same as everybody else. And the good news is right now even today, the 3 things I'm going to share with you when it comes to great delivery, most people don't even do all 3, some do 2, most only do 1. And the ones that do 2 or 3 don't do them well. And so you're at a massive advantage if you understand this. So every course must provide one thing and one thing only, and that is certainty of success. If there was one thing that your course must do when you communicate it or sell it or deliver it, it just must give your clients certainty of success. The only reason why people will transfer money over to you is they have the feeling that when they do that, they're going to become successful and they won't fail, and that's the bottom line. So what are the things that give your clients certainty of success? So if you were to put on Google Maps, and again, because I travel a lot, I use Google Maps a lot because I'm quite often overseas and I don't know the area, so I'll put on Google Maps. Now, when you go on Google Maps, how many people like have driven to a destination or got an Uber or whatever it is and it draws that blue line for you? Who knows what I'm talking about? You know that blue line when you go on Google Maps? Cool. What does that blue line do? The blue line gives you a clear pathway from where you are to where you want to be. But why is that blue line important? Watch this. Type in the chat screen when you're using that blue line and you know you're about to go through a tunnel and reception is going to cut off. What goes through your mind? Or you got 1% battery left. Or you know you're going to go to a rural area where there's no internet? What goes through your mind? Bad words, says Tamara. I wonder what bad words. Anxiety. Speed up in a tunnel. Catch up. MapQuest. There's some curse words going on. I won't read them out. Paper maps. I don't know if anyone's got paper maps anymore. Wouldn't that be funny? Imagine pulling out a paper map. I'm 43 now, so I'm old enough to to know what an actual street directory is. What the hell? Panics. Yeah, yeah, uncertainty. Yeah. If your course does not have a blue line, that's what your clients are thinking. That's how important this is. Because the blue line gives them certainty of success. Is this making sense? Now, if you're— keep your hand up if you bought other programs before. Like if you bought other programs before, I'm guessing most of you have, and maybe it didn't work out the way you wanted, and the first thing is it's probably because it didn't have a very detailed blue line to get you there. And now you're thinking, oh, that makes sense. And I'm not talking about 5 steps to get you there, I'm talking about details to get you there. Like, this is what we have. We have our 5-figure pathway, 36 steps to get from $0 to $100K. We have a 6-figure pathway, 36 steps to get from $10K to $100K. We have a 7-figure pathway, 36 steps to get from $100K to a mil. These are turn left here, turn right there, speed up 60 miles an hour, slow down, spot a red light camera there. Throughout the roundabout, there's 4 turns. You turn on the third one left and then took to a right. At the freeway, take the exit on that turn. If you miss that, that's okay because there's another one after that. That's what a blue line is. Is this making sense? And if the course that you're in does not have one then it's not you that is a failure, it's the course that has failed you. And then they're just blaming you for not trying hard enough. Is this making sense? Right, but unconsciously all the students are freaking out because they don't have a blue line. They just don't terminise it like that or say it like that because they don't realise they're freaking out. Or you may end up finding that your client on that phone doesn't buy from you because they're like, I don't even— I'm not even sure I'm going to succeed because they are looking for a blue line that they don't even know they need. Now, a blue line is great. Every course must have it, but it's not the only thing that guarantees someone will get there. Because what happens when you turn off a blue line on Google Maps because you lost reception or you missed it? How many people have done before? Like, turn left, turn left, turn left, and like, uh-oh. I think I missed it. And you see yourself like thinking, oh no. Who's ever had that experience before, right? And you missed the turn, or you turn off the wrong turn, or you turn off too early, or you're on a freeway and you got confused, or you lost reception, or you went through a tunnel. Now type in the chat screen, how do you feel when that happens? Because your ETA went from 20 minutes to now 32 minutes. And if you're having one of those days and you missed another turn, now the ETA is 48 minutes. And so the ETA gets longer, this whole thing reroutes, but you're frazzled. Bugger! You're pissed. Many times more bad words. Yes. Now anxiety rises. It's super annoying, super frustrating. But you know the best thing about it? Within about 30 seconds, almost always, depending on if it's a reception or not, you get a brand new blue line. Even though it's annoying that now your ETA has extended by maybe double the time or an extra 5, 10, 15, 20 minutes, the point is you eventually get a new blue line. And so you will get there, but it takes you longer to get there, which is annoying, but at least you still get there. So what's the second thing that every course needs? It needs support on the blue line. Because your clients will get lost, they'll miss a turn, they'll go down the wrong road, they'll get confused, they'll drive too slow, they'll drive too fast, they'll crash the car. And so we need support to come in to give them a reroute of a brand new blue line so at least they're still going to get to where they want to go, but the ETA has just been extended because they missed a turn. Yes, it's super frustrating, but at least they're always going to have a blue line, and that's why you need support. Now, the biggest problem with support in programs is they get— here's the This is the support we give you. Unlimited one-on-one, unlimited WhatsApp, unlimited email. You can DM me anytime, call me at midnight. But they call you for support on what? Because they don't even have a blue line. So if there's no blue line in that course, then what are you supporting them? What are you rerouting them on? You're just there to listen to them vent. And that doesn't do anything because really want support on a brand new blue line when they miss a turn to get them a really clear pathway to get to where they are, even though ETA has been extended. Is this all making sense? And that's the problem. You can't give unlimited support if the support doesn't reroute them on a brand new blue line. That's the whole point of support. Is this like— is this all making sense? Is it like— and you guys like, oh my gosh, this is all clear now. Now I know why the programs I was in was crap. But also now I'm clear that when I do something, it's going to be better than everyone else's. Who's getting more confidence right now, right? This is, this is the key, no matter what niche you're in. Now, the third thing to give certain success is great. So now they got a brand new blue line, it's awesome. It's frustrating, but it's awesome because they always have the pathway. Is this, it is accountability. But not kind of like the nagging mother-in-law type accountability. We've all experienced some kind of nagging in our lives. It's the 'you're better than that' accountability. It's the 'raise your standard' accountability. It's like, 'I'm not going to let you get away with that' accountability. 'Not under my roof' accountability. You know what? I believe you're not living up to your potential type accountability. The coach that they need, not the coach that they want kind of accountability. Who knows what I'm talking about when I say that? Like, that's the kind of accountability. And when you can show up like that and believing them and seeing the potential and pushing them, kind of like when you go to a gym and you've got a personal trainer and they're there and you're like, I can't do another one, no more, no more. And they're like, you've got 2 more in you. And like, no, no. And you do 2 more. Like, I told you, you had 2 more in you. That kind of accountability, when you have that, then you have certainty of success. Because with accountability, 2 things happen Always. Now I've been going to the gym for 20— since I was 16, so I'm 43 now, what's that, 26 years, right? 27 years. And I go to gym on average about 3 times a week, and one of those times I have a personal trainer. I know how to gym, I know how to stay healthy, I know how to look after myself. It's my number one priority when I travel is I always look for hotels, or my EA does, to find me a place that has a gym. And she's like, oh, Richmond Dinh, I got this hotel, I got this hotel. I said, which one has a better gym? I'll go to the one that has a better gym. But the reason why I have a personal trainer once a week, despite knowing how to work out, because when I do squats at the gym, for example, and I'm going for 10, guess what happens when my personal trainer is there? I do 15. So write this down: with accountability, your students always do more. Always. The second thing that happens when I'm at the gym is those 15 that I do, I do them better. So your students do more and they do better. When they do more and they do better and they have support and they always have a blue line, guess what happens? They have certainty of success. And you have an awesome testimonial. As a result. This is how you get rid of imposter. Don't worry about resolving your childhood trauma. Don't worry about that. Just do this. Is this all making sense? Like, you know what I mean? Just, just do that and you're good. But also, if you do have childhood trauma, definitely resolve it because I had some for sure. So I had to resolve mine. I get it. I totally get it. I tell you, I had massive mommy issues, which is a funny thing because my dad was never with me, but I ended up having mommy issues. That's another story altogether. Now Now that you know how to fish, I'm going to give you the prompt because the prompt is based on this theory here. You guys ready? Let's go! Pull out your phone or take a screenshot. It's this: Based on this, can you design a 6-week coaching program and present it as a clear pathway like Google Maps that shows exactly how my clients go from their struggle to the desired result? It must also include support and accountability. Your response must include a clear pathway, sentence 1, sentence 2, support, accountability system. So that's the entire prompt. Keep everything clear, simple, and easy to understand. Here's the answer it gave. Mind-blowing. This now knows where you know your vaccination. So here's the 6 steps. But you, when you press each of those in Claude, it gives you the more detailed steps. So then opens it up into more steps like turn left, turn right, go straight here, da da da. But it gave you the 3, like the week 1 start, exhausted, invisible, week 1, week 2, week 3, week 4, week 5, week 3. And I didn't screenshot every part in this, but when you go deep in this, it gives you the whole entire curriculum. And this all happened in under 2 minutes. So that gave the pathway. Here's the destination. So at the end of the 6 weeks, I feel like myself again. I'm calmer, clearer, and for the first time in years, I'm actually excited about my future and I did this on my own. Woo-hoo! So that's the outcome. Here's the support. It gave 6 types of support that you could use and you just pick one. Support: weekly group coaching, a PDF, welcome call, Private community, midweek voice drop-in. Wow, lifetime access to materials. That's pretty good support to me. Now you don't have to use all of these, but it's giving you some great ideas. I would highly suggest when you're starting out, just use all of them. Why? Because it's not like you have 100 clients to serve. You only got maybe 2 or 3 clients. You can do all of these when you're starting out, and then as you grow, you realize, you know what, that's not really required. People weren't really using that. I didn't really like that. I don't want to do that. You cut them out. But for now, test it out. That's what's— and this is the accountability piece, which is wild. Accountability system, we, uh, one weekly action, not 10. Monday check-in rituals, accountability buddy pairing, the good enough rule, so good. The end of week win share, the 6-week manifesto, which is at the end of the 6 weeks you deliver everything to them and so they can appreciate progress. Again, you don't have to use all of these, but what great suggestions. If I had this when I started, it would have been game over. Cool. So that's the course for single moms. Question: what would you pay for this course? Real, real talk, real talk, real question. Like, what— I want to do some market research. So if you're coaching single moms right now, you're going to see some market research right now. $3,500, $200, more than $200, come on Wendy, I'm sure you missed the zero there. I'm sure you missed the zero there. $799, $5,000, $1,997, yeah. You're helping a single mom go from struggling to supported, 6 weeks accountability, support, clear pathway, all this. Yeah, $497, $1,200, yep. Can we like— yeah, cool. So easy, can we agree that easily, easily $1,000 to $2,000, maybe more? Show of hands if you guys agree, easily $1,000 to $2,000, maybe more. Cool. And that's something that was created in less than 20 minutes for you. And there you have it. More than enough information to get started. You've got the passport, you got the visa, the weather's good, you can time off work, you know whether you need vaccinations to go to that country or not, and that's it. Now if you're still unclear your niche, to get the niche prompt, if you pull out your phone and you can either find me on Facebook or Instagram, and just whichever platform you prefer using, just send me a DM, DM me the word niche prompt and I'll just send it to you and you can just copy and paste it, put in AI. It'll give you your niche clarity. It'll interview you or ask you questions about your history, your background. I've designed the prompt to become like an interviewer as if I was coaching you one-on-one and I wanted to ask those questions to you so I can help you with prompt. And at the end of it, it gives you I help statement. And then once you know your niche, you can put the rest of these prompts in to create your course. Type in the chat screen. How are you feeling right now? What's been most valuable so far? How are you feeling right now and what's been most valuable so far? I've got a training video on how to set this up like a course and this is a sample of the training video. If you send me a DM, course setup, I'll send you this whole training video.
So for this training, I'm going to show you how you can create your Facebook group. So let's start by clicking this button here, the group. And then you will see this Create New Group button here. Click this and you will be directed to this page. So let's start by adding a group name to our group. So let, uh, like for example, we're going to name our group as Ultimate Confidence Course for Women.
So let's type that: Ultimate Confidence Course for Okay, so that's a little sample of what that— I think it's about like 14 minutes long. So if you DM me course setup, I'll send you that training video there and you can just set up your group like a course. And whatever the prompts I gave you today, just put in that as a guide section. It's really easy to follow. But now, now like now you've got more than enough stuff to get started. Cool? So if you DM me course setup I'll send you that free training, and you can send it to my DM, to my either Facebook or my Instagram, whichever one you did before. Okay, I trust that was super valuable for you. If you want to have more updates on trainings like this, make sure you subscribe to the channel and like this video here. Now, if you want to learn how to launch your course that you just built there without a list, without a following, starting out from scratch, I have a video on my channel called What Is a Tiny Challenge. So make sure you catch that training there because it is absolute fire.
