How To Get Paid in Under 5-Days Without a Big List ft Christina Rowe

Richmond Dinh explains the Tiny Challenge, a five-day one-on-one coaching series that converts clients into higher-ticket offers. He recommends starting at $500 per challenge with a 30% close rate, and describes a "shadow seat" technique that generated $290,000 at one event by letting observers watch sessions for $97 while the coached client gets a discount.

Hello, everybody. It's Christina Rowe from Women Helping Women Entrepreneurs. And I am so excited for today because we are here with Richmond Din, who is the founder and creator of Tiny Challenges. And you're probably wondering, what is a Tiny Challenge? Well, Richmond uses this amazing tool to get high ticket clients really easily and simply. And it's something you've never heard of before for. So you're going to want to stick around to the end and listen to everything he says and get out a pen and paper and take some notes. Welcome, Richmond. I'm so happy that you're here today.
Wow, Christine, thank you so much. I know we've been friends for such a long time. We've been meaning to line this up for a while now and it's finally happened. So I'm so glad about it, partly because I'm from Australia and you're from the other side, Arizona. And so getting the, getting time zones matched up. I really appreciate you. And now we're doing it over the Easter long weekend, which is awesome, right?
We just had it. We just had to do it. Absolutely. We just had to make time to get this done, especially with the different time differences. So it's like it's actually Easter and where you're at right now. So it's the 20th Sunday.
It's Easter Sunday right now. It is 11am in Sydney right now.
You are in the future.
Yeah, we are in the future. And that's why we've got a future marketing framework that I want to talk about today too. Like it's. This is the future of marketing. According to Russell Brunson.
That is. And actually, yes. So everyone, to give some context, Richmond and I are in Russell Brunson's inner circle. And Richmond shares this amazing, amazing strategy with us. And Russell Brunson particularly loves it and has had highlighted him several times. And you're going to be really excited to hear it because it's really amazing. So I'm going to let you take it over and tell us about first of all, what is a tiny challenge?
Very cool. So you guys are in for a treat. And I'm so glad that Christine's allowing me to actually share with this with you because I believe that this is going to be the one thing that's going to allow more entrepreneurs make money and get paid in the simplest, easiest, fastest, least friction, least overwhelming way possible. And you all can get started right now. And I'm presenting to Russell, to Pedro, to Myron, to every big industry leader have said that this is the most genius, most brilliant way to get clients because it doesn't require much skill. You can get started right now. You don't need a big list, you don't need much experience, no tech involved. You don't need to learn speaking. And it's called a tiny challenge. And so for context, in order to get a paying customer, you have to actively market yourself, whether it's through a Facebook group, like what Christine you're doing, or through a webinar or a masterclass, or a workshop or group challenge or a podcast, or. There's so many ways to market yourself to acquire customer, but the question is, what is the simplest, easiest way? Because every single way has its inherent, you know, skills that you need to learn. For example, if you're doing a webinar, you need to learn tech, you need to learn a funnel, you need to learn how to speak one to many, you need to learn how to fill up a room. You need to learn how to solve the problem of what if no one shows up? How to get people to show up, what if only one person show up? All that kind of things and then you're thinking, okay, that's already overwhelming enough, especially when you're getting started. What about speaking one to many? What about selling one to many? And then think, okay, what about if I try a group challenge? Now that sounds easier, but it's not because then it's five times harder because then you hold people's attention for five days straight. So it's very overwhelming on what to do to get started. And so I created what I feel like is the simplest way to get started, which is a tiny challenge. So what is a tiny challenge? It's like a traditional group challenge where it's like five calls, five days. Except here's the key, it's done one on one with you and another person. And it may sound crazy, it may sound weird, it may sound unscalable, but we've cracked the code on how to scale it. And even when I mentioned this to Russell, he's like, that sounds so basic, so simple.
But.
And it got a while for him to understand how the, how powerful it was. But after I re explained it to him, he was completely sold on it. And that's how I got to speak at Final Hacking Live. And now I published my book as well. And it's been forwarded by Russell Brunson, who does not forward books. And so that's how much Russell believes that this is the future of marketing. Because when you do a one on one challenge and you're allowed to. So give you full permission to do a one on one challenge. Right? You and one other person, typically five calls over five days. The calls are about 30 to 45 minutes each. That's it. That's what a tiny challenge is. One on one with you, another person, five calls over five days consecutively. And typically 30 to 45 minutes of call. It can be free or it can be paid, either one is equally okay. But the structure is done over five consecutive days, one on one. Why is this such a great model? Get started. Because you don't have to worry about tech. You can literally pick up your phone and you call them. You don't even have to go on streamyard or, or Zoom or a group, which is very techy. And I know, Christine, you're talking today about how it's so hard to go live in a group now. Like, it's like you got to go through this.
Oh yeah, it's difficult for when you're using a third party software. Yeah, they've made it very difficult. All these, you know, it's interesting because the women who are watching are, you know, a lot of people are not tech savvy. And you're right. All these challenges that get thrown at them over and over again, you know, and it stops them from taking action. So you're saying you just pick up the phone and, and be able to this tiny challenge and you can make it, like you said, either paid or it could be free. And do you have a particular structure for the five days to take them through, like to turn them into a high ticket client?
100%. 100%. So to add to the difficulty, I mean, first of all, you don't need a big list because you only need one person. Meaning that everybody, I'm sure that you're watching now, you can think of one person that you can offer this too. And so. And you can start it now because you don't have to launch it next week because you book in the five calls and get five schedules aligned. So there is a framework now that the challenge or the, I guess the problem with a tiny challenge that you want to avoid is number one, how do I keep the calls tight within 30 to 45 minutes and not let it blow out to two hours long? Because. Because when you're starting out, it could take a long time. And I mean, if it did, it's not a big deal because your reciprocity that you generate within you and that one person will be so high by the end of it, they're buying whatever you're selling them because reciprocity sells. I mean, that in itself alone will sell. So it's not a big deal. But we don't want to have two hour long calls. Christine, to your question, there is a framework. There is a framework. So on the first call, like obviously you do core 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 on the first core is all about seeking clarity on what they want. And I'll go through the 4F framework in a bit more detail. Second, third and fourth core is going through your content. And then the fifth core is when we present the offer and they decide to continue working with you or not. So that's the overall framework, but the first core is the most important. It sets a tone for the whole, for the whole tiny challenge. I'll go through the four Fs, which is number one, we need to elicit their future. So where do they want to be in 12 months time and also where do they want to be in five days time after the challenge? We do so elicit what would be a great outcome for them in their life, business relationship, health, whatever thing they want to work on in 12 months time and get clear on that and then figure out, okay, what will be a great outcome in the next five days. So that's the future. The next F is then we want to talk about what are their frustrations? So what's been getting in the way? What's been the hurdles, what's been the roadblocks, what's been the summoning blocks, what's been slowing them down from achieving that goal? And then the third F is where have they failed in the past? So what have they tried that hasn't worked? What have they tried that maybe did work but didn't work the way they liked it? What have they tried that they didn't align with? Or what they have not tried, what they willing to not try or try? So where have they found in the past? We need to find out what they have done to try to attempt to achieve that result. That didn't really work for them. That's important because if we're prescribing some action steps or items for them to do, we need to be conscious of where they've been. Then the fourth F on the first core is then we go through what are their fears? Meaning that what are they worried about? Fear of judgment, fear, fear of failure, fear of success, fear of being found out. And we elicit those. When you get clarity on those four Fs, their future, their frustrations, where have they failed and what are their fears? You know everything about them. And so then when it comes to presenting an offer at the end, you can really make it tailor made specifically to those four Fs. And that's why the close rate becomes so high in a tiny challenge, because it's so, so customized and it's kind of you. You can literally get clarity on your offer that way, especially when you're starting out and you don't have clarity on your offer.
Wow. And then you suggest like any particular price range at the end of it could be any, any high ticket or lower ticket or what. What's the sweet spot for these tiny challenges?
Yeah, yeah. And it does come down to your level experience. So for a straight beginner, you can charge from. I would you, you don't go under 500. I know some people are like, I can't even fathom $500. And I used to be like that too. But you'll be surprised because the reciprocity is so high. $500 is what I would start as a bare minimum. But it can go up to 100,000. Like.
I mean, that's a level of experience. I mean, as you know, Russell Brunson did a hundred thousand dollar tiny challenge. My good friend Ricky Carruth is in the real estate space. He's, he's quite well known in his face. He did it his first tiny challenge, pitched $100,000. I've pitched $100,000. But when you're starting out, here's my rule to charging. Think of a price that you think it's worth. Charge half of it as your first one. Because what's more important than the price is your confidence. And so if you think, okay, this program that I'm offering could be six months of one on one coaching. And I think it's worth $4,000. Charge two, because when you deliver two with confidence, you're going to sell more than charging four with not much confidence. And then build your confidence up when they say yes, like, wow, that was easy. The next one do it 3000 and the next one then do it 4000. The key is to charge what you're confidently able to pitch. That's the key.
Wow. So that's. It could be depending on your range of experience. So say if someone is like you, very experienced and you know, wants to charge $100,000 at end of the challenge, what kind of, you know, value you're going to do? 30 minutes to 45 minutes a day. Is this going to be things you're going to want to do that are tangible. Like, like a done with you during this challenge. Like depending on what your expertise is. Right. So it could be anything, basically. But you want to get them those results over the five days so that they have something at the end.
Yeah, you got it. And it works for all niches. So it depends what your expertise is. Like you said, it could be how to grow Facebook group, It could be grief coaching, it could be mindset, it could be relationship coaching, it could be parenting coaching, it could be finding your ideal partner coaching. So so many issues. We got qigong coaching, we got back pain, we got accountants and bookkeepers doing tiny challenges. So I. Real estate, health.
Everybody's doing amazing.
Yeah.
That is so cool. And so, okay, so we, so we're going to have. You can do it for any niche. And now if someone's thinking, okay, well, I want to, I want to try this, obviously got to get your new book. So they have the blueprint, but if they're thinking about this, they're like, okay, do I just, you know, if I have a list already? Do you just put anybody? Just need one person. Like, how do you pick the ideal person for your challenge?
Great, great question. And I've seen in your group there's been like, lots of giveaways, like, hey, I'm giving away my free guide, my free PDF, my free thing. Who'd like my two step or five step or there's lots of those kind of posts. And everyone kind of understands that's a typical, like, call to action post or giveaway posts or value add posts. Now those posts, like, it'd be nice if you get hundreds of, you know, likes, comments, all that kind of. Or even thousands. I know you get thousands, Christine, but imagine you got 300 comments on a post you did, and you're wanting to do a tiny challenge. You got good problems. Like, you know what I mean? You don't need 300, you only need one.
And so that, that definitely helps because you don't need. Right. A lot of people. And I guess if you did have something that went viral like that you could maybe do an application. Right. And then just narrow down who you want to do the challenge for. If it's free.
Right. Are you seeing a difference between free and paid? Like, is one working better than the other? It makes no difference whether you do it free or paid.
It actually, it's not as big of a difference as people think. It's really fascinating because the framework itself only attracts the most committed person. So I'll give you an example and this is what surprised me as well when I started running tiny challenges. I thought, because the biggest fear is, what if I get a time waster? Like, I don't want to coach someone one on one, five days, five calls and they turn out to be like just wasting my time. And that's why you think it might be smart for me to charge like even $97 in, make it fully refundable. But it's a commitment to get in. So you weed it out. But here's what I found in all our students finding this is what the close rates are like. If you did 10 tiny challenges. Our students who've never coached before, close, three out of the first 10, like that's the average. And if they got a $3,000 program, that's their first nine, $10,000 like that. And if they did three, four, five tiny challenges a week, in a couple of weeks they've made the first ten grand. It is crazy. And they never had to worry about tech or filling up a room or speaking one to many. It is nuts. But here's the reason why. So.
And I'll give you like a gym metaphor. You know, personal trainers, like their whole business model is give out a free 30 minute session and then at the end of the 30 minute session at the gym, if you like that, then they'll sell you 10 sessions for maybe six $700 or something like that's kind of their personal training model. The reason why most personal trains are broke is because they're using that model and they will need to give out about 10 sessions before they get one person say, I'll buy some more. And so 10 sessions they're giving away to sell a 6, 700 dollar program, which is not scalable. Right? I mean it's not economical for them. They might make 20, $30,000 a year doing that. Imagine a personal trainer went up to you at the gym, said, hey Richmond, I'm giving away a five day one on one challenge with me, 30 minutes a day for five days straight, Monday to Friday, whatever it is. Would you like to hear more about it? It's free. Even if they said it was free, I'm like, I'll be like, say that again. You're offering a one on one five day challenge with you at the gym for free. I just got to turn up to the five calls or five days. Now for me to commit to that, I need to be ready to sweat that week.
And that's what I mean. Like, I'm not just gonna do it because it's Free. I need to be mentally ready and physically to sweat that weekend. And to be honest, most weeks I don't really feel like I'm gonna sweat this week. Yeah. So the commitment level for me to even subscribe to that is huge. And so that means if I'm doing means I need a, I have a problem I want solved now. It's the same thing for a non gym metaphor. Like someone says five course, five days and they allocate their time to you. In a world where they have kids, they have social media, they have their team, everything's pulling away their attention, they have work, they have their own extracurricular activities, they might be looking after the parents. For them to give five calls to you tells us that they're really committed because they have a problem that they want solved now. And so the commitment is really high and hence the close rate is extremely high.
Wow, that is brilliant. And you know I have a, one of my sons is actually a, he's a paramedic personal trainer and I'm going to tell him I need to do a tiny challenge. That's brilliant. Oh my gosh, that is amazing. He works at a, it's a country club gym. So he gets his, you know, they give him clients and stuff too but he could literally get. In the summertime we're in Arizona, everybody goes away because nobody wants to be here. Right. So get slows down. That's how you can help.
If your friend started giving away two tiny challenges a week weaning, he picks two or he or she picks two people a week where they do one on one, five day challenge, just one on one and that's 10, that's 10 sessions. They're giving away which is the same as the other model which is giving one session 10 times but they're giving away two tiny challenges, which is 10 sessions. Now at the end of those, like at the end of the one tiny challenge you go through the 4F framework. Like they'll know everything about the person on what they want, what they failed in the past, where their fears, frustrations, what have they tried? They will know everything of where they've been. And by the end of that week or the end of that challenge, it's, they're not offering a 700 program, they're offering a six month program to help that woman fit in that dress again that she could not ever fit into since she had kids. And that's a two and a half thousand dollars program. Where to from here? They're like I am buying that any day of the week.
This is really brilliant, Rich, because yeah, you think about it, you're officially, you're in person. You know, it's like you're bonding with the person. But if you're doing zoom, the same thing, you've got that whole week and it's going to be much easier. I think people almost might feel even bad saying no. You know, it's like this person gave you all this time and like, you're like, if you love it, it's going to be a much easier sale than it to get like a closer. You know, when you think about it, people go live or from stage or they get a closer, you know, the application that then they don't know the closer. The closer is a total stranger. They're talking for 30, it's tops. And it's like, it's easy to say no to that. But when you've got the person right there and they've taught you so much, you, this is a huge game changer. And the fact that it just clicked in my brain that you, that you can do, you don't have to do one a day, you know, you've got a whole day. If you have the time, you can do several tiny. Like a week. Yeah.
You could do five a day and fill up your calendar. You know, you can do that. Like, you know, if you do, if you just want to make it once a month where you just, you know, put five a day in there and then you can just fill up the rest of the month for whatever you do. If you do one on one coaching or group coaching or whatever it is, but you're giving your nurturing. And I think now what makes this really important, Richmond, is because I've noticed too, it's like, you know, in say 2020, you know, the Internet exploded and everybody was buying everything and this and that. And now people have gotten a little jaded. You know, people have had some bad experiences or they haven't got results. So people are more cautious about where they spend their money. So I always tell, you know, members in the group, you have to build the know like and trust factor and give away your free content, your worth, just like Alex Hormozi does. You know, that's so important because people, you need to have, you know, something of you first before they're just going to spend especially high tickets. So this is like the ultimate, the tiny challenge because you're getting this one on one for a week with that person. And it's just the ultimate trust builder, I would say.
What.
How can you build more, more trust? I mean, and you know, like, you're so great at building trust in your group. Your group is amazing. And it is superior with the least amount of skill required too, because you don't have to learn how to speak, you don't have to learn the tech, you don't have to learn the funnel, you don't have to learn.
It was like, what funnel should I use? And I'm like, what for? To get one registration. Like, you know, just DM them.
That's quick. And you know, and that is, yeah, the biggest barrier. Because like, I don't think we ever tell anybody they don't need a funnel. Right? So it's like that is the biggest barrier.
And that just eliminates it all. And I know you shared with us in Boise last week about this walls also a couple days ago about how now how to scale this. So if you really want to scale it on a higher level, you came up with something, oh my gosh, mind blowing. And share that with us if you like, about how you can scale the same model.
I would love to share. Yes. So this is really, really, really mind blowing. And I guess innovation happens through, you know, when, when, when you think there's no way and you have to figure out a way. Like, I mean, during, during the pandemic, innovation happened with AI and technology. Like, innovation happens. So obviously the problem with tiny challenge is one on one. It's not scalable technically. And 100 years of coaching, since coaching kind of started, like no one was ever able to scale one on one coaching. And the only real way to scale one on one coaching is to go one on one to group. And that was the only way to do it. And so, you know, if you've done 10, 15, 20 tiny challenges, you made your first 20, 30, 40, $50,000 online. You're getting busy now. You got clients are like, oh my gosh, how do I scale this model? You got a couple options. You can go to group, but then to go to group you got to learn tech, all that stuff, everything. There is a better way. And it's what I call a shadow seat. And so I've done this like half a dozen times now. And each time I've done it, made over six figures from one tiny challenge. And so basically, because I love doing tiny challenge, I personally love one on one. I think it's the deepest transformation. Give someone, gives you the highest trust, you can sell the most expensive things in a one on one tiny challenge. Because rather than a group, like, I mean So I love it, but I thought, it's not scalable. How do I scale this? And so since last year, I would run a tiny challenge and I'll pick a student to run it on and I'll run it. It was a paid tiny challenge. It wasn't like, I mean, super expensive. But I said, I'll give you like an irresistible offer. And normally it's $25,000 to do five one on ones with me, but I'll do it for only $5,000. On the caveat that when I do the tiny challenge on you and coach you for those five days, to give you the transformation, the outcome, would you allow me to let other participants come in the same zoom room and watch me coach you? And they have similar problems, but I'm not coaching them. I'm not doing a group call. I'm only coaching you. And so by through osmosis, they can get the same value because I'm coaching the same problem. And at the end of that 45 minute call, I'll spend 15 minutes breaking down exactly what I did and why I did it. And then I'll allow them to ask me some questions to help them get the breakthrough as well. But again, it's only one on one with you. And then I'll kind of, you know, bring it back to the room for some open Q and A. So that shadow seating principle has allowed us to scale one on one. Why? Because when I get to call four and five on the tiny challenge and I present the upsell offer, I'm not just presenting to one person, but I'm presenting to everyone sitting in the shadow seat. And last one we did, we had 100 people sitting in the shadow seat. It was nuts. We had over 50 people apply for the offer I made. It was. That's how you scale one on one. Coaching.
Oh, my gosh, it's amazing. And you have a model where you'll charge for those shadow seats, right?
But I did. Yeah, it was only $97, but yes, it was. Basically, it's like a paid tiny challenge.
Yeah, yeah. That added in what, 10 grand more right to the. Am I doing my math correctly? Yes.
And that's an extra 10,000. Just from that.
Just from that. And then, I mean, you did something really stealthy. So you charged the person who was in the Chinese challenge, but you explained that you normally would charge 25,000, but you did it for five. And then I'll let you explain what you did at the end. What you charged her and then everyone else.
Yeah.
I'LL say like. And the reason why this works so well is because I believe that the future of marketing is a demonstration of competency. And you talked about know like and trust is like, you know, everyone's skeptical now. 2020 was great, but it's so jaded now. And so everyone can learn to sell, but not everyone can learn to demonstrate competency. And I believe a demonstration of competency is going to be the number one to my number one way to market and sell. And there's no better demonstration of competency than allowing people to see how you coach someone one on one. That's when they say wow, that person is really good at what they do. And they're sold because it's not faking like it's real legit coaching. And so with the shadow seat I had that person I hot seated, I pitched her a 100k offer.
Of course, you know, and then I pitched the rest my 25k. And then I did a downsell 5k for the people who didn't pay the 25k. And that tiny challenge was only like about five, six weeks ago. It did 290,000. 290,000 from a one time challenge.
That is amazing. And you know, if people may, you may listening right now you'd be like, oh my God, how could I ever sell $100,000? Right? And I know for you in our inner circle, I remember watching the live stream when you were on and they, and I think it was Myron said, well, where you said I have a $25,000 offer. And Myron said where's your $100,000 offer? I remember watching you and seeing the look on your face. And I had the same look on my face watching you. I was like, oh, 100,000. Oh right. You were like, wow, that's a lot, right? But you stepped up and you stepped into it and oh my God. And now you've done several 100. That's like this is anything possible. See, it's like you have to, we have to expand our minds and know that you're giving tremendous value. And there's people who charge a million dollar. Like I think Myron golden, right, he has a million dollar offer as well. 350, 000. And it sounds to people listening like, oh, that's crazy. But it's not because you're getting the level of knowledge, a level of, of access to that person. It's really, you're buying access, you know, when you're. And that's invaluable. I mean like Tony Robbins how much does he charge? Probably millions to like half a day with him. Right. And I would say well worth it. Right. To get Tony for a day. Right. So yeah, we have to like think big and think out of the box. And I, and I like how you said you had a downsell too for 5,000 because you have something for everybody and you also have an offer, what for a thousand dollars. So you are covering the value ladder, which I think that's going to be really Important now in 20, 25, 20, 26 and on is that a lot of people are jumping from, you know, just jump right to the high ticket and they have nothing in between. And I think, you know, because of the climate we're in and especially here in the United States, you know, with recession and this in a while, I don't know if it's recession, but inflation, let's say I think and people being a little more, you know, leery. I think, you know, giving this the, the low ticket gives them a taste of your stuff so that they can jump and know that you're. And same thing with the tiny challenge. They're watching you coach someone else. So now they have that trust about seeing, like you said. Exactly. Seeing you do something and figure, okay, this is safe. I can go with that person because they're demonstrating like you said, their worth and that's a phenomenal way. And they're, they're coming in very low ticket at 97. To have that privilege to be able to watch the coaching.
Yeah.
Credible. And that was quick question. So you were saying before too, you want to keep these to a certain like 30, 45 minutes. How do you tell. So say if you get somebody who's you know, you know, you always get those people who want to stay on.
And on and on.
How do you end the call for the day?
This is, yeah, it's a, it's a, it's a great question. Like because you don't want to be rude.
They just, they, and they're not conscious of time. And so it starts with the, it starts with the opening pre frame. Opening pre frame. So when you open up the cores and, or when you open up like the five cores or that first chord, just open up with an introduction like. Hey, hey Christine, how you doing? You know, I'm doing great. Cool, Chris. So just before we get started today, a couple of things, a bit of housekeeping. Number one is everything you share is going to be private confidential and this is a safe place. So whatever you need to share, just need to share it. Are you cool with that? Great. Awesome. The second thing I want to do is I want to sign some homework after every call. And I know some of the homework may stretch you a little bit, but it's designed to help you grow, to benefit you so you can achieve the outcome. Are you okay? We stretch you to grow and they're going to great. But the third thing is I want to keep this course super, super tight and also directed. And we do have 45 minutes. If you need to go over by a couple of minutes, I'm okay with that. But more so because what I found is that, you know, focus is the key to getting what you want in life. So sometimes I feel like we're going on a tangent or going a bit over. If you don't mind me just interrupting you, I don't mean to be rude. If you don't mind me interrupting you, I'll let you know. And also if we went up 10 minutes left on the timer, on our time, I'll just let you know. We've got about 10 minutes left. It kind of gives us both a chance to kind of wrap up the coin. Keep it super tight and directed as well because I want to help you get an outcome. And if you can get an outcome in 30 to 45 minutes versus two hours, then I think it's going to be a win, win, win for both of us. Is that cool with you? Great. Boom. And that's it. And you're getting permission to interrupt.
I love that. That is so brilliant. Because that sets the rules and sets it ahead of time before you get into that situation where you want to give so much but then you feel drained afterwards. Right. I'm sure if anybody's, you know, high ticket when I take it, a one on one coach out there, you know what I mean? Right. So you get that thing like, oh, okay, like then you're happy doing it but then you're exhausted because you know you can only do so many of those. So that's perfect. You're setting the scene. And in the book this. I'm sure you go over all of this. Right? So you give the step.
Yeah, in the book, what's in the.
Book and how, you know, people can get this book, how they can order it. We can, if you have in the chat here, if you can put a. I think we can have a chat here that we can put a link in so we can share that as well. I can. Oh, here's comments. So I didn't even realize there's pa. Oh, I See, Rena's watching. Yeah, exactly. She. Oh, she loves the shadow seat. Okay. I didn't even notice we had some comments here. Reena, you really love Richmond's book. Yes. It's perfect for you. Yes, definitely.
So I'll put in that chat. Tiny challenge book launch is. I'm actually launching this book. Launching this book. However, if you do miss the book launch, you can get a tiny challenge book. But come to the launch, because the launch, I'm giving away like a lot of cool bonuses and giving away the book for free. The free. The launch, the book is for free. Just got to pay for shipping. But also there's other bonuses during the launch as well, which you definitely don't want to miss. Otherwise, if you, if you're seeing this video and the launch has been done, you can go to tiny challenge book and you can get the book. But the launch, there's so many giveaways. And we'll provide replays of the launch in case you can't attend the time. So I'd register for the launch anyway. But yes, I go through the exact script on how to open the call. Like that. That setting the scene of the expectations. Three expectations from me, what I expect, what you can expect from me, what I can speak to you. Scripts on that, scripts on how to close a call, scripts on how to turn things into offer. Scripts on how to open every single call, all that, so you keep it tight. And then how to create the offer. What niche should I choose? What's the hook of the tiny challenge? What is my framework that I teach on day two, day three, four? What's the homework look like? Like the homework be something like this, 10 minutes long, half an hour long. Should I do it on the call, not on the call? How do I hold them accountable to the homework? What if they don't do the homework? What if you know and then all these things like, you know, because if they do the homework and complete it, you know they're going to buy like because they're in that kind of state. So a lot of things to get right. But I mean, it's very simple to follow. And again, you don't need a big list. You don't need to worry about tech. You need to buy it. Speaking. It's very easy to follow, very simple. So I'll put in. Yeah.
Yeah, I, I put that. I put this, Put the link in here. I've got it. Yep. On all the pages. It just actually went to everywhere. We're live streaming, so we're even live. Streaming on YouTube too.
We're.
We're everywhere. I hit all the buttons. So we've got. Here and I've got the link there. And you said there's some bonuses too. As well. Now with, With. With the launch, if you're watching it before, they can get the. When they go here, I'm going to look to. I think I pulled this up. I can see them here. So you've got. This is great. Yeah, this is amazing. So. Yes. So technically, it's going to be Monday Eastern time when the launch starts.
That's correct.
Wow. And you give just everything that you need in this. You're going to get a free gift.
You'll get the whole PDF, like, because the book may take seven days to get to you. Like, I mean, so you get the PDF on the book launch, which means you can get started on the launch. Right? You're gonna get some. Some.
You mentioned how to fill up a tiny challenge. Like that example, like, I gave you about, like, the free giveaways. I'm going to give you some giveaways that you can get started right now. And you just post it on your socials or your stories or your group or whatever. And if you got one or two people put out their hand for it, you're good. That's your first couple of thousand dollars, you know, and then, yeah, it's from A to Z and then.
And you're gonna have everything. So you just. This is gonna be your guide to tiny challenges by having this book. So you've got everything you need in there to just, you know, go. Even what to do, what to say, the scripts. It's amazing to pack all that into a book. Yeah, absolutely amazing. I really highly advise everybody who's watching, whether you're watching now live or a replay, grab this book because it's amazing. And you've got Russell Brunson's endorsement, the king of marketing. Right. And if Russell's behind it, which I know personally, he is because I see him in the inner circle raving about Richmond. You know, if he. He knows what you. You can't even dispute his marketing. I mean, like, you know, he knows what works, and he saw that in this formula, and I think it's brilliant. I love. Just love how you can apply it to all these different niches. Like you said, personal training or to. My arena's on here. I know Rena works with women and she's a rock star at Mary Kay. She's gotten like 19 cars. She's one. So she teaches women. You Know, is starting out and stuff too. This is like a perfect formula, and I love that advanced one, too, where you can, you know, have the shadow seats, because I think that's. That just makes it so easy. So with that one, though, you probably would require. Because you want to sell it to the hundred people. Maybe at that point you're going to have your landing page. Right, right. Okay. Is that part in the book too, as well, about the. The more advanced strategy or you. Or it's just.
I do have a chapter on shadow seating. I don't go through the technical aspects of, like, the landing page on the shadow seat, just the concept of how to do it, how to fill it up, what to do kind of. Kind of stuff there too. So I wanted to really move, remove the technical aspects of that. But by the time you're doing shadow seeding, you already know how to do that, so. Oh, yeah.
Yes.
I think it's funny because I think we, you know, because we've been doing this a long time, so we're like, you know, we have our funnels, we have our upsells, downsells, this and that, and we forget that people get, you know, it gets very overwhelming. And I see people, though, sometimes just have success with just, you know, like a checkout page. You know, they have a PayPal checkout page. They send them there, they do a live. They send them, they make the money. It's simple, you know, and we're just very in because we know funnels convert and we have all this. And we have all this stuff in it, but really, you just got to get started. You don't. If you're starting off and you're feeling overwhelmed, this is the best model for you to start with, with tiny challenges because it doesn't require any of that. You just sign up for, you know, PayPal or Stripe. You get the link, you give it to, you know, to get the. To the person individually, whatever way you want to get the money or they sell you or whatever the heck it is. You really have zero tech to worry about. You're not having to worry about, you know, hiring people to create the landing page and the website and all that stuff. You can just jump in. And then when you do start making somebody will money, then you take a little bit of that money and, you know, go over to click Funnels 2.0, get an account. Right. Templates are.
Yeah, you know, go to, you know, Fiverr and put ClickFunnels 2.0. And, you know, it's. It's easy, whatever you're using, you know, it's, you can find somebody to help you set it up. But this really does remove the barrier which I see a lot of women get, get stuck on. And then, you know, they, they get stuck or they'll, they'll put an app to get opt ins. They'll send people to a page that's really like an old website and has a million links and you know, the confused mind never buys and oh my gosh. Right. And then, then they get discouraged and they want to give up. So this is why I'm excited about this too, because I just know so many women are in our group who are starting out. They come to the group, maybe they're leaving corporate job or they're looking for, you know, they're just starting. And that feeling of overwhelm is a very real, especially with tech. So I mean, this is where you could just concentrate on what you do best and how you get results. So I would say too, you want to have a framework for this, you know, definitely for your five days to think about and when you get the book, it'll tell you exactly how to do that. But giving them that, that from, you know, going from zero to here in the five days that result that they get in those five days is what's going to make them buy your higher ticket, which is amazing. So.
And the worst, and the worst thing is you get experience and a testimonial.
Oh, yes, that's true. Right. You're going to get testimonial no matter what happens, no matter what they know. And like you said, three out of 10. I mean, we have to be prepared, be realistic. You know, not everyone's going to say yes. And, you know, you have to keep going and keep doing and not give up and don't get into imposter syndrome or, you know, a lot of people start beating themselves up. Oh, the person said no. Oh my God. Next, just go on to the next one because there's people who need you, you know, and then not everybody's a fit for everybody. Everybody's going to have their own tribe out there. So I'd say if you do this and you multiply it and do like you said, three to five a day and just boom, you're definitely going to get a lot of results from that and start making some money. Yes. This is great. This is a great model. Richmond, I'm so thrilled that you came up with this and that you share it with us. And I think it's amazing and I want everybody go back. Just go to tiny challenge book launch. It's. I'm going to put it one more time in the comments here. This way you guys can go and grab this and get this blueprint, this framework and get started with tiny challenges. I love it. I love it. Well, this has been amazing. Richmond, I am so thrilled that, you know, happy Easter to you. Because it is Easter. It's what about like noon in Australia right now? I think that's what you said, right? Yeah. So, yeah. I hope you guys have a wonderful time with your family and this launch is going to be amazing. And if you're. When you're watching this, whether it's a replay or you're watching it live, go grab the book and start applying this in your business. I think you're going to see amazing results because Richmond is amazing.
Appreciate you to you too, Christina. Thank you for your help and appreciate you so much.
