How To Get Your First Paying Coaching Client | DAY 1 The First Kiss Challenge™

Richmond Dinh and Tony Kaye teach a five-day system to land your first paying coaching client. They show how to run a "First Kiss" challenge, collect feedback on why people say no, and iterate your offer based on real data. Students like Tracy Clark scaled from zero to paying clients by adding guarantees and testing different niches.
Chapters
If you're stuck on how to get your very first paying coaching client, then this video is for you. Whether you're overwhelmed by it all and you just don't know which steps to take, or maybe it might be a belief that's blocking you, because getting that first client, you have to figure out your niche, your messaging, your offer, how to market online, how to turn a cold prospect into a paying customer when nobody knows who you are. I totally get it. If we never met before, my name is Richmond Dinh, and I've helped thousands of coaches get their very first paying coaching client through the method called Tiny Challenges. Which is outlined in my book, and this has been forwarded by Russell Brunson and endorsed by the likes of Myron Golden, Pedro Deja, Ryan Pineda, and many others as well. Now, I ran a 5-day First Kiss Challenge for our paying students where in those 5 days I walked them through the exact steps on how to get their very first paying coaching client without posting any content. And I'm gonna give this all to you for free, and I'm not gonna even ask anything in return. If I could give you one big secret on how to attract more clients online is this: give away your best stuff for free. How do music concerts sell out? It's because they gave out their best music for free. And when people love your music so much, then they want to go to the concert. And so one of the reasons why you might be stuck on your marketing is because you've been holding back on giving your best stuff out for free. So I'll be releasing this 5-day challenge in 5 parts just so it makes it consumable for you. All you need to do is follow the channel so you don't miss an episode, but more importantly, get a pen and paper out because your first client which I call the first kiss, is only 5 calls away.
A big warm welcome to everybody. If we've not met before, which I feel we have, there's lots of familiar names in the house that I can see right now. My name is Tony Kaye. I am Richmond Dinh's business partner and I am in charge of our client success and client certification department, or coaching certification department, pardon me. And I certify beginner coaches all the way to very advanced coaches through our Pro Coach Certification Program. I'm kind of known as the certification guy for coaches, and I'm super excited to see everybody in the house today, and so many of you with your camera on as well. Um, so if you can have your camera on, you guys know the standards that we keep here. Let's make sure that we get it on. Uh, Billy's in the house, great to see you here, Billy. Uh, Steve Rod is in the house, Kenneth is in the house as well. Uh, in fact, type the chat screen for me, where are you dialing in from? Where, where are you guys coming in from for the first Kiss Challenge, which we're going to be here for the next 5 days. Make sure if you haven't already blocked the time out, make sure you block the time out so you can be here each and every day. Rock out with Richmond, that's where it's at. All right, we've got Perth being represented in the house. Atlanta is in the house. Australia's in the house. Canada, we've got Canberra. New Jersey, Auckland, Iowa, Michigan, Texas. All right, nice. Arizona, regional Queensland. All right, Phil, I'm down with that. Montreal, Canada in the house.
Beautiful.
Wow, we got like a We've got a huge spread of people. So if you're joining us here and it's morning for you, good morning. If it's afternoon, good afternoon. If it's evening, good evening. And if you're in that time zone where it's almost midnight, extra appreciation to you. I know what it's like to be up all night doing something that you are passionate about. One thing that you probably don't know about me, actually, and actually this is very timing considering that we're here at the First Kiss Challenge, before I was a coach in providing coaching certifications. I actually used to own some bakeries, of all things. So if you're a bread fan, you can light up the chat screen for me. If you are, uh, Tony, I don't like gluten and I don't eat bread. Well, then I'm sorry, but I love bread. I love bread. Bread is like, bread is the greatest. Like, there's, there's, yeah, big bread fan. It's hard, hard to do that, right? And, um, you know, when I first actually first began, started in, starting in coaching, First kiss challenge. I actually remember my first kiss, and you never, you never forget your first kiss. You never forget your first kiss, by the way. You guys want to, you guys want to have a bit of a guess in the chat screen? How much do you think I charged for my first coaching session, my first paid client? How much do you think my first paid client was worth? I see James is smiling. I love zucchini bread. Is that a thing? $24.95? Yeah, maybe $50. That's where it's at. And I said, big shout out to everybody here who's, you know, maybe 1 or 2 in the morning, because that's exactly what it was like baking for me. You know, it was midnight starts in front of 250-degree ovens, 10 hours a day. And, you know, although I love bread, I know how tough it is to be here all night.
So special shout out to you.
You've got $100, you've got $50, $50, $49, $30, $10. You guys are all pretty close. Now, actually, my very first coaching client, I charged $80 for.
$80?
I know, $80. And now, just to put it into context for you, as a baker all the way back then, I was on about $20 an hour as a tradesman baker. So imagine going from $20 an hour to $80 for your first coaching session. Oh my gosh, type in the chat screen for me. How do you think I felt? How do you think I felt? I'll tell you how I felt, Julie Marie.
I'll tell you how I felt.
No, I did not feel awesome at all. Excited? No way. It felt like daylight robbery. That's what it felt like. I couldn't believe it. I was like, hang on a second, so I don't have to be up at midnight to do this. I don't have to be in front of 250-degree ovens. I just made 4 hours worth of bread-making money. And the worst thing was, and it really was the worst thing, is we went to like a local cafe and this client, they even bought me a coffee. Oh my gosh, the imposter was running through the roof. As I said, daylight robbery is probably a very accurate way for me to express, you know, just, just, just how out of my depth I felt. And so if right now, you know, maybe right now you're on zero paying clients, right? Maybe right now, maybe $80 for a coaching session. You're like, Tony, that doesn't just scare me like that. That would be amazing. That would be incredible. But, you know, I'm sweating a little bit even just thinking about that. Then I just want to assure you, you're in the right place. Getting that first kiss, it is, it is the hardest. It really is. But I can tell you this as well. After that first kiss, my coaching business exploded. It exploded because you have that first kiss, you get that first client, that client knows somebody else, that person knows somebody else, and before you know it, you know, you're starting to compete. You know, should I stay in my profession? Should I keep making bread? Or does this coaching thing actually have legs? Does it actually have legs? So I don't know, maybe I'll share a little bit more with you about the bakery world over the next coming days together. For right now though, I think we are ready to get this bad boy started. As I said, I see lots of people with cameras on. Great to see you here, Stan. Shayla and Calvin are in the house. Cassinia is in the house as well. So are you guys, are you guys all ready to rock and roll? You ready to get day 1 of the KISS Challenge started? Yeah? Type in the chat screen for me, ready, if you are ready. We're going to give Richmond an amazing intro to the stage. Here we go.
Ready?
Who's ready? Come on. Made the best scrolls. I did, mate. Vegemite scrolls, Cheesy Mite scrolls, there for days. Ready, ready, ready, ready, ready. All right, fantastic. Well, hey, with that said, it always gives me such a great pleasure to bring to the stage not only and my best friend and business partner, who together have helped our students create over $60 million online. Richmond is a published author. In fact, if you've got his Tiny Challenge book, you can wave it around in the camera for me. Come on, where's your book at? Yes, he is a published author and he is the creator of the revolutionary Tiny Challenge. And more than that though, he's an amazing father of 3 and a devoted husband to his wife Penny now for over 20 years. Richmond has been interviewed by Russell Brunson on his podcast and he has spoken on the world's largest stages with the world's biggest names. Even he is speaking this year. You might have seen his announcement post speaking on stage at FAHL this year, day 1. He has toured across Australia and New Zealand with Grant Cardone and Gary Vee. And for the next 5 days, he is also going to be your coach and mentor. So let's give him the biggest special welcome. Ladies and gentlemen, this is Richmond Dinh.
So Richmond, you've helped thousands of people. Richmond, over $20 million online. I wanted to share a good friend of mine. His name's Richmond. Our guest today is Richmond Dinh. We've got none other than Richmond Dinh.
Today I have Richmond Dinh.
Richmond Dinh, thank you for being on The Department. I've got Richmond Dinh.
What's up?
Today we're joined by Richmond Dinh.
We are here with Richmond Dinh all the way from Australia. Let's go down under! We got Richmond here today, one of my friends and one of the greats. Richmond Dinh is in the building today, the legend. The one and only Mr. Richmond Dinh. All right, all right. Welcome to the First Kiss Challenge. This is the first 5-day challenge that we've run in this format. It's actually, it's been a long time since I've run a proper 5-day challenge. I've run shadow seats where you guys sit in and observe how we do a tiny challenge. But an actual 5-day challenge where I'm going to walk you through and get you a result, it's been a long time. And so we kept this small, kept this intimate because we're going to be helping you get your very first paying client. If you're wondering, am I in the right room because I've already got a paying client? Don't worry, we'll get to that in just a second. But I remember my first kiss as well, and metaphorically speaking, of course, but also literally speaking. We all, we all remember our first kiss. And probably the first real kiss, like the physical kiss, I don't want to remember at all. Because that was like so awkward. Palms were sweaty, probably slobbered everywhere. I didn't know what I was doing and all that kind of stuff. But my first paying client, funny enough, you know, when Tony is talking about his first one was $80, my first one was 10 years ago and it was $1,000. So it feels like such a big difference, $1,000. But you know why it was $1,000? Because I actually didn't know better. I asked my coach at the time when I started coaching, I hired a coach to help me with my business and It was straight into a $25,000 mastermind. My first coach was Scott Harris and I dropped $25,000 to join his mastermind. I didn't even join, I didn't even buy a book. I didn't join a $1,000 course. I didn't join a $5,000 course. It was straight into a mastermind. And part of that reason was because I've always been a high achiever and I knew that if I was serious about my coaching business, then I need to go all in and seek out the best. And you know what he said to me? He said, Richmond, just charge $1,000. So he told me to do it. So I didn't know better. If he said to me, charge $80, I would have done it. If he said to me, charge $500, would have done it. If he said to me, charge $3,000 for my first one, I would have done it because I had no reference point. And sometimes that's the value of being in the right room. So I charged $1,000 and it was my cousin. Of all people, I ended up coaching my family member. And that was the first kiss I had almost 10 years ago. And that led to a trajectory that we've never been able to come back from. And I left optometry, left the blue world, left all— because in optometry, people don't People think it's healthcare, but it's actually very corporate because you have to sell glasses, you have to go through retail, all that kind of stuff. And now fast forward today, we have literally helped hundreds of coaches just like you get to $100,000 in their coaching business, leave their job, go full-time. And more importantly, we've helped thousands. And I don't even know what the exact number is, but I would say at least maybe 5,000 coaches get their very first client. And most of it has come in the last couple of years since we launched. The revolutionary tiny challenge model. So if you're wondering and you're if you're in the right place, you are in the right place. And so just go ahead, type in the chat screen. Where are you right now? Have you got your first client or not? And if so, how many clients have you had? And then I'll show you whether or not you're in the right room. And as you're doing that, know this: that first client, whether it's eighty dollars or ten dollars or one dollar or a thousand dollars. The point is when someone transfers money into your bank account, it now becomes real. You become a legit paid coach. Yes, you'll get the butterflies. Yes, you get sweaty palms. Yes, you feel like the imposter. Yes, you feel like, what if I don't deliver on my $10 offer? You'll have all those stories. The number— the stories never go away. But it'll be the start of a beautiful journey for you. So what do we have in the chat screen, TK?
Mate, it is all flying through right now. We got 0, 0. Sharon says no clients. Tracy Wood on 7.
Fantastic.
Haven't got I haven't started yet. This is from Stan Carter who says, not yet, but soon. We've got a few people sitting on zero, exploring a few niches. This is from Evelyn. It sounds like we've got a room of people who are ready to rock and roll. Let's go.
Very cool.
Very cool.
So I want you guys to lock in this picture because this is the feeling that you need to be chasing. That is the feeling of your first kiss. So over the next 5 days, we're going to cover the First Kiss Stairway. Your niche, your message, your offer, building trust through your origin story, filling up your calendar with qualified leads, and the conversion vehicle, which is your tiny challenge. And how do you know if you're in the right room? There's gonna be 3 cases where you know you're in the right room. And if you don't qualify for any of these, don't sit in this challenge. Really just save your time. Your time is extremely valuable. So if you have not got yet your first paying client, congratulations, you are in the right room. 100%, great. Now if you're changing niches and you haven't got a new client or that first client in a new niche, so it's like, you know, I tried this niche, it's not really for me, but I want to go to this niche and I want to get my first client in this niche, great, you are in the right room. Or if you are going through a rebrand or a relaunch, then you're in the right room. If those, any of those do not fit on where you are right now, what I'm going to be sharing with you during this week to get that first client for that new niche or that very first niche that you're in right now or rebrand relaunch, then please do not waste your time. It's not going to be relevant for you. This is not called How to Get Your 5th Client Challenge. It's not called How to Get Your First $15K Client. It's the First Kiss Challenge. So go ahead. If you do not qualify for that, save your time. And if you sign up to VIP and you want a refund, we'll give you the $97 back. So not a big deal. We're okay to do that. I just don't want to waste your time and be fully transparent that this is not going to be for you if you're not in one of those categories. So give me a thumbs up if you guys are clear on that, if that's cool, if that makes sense. Excellent, excellent, excellent, excellent. Cool, cool, cool. All right, so a bit of housekeeping before we jump straight into this. Make sure you join this Facebook group. We'll accept all your entries because we're going to be doing homework. Now, how many do we get? That in order to get your first client, you're not going to be able to sit passively this week. Who gets that? How many of you get that? Like, I'm not going to get the client for you. I'm going to show you how to do it. I'm going to give you assignments. I'm going to give you prompts. We're going to hold some accountability. But I can't do the work for you. So you guys are going to have to do the work this week. And that's real. That's gonna be real. Richmond, I'm not ready for the work. Well, again, save your time. Just join my next First List Crunch, which I would not do again this year. It's just a beta for this term because I just want some case studies. But the next time I do this is probably going to be next year. So don't waste your time if you're not willing to do the work this week because we're going to post the homework inside this group here. So join the group. And if you're here, it means you have my book or it means you're one of our paying clients. And so as a complimentary gift to each and every one of you, If you do have my book and you are one of our paying clients and/or if you want to have paying clients, I run a 3-day business bootcamp to build your personal brand and that is in September. So make sure if you have not yet registered for this 3-day personal branding business bootcamp, scan the QR code, register right now. And the reason why that's important is because the number one reason why your content does not get engagement is because people don't know who you are. Because you don't have a brand. And so you could post one piece of content and it is amazing, but then if Tony Robbins posts the same content, Tony Robbins will get a million views, a million likes, and you'll get zero for the exact same content because you don't have a brand. So branding is ultra important to get more engagement. And here's the scary news: if you post crap content and you have a brand, you'll get more engagement than a no-name that posts good content. And that's not right, but it's just the way it is. Who's following this right now? Show of hands if you guys are getting this. So make sure you register for that. Now, disclaimer for this week, not a quick rich scheme. This is going to be your first kiss. Now, at the end, please respect IP. I know you guys are good with that. But here's a big, big, big, big, big caveat. At the end of this First Kiss Challenge, I'm very confident in— in fact, I'm extremely confident with what I'm about to share with you. With the prompts that I'm going to give you, the sequential steps, the lead generation posts, that more than half of you in the room right now— so how many people we got in the room right now? We got 100 people in the room. So more than half of you in the room right now, 50 of you in the room right now, with your first paying client. That I'm sure of because I know what I'm going to be sharing with you over the next 5 days. So I only have one rule: no tire kickers. Is that fair? Is that a fair ask? Go ahead, type in chat screen, fair, fair, fair, fair, fair. And the reason why is because I've been in really high-level rooms in my career, and I've been in low-level rooms, and I'll be in rooms where there's about 3 or 4 or 5 people that are just gunning it, doing the work, and the other 50 are not doing the work. And I'll be in rooms where all 50 people are just doing it, and it's just a different environment. It's a different setting. It's a different standard. And in order for you guys to win, if we rock up to these Zoom calls here and no one's doing the work and no one's engaged and the energy is flat, it's not going to be good on anyone and it will really impact your results. And I know there's some of you who blocked off this week because you're ready. You are legit all in. I'm not here to muck around. I'm not here to waste any time. I've been spinning my wheel for so long right now and this is the week where it all happens for me. And you're ready. And I don't— I don't think you want to be in a room with Thai kickers too. Is that, is that a fair call for those of you that want a serious room? You don't even want the Thai kickers here. So what is a Thai kicker? What is a Thai kicker? I'm going to make it very, very simple. Okay, we will have accountability. We'll have Santa's naughty list. So if you've been on Santa's naughty list before, just don't get on Santa's naughty list. Okay, this is how you get on Santa's naughty list. Okay. We will have a 100% cameras-on policy. In the Zoom room, in this Zoom, 100% cameras on, and that means that our crew right now with the people with the camera off, she's gonna message you and she's gonna say turn on your camera, and if there's no response within five minutes, you are out of the challenge. There's no coming back because once we kick you out, you can't log back into the Zoom room. Fair? That's no tiger capacity. But Richmond, my camera doesn't work. But Richmond, I'm driving. But Richmond, da da da da da. Well, if your camera doesn't work, I guarantee you're not going to get your first paying client this week because. You need a Zoom camera to work to run a tiny challenge. Makes sense, right? Richmond, my camera— How are you going to get a paying client this week if your camera doesn't work? Richmond, I'm so busy. I'm trying to multitask. Well, if you're so busy, you are not going to get a paying client this week because you're so busy. Don't do the challenge. Don't. It's fine. Just let it go. It's all good. So is that a fair call? Is that a fair call? Like, I mean, how are you, how are you going to win this week if you can't, Even get your camera working. So if your camera's off right now, uh, crew's gonna message you, and if we don't get a response, then we're gonna see the Zoom room drop down gradually.
Cool.
Here's the second one. Now, first of all, show of hands, is that fair? Is that fair? And I'm looking after the people who want to take this seriously because they'll— that I want to make sure I serve you guys because I want you to be in a container of winners. Because when you're around winners You win, period. Because you will have comparison, believe me. You will feel the imposter, believe me. When you charge and that person pays you $100, you'll be like, I just want to give the money back because I don't think I can deliver. You'll have all those stories. But when you're around winners, we're all here to lift each other up this week, and we're all going to win together. So that's the first one, cameras on. We're all only going to be around winners. The second thing is do the homework. Make sure you do the homework. Now, the homework won't be hard. It won't take you an erroneous amount of time. I'll make it as easy and simple for you. When I say it won't be hard, it's not like you're going to be laying bricks and building a building and all that kind of stuff. It may be just hard from a fear perspective, but that's about it. But it won't be physically demanding. It won't be taking 10 hours of your time. It's not like you're going to have to go on the street and take it and do a A TikTok dance or anything like that. It's none of that, but just do the work. And if you're thinking, Richmond, I'm not experienced enough, what if nobody wants what I have? What if I charge and they don't like it? What if I commit to this and it doesn't work? What if I'm not good enough? You will have those stories. I promise you will. And here's my saying to that: you're not that special. Because we all have the same stories. And sometimes we realize that the reason why we don't have what we want is because our whole lives we were waiting in the wrong line. Because if you have the story that you're not good enough, well, get in line because there's 20,000 other people before you. But there's another club on the other side if you want to go to that club. How many of you would like to join me to The other side of the road. Show of hands if you want to join me to the other side. There's another club out there and there's no line. And you know what's inside there? Inside there is your first paying client. That's where the other club is. So one more time, if you're not ready to leave your excuses behind and do the work, just do the work, just trust the process. And I'm going to ask you guys to follow me blind on this because I know this is going to work for you. Then again, just leave now. I want to give you plenty of opportunity because we don't want to embarrass anyone here. We definitely don't want to do that. So again, cameras on and just do the work. Now, some people will not be happy with this, but that's okay because those people, you know what I've done? The last time I did a challenge like this and we held some accountability, it's really interesting. So the people who did all the work, they loved it. They became a raving fan. They were like, Richmond, that was the best challenge ever because everyone was achieving such great results and everyone was doing the work. But it doesn't feel good. It doesn't feel good to be kicked out of a challenge for not doing the work because some of you will really believe that you have a legitimate excuse. Like, you'll really believe that. Like, I'm looking after my sick mom, or I've got a health thing on right now. Then don't do it this week. Just do it next time, right? Like, if you're traveling, if you're on holidays, have a holiday with your family. Spend time with your family. Who cares? Like, if you've got multiple responsibilities, don't worry. Don't put the pressure on yourself if you cannot commit this week. Is that is that cool for everyone here? But some people still won't like it. So we get messages like this. They'll spend hours and days, and I'll probably get a long DM like this: Richmond, blah blah blah blah blah blah blah. I'm not happy with you. I signed up. I blocked the time. My camera wasn't working. All this kind of stuff. And this message, I know, probably took you three hours to write. And I'm thinking, what do you— why'd you take 3 hours to write a message? You could have done the work. You could have hopped on the call. You could have fixed up your camera. You got to do the homework. Only took 20 minutes anyway, but you took 3 hours to write this message. Or some people will write a whole long email to us complaining, and we know the email took them 3 hours to write. And I think, uh, you could have done that. You could have done the homework 10 times in that time. Or some people will be super crazy and they'll send 100 voice clips, each one is 12 minutes long, saying how much— how they were in a situation and they couldn't do the work, and I don't want to get booted out, and blah blah blah blah blah. And I'm thinking, hang on a sec, you spent days doing this, you spent hours writing this, you could have done the work 10 times over, which is the irony of these complaints. How many see the irony of these complaints? It's like, um, hello, all this time you spent complaining, you could have You could have got to $100,000 by now. Who's getting this right now? Who's getting this? It's very ironic. And we've all experienced that person before. And we've all seen that person before. And if you've owned a business in the past, you've experienced that before. But then the opposite is also true too. You've experienced the complete opposite where they say, you know what, Richmond, thank you. Thank you for holding me to a high standard. Thank you for keeping the room strong. When you do this challenge next, I want to be in that room because that's the standard I want to be in. So thank you. For holding me to a high standard. And that's, that's when you know that person's going to win. How many see that this person's going to win? Who can see that right now? Because they know how to take it on the chin. So on that note, if this is too much pressure for you, Richmond— I didn't come in for this. There's a lot of pressure. That's okay. If you want to play on Team Replay, go play on Team Replay. Where you can get the replay for $97. It comes with Richmond AI, it comes with accountability, it comes with the lead generation post, it comes with lifetime access to the replays. And you can scan the QR code and that allows you to go on team replay. So as long as you guys are in this room, we're going to hold a standard, but I can't control you on team replay. So if you do want the replays because the heat is too high in here, then just get the replays and just watch it in your own time. If you're on Team Replay, it's impossible for you to get kicked out, okay? Because you're on Team Replay, you're watching it at 3 AM in the morning or something like that. Cool. So that's if you want a non-pressured approach, but in here we're going to be around winners. Cool. All right, so is that all housekeeping good? Give me a thumbs up if you guys are good with all that housekeeping. Excellent, excellent, excellent. Great. It's going to be an amazing week. I mean, awkward hat aside, it's going to be an amazing week, and I can't wait to see all your testimonials and all your shares and all your breakthroughs over this week. And we're definitely going to be super interactive as well. So at the end of each call, we do some questions, we do some shares, share your wins and celebrate each other. And it's just going to be an amazing environment. And many of you will form some great relationships and friendships from these 5 days as well, because you got your first kiss on the same week in the same challenge. And it's going to be a really, really, really cool thing. So that being said, there's going to be 2 boxes which you guys are in right now. And this is the reason why you might be here. And you will sit in one of these 2 boxes. And it's the reason why you're stuck right now. You're either in the first box, which is called the discouragement box, which means that you've already been trying to get your first kiss. You've been trying posting content, but it's getting crickets. It's getting no engagement. Maybe you've done a reel, maybe you've done a story, maybe you've invested in other people's programs. Maybe you've, maybe you've tried a couple of tiny challenges. Maybe you've read some books, maybe you've gone to some seminars. And it's not like you've been lazy, like you've been actively pursuing trying to get that first client and maybe you got no after no and you are very discouraged and you're at the point where it's like, I don't even know whether this is going to work out for me or not and you haven't had any solid evidence or proof yet and you're maybe at the point where you're thinking, is this me? Am I cut out for this? How come I can't win? And you start telling you some stories that maybe you're not good enough. And some of you are at the point where you've given up hope, and maybe this is your last-ditch chance of saying, if this doesn't work, then I, I really don't know what I'm going to do with my life. And that's okay to feel that way. Believe me, 10 years in this game, I've probably experienced more discouragement than most people in the room right now. Because it's never going to be rosy. People just post the rosy results, but discouragement will be part of the game. The second box you might be in if you're not feeling discouragement is overwhelm, because it's like, well, should I go on LinkedIn? Should I go on Instagram? Should I go on Facebook? How much should I post? What about viral reels? What about hooks? What about thumbnails? Oh my gosh, I sell this thing called Tiny Challenge, but then I see this ad about webinars, then I see this thing about VSLs. What about podcasts? Oh my gosh, um, what about a sales funnel? And now like you're lost. And you don't even know where to start. And then when you do start, it's like, oh my gosh, how much content do I do? What time do I post? What do I post? It's very stressful. Now we've got introduction of AI. How much AI do I use? What prompts do I put in it? And so you freeze and you're just overwhelmed. And so now you get caught up in analysis paralysis and you're just stuck. So how many of you are in one of these boxes right now? Which one are you in? If you're in one of these, which one are you in? Are you in discouragement box? Are you in the overwhelm box? Or you can type in both if you want to type in both as well. So which one are you in right now?
Mate, yeah, there was a few people with discouragement coming through or overwhelm. But you know, I think for the majority of people here, it's, it's a bit of both. There's a bit of overlap there. Yep, absolutely.
Very good.
Very good.
Well, you're all in the right place because I'm going to explain to you what the First Kiss Ladder Is. All right, so in order to get your first kiss, which is your first paying client, whether it is a $10 client or a $100 client or a $1,000 client, it doesn't matter on the dollar figure because the dollar figure just represents an identity shift that it's a legit rule now for you. In order to get your first kiss, the first thing— and we'll go through this the whole 5 days. But a big picture overview, the first thing you need to decide on is who do you want to kiss? I want to kiss everyone. Well, then you'd be called a—you know what that word is. You know I'm talking about. I don't want to say that word. Do I not? Don't. You cannot try to go in the club and try to kiss everyone. You are gonna get kicked out. So some of you, you know what you like. The funny one, you like the tall one, you like a certain race. Some of you, religion is important to you. And so it has to be a certain faith. Some of you like a bit of a tubby one. Some of you, they need a 6-pack. Some of you, they have to be minimum 6 feet tall. Some of you like the more reserved, the more quiet one. Some of you like the one that has certain length of hair or whatever the case may be. But you have to know who you want to kiss. That is critical. Decide on who you want to kiss. And The reason why most of you won't decide on who you want to kiss is because you're afraid that if you make a decision and bring that person home, it's not because you don't know what you want, but it's because you're afraid of what mum will think. Or you're afraid of what your friends will say. They said, do not hang around that guy. You can't be dating that person. Oh my gosh, they're such a sleazebag. No, stay away. And you're like, oh, but I couldn't help it. Or worse yet, you decided you commit to that who, that Daddy won't approve. And so what do you do? You either don't decide on who you wanna kiss, or worse yet, you make a decision to please everybody else around you. And so you never end up happy with your who. Who's following this right now? But once you decide on who you wanna kiss, then you need to decide on what You want to say to them, because what you say is also important. What's going to be that pickup line? And here's where most coaches go into cringe mode. Ever heard a pickup line of "Hey, would you like a drink?" That's the most common pickup line ever. Don't use that; it's cringe. That's the equivalent of saying, "Hey, would you like to have my free PDF download, free book guide, blah blah blah blah blah." That's exactly like saying, "Can I buy you a drink?" Don't use that; that's complete cringe. Some pickup lines are even worse. They're the equivalent of, hey, would you like to jump on a free discovery call? A free discovery call? That's basically like saying, hey, do you believe in love at first sight? And you walk in and they said no. Okay, would you like me to walk in again? No, don't say those things. That is completely cringe. Some of you have the most cringiest things that you're saying online right now. Here's the worst one of all. Would you like to jump on my free training that I'm hosting this Friday? It's a free webinar that I'm hosting this Friday. Would you like to jump on? And you're thinking, hang on a sec, so you want me to drive into town in a place I've never been, at a house I've never been, on a random bloke that I've never met before, and you're going to have 10 of your guy friends there? No thanks, I don't want to jump on your free webinar. And so what you say becomes critically important to who you want to say it to because most people are saying the same things or the same things that are repelling their ideal client. So we're going to also go through on exactly what you need to say. But once you figure out what you need to say, how you say it is also important because there's going to be energy behind your words. Whether your words are— how many of you get that even when you're speaking to someone via DM, you can feel the energy inside the DM? Who's getting what I'm putting down? Who's following? Like, you can feel the energy through punctuations, through emojis, through how fast I respond, through capital letters or not. Like, there is energy behind DMs and there's tonality behind DMs. And so the energy of how you say what you want to say matters. Some of you are saying things that are feeling too rushed and your ideal clients feel pushed, they feel cornered, they're feeling guilt-tripped, they're feeling like the intent is not there. And so intentionality matters. The energy of how you say things Matters a lot alongside of what you say as well. Who's getting this right now? Is this all making sense? But once you figure out who you want to kiss, what you want to say, how you want to do it, then the next thing is timing. Because sometimes we lean in for a kiss way too soon and it's like, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, back off a little bit. I just sent you a friend request. Oh my gosh, stop it. Oh my gosh, I just hit follow because I like that. Just hang on a sec. Hang on a sec, I'm not coming over for dinner tonight. All I wanted to do was just hit the follow button because I saw that last content. Dinner tonight? Uh, hang on a sec. And so we're leaning for the kiss way too soon and we end up scaring them and they end up running. The opposite is also true. Sometimes we freak out, we don't know what to do, we get caught up in analysis paralysis, and we lean in for the kiss way too late, only to circle back and find out that you just friend-zoned them Or they just found someone else and they paid for another coach because maybe you thought, you know what, I don't want to be too keen because if I treat them mean and keep them keen, like that's how you get people. That's how you like, you gotta, you gotta pull away and you gotta like, you know, play the game. But hang on a sec, leads get cold very, very quickly. So there's timing aspect of it. Lean in too fast, you lose them. Take too long, you lose them. So what's the right timing? So we're going to work on that too. And then finally, once you've figured all that out, Then you get to the kiss, and that's that first paying client. If you've mastered who, what, how, timing, you finally get to the kiss. But that's the part where, when I say half of you, I'm confident will get a paying client, half of you won't, because half of you will choke. You will choke. You're at that point and you freeze because you start telling your story that, is this too good to be true? Am I— this is robbery, kind of like what Tony was saying. This can't be real. Oh my gosh, what if I don't deliver? I can't accept their money. They're my family member. You tell yourself a story and then you choke. And you lose the opportunity for good. And you have to go back on the hamster wheel and do it all again. Find another person, what to say, how to say it, find the right timing and go through it again. But that's okay. We're going to work through that with you as well. So how is the next 5 days sounding for every single person in the room right now? Go ahead, light up the chat screen. What's going through your mind? Yes, thank you, Julie. What's going through your mind? How's it sounding right now?
I see loads of people taking down all the gold with all of your amazing pickup lines. I can't believe how much, how much like amazing pickup lines you're giving them. What, do I need to walk in again? That's killer, as if that doesn't work. All right, we've got golden, excited, great, looks good, great analogy. This is from Connie. We've got excited. Cassinia says let's go. And I'm going to finish up with Kerry who says sounds great.
Thank you, TK. You know, I— well, Tony and I, we've been married for over 20 years. So I had to Google and ChatGPT pickup lines, like bad pickup lines, because I didn't know what a bad pickup line was anymore. And that's how I found it, FYI. So let us know, where are you right now on this? So where are you? So zero clarity, you got an idea on this first kiss ladder, you got an idea of who you want to kiss, or maybe you're in the bar, but you're just overwhelmed. You're like, oh my gosh, there's so many prospects here. I don't know what to do. I don't. Or maybe you're chatting to someone right now and you're getting close, like you're in a conversation with someone, but you're stuck. Or you've tried to do your first kiss, but you got rejected. Or maybe you choked. So where are you on this curve right now? And it's okay to be on zero. It's like, Richmond, I don't even know who I want to kiss yet. Some of you already in the bar, some of you already tried. So where are you right now?
Yeah, man, we've got some great numbers coming through. Uh, Darryl's a 1, uh, Mishka is a 4, Kimberly's a 4. Yeah, I got you. Elizabeth says 3 here in the chat. Vicki is a 2, along with Jeremy and Renee and also Susan, all on 2 as well. I didn't catch names earlier, but we did have some 1s and some 0s there. So it looks to me that most people may be between 0 and 2, or they've, uh, they've gone for the kiss and they got rejected.
Very cool. Well, thank you for being vulnerable in this place right now. Now, what do you think is the reason That's causing you to be stuck at that particular number. Just take like 10 seconds to really go ahead, type in chat screen. What do you think is the reason why you're stuck there? Is it because of a mindset problem, a story, a limiting belief, strategy, something else?
We got some wonderful answers coming through. Jeremy's going to get us started with my messaging. Paula says my story. Messaging, messaging, messaging, getting engagement on content. Um, unclear on message or niche clarity. Yeah, I got you. Unorganized and inconsistent. Okay. Yeah, a bit of a personal thing there. I think that was for Stan. Awesome, mate. We've got here time. I don't put enough time in. Linda says fear, maybe right person. Okay, cool.
Very cool. Very cool. All right. So we know where you are right now. In order to draw the big picture map, we need to know where you want to go. And so let's set the intention. Now everybody write this down. It doesn't cost you anything to set an intention, but it does cost you when you don't, because when you don't set intentions, you live by other people's intentions.
Makes sense.
So let's set the intention. We know where we are. Let's figure out Even if you don't know with full clarity, but setting the intention is a starting point of where you want to go in the next 12 months. Where do you want to be in your coaching business? How much revenue? How much income? Do you want to replace your income? Do you want to go full-time? Receive an award, walk out at our business boot camp and make your acceptance speech. This is the award that represents you leaving your 9 to 5, you leaving corporate politics, you leaving the blue world, and now you finally becoming a full-time coach. Let's set the intention because as you do that, that's the big picture goal, but it all starts with the very first kiss. And so what you're going to see here is inside the Facebook group, if you scan that QR code, it should take you to a post where I'm holding that picture up right there. So, uh, team, if we could If we could find that post, it's pinned in the featured section, and even drop it in a chat screen. You're going to see a post in the featured section of me holding that award up, and all you need to do is take that photo and put in the prompt on that post and put your photo in. And it'll spit out a photo like this of you holding that award. Okay, so inside the Facebook group, there's a post of me holding that. So team, we could put that direct link there, and there's a prompt there. All you need to do is put that photo in the prompt inside the AI that you're using alongside your photo with the prompt, and it'll basically spit out this photo here. And once you've got that photo Post inside the group by this date or sooner, you would have achieved this much in your coaching business and impacted this many lives, and will give it— be giving your acceptance speech at boot camp to inspire others that they can do it too. So let's rewind a bit. Give me a thumbs up if you guys are clear what we're about to do. So we're going to go into the group. Cool. We're going to find this post here. It comes with a prompt. Get the prompt, get my photo, put in your photo. It'll create this. Once you got this, then you go into the group and you post that. That's your first assignment for now. And then we're gonna keep the train rolling in all things Tiny Challenges. So we'll give you guys, say, it shouldn't take longer than 3 minutes to do this. So we'll give you guys 1 song, 3 minutes. We'll come back after 1 song.
All right.
All right, all right, all right.
That should be more than enough time to grab that picture, post it in the group. Go ahead, type in the chat screen done if you have done this. Go ahead, type in the chat screen done.
Gary's got almost. Yeah, I got you, I got you. Almost done, says Jeremy. Generating the picture now. This is from Luis. Carol says, I am lost. It's okay, Carol, we got you, we got you. Lock in for me. Sarah says it's generating, it's generating, it's working on it, almost there. Okay, sounds like you guys might need an extra 30 seconds, which that's totally okay. Take that 30 seconds now, we'll continue on, and then when you are done, just drop a done and a green tick into the chat, and then that way I'll know that it's all completed in the background as well, which would be really, really cool.
Very cool, very cool. And if you are struggling to get the photo or get your photo up, just write this in the group. Just write, by this date, I'll set this goal, this many clients, or this much in people impact. Just write this if you're struggling to get any photos up or anything like that. At least we're getting the intention out without the photo, which is better than not doing anything at all. Give me a thumbs up if you guys are cool with that.
Yep.
Very, very cool, very cool. All right, so Let's talk about all things tiny challenges. So crew, we still got about a dozen people with their cameras off, so can you please remove them ASAP? We want a really tight room. This is only going to be for winners, so you got a couple of minutes before you guys get removed. All right, so let's keep the train going. Now, the current ways to get clients. Now I know some of you guys have heard this before about tiny challenges, but I want to re-enroll you Into the idea of tiny challenges, because when you get discouraged, when you get discouraged, the first thing you'll think of is leaving. What I mean by this? So if you're in a non-committed relationship and you're just dating, and you have a fight, or imagine that first date, you start you start getting nagged. Or they start getting controlling, or they start getting all antsy at you, or next minute you have this little thing and then it blows up. You're like, you're not tolerating that, you're leaving. It's like, hang on a sec, we're only just dating. I'm just— I'm gone. But if you're married and you're in a committed relationship and you have an argument, you don't leave. You figure it out. You work it out. You have 2 or 3 arguments, you don't leave. You figure it out. Because you're committed to the relationship. And so discouragement doesn't allow you to quit. So I want to re-enroll you into the idea of tiny challenges because in order for you to get your first paying client, you may need to run 3, 4, 5 tiny challenges. Some of you, first tiny challenge, boom, you got your first paying client, and that's awesome. But for majority of you, it's probably not going to be that first tiny challenge. It might be that third one. And so can you handle 2 nos in a row or 3 nos in a row? Before you say, this thing doesn't work, I'm leaving. Does this make sense? Whereas if you're committed to it, you'll make it work. And it might be that 4th Tiny Challenge where you get it. It might be that 5th one. It might be that 2nd one. But if you stop after the first sign of discouragement, it just means you haven't committed to the idea of making it work. And so I want to re-enroll you into the idea of Tiny Challenge because that's important, because that's going to be the thing that handles your discouragement. And so there are multiple ways to turn a cold prospect into a paying client. You can't launch a website and put a link there to book a free discovery call and expect your calendar to be full tomorrow. It doesn't work like that. You have to actively market yourself. So to turn a cold prospect into a paying client, you have to put yourself out there. And that's why we have a cameras-on policy. Now, you can do it cold DMing, which I don't recommend you do. Please don't do that. It's going to ruin your brand, but people are doing it anyway. We all know how that feels. I guarantee every single person in the room right now You have got a cold DM in the last 24 hours. Is that, is that true? Who's got a cold DM in the last 24 hours? Guaranteed. Don't do it. But people do do it. You can try to be seen by doing discovery calls and getting people to book in a call with you and using appointment setters. But the problem with doing this strategy is that you need a list. You need engagement on content. You need, you need some form of someone to come into your, your, your following base that you've built up over time And even if you do have setters to use this for you, then you're going to run out of leads very quickly because you probably don't have a big list. You can definitely use sales funnels, which is very complicated to do, but you can do that. But the problem is that you have to understand copywriting, you have to understand how to bring traffic to the funnel, you have to understand above the fold, below the fold, what about the VSL, what about the video, what about the email sequences, is a 32% page conversion good or not good, is a 16% order bump good or not good. It's very overwhelming. But that's possible. And does it work? Yeah, but it's very overwhelming. You can try events, you can try workshops, you can try VSLs, which is a mini webinar, you can try webinars. The problem with webinars and VSLs and workshops and events or something like this is that you need to be able to speak on camera and engage an audience. Because if you can't engage an audience for more than 5 minutes, they're gone. Because attention is so hard to get today. And so you have to learn the skill of speaking, yet alone learn the skill of filling up a room with 100 people or 200 people or 300 people. You don't learn all the tech involved. We've got multiple cameras going on here, here. I've got my studio here. Not that you need a studio, but then there's tech involved. I remember when I used to run events because that was the medium of getting clients back in the day before COVID I didn't know how to speak because I was an optometrist. And so I remember that I had to do an event because that's how you get leads. And I spent $8,000 on a speaking course. Part of it was to learn how to write on a flip chart. Just because we had to learn how to run events. And so I didn't know how to speak, so I had to spend $8,000, $8,000 on speaking courses. Once I knew how to run an event, then I had to learn a marketing course to learn how to fill up because I didn't know how to fill it up. And the moment I did my very first event, I had 20 people in the room. I learned how to speak, but then I didn't learn how to present an offer to one-to-many. And so I spent another $12,000 on a sales course to learn how to sell to a room. And so now I'm over $20,000 down the drain on my own capital, and I had to spend 6 to 7 months learning how to do the thing just to finally make events work. And so do workshops and webinars and seminars and all those things work? They do work, but no one tells you you need 3, 4, 5 skills and a ton of resources and time and effort and energy to learn the skill to make that one thing work. Who's following this right now? And that's why it's very, very overwhelming. Or if you've tried it, it didn't work because you didn't have the skills to make it work, so you're discouraged. Who's getting this right now? And then this whole thing called a 5-day challenge came, and that made sense. Work with someone 5 days, build up an immense amount of trust, and it just logically makes sense. We're in a challenge right now. We are doing a 5-day challenge right now, and by the end of these 5 days, it'll feel like we've known each other for years. Like, the time and the relationship becomes so compressed. And the intimacy becomes real and you build long-lasting relationships. And it's a great way to convert your ideal clients into the next level because there's so much trust. But to run a 5-day challenge is 5 times harder than a webinar because now you've got to entertain people 5 days straight. And so it's very, very overwhelming. And so I figured out there had to be an easier way for someone to get started online because when you want to get your first kiss, unfortunately in the past this was the only way to do it. You had to pick one of these ways to get your first kiss. You had to. There was no other option. And so it became complete struggle street. And if you did get your first kiss, how do you get your second one? You have to do one of these ways again. And it was so hard. And that's why it's so difficult for beginner coaches to go, go full-time because the vehicle doesn't allow them to. So that's why I went on a mission to create something for the absolute beginner. Called the Tiny Challenge. Now I know what you guys already know what a Tiny Challenge is, but to recap your memory, what is a Tiny Challenge? It's like a traditional challenge except it's delivered one-on-one, not in a group, not with you and 2 other people, not with you and 3 other people, with you and just one other person. Removes all the overwhelm, creates huge amounts of reciprocity, and converts like crazy. So it's one-on-one, you and one other person. Now it can be free. Or it can be paid. 99% of our success stories do a free tiny challenge, and then they offer their core offer at the end. So to reduce the friction for you, I'd highly suggest for most of you just do the free version. It's going to be easier. It's going to be less work, less friction. It's going to be way easier. But you can do a paid version too. So Here's the key though. It's 3 to 5 calls delivered over 3 to 5 days, not 3 to 5 calls delivered over 3 to 5 weeks. It's 3 to 5 calls delivered over 3 to 5 days. Now, why is this so powerful? This is what Russell Brunson and other industry leaders are saying about it. Lead gen's simple on this. The funnel's simple. The follow-through's simple. The sales script is simple.
The tech.
The tech is simple. This is like the easiest, lowest barrier, least stressful, most Simple thing I think I've ever seen. Like, we presented to me. I was just like, this is so brilliant.
Everyone needs to be doing this.
I never thought I would do one-on-one coaching at all, let alone like one-on-one challenge. But I'm doing two of them right now. Super profitable. This is like one of the most simple, most brilliant things I think I've ever heard. I'm legit like blow. Like right now, you guys freaking out a little bit too. This is from Pedro Deo. I'm telling you right now, this tiny challenge framework is going to be the hottest new thing. Because this is the easiest, simplest framework to actually get started online. This is so brilliant.
I'm just upset that I didn't think about this first.
This is from Ryan Pineda.
Oh, but for real, right?
But it depends on your goals, right?
So it's like, if my goal was I need to make money right now today, then yeah, I would do something like a tiny challenge.
This is from Myron Golden. Um, Richmond, I'll see you the following Monday on office hours to hear the great report What happened with your event? I know you're gonna crush it, bro. Super proud of you. You invented one of the most brilliant concepts I've ever seen, the Tiny Challenge model, and you deserve all the success you're getting right now. All right, so why are they raving on about it so much though? Why do they believe it's the most powerful concept for you to get started online without the stress, without the overwhelm? It's because of these reasons here. Doing anything one-to-many, whether it's a group challenge or a webinar or a masterclass or a VSL or anything like that, requires some tech skills. Now if you're good at tech, awesome, but if you are not good at tech, not so great. Now if you're good at tech and you have a vehicle that can convert clients without the tech, you'd rather the one without the tech because a Tiny Challenge is literally done one-on-one. You can do it on Zoom which everybody knows how to use or you can just do it on your phone. So it makes it so easy for you to get started. This requires presentation skills and speaking skills whereas in a Tiny Challenge you do not because you're literally having a one-on-one conversation with your ideal client, which you've had thousands of conversations in the past. This requires marketing and a launch date. Should I do it 10 AM? Should I do it 12 PM? Should I do it 3 PM? Should I do it on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday? Oh my gosh, what about long weekend? What about Easter holidays? What about Christmas? Oh my gosh, now I'm stressed. I don't know when to do it. Should I fill it up a day before, 2 days before, 3 weeks before, a month before? When should I start filling up this campaign? And now you don't even know where to start. Whereas a tiny challenge, you start anytime It's convenient and flexible and you can do it while you're working full-time, while you have multiple responsibilities because the time always works because it's done one-on-one. In a group setting, you require lists. So in order for you to get 100 people to sit in a room, you need 1,000 registered. You need 1,000 people registered in a room in order for you to get 100 people in the room. In a Tiny Challenge, you get an unbeatable 100% show rate because the time always works. We've got about 80 people in the Zoom room right now, right? And in this challenge here, we had to get close to 500 people registered. That's about 1 in 5. That's 20% show-up rate, which is meant to be very good in the industry. But the reason why— I mean, yes, we already kicked some people out, but the reason why the majority didn't show up today is because the time didn't work. And some of you that turned up late, you turned up late because the start time didn't work. And some of you that can't stay all the way to the end, you can't stay all the way to the end because either you You end up hating me and you don't like me and it's not valuable and you're not getting any useful information out here, or just the time didn't work. Whereas in a tiny challenge, the time— write this down— always works. But it gets even better. This is hard working full-time. You can run this whilst you're working full-time. This sometimes attracts time wasters, whereas a tiny challenge you do not. And let me demonstrate this to you. First things first, first things first. In a tiny challenge, most of you will be doing it on Zoom. And if you're doing on Zoom, you are not going to get them to show up with their camera off. They don't. No one will show up to your Tiny Challenge with their camera off. Definitely you won't. That'll be the weirdest, most awkward Zoom call ever, unless the camera's broken, whatever the case may be. But that doesn't happen. And so in a Zoom room, Would it be fair to say the people with their camera on are more attentive and more committed than the people with the camera off? Who would agree in a Zoom room? Who would agree in a Zoom? Yeah, for sure. Now, I'm not saying the people with the camera off are not attentive or not committed. It's just a generalization that the people with the camera on are way more committed than the people with the camera off. And that's in a group setting. Whereas in a Tiny Challenge, it's one-on-one and it's one-on-one camera on. And so the intent is extremely high. The commitment is screaming high. So for that reason, you do not get any time wasters. On top of that, most people are so busy today that they're suffering from shiny object syndrome because everything's trying to steal their attention. If you look on your phone right now, right, and have a look at your phone, every app on your phone— like on my phone here, I've got 24 apps on one page, and if I scroll across, I've got another 24. And so On my phone here, every app is designed to do one thing. It's designed to get my attention. Why? Because attention is a new currency and data is the new oil. Because the more attention it gets from me, the more data it gets. Facebook wants me to use Facebook for as long as possible. WhatsApp wants me, Instagram, YouTube, Claude, ChatGPT, Voxer, Uber, Spotify. Every app on my phone wants me to use it as much as possible. Because the more I use it, the more attention I give it, the more data it has for me because we live in a world where data is the currency. So why am I sharing that with you? It's because if I said to you 10 years ago, I've got shiny object syndrome, most of you won't know what that is. But now you do because your biggest enemy to success is this thing called distraction. It is so hard to get someone's attention today because distraction is at its highest because Everything else wants their attention, and that's just your phone. And so if someone sits down with you for 5 days straight, one-on-one on Zoom with the camera on, in a world where distractions are highest and everything is trying to get their attention, what does it tell you about that person? Number one, they're not a time waster. Number two, they have a problem they want solved now, not next week, not next month, not next year, but they want a problem they solve now that they're giving up their time for you. to have it solved during your tiny challenge. And that's why you don't get time wasters. And that's why you don't even need to charge to weed out time wasters in a tiny challenge, because you just don't get time wasters. The only time you would consider charging, if you've got 100 leads and you don't know what to filter, and then you might consider charging. But most of you will not get 100 leads for your tiny challenge. You just won't. And so you just don't get time wasters. So charging for a tiny challenge is not a reason to weed out time wasters, because you don't get time wasters. The only time I would consider charging Is if I've got a personal brand and I've got way too many leads and that would justify me charging for it. Is this all making sense, right? But it will not weed out time wasters. You just don't get any, period. But it gets even better still. In a tiny challenge, it's— in a group setting, it's hard to hold accountability. In a tiny challenge, it's very easy because you assign homework after every call. And after every call means there's going to be accountability. And with accountability, 2 things happen. So I've been going to the gym since I was 16. I'm 43 now, so 27 years at the gym. And it's the one thing I've been consistent at my whole life, more consistent than anything, religiously 2 to 3 times a week. And even when I travel, my number one thing that I look at in a hotel room is does the hotel have a gym? Ideally, does it have a 24-hour gym? That's how I make my decisions when I pick a hotel. And regardless of that, I still get personal training once a week. Why? Because when I'm with my personal trainer and I do leg day, for example, if I'm going for 10 squats with my personal trainer, I always go for 15. So write this down: with accountability, your students always do more. But the second thing happens also is that those 15 squats that I do They're better form, they're slower, they burn more. And so I do them better. And so the second thing that happens with accountability is your students do it better. So they do more, they do better. They're not a time waster. They're highly qualified giving the attention to you this week because they want a problem solved. Now they get progress that they've never had before. And so the yes at the end when you make your offer becomes an easy yes for them because they've never experienced what they've experienced before. with anyone else on the planet who's following this right now. And that's why the conversion rates are so high. But it gets even better still. And so this— anything else is an inferior offer to your leads, whereas a tiny challenge is a superior offer. What do I mean by this? So although tiny challenge was launched about 2 and a half years ago, it's still, it's still really new because this— most people are still not doing it, and a lot of people still don't know about it. If I ask the average entrepreneur on the planet right now, do they know what a tiny challenge is? Most of them will not know what it is, which is good for you because— and this is probably not the right room to ask, but I'm just going to ask it anyway because it'll represent something for you in a second. How I want you to think about your ideal client, whether you're in life coaching, business coaching, performance coaching, corporate coaching, B2B coaching, whatever coaching you're in, have you seen your competitor post something online, whether it's on Facebook or Instagram or YouTube or whatever the case may be? Hey, I'm doing a tiny challenge and looking for 5 people to help you solve this problem, work with me one-on-one for free for 5 days or something like that. Have you seen something like that online? Think about your competitor, your direct competitor. So look at the chat screen. We got crazy, like everybody look at the chat screen right now.
We got no, no, no, no, no, no, no, nope coming through.
Exactly. And this is a highly qualified room who knows what Tiny Challenges is. Maybe we've got a couple of yeses, but here's the point. There's a football stadium out there with your ideal clients and there's no hot dog stand, or maybe there's only one. And so if you open up a hot dog stand in a football stadium where there's no hot dog stands, you will sell out. Even if you're brand new, even if you have no name, even if you don't have any experience, even if you charge super expensive, you will still sell out because you're the only one. Because write this down, your greatest competitive advantage is when you don't have competition. That's why monopolies are illegal. Whereas if you try to open up a hot dog stand and there's already 100 there, It does not matter how good you are, you will live on struggle street because there's another 100 there. And so right now, this is a very small window of opportunity where you could be crushing it with tiny challenges because there are no other hot dog stands there, or maybe there's only 1 or 2 there and you can still crush it. Who's getting this right now? Right? But it gets even better still. So there's a part here Where it's all going to tie in with you getting your first client and your first case. So if I wanted to run, say, a group challenge or a webinar or something group to 10 people, in order for me to get 10 people in the room, go ahead, type in the chat screen, how many people do I need registered to get 10 in the room? Go ahead, type in the chat screen.
We've got 100, 100. Yeah, 100 plus, 100, 100, 100. Yep.
Yep.
Yep, you got it.
Now for most of you, trying to find 100 people should be overwhelming for you. It's like, where do I even find 100 people? Let's say you did to get 10 in the room, which is extremely deflating. It's very discouraging. And you do it and you present your offer at the end and they all say no. And it's not just 10 people that said no, it's 100. And when this flops, it's not like you can run it again tomorrow because now you have to do another marketing campaign. You have to decide on another date. You have to find another 100 people. And generally that's a month later that you lost and you do it again only to get another no, only to get another no, and now you're 3 months down, you haven't got a paying client and you're feeling extremely discouraged. And maybe that first client you got was 3 or 4 or 5 challenges in and then you finally got there and it's only a $200 sale because it was your sister-in-law who felt sorry for you. But let's just say you wanted to run 10 tiny challenges. So go ahead, type in chat screen, if I wanted to run 10 tiny challenges, how many People do I need to find?
Light it up for us, gang. Oh yeah, we got, we got 10 coming through. 10 from Ali, 10 from Claire. Jamal says 10. Angie says, I think Angie says 25. Angie says 10. Angie says 10 as well. Come on.
Yes, you guys got it. 10, because they all show up because the time always works. And so finding 10 people is way easier than trying to find 100 people. And so let's say you do your first tiny challenge. And you present the offer at the end, and it's a little bit messy. You don't really know what you're doing, but that's okay. You're allowed to be messy. How many of you are okay with being messy on your very first tiny challenge? Who's okay with that? Yeah, you're allowed to be messy. But the point is, you can be so messy and convert like crazy. Why? Because the person sitting in your tiny challenge is highly committed, highly attentive because it's on Zoom. They have a problem they want solved now, and they get progress that they've never had before. So even if you're messy, All those other things do not change. The accountability doesn't change, the homework doesn't change, and the fact that they're highly attentive and committed does not change. But let's just say you present the offer at the end and you get a no. But that's okay, it's not a big deal. And here's what you want to be doing. And so I want you guys to write this down because as I'm going to help you guys get Tiny Challenge registrations this week, like you guys are going to be getting Tiny Challenge registrations. Some of you will even start this week. And when you get a no, make sure on that final call you ask these 2 questions on what made you say no. Get the data. More importantly, that second question you ask on that final call, if it was a no, what would have made you say yes? Get the data. Don't ask the day after. Don't ask an hour after. Don't ask a minute after. Ask it right now on that call. On that call, ask them right then and there. That's when you get the data. What made you say no? What would have made you say yes? You need to get the data so you don't make the same mistakes on the second one. Who's following this right now? Right? Otherwise, you're going to be doing 20 tiny challenges and getting 20 nos in a row because you didn't get the data. Write this down. Practice does not make perfect. Practice makes permanent. And if you're crap and you keep doing crap, you get better at being crap. But if you get feedback and data and get better every single time, then practice makes better.
Does that make sense?
So I don't want you to do it 20 times just to be crap, because you'll be really good at being crap. And so get the data, but it's really important. I'll give you some examples that we will never stop asking this question. What would have made you say yes? We will never stop asking. We constantly get data from all tiers of our program, whether it's our $1K Tiny Academy, our $5K Performance One, or my Inner Circle, which is $35K. And so in point 1, one of the data we get is, Richmond, how much one-on-one time do I get with you? I would have said yes, we've got one-on-one time. And when I launched Point One about 6 and a half years ago, yeah, they got one-on-one time with me. It was awesome. But now it's like, it's kind of unscalable. So there's a limitation to your one-on-one time. And so we finally solved it because it was like, oh my gosh, if I get some one-on-one time, then I can say yes. So how did I solve it? I created my own AI called Richmond AI with over 10, like almost 10 years of my brain in there, everything that I've done, and it's updated every single week. This 5-day challenge will be in Richmond AI. By the end of this week. Like everything I've done, everything I've coached, all my one-on-one coaching calls, everything I've done in my AI, I trained it. I got, I got down for 3 months, put out so much work, launched it to our P1s. And when they ask questions, I'd review what the answers Richmond AI gave and I'll go on the backend. I'll change some of the answers. I'll frame it differently. I'll put in different prompts. It took me such a long time to get Richmond AI to where it is right now and give it to our P1s for life. And so now they have lifetime access to me coaching one-on-one, but because of the feedback we got. And that's why I created it, because I asked for data. Who's getting this right now? It's a very important question. Then you do your second tiny challenge. You're like, oh my gosh, this is so amazing. Okay, I got the data. I'm excited. I'm a little bit less messy. It's going to be better the second time for sure. So I do it the second time. I present the offer. And now in the offer includes Richmond AI or whatever the thing for you. And it's like, Oh my gosh, that sounds like such a good offer. And they say no. And you're like, ah, but it's not a black and white no. It's not a hard no. It's like you can feel it. They're on the fence. And for some of you who went for your first kiss already, you probably felt like that was a close one. I was so close that time. Some of you know that was way off. And I was like, there was no chance there. But some of you guys know like that you got really close. You got really, really, really close. Who's following this right now? Who's getting this right? And so it was so close, but that's okay. Ask them on the call, on call number 5, what made you say no? What would have made you say yes? Richmond, I need guarantees. I need a guarantee. What would have made me say yes is if you had a guarantee. I'm like, wow, interesting. Okay, so in point 1, when we launch point 1, at the start we didn't have any guarantees. It's like get to 6 figures, but now we've implemented a guarantee Which states right now as a current offer right now is that you will get to $150K guaranteed, or we work with you for free forever until you get there. And we don't want to work with you forever for free. So we want to get paid for working with you. And so we guarantee $150K, which means that the $35K investment is a one-time and they don't need to put another dollar in and they'll get $150K return. And so that guarantee allowed us to sell more of our offers because we asked for the feedback. And so now you do your third tiny challenge. You're a little bit better. You got the data, you put in your AI, you put in a guarantee, you put in whatever they said. You present the offer and they're like, that is exactly what I need. That's the mastermind I need. That's the guarantee I need. That's the community I need. That's the standard I need. That's the level of people I want to hang around with. That's so cool. I'm in, and you make your first sale, whether it's an $80 sale or a $1,000 sale or a $35,000 sale. But now it becomes real because officially you are a legit paid coach with a real proven offer in the marketplace. Who's feeling that right now? And that identity shift, when Tony says it was the trajectory of his whole career The reason why every single time you get that first paying client, your career just takes off is because your identity shifts inside. And I went from being an optometrist to now being a legit paid coach. Tony went from being a baker to now being a legit paid coach. And you will go from whatever your career is right now to now a legit paid coach. Who can feel that? And that's when it becomes really, really real. And then you get so addicted. Richmond, this is amazing. This is so good. You do it again. Present an offer. They say no. Not a big deal. What made you say no? What would have made you say yes? Get the data, get the feedback. One of the biggest things with our students was we really need an audience, we really need a following, we need a personal brand. And one of the things that blew up my personal brand last year, being on over 30 podcasts and touring around the world doing guest speaking, was because I was able to leverage other people's brands. I borrowed brand equity. The fastest way to grow your brand— write this down— is for you to associate yourself with existing brands. Period. If you think Michael Jackson, Pepsi, Michael Jordan, Nike, Oprah Winfrey, Weight Watchers, George Foreman grill— those are all associated branding. And so from the data we were collecting from our students, it's like, well, how do we help them grow up their brand? And because now I've got the established brand in the marketplace, I do a branding interview with all of our P1s. And so they get instant branding through association, but it's only based on the data we get. And so now you add that to your offer. You go to the next person. What would have made you say no? What made you say yes? And you present the offer again. And now your offer is even better because you've got all the data there from asking that one question, and you get your second yes online. And then you do it again, you get your third yes online, and then your fourth one. And not everybody's perfect, not everybody gets 100% yeses and no. You get a no here. What made you say no? What would have made you say yes? And then you're on a roll. And that's your first 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 paying clients online. And here's the crazy part. All of you could have done that without being on learning how to speak. All of you could have done that without the complicated tech. All of you could have done that without worrying about no one showing up. All of you could have done it with a very, very small list or almost even zero following. And all of you could have done that starting right now. How many of you can see why Russell Brunson has said that this is the future of marketing in 2025 and beyond? Who can see that right now? Cool. So here's the goal. Because of the feedback loop, because of those 2 questions at the end, what made you say no, what would have made you say yes, and because of the frameworks I'm going to share with you, and because of what you have in my book, Here's the goal of this week. The goal is really simple. Our average students enroll 1 in 3 clients in Tiny Challenges. Average, average, because of the way the framework works, right? So my goal for everyone in the room right now this week is to help you secure minimum 3 Tiny Challenge leads. Some of you will start it this week, but depending on logistics, some people are like, I can't start until Sunday, or I can't start till Friday, whatever it is. But you will have people, 3 people committed to starting with you. Some of you will start Wednesday. Whatever the case may be, remember it's one-on-one. Some of you got some logistics on, so that's the goal this week, to get you 3 leads this week, right? And based on what I'll be sharing this week, the average person will close 1 in 3. That's how we plan to help you get your first kiss. So let's pause. How's that sounding to you? What's going through your mind right now? Is it starting to feel real right now? Go ahead, type in the chat screen. Whoa, okay, I better get to work.
Very cool. I saw Tracy Wood with a big thumbs up. She's got some love hearts on her screen right now. Connie says this is exciting. Donald says I love it. Yeah, bring it on. Scary but exciting. Sounds, sounds manageable. This is from Susan. All right, fantastic. Katrina says here, fantastic. Art says, let's go. And I imagine he says it exactly in that tonality as well. And then Sarah says here, I'm ready for real. Oh, I like it.
So good. So good. Now, you won't finish your Tiny Challenge this week. Let's be real. Let's say I gave you a lead gen post today. Let's just say I did that, which I won't, because we need to figure out your niche and your messaging first. But let's just say I did that. And then you chat some leads, and then you get on, and then you chat to them and say, oh, I can start tomorrow. If technically speaking, you start call number 1 of your tiny challenge tomorrow and do a 5-day one, and you're going to finish on Saturday. But the commitment is for you to get 3 and show you how you can on average close one of those 3. That's the goal. And then we'll do some follow-up after this challenge and then see where you guys are at. Is that cool for everyone here? Manage your expectations, and also your overwhelm as well. It's like, Richmond, do I have to do three this week? I didn't block out the time for three this week. No, the three will be completed over a series of when you can do it. That's that's the key about tiny challenges. Now, if you're not sure on your niche tomorrow, we're going to talk about niche and messaging. And if you're really really not sure on your niche and messaging tomorrow, it doesn't really matter because a tiny challenge allows you to find your niche anyway. You could be you will at Richmond. I I could coach single moms. I, I could do corporate women. I could do women of abuse. I don't know which one to do. Well, do all 3. Do a tiny challenge on single mom. Do a tiny challenge on corporate women. Do a tiny challenge on women of abuse. And then I guarantee after doing all those 3 that you will find your niche. And some of you will even get a paying client from just doing that, from not even knowing your niche. So your niche will find you. So we'll talk more about that tomorrow. But here's the best thing about tiny challenges, which Which personally I love. Now, this is how you get leads long-term. Okay, my wife Penny bought BTS concert tickets, which is a Korean pop star band. They're like one of the biggest bands in the world right now. They played at the World Cup. They're doing a tour in Australia. They're doing 4 concerts, 2 in Sydney, 2 in Melbourne. She bought tickets to 3 of them, both in Sydney and one in Melbourne. It's crazy. She's going to Sydney back to back, and then a couple of days later she's flying to Melbourne to do Melbourne one. And I'm like, she's spent thousands of dollars already and she hasn't even bought merch yet. And why is she spending so much money on going to a BTS concert when you can hear all their songs for free? Online. You can hear all for free on YouTube, all for free on Spotify, all for free, and their concert is sold out. Same thing with Taylor Swift, same thing, same thing with Coldplay, same thing with Beyoncé. Their concerts sell out, but you can get all their music for free. You know why their concerts sell out? It's because they give all their music out for free, because that's the point. And so with tiny challenges, should you do 10, 15, 20, 30, 40, 50 tiny challenges? You will get so good so fast. And when you get really good really fast, guess what you do? That's your music. And you give it out for free so you can sell your concert. But people only buy your concert if your music's good. But people only listen to your music if it's good because you've done the work to make it good. And so tiny challenges allows you to be good fast so you can produce great music. Great music sells out concerts. Who's following this right now? And so the competency becomes the marketing. Who would have figured that this also becomes the ultimate marketing framework? And the more you do, the better your content gets, because the better your music gets. The better your music gets, the more you sell out your concerts, and your business goes from first kiss, second kiss, third kiss, to now a hockey stick, all through tiny challenges. So if at this point you're not sold on tiny challenges, then I don't know what you're doing. You're definitely not in the right room. This is Michelle, who tried webinars, switched to tiny challenges, made 30k. Background noise is super noisy, so excuse the background noise. Here we go, Michelle and Michelle. You did webinars? I did webinars. I just started those. Yes, but I— and zero conversions? Zero conversions. You finish your story. Yes, but then I did the Tiny Challenge and I've had 3 conversions, so I'm 3 for 3 right now. Whoa! How much? You're gonna money out? $30,000 total. Yeah. $10,000? Yeah, $10,000 each. So how much you been trying webinars for? Um, I've just started, so it's been less. I'm on my 4th webinar, so— but then Tiny challenge in December.
I started that.
Yes. Wow. And any fears running a tiny challenge or any hesitations? It's actually helped me out a lot because it helps me really craft the webinar side of it. Wow. My thirty thousand. Wow. Okay. What's different now about your life? Oh, I love it. I mean, I'm gonna continue. I continue to do that as I'm critiquing my webinar. All right. Let's go. All right, and this is from mindset coach Inet, who's trying group challenges, and then he converted Tiny and he started crushing it, $10K months. Oh, I'm here with Inet. You tell the story, Inet.
So I was, I was doing group challenges every month for about, uh, a year or so, and they weren't really converting very well at all. But when I heard his training about Tiny challenges, I changed the way that I do my challenges. And since then, we've been averaging about $10,000 a month, and that's been for like the last half a year.
So, wow, I'm so grateful for the work that you do.
I really appreciate it. Thank you.
So good. And how many tiny challenges have you run now?
We've done— I don't know off the top of my head, but I know we just finished one this last week just before Funnel Hacking Live, and we closed another client just yesterday.
So good. So zero results with group challenges. How much revenue have you made or money have you made?
I would say very little results. Oh, very little. Less than $5,000 or so.
Right. And when you did tiny challenges, was there anything that you were surprised on? Was it a lot more work or less work than you thought?
Well, it was less work, more engagement. It was a lot more close-knit. People were a lot more engaging.
Talk to me about that because many people think, oh, if I do it one-on-one, it's going to be more work, right? Yeah.
I thought that at first. The first Group challenge we did, it was really stressful for, for me, for like my team. It was really— there's a lot of moving pieces. But when we're doing a tiny challenge, it was— we just show up on Zoom at a time appointed. We are able to have a conversation. It's a lot more engagement when you're doing like a group and there's not many people showing up, then it looks weird because you're trying to like talk to an audience, but there's not really much of an audience. And like 1 or 2 people are there and not as engaged. But when you're doing A tiny challenge, there's so much more engagement. They want to talk, they want to hear it, and it's just been— it's been a lot easier doing it that way.
So good. Appreciate you, man. Well done, man. Well deserved. All right, so that's from Inet. Switched from group challenges, and Michelle switched from webinars, and then they just started crushing it. So, which is super cool. So how many of you— just go ahead and type in the chat screen, this is the way. You can see that this This is the way, this is the way, this is the way. And that's why nearly 10,000 of you have got this book, which is pretty incredible. Nearly 10,000 of you have got this book. And so, can you get to $1 million with tiny challenges? Unlikely. We've got 2 students, Kenny Lee, Andrea Engstrom, who've got to $1 million all through tiny challenges. At some point you need to change your model, but it's unlikely. It's unlikely. Can you get to $250K all through tiny challenges? You can for sure. That we know of. 6 figures is a piece of cake. $250K, 100%. Now I actually did one tiny challenge last year. I did one tiny challenge, and in that one tiny challenge, I made over $250,000 from it. $280,000 to be exact. From one tiny challenge. And I don't have a $280,000 offer. I got a $100K private mentoring offer. We have a $35K 0.1 Inner Circle. Then we have our lower tier offers. But I don't have a $280,000 offer. And I did one tiny challenge, we made over $280,000. And so we won't talk about it on today's training or this week, but I want to give you a guest speaking talk that I did at an event where I explained how I did it. And so if you like that training there, I'll just give it to you free. It's about 45 minutes long of me speaking in Las Vegas. Just DM me, pull out your phone, send me a DM, scale. And that video, I break down how I did a $280,000 Tiny Challenge. So if you scan the QR code, you send me a DM, scale, I'll send you that training. It's not something that you need to watch this week because this week is all about the first kiss, but it's really to future pace you on exactly what's possible. So can you get to $100K running Tiny Challenge? 100%. We, since we launched Tiny Challenges a couple of years ago, we've had dozens and dozens and dozens of students hit $100K like Tracy Clark. She's in our Point One Inner Circle. She went from corporate banking to full-time coach, $0 to $113K, all through tiny challenges. This is Tracy Clark from our Inner Circle 0.1. So Tracy, tell us about some of the fears that a tiny challenge took away from a traditional challenge.
Tiny challenge, when you launched that, it absolutely changed the game for me because Suddenly all those things that I was struggling with, the, you know, the fear of doing a big challenge because I hadn't earned $10,000 yet, it just got rid of that. I wasn't 100% on my messaging either, but it didn't matter because it got rid of that. And so suddenly I could just get going, I could get the data, I could decide my niche kind of found me. I started off helping you break through whatever's holding you back. I didn't really have it helping pretty well everyone do everything.
Yeah.
And so my niche kind of found me and it just made the whole process easy and the fear went away and I could just be me. I didn't have to present, you know, it didn't have to feel like that. And it just, yeah, everything just got easy and I had success quickly too, which is, which like versus pro bono, which took so long. I couldn't believe it, you know. So, and I just decided when you launch this, I'm going all in on it. And I'm gonna do like I did 5 in my first week and then I did 20 in the first month.
Wow. Wow. How many, what was the close rate out of like the first 10 and then the next 10?
Look, the first actually did about 4 in the first 10 and then, you know, I found it was like getting to 6 and 7 as you said. So then on average it was about 50% and I'm still on average about 50% in total. And you might get a run of a few and then, and it just depends, but it's roughly about 50%, which is mind-blowing to be able to do that. And so the first month of doing those 20 challenges, I earned $22,000, you know, so like that just changed my life after all the struggle of having the zero, zero, zero each month and then that. And then there hasn't been a month that I've earned when I kept doing tiny challenges less than 10. And that was what, even though I had, you know, trips away interstate and I had surgery and I had all other things, I still was able to do that. And, um, yeah, Rich, this is, this is a game changer. What you've designed with Tiny Challenge is, is mind-blowing. It's so good.
Wow. And credit to you, Tracey. What was the price? What was the price point of your program on the first Tiny Challenge and how has the price increased? Yeah.
Yeah. Great question. $1,497 Australian.
$1,597. Wow.
Yeah. And I sort of said, you know, this is not gonna stay at this, but this is what you get to get me at the beginning. And then, so I sold 3 at that price and then I went up to $1,800 and I sold 1 at $1,800 and then I went to $2,000, sold 1 at $2,000 and then I went to $3,000 Australian and I think I sold about 3 at $3,000 Australian and then boom, you know, Catherine actually said, At UPW, you know, so, so pretty well she's like, you gotta get into US dollars. And then I was $3,000 US dollars and now I'm— now the program's $5,000 US dollars.
Wow. Which is around about like $7,500, which means like you've basically 5x your prices through this model here. And this is a hidden benefit. People think, oh, my price will be the same, but you can see this as the way to make money fast. And I mean like the fastest most efficient way possible with the least amount of skill.
But you build your skill really quick too, Rich. That's the other thing that was like, I got really good really fast and confident really fast too with this model. So that was huge too. And also the data in the nose helped me. The offer kept refining, refining, adding more, adding more. So now I'm adding all these extra done-for-you bits and all this, which didn't start out like that. it was, that was what they needed. So, and that's what would have had them say yes. So add it in and boom, now everyone's saying yes.
So good. So good. Tracy, I appreciate you coming on super last minute and sharing your journey as well. And Tracy, one final question. One final question. You got so addicted to this model that you kind of didn't want to leave the model. What made this so addictive to you?
Yeah, thanks, Richard. You know, it's what you said right at the beginning is the show-up rate of of, you know, group challenge versus tiny challenge. And I didn't wanna waste leads because it's so hard to get a lead anyway. So if you can have 10 leads to do 10 tiny challenges and convert at 50% versus you've gotta get 100 to get 10, and then you're gonna convert in a challenge, a group challenge at maybe 20 or 30%. Like to me, the math was made tiny challenge such a no-brainer. And that was, I guess I was trying to be efficient and Thank you, Rich. And let me just say, Rich, you could, you could ask me 5 minutes before and I would drop everything for you. And I'm so, so grateful to you. You have absolutely changed my life. So, um, so much love and appreciation.
That is Tracy Clark. You know what? Yeah, give it up for Tracy Clark. Let's go. Pretty, pretty different life leaving corporate banking to now full-time coach, isn't it? It's a very different life. Pretty, pretty different life leaving bakery to full-time coaching. Pretty different life leaving optometry to full-time coaching. But here's what I can share from personal experience and from seeing So many of our students succeed is that it's definitely a life worth living, that's for sure. Because for most of my life, I was living towards someone else's map of how I should be. Being Asian, you got to become a doctor, a dentist, a lawyer, solicitor, an engineer, or something like that. And that's not my map. And I'm guessing you're here because that's not your map either, and you want to create your own map. Is that true? How many would agree? Yeah, very, very cool. By the way, look at them. How many of you are appreciating the standard of the room right now? Who appreciates the standard of the room? Like, we are like, this is a winning room right now. I guarantee you have never been part of a challenge where the standard has been this high. Who would agree? You've never been like, this is, this is the room is so cool. So that's, that's how I know with this room here, this is the room That's going to allow you to win because the room matters not a little bit but a lot because you are who you spend time with. So are you guys ready for your homework for today? You guys ready for your homework today? Now that you've seen Tracy's story, you've got the First Kiss Ladder. Now this homework you may not be able to complete in— we'll give you guys We'll give you guys maybe about, you know, 5 minutes to get this started. Some of you may not complete it in the 5 minutes, and that's okay. But the hardest thing when you're going to the gym is just getting to the gym. Once you're at the gym, then you can start working out. You can try this machine, you can try that. And next minute, you may— you maybe just go for a 10-minute walk, or maybe you start with a stepper, and before you know it, you've did a 1-hour session. Or maybe just did a 20-minute session, but it doesn't matter because at least you showed up. Showing up to the gym is the hardest, but once you're there, you can figure out on how long you want to stay there for. So this homework here, I'm going to get you to the gym to get you started. How long you want to go for this with this homework here is up to you, whether you want to go for an hour and when we finish today, you continue with the gym session, or whether you just want to go for a 5-minute sprint, and that's okay, and that's more than enough for you. So you guys decide, you guys are smart enough to know that, but at least I'm going to help you get to the gym. Does that make sense? Cool. So we're going to get this homework started right now. And for those of you that want to stay at the gym for the next couple of hours— some of you guys are crazy. Some of you guys stay at the gym for 3 hours. That's— I don't know how people do that. But yes, Donald's nodding his head, man. You got— and when Tony was training for his marathon and training and training and training, wow, that's, that's a lot of training. That's— I, I don't think I've ever trained for longer than an hour in my life. So FYI. Okay, so this is the homework. Okay, it's not about niching. Don't worry. Tomorrow we're going to talk about your who. Tomorrow we're going to get really nailed down on who is it that you want to kiss. Let's identify that person. More importantly, if you already secretly know that person, let's remove the roadblocks from you committing to that person because in case of the fear that daddy won't approve, right? Then on day 3 and 4, we're going to talk about what and how. And then on the final day is timing and the kiss. So that's the pathway over the next 5 days. You will— I will share with you on how to get leads and what to say and how to say it to them, and then the timing of all those things. So we'll get through all of those. But today though, what's going to be most important is the foundation to— it's going to be the antidote for discouragement. I'm going to give you the antidote for discouragement because some of you guys would do lead gen and maybe get crickets. Some of you guys would do lead gen, people say no. Some of you guys would do 3 tiny challenges and the first 2 are a no, and you're like, please, please, I hope the next one's a yes because I don't want to I don't want to be the only one in this group that doesn't get my first kiss. And you'll feel that. You feel that. So here's the antidote for discouragement. Day 1 homework is why this matters to you. Why does this matter to you so much? I'm going to give you a prompt to use on why this matters so much to you. This will guide you. So whether you use Claude or ChatGPT or whatever the case may be, I'm going to give you a prompt to use on why this matters to you. This is the prompt. All you need to do is screenshot it. I'm not in the way. There's no text behind me. So that's okay. You can screenshot this and you can just put it into whatever AI you're using right now. And it'll start asking you questions. Why you want to become a coach? What life experience do you have? What fears and doubts do you currently have? It'll help build out an identity statement for you. What do you want to make possible in your life? It's basically going to be coaching some very, very emotional questions. And some of you may maybe even get a box of tissues out for this one. This is going to be really powerful. For me, what drove me to where I am today was because 2 weeks after I decided to become a coach My mum passed away. And without her passing, I wouldn't be here today. I had to make this work for her. And so this December is coming out on a very emotional time for me because this December will be the 10-year anniversary of Me leaving optometry, full-time coaching, and also the 10-year anniversary of my mum passing away. And that I'll never forget. Sometimes in life, when you decide and commit to something that you really want, life gets in the way as a test to see how much you really want it. So we'll give you guys 5 minutes, and if you don't complete this, that's okay, but at least we'll get you started in the gym. So copy this into your AI, and we'll come back in about 5 minutes.
All right.
I know some of you guys need more time, but, um, just go ahead, type in the chat screen, maybe just in one sentence. Why does this matter to you? Why does this matter to you?
He's gonna get it started here. He says, uh, to help others heal. Yep. Uh, we've got here from Jeremy, says make a difference for others and begin to create a legacy for my family. Love that for you, Jeremy. We've got here from Jamal Curry who says, uh, because I have a million dreams and working 9 to 5 isn't one of them. You know what, Jamal? I think there's a lot of us in this room that can resonate with that, mate. Really cool. Really cool. I'm gonna bow tie it with Linda who says, I don't wanna waste my life, but I want to live, uh, my life intentionally with purpose. Love that, Linda.
Well said. Well said. So that's your homework for day 1. Just complete that and post it in the group. And more so, yes, it'll get you off centers and all of this, but more so, I think it'll be great for our community to read it and absorb it and feel it. And for you to just remind yourself of why you're doing this, why you decided to be the crazy few. There's not many people like us who decide to take on this journey. Of becoming a coach. And so, um, posting in the group would, would really mean a lot. But also completing the prompt will be the foundation of the next prompt I give you tomorrow, because the prompt about deciding your who, there'll be some clues in this one, and I'll use that as a basis for the next prompt tomorrow. And then we're just going to give you a prompt every single day, and it's going to build on each other. And that's how you're going to get your first kiss. Cool. So who's up for doing that? Who's up for doing the homework? Yep. And take as long or as little as you need. If you want to take another 10 minutes, take 10 minutes. If you want to spend another 2 hours at the gym, take 2 hours at the gym. There's no time limit on this, but you just do you. You just do you. And once you've done that, post it in the group. Post it in the group for us to see it. And, and then we'll Come back tomorrow. So, all right, so that concludes the very first day one of the First Kiss Challenge. I trust that that was valuable for you. Again, follow this channel here to make sure you get notified of the day two that I'll be releasing very, very soon. And if you do want to move forward faster, I'm going to drop my link of my actual audiobook that you can download for free. It'll be in the description below. And if you want to learn how to make millions online with a very small audience. I have a Leads Now 8-hour course on how you can get leads now without a following. I'll also drop that video in the description below as well. For now, I look forward to seeing you on day 2 of the First Kiss Challenge.
