A short motivational monologue by Richmond Dinh urging listeners to embrace failure as a necessary step toward success. Dinh repeatedly stresses that failing quickly produces lessons, growth, and faster achievement, and he invokes Richard Branson's idea that greater success follows more failures. The tone is blunt, direct, and provocative.
Have some fun also means this.
It means fuck up. Now that's what have fun means fuck up. Now you guys get that to succeed you have to fail more. You guys get that but yet people don't want to fail.
You cannot succeed without failing and the quicker you fail the quicker you get the lessons. The more you grow the more success you will achieve and the quicker you achieve success. There's so many people have this story in their head well what if I fail? What if I get judged? What if people look at me funny what did my parents say, what did my friends say?
But the very thing you need right now is to fuck up right now because it's those fuck ups which allow you to grow and take your life to the next level. I didn't get to where I am today without fuck ups. In actual fact Richard Branson said I've only succeeded because I failed more than everybody else.
