Do you lack confidence? Have you ever doubted yourself? Have you ever thought to yourself, hmm, I don't think I can do that. I don't think I'm ready. I don't think I'm good enough. I don't think I'm capable enough? Well, if you have, I want to congratulate you and welcome you to being a human being. You see, I don't care how successful you are. If you're human, you would have had moments where you doubted yourself. If you're human, there would have been times when you have sold yourself short. If. If you're human, there would have been moments where you have thought to yourself that you weren't good enough. But on the flip side, if you're human, then there would have been times where you just felt completely unstoppable and you were just on fire and just beaming with confidence. So why is that? Why is it that in some situations we feel completely confident, whereas in other situations we seem to lose all our confidence? I mean, what's the difference between one situation where you believe you can handle it and another situation where you believe you can't handle it? You know what it is? It's the story, the belief, the narrative, the dialogue in your mind where you say, in one situation, I can work it out. I will find a way. It will be okay. Whereas in another situation, you're telling yourself the complete opposite story where you say, I can't do that. I'm not capable enough. It won't be okay. So the real question is, how do you stop those stories that causes you to completely lose all your confidence? Well, that's easy. Change the language and begin all your sentences with these two words. Words I can. I can. I can. Because the journey to success, my friends, begins with those two words. And I can assure you, the more you begin your sentences with the words I can, the more successful you will be.
Sam.
