How Tracey Clarke Went From ZERO To $113K In 7 Months As a Beginner Coach

Tracey Clarke used Richmond Dinh's tiny challenge model to build a coaching business from scratch. She ran 20 challenges in her first month, hit a 50% conversion rate, and earned AUD 22,000. She scaled prices from AUD 1,497 to US$5,000 in seven months.

I joined a program at the end of January and. And sort of then six months of pro bono and you know, got one client and it's putting along and it's going super slow and most months with zero and so kind of challenge when you launch that, it absolutely changed the game for me because suddenly all those things that I was struggling with, the, you know, the. The fear of doing a big challenge because I hadn't earned 10,000 yet, it just. It just got rid of that. I wasn't 100 on my messaging either, but it didn't matter because it got rid of that. And so sud. Suddenly I could. I could just get going. I could get the data. I could decide my niche kind of found me. I started off helping you break through whatever's holding you back. I didn't really have a helping pretty well everyone do everything.
And. And so my niche kind of found me and it just made the whole process easy and the fear went away and I could just be me. I didn't have to present, you know, it didn't have to feel like that. And it just. Yeah, everything just got easy and. And I had success quickly too. Which is. Which. Like versus pro bono, which took so long I couldn't believe it, you know, so. And I just decided when you launch this, I'm going all in on it and. And I'm going to do like I did five in my first week and then I did 20 in the first month.
Wow. Wow. How many? What was a close rate out of like the first 10 and then the next 10?
Look, the first actually did about four in the first 10 and then. And then, you know, I found it was like getting to 6 and 7, as you said. So then on average it was about 50% and I'm still on average about 50% in total. And you might get a run of a few and then. And it just depends, but it's roughly about 50%, which is mind blowing to be able to do that. And so the first month of doing those 20 challenges, I earned 22,000. You know, so like that just changed my life. After all the struggle of having the 000 each month and then that. And then there hasn't been a month that I've earned when I kept doing tiny challenges less than 10. And that was what. Even though I had, you know, trips away interstate and I had surgery and I had all other things, I still was able to do that. And yeah, Rich, this is. This is a game changer. What you've designed with tiny challenge is, is mind Blowing.
Wow. And credit to you, Tracy, for, like, you know what? I'm just going to do five in the first week and just that's it. I'm going all in. I'm booking all my tickets. Right. And so what was the price? What was the price point of your program on the first tiny challenge and how has the price increased?
Yeah, yeah, great question. 14.97 Australian.
In my first time, I climb 1497. Wow. Yeah.
And I sort of said, you know, this is not going to stay at this, but this is what you get to get me at the beginning. And then So I sold three at that price and then I went up to 1800. And I sold one at 1800 and then I went to 2000. So one at 2000 and then I went to 3000 Australian. And I think I sold about three at 3000 Australian. And then boom. You know, Catherine actually said at upw, you know, so. So pretty well, she's like, you've got to get into US dollars. And then I was US$3,000 and now, now the program's US$5,000.
Wow. Which is around about like seven and a half thousand, which means, like you've basically 5x your prices through this model here. And this is a hidden benefit. People think my price will be the same. But I want you to think right now, actually, guys, type in the chat screen. What. What's going to be the price of your course? Knowing that you're going to sell it for way too. You know, you're soliciting yourself, but it's okay because that's why they should say yes. Now, what's that price point in typing in chat? I'd love to hear from you guys. And I'm going to see what we've got, like 5K. Very, very nice. 5K is healthy. Right? Type in the chat screen, guys, type in. Don't be afraid. Just type in. What do you think? Is it 500 is 1,000, 1.5 K? Yep. What's that price point? 3K? 2,888. 2K. Great. Great. I want you to imagine that number you just put in times by. Just be conservative. Times three in your first 10, like Tracy did four or five. Right. But times three, times three, what's that number be? That could be 6,000, 8,000, 10,000. Even if it's 2,000, knowing that that's on the provision that you don't increase your prices, you can see this as the way to make money fast. And I mean like the fastest, most efficient way possible with the least amount of skill.
But you build your skill really quick too, Rich. That's the other thing that was like, like I got really good really fast and confident really fast too with this model. So that was huge too. And also the data in the nose helped me. The offer kept refining, refining, adding more, adding more. So now I'm adding all these extra done for you bits and all this, which didn't start out like that. It was, that was what they needed. So. And that's what would have had them say yes. So added in and boom, now everyone's saying yes.
So good. So good. Tracy, I appreciate you coming on super last minute and sharing your journey as well. And Tracy, one final question, one final question. You got so addicted to this bottle that you kind of didn't want to leave the model. What made this so addictive to you?
Yeah, thanks, Rich. You know, it's what you said right at the beginning is the show up rate of.
Group challenge versus tiny challenge. And I didn't want to waste leads because it's so hard to get a lead anyway. So if you can have 10 leads to do 10 tiny challenges and convert at 50% versus you've got to get 100 to get 10 and then you're going to convert in a challenge, a group challenge at maybe 20 or 30%. Like, to me, the maths was made tiny challenge. Such a no brainer and that I guess I was trying to be efficient and maybe greedy, but just efficient. You know.
You'Re on the house to be greedy. Who's up for being greedy when you're impacting lives? Yeah. You know what? Get off of Tracy. Get up for being greedy. Let's go.
