I Paid Andy Elliot $45,000 For 1 Hr. Here's The Actual Replay of The Call!

In this YouTube video, Richmond Dinh shares the complete replay of a one‑hour, $45,000 coaching session he purchased from Andy Elliott to accelerate his business from roughly $8‑10 million in annual revenue toward a nine‑figure enterprise. The session opens with Richmond introducing the purpose of the call and inviting his Inner Circle audience to watch and judge the value. Andy then delivers a high‑energy, personal narrative that covers his early start in sales at age 18, rapid earnings growth, a period of scarcity‑driven over‑work, and a pivotal personal crisis that forced a mindset shift toward identity, faith, and self‑correction. He stresses that true wealth comes from changing one’s internal narrative, not merely chasing money. The core of the coaching focuses on scaling strategy: Andy points out Richmond’s current sales structure (≈80 % one‑to‑many, 20 % team‑driven) and the inadequacy of a three‑person sales team for a $8 M business. He recommends building a large, parallel sales army, hiring aggressively, and running outbound outreach (e.g., calling book buyers) to complement stage‑based sales. Speed of execution is highlighted as the decisive factor—being faster than competitors outweighs being the best. Andy also shares concrete scripts for a 2‑minute discovery call, emphasizes the importance of truth‑telling coaches, and urges Richmond to adopt a “chip on the shoulder” mindset to prove doubters wrong. Throughout, the dialogue is informal, motivational, and at times confrontational, with Andy interspersing personal anecdotes, faith references, and blunt feedback (e.g., calling Richmond’s belly fat). Richmond repeatedly asks for clarification on identity, strategy, and team building, prompting Andy to outline actionable steps. The video serves both as a showcase of high‑ticket coaching value and as a teaching tool for viewers on mindset, sales team architecture, outbound tactics, and personal transformation required to scale to nine figures.

I paid Andy Elliot $45,000 for 1 hour of his coaching to help us grow from $10 million to $50 million in the next 12 months. And in this video here, I'll be sharing with you the actual replay of the one-on-one session I had with him. And as you watch this, take notes because it does give some valuable information even for beginners. But the main thing is for you to judge for yourself to see whether it was worth the $45,000 I paid. What you'll notice in the replay is that I asked Andy if I could have my one-on-one done on Zoom and have my Inner Circle students in the same room as well so they can get the same value too. And so I'll play the video right now and you be the judge of whether or not this was worth it or not.
What's up, killers? How's everybody feeling? You guys ready to kick some butt?
Yeah, they are. Look how excited they are. This is sick.
I know you guys are. He told me about you guys. He said you guys are crazy.
It's 3:00 AM for them, 4:00 AM for them right now.
Dude, that's— listen, there's nothing like— listen, you know what? Your life is so good you want to delegate your sleep. That's when you know you got a good life. People all the time like, I need more sleep. You're like, dude, listen to me, your life should be so good you literally want to delegate your sleep. Okay.
All right. All right, P1s, we had a good workout this morning. My legs are destroyed. I'm not going to be able to walk later on today or for the next couple of days, but it's been a great workout too. And then we're going to get a tan later. We just did the podcast as well. So Thanks for waiting. I know you guys have been waiting for a while. I'm gonna shoot Andy a couple of questions.
It'll be worth it. I promise you, it's always worth the wait. Yeah. I promise you.
Andy is the real deal. Everything you see online, he's more in real life. And so I know everyone's always wondering, is the person the real deal? They always ask me, oh, is Russell the real deal? Is Myron the real deal? All that. And all of you guys are just everything you see. So appreciate you, Andy. I've already learned so much just from conversation with you and everything that I'm gonna ask Andy today, just you need to ask yourself the question, how can this apply to me? That's how you're gonna get the most value out of today because there's some things that apply to maybe Lydia, some things apply to Nick or specifically, or some things that apply to Dr. Namali. But then if you just keep on asking, how can I make this work for me? That's the question that's going to allow you to get the most value out of this. So that's value extraction is up to you guys, but also Andy's going to drop the fire as well. Everyone cool with that?
Yeah. And real quick, I want to tell everybody real quick what I do just so you make sure, like, I'll give you in context to any industry. Um, look, at 18 years old, I got into sales. Okay. Sales makes the world go round. Okay. I learned that 3% of the world literally runs the other 97%, and the 3%, which are called salespeople. And I would never, never held more than $5 in my hand until I was 18 years old. I, on my first day of work in sales, made $1,700 commission. That moment, the blood started to run differently through my veins. I was like, okay, wait a minute. I said, this is my way out. Sales is my way out. And so I was in the automotive industry, which, by the way, doesn't matter what boat you're in right now. It doesn't matter what industry you're in. I don't even care. But I was in the automotive industry and I made $125,000 my first year, $225,000 my second year, made $500,000, which is $500,000 by the time I was 20 years old. I became obsessed with learning. And I want you to know something just so everybody's aware of this. Like, whoever falls in love the most with learning wins. Those of you that are like, oh, I have to win. You don't have to do nothing. You can say the exact same. You're right. You don't have to do nothing. You get to learn. You get to learn. And so I want you to know, if you want to smoke everybody, outstudy them and also self-correct. Self-correction is huge. The person that can self-correct is forever wealthy. Always remember, if I can change faster than you, I'm going to beat you. Okay? And so I would go through this journey from 18 to 39, and I was in the automotive industry. I was in the car business, and that's what I did. And I was making about $2.5 million in 2019. I thought that I had it all. And I just— I'm going to be very clear. My wife had a purse full of cash. Our house was paid off. We had a magazine-style home. We had money in the bank. I was doing better than everyone else. I was better than most. But you know what? On the inside, I honestly— most lost people don't know they're lost. I didn't know I was lost. I would go to work at 7 in the morning. I got home at 11 at night. And honestly, I was never present when I was at home. I'm sure some of you guys are like, man, I wish whenever I was home, I was just a little bit more present. I love my kids. I love my wife. I love my relationship with my family. I was in a scarcity mindset. And it's important that everybody knows this because this is the shift. Whatever you're going to ask me, we want you to get it all. The whole goal is to get it all. If you die and you sacrifice a priority in your life, you're going to regret it and you're going to resent the person that didn't let you get it, which a lot of the times is you. The enemy isn't always in some far distant land. You most of the time, the enemy is right in the mirror. It is you. And I had scarcity beaten into me at a core level as a kid. Scarcity, scarcity, scarcity, scarcity, scarcity. Sacrifice for what you want. Or what you want becomes a sacrifice. And so I wanted to make money because I thought if I made enough money, everybody would be happy. And I thought if I made enough money, I thought my wife would love me more. You know what money did? Buried problems, buried problems, buried problems. And then finally, one day, my wife hits me with the cold, hard truth, which maybe today you guys might get from us, okay? Which is, she said, Andy, me and the kids have learned to live without you. Man, I thought she was ruthless when she said that. I thought, how disrespectful is this woman to sit here and tell me these things? I have worked my ass off my whole life. I did. All of a sudden, I was playing the victim. I had a small mindset. I forgot that Jacqueline, when she married me 15 years ago, which is— this is in 2019— I forgot that I promised her the ride of a lifetime. I promised I'd always keep her number one. I promised her that when we had children, I'd be the greatest father in the world. Okay? I promised her that whenever I was home, I would be home, even though I worked. You know, hard. I would be where my feet were. When I was at work, I would be at work. And when I was at home, I'd be at home. And I broke all of those promises. I had literally created false promises. And by the way, I was better than most. The enemy of great is good. You guys want to be great? Good is no longer acceptable. This call today is only for the 1%, okay? And so I want you to know that Jacqueline triggered me. Which normally most people wait for something bad to happen to change. I'd like for you guys to change on this call today. Nothing bad has to happen. I'd like for you to put yourself in my shoes. And my wife said either something needs to change or things might change. And that was enough for me to walk into the garage. I always wanted to be in shape. I'm in great shape now, but I went in shape at 39. I worked out for 4 hours like I was going to come back in the house and be a new man. And that just doesn't happen in 4 hours. But I did shift my mindset and I decided that I was the problem. And when you guys all get tired of your own shit, your life changes. And only until you're tired of your shit. They say when the pain overrides the fear of change, people change. When the pain line gets hit, you will shift and you will do one of two things. You will either chase the history books and you will make history. You'll break your bloodline, you'll break generational curses, you'll rewrite your story. And you will absolutely become a legend, or you will burn your life to the ground. And so I chose to rise up. I didn't think my wife called me out. I figured she called me up. Thank God she did. If you're ever lucky enough to have somebody in your life to tell you the truth, never let them go. I was just telling him that earlier. Never let them go. Don't let these truth tellers go, okay? These people that kiss your ass, they don't love you. Look, if you're overweight and your buddy's like, oh, you're not overweight, you're fine.
No, no, no.
You need to find a friend that says, hey, you need to take better care of yourself. I want you to love you so you can love your kids more. You can love yourself more. You can love your family more. You can love your husband more. I know. Look, listen, you need to take better care of yourself. You're worth it. Okay? Hey, it's not about cutting someone down. It's about telling someone the truth that they have a higher calling, a higher potential than they currently are. That's what a coach is. And you guys are all coaches. Okay? And so long story short, when Jacqueline told me that, though, I made a decision that day. It wasn't about what I did. It was about who I became. So everybody shift the question. Not, God, who do you want me or what do you want me to do? Right? I know you're all coaches, but like, who do you want me to become? Chase the man, not the money. Chase the woman that you're supposed to be, not the money. And when you become the woman, when you become the man you're supposed to be, guess what happens? You never have to chase again. You attract. Oh my gosh. Everything that I ever wanted, I never had to chase it again. It came to me. Okay, so I want to tell you what I did. Number 1, most people can tell you what they do, but they can't tell you who they are. Okay? Yeah, I do this for a living. I'm a coach. But who are you? Let me tell you who I am. I am a badass father. I am a great father. I wasn't always a great father. I was better than most, but I was not the best father in the world. Today, I literally can stand here and tell you I'm one of the best dads in the world. I am positive of it. I go to bed every night knowing that if I die, I have showed up for my children every single day. Secondly, my wife, she married the same man for 15 years. The last 5 years, her ass has married a brand new man every single day. I am a psycho. I am unpredictable. I am consistent, but I am unpredictable. And I recreate my life. I reinvent myself every single day. And she loves it. And by the way, when I changed, she changed. Our children changed. Everyone started to change. When the leader of the home changes, everything changes. And so that's, that's your responsibility today. Also, I always wanted to be close to God. I was always so busy. I'm not into religion, but I always want to have a relationship with God. And I was just so busy and had so much clutter in my head. You guys only have so much real estate in your heart and in your mind that literally I was like, like, man, I don't like me. Like, I want to be closer to God. And you know what? Now I have a really good relationship with God. And that's something that I always wanted. Okay. And so I don't know how old you are when you watch this call, but it was— I was 49 years old. I was 40 years old. I was 39. I was 40 when I changed my life. Age doesn't matter. I feel like I'm 18 years old. I really do. Doesn't matter how old you are. Matters how old you think you are. I think age is all fake. I really do. There's the day you're born, the day you die, and the day your life changes forever. My life changed in November 2019 when my wife checked the hell out of me. Okay. And she hurt my feelings, but she didn't want to hurt my feelings. She knew she had to get my attention or this is the way things were going to be. And at the end of my life, I was going to regret all of it. I'm so glad she spoke up. Also, I always want to put a financial fence around my family. So those of you on this call today, they're like, man, I want to make more money. Okay, cool. You know, when I quit my job, when I walked away from the industry that I'd been in for 23 years at 39 years old, when you walk away in industry that you've been in for 23 years, it's a little bit scary. Guess what? If you're scared, do it scared. Only the stuff that scares you is worth doing. If it isn't scary, if it isn't scary, he's like, I got this program, it's $50,000. You're like, oh my God, I'm scared. Write the check. You know why? Because your new life lies on the other side of you telling yourself that you're worth that kind of money. By the way, you can never charge a client what you won't pay yourself. Okay, I got programs that are $500,000. You're like, oh my God, Andy, I have paid over $500,000 for training. I've spent $8 million in self-development in the last 4 years. I am totally addicted to modeling proven practices. I study humans like no other. Someone else can do it, I can do it. And by the way, I will study you and I'll figure out how to do it better and I'll do it my way. And I'm a different character. Okay? And I want you guys to be the same way. I'm no better than you. I'm the same as you. You're the same as me. Okay, I just, I just woke up and I stopped settling. You know what? I don't like flattery. I don't like telling people to tell people, man, I'm so proud of what you built. I'm like, dude, save it. That shit doesn't excite me. I love you. Thank you for that. But like, that doesn't excite me. It makes me happy when my wife says she's proud of me. But you know what I would rather have? I'd rather have somebody tell me they don't believe in me. That'd be the greatest thing. That ever happened. Because if you tell me that I can't make it, I'm going to rip your face off. And I don't mean I'm going to say something to you. I'm going to make you choke on your words because you will never be right, ever. This is called the chip on the shoulder. Some of you are missing this. You need that chip, okay? You need to always be thinking, who believes in you and who doesn't believe in you? You're always proving the people who don't believe in you wrong, and you're proving the person who does believe in you right, which be your wife and mine. My wife always believed in me. She says, Andy, I always knew you were going to become somebody that was going to do something big. I always knew that. I just didn't know that yet myself. So she always believed in me. So over my dead body was I going to let her be wrong about me, the one person who freaking believed. Also, you don't always need to know who you want to be. Sometimes you need to know just who you don't want to be. I think that's what I did. I see all these fake-ass influencers around the world. These people trying to help people, these fake programs that really don't help people, man, that shit pisses me off. It really does. And I get— I get wound up about it. I love people. I think the whole world wants to trust people. They really do. But honestly, people like just— they take trust for granted. But not us. You guys aren't going to do it. We're not going to do it either. Okay, let's be different. Okay. So I just want to tell you that, like, these standards, though. And lastly, I want to say I want to put a financial fence around my family, guys. I 50x my income. 50x my income from 2019 per year. You know how I did it? I changed my life. And if you can change your life, you can spend the rest of your life changing other people's lives, because whatever you can do in your own life, you can do in someone else's life. But you guys can't do anything in anyone else's life if you can't do it in your own. If you're sitting here right now on this call and you're struggling with mindset stuff, but yet you're getting on the phone telling someone they got to keep their mind right. You're a fraud. Stop it. Stop it. Fix your shit now. Fix it. Stop. The devil can only take as much of your mind as you will give him. Stop giving him your mind. Knock it off. You are in control of this. And so I just want to tell you guys, like, these little things that I live by. Oh, and last, I said the last thing is I always wanted to be proud of myself. I know this is crazy, but how could any of you guys love anyone if you don't love yourself? Physically impossible. Everybody always asks, how do you have so much energy, man? Like, how do you stay on fire? I like me. I actually like me. I like me. This last 5 years of my life, I like me. I'm living right. I'm helping people. I'm not settling. I'm not selling out. I never make money. I never make decisions based off money. I'm not going to sell out. I'm not going to sell my will to win. Not for a little bit of success or a lot of failure. I'm not going to sell it. I'm not going to quit. Winners live where quitters quit. I'm not going to quit. I will not quit. I will not retreat. I will not surrender. I will outlast everyone. You guys listen to some of the things that I'm saying. I just literally give you the playbook to freaking crush. Okay, we haven't started yet. I'm just like giving you some things. So like, if you don't know who I am, like, I'm someone. And by the way, there's 8 billion people. So like, I totally get it if you don't. But like, I want you to know that your story can be the same as mine. It can be 20 times as good as mine. You can get whatever you want. No one can stop you from getting what you want except you. And by the way, I want to say this last thing and then I want you to rip. No one knows what's inside of you except you. Okay, so like when you decide to change your life, like there was no evidence that you could do this, guys. There was no evidence when I decided to build a 9-figure company that I could build a 9-figure company. There was no evidence. A 7-figure a month coaching company, there's no evidence that could happen. You know what? There's no evidence that I could be in the greatest shape of my life and shredded and ripped at 45 years old. There's no evidence. You know what? I knew it was going to happen. I was either going to succeed and get my goals, or I was going to die. Everybody wants to go to heaven, but no one wants to die. Think about it. You don't get in heaven if you don't die. I want to stay here. I don't want to die. Well, it's fine. You don't go to— you don't get to go to heaven then, okay? Guys, you guys have so much more. You got to empty the freaking tank, okay? You guys got to literally wake up. Today is the awakening. That's what I'm calling today. This is the awakening, okay? And by the way, like, how do you know if I'm crazy or if I'm a true visionary? Well, everything that I've ever said was going to happen has happened. All of it. And I really believe that God knows your heart. Okay, no one else needs to know it. I like everyone else to know it, but he knows it. You can be cool on the outside, but on the inside, if you don't believe, he won't give it to you. You'll never get to where you want to go without faith. It's never going to happen. No one becomes successful without faith, and you can't have faith without God. And that's why I always tell people without God— and I love you guys, if you don't believe in God, that's fine, I love you— but it's very hard to get you to the next level in your life without faith. Okay. Faith is the ability to believe in something that hasn't happened yet, but to give thanks that it's already happened. Your kid's sick. Thank you, God, for healing my kid. Your kid's not healed yet. Yes, he is. You're delusional. Bet your ass I am.
Yeah.
Guys, if you crack open any successful person, they are batshit crazy. Okay? They don't make statues of the haters and the critics. They make statues of the crazy dreamers. Okay. They make statues of the crazy dreamers. If you're misunderstood, good. People say you're weird. Thank you. Thank you. I would hate to be normal. Normal would be average. If people aren't hating on you, hate is a trophy that only winners get. If you're not getting any hate, you're not winning. Okay. And so we haven't even started yet, but I just thought I'd give them some hate. I love it. So If you guys want some more heat, let's roll.
And I was thinking what you said, like today we went to the gym and took out our shirts and got the picture and he, he gave it to me straight. He's like, dude, you gotta lose some more belly fat. Like legit.
I just said there's another level.
Yeah. I love that though. I love the feedback. Yeah. And, uh, and so just seeing you and you're watching your standards and you with your family, his family was at the gym today as well. So, um, I guess, well, maybe probably the—
wherever you want to go. Yeah.
Um, I think identity. I was gonna ask a strategy question, but strategy, whatever you want.
This is y'all's show, whatever you want.
Yeah.
And we can even answer like maybe 5 or 10 questions as they want, but I want you to roll.
Yeah. Okay. Well, you've observed me since last night or, and this morning going to the gym and before I even ask, how do we scale from like, we've been on $8 million in the last 12 months and we want to get to 9 figures. But I want to ask the, the mindset, like the identity, like What do you see that maybe I don't see? What have you observed about me just being around me this morning and going to the gym together and all that, that you feel like I need to step into that I'm not currently stepping into? I think that'd be useful for them as well, right?
Yeah. Okay. I love it. Okay. So if, if he says I want to go from 8 figures to $100 million, let's say, right? Um, number 1, I would say not a problem. I would just go to some simple, some simple, uh, things. Number 1, How many people do you have on your team that are selling for you? How many? 3. 3. Not going to happen.
Yeah. Okay.
He doesn't have a big enough team to do it. Can't happen.
And you get the team first before you have the leads. Is that kind of the thinking?
No, no. You get them both at the same time.
Right.
Okay. It's like this. Do you want to get strong or get ripped? Which one? Both. What's up, big dog? Okay. All right. So it's like we want to do both of them at the same time. Guys, if you learn something about me, speed of execution.
Yeah. Could you speak into that? Because yesterday you said you don't have to be the best, you have to be the fastest.
And yeah, you can be better than me, but if I'm faster than you, I'm going to beat you.
Yeah. Yeah.
Okay. Because the faster that I take action, I always say the quicker that you can make a decision, the more successful you'll become. And so if I can move to speed of execution and go from A to B faster than you, by the time you overthink it, I've already made the mistake. I've already corrected it. I'm already winning. Okay. And so basically, number one, I'm going to give you guys his, his answer is he doesn't have a big enough team. Okay. Everybody write this down. You got to figure out what the formula is. Okay. So if I'm just doing the math, if he makes, you know, $8 million a year, it's— we're going to say it's $700,000, $800,000 a month.
Yeah.
Okay. How much of that is bought offline selling one-to-many? And then how much of that is bought from your sales team selling? Is it a 50/50 split or does the sales team sell more than you sell online?
No, it's probably 80% one-to-many. It's not one-on-one, not many one-on-one.
Okay, so your sales team is only selling 20%?
Yeah, they just pick up the stuff I didn't sell on stage.
Guys, listen, 100— probably 80% of what I sell is through my sales team. Yeah. Okay, so immediately he's like, wait a minute. Whoa. Okay, wait a minute. How many people do I have on my sales team? Guys, I have 100 people in-house here. You say 100? Yeah, that's an army. Why wouldn't you have an army? Do you guys have a good product? Yes or no? Does he have a good product? Yes or no? Okay, cool. Does it help people? Okay, cool. You guys are disrespectful not selling it to more people. You guys are all disrespecting other people by not hiring a big enough team. Stop playing small. Here's the thing about entrepreneurship and winning big. If you really want to know the little things that help you build the biggest businesses, well, this is one of them. Do it and then you'll get the answers after you do it. Everybody's like, I need to know the answers. That's not how it works. Do it and then the answers will come. So I'm 5x the size of my sales team. Right now from the current size that I have now. So you come in here now and you're like, dude, your sales team's huge. Your company's huge. Yeah, dude. Now we're 5x-ing it. So when you come back here in 6, 8 months later, it's going to be, it's going to be 5 times bigger. And you're like, oh my God, well, we're going to build a billion-dollar business. Why not? Do we have a good product? Does it help people? Then I'm being disrespectful, not helping people. So number one, I'm going to go to what I'm going to tell him right now. Number one, his selling one-to-many on stages. I love that. But dude, he needs to get crazy about building a team. How many of— how many people, right, need help? They need to borrow some courage to make a decision. A lot of them do. What does the sales team do? Reach out. Hey, what's going on? Hey, hey, it's Richmond Dinh here at Andy Elliott's office. Hey, we just sort of reach out. We saw that you requested some information on leveling up in life, you know, earning more money, changing your life. Number one, it's going to be about a 2-minute call. I'm going to give you all the information you need. And then if you have some more questions, I'll be happy to answer them really quick before I get into that 30-second conversation from maybe a 10,000-foot view. Tell me kind of what's going on in your life right now. Wife, kids, business, financially, kind of what you're doing, but then really where you want to go. What's the next level look for you? Look like for you? And then that way I can see how we can help you, what we can solve. Is that cool? And by the way, you probably didn't request some information because you want more information. You probably actively want to solve your problem. Would you agree? Yes or no? Yeah. Okay, cool. Look, I just got them to commit that they're willing to do business today and take action as long as I solve their problem. Dude, no one can escape. This is Alcatraz. No one escapes. Did you reach out today to just get some information? Or when you reached out today, when you requested the information, is it because you want to solve this problem in your life? I want to solve this problem.
Good.
I love that. Today, I always say there's the day you're born, the day you die, and the day your life changes forever. Today we're going to solve that problem. On your tombstone when you die, it's going to say the day you're born, the day you die, and it's going to say the day that we had this phone call. Yeah. Have fun. Be stupid, quirky, humorous. Make people laugh. Be dumb. Like, dude, I'm just telling you, like, nobody, nobody can connect with some serious deadbeat. Okay. Make sure your people are funny. Okay. I always tell— I'm not that funny, but like, I try to be funny. So like, people like think it's funny. And so I just like to say stupid stuff because I like to make fun of me. Because if I make fun of me, then they're going to not be too serious. And I like to take the stress out of the deal. I take the seriousness out of the deal. So I would go back to like, he has to clone himself. Okay. So number one, he doesn't have a big enough team. That would be step one. You don't have a big enough team. Immediately I can take you to $50 million by building you a sales team. I mean, how many leads do you generate a month?
We sold 900 books in the last week and then I was talking to Jesse, he's like, do you call them?
Like, ah, yeah. Hey, listen, dude, listen, like there's—
You don't have outbound. Yeah.
Okay. You don't have outbound. Do you want that?
Yeah.
Do you want that though?
To call out books? Yes. Book buyers. I think that would be a great opportunity.
Hold on. Do you love your people?
Yeah.
Okay. Do you offer more than just a book?
Yes.
Do they know that?
No, no, not, not when they buy the book.
Why are you being such an asshole? Listen, let somebody call them and say, thank you for getting the book. Number one, we just want to tell you what it'll do for you. And then number two, we want to also let you know about some of the other things that Richmond offers. Look, in the end, it's your decision, guys. This will take 2 minutes. I'll tell you what he offers. And in the end, it's your decision. Is that fair? If you want to do something, it's cool. And if you don't, we love you. Have a blessed day. And if you need something in the future, let us know. Guys, people don't know what they don't know. What do you want them to just— I mean, how do they know what they don't know? I mean, I've already shared some information with some of you guys today. You're like, dude, just what you just shared with me in the first 10 minutes, that right there is going to help me go to the next level. Okay, cool. But you don't know what you don't know. Someone always knows something that you need to know. And so, Richmond Dinh Dinh, if they bought the book, they've already spent a dollar with you. I mean, someone should just call them and thank them. Don't you think it's the right thing to do to call someone and thank them for purchasing the book? I mean, by the way, it integrates— when he hires a sales team, it integrates customer service with upselling. Number one, we thank them first, and then we also make them aware of what else is going on. And then also we just say, hey, and by the way, you know what I told them earlier? Remember I said the first sales call is actually the first coaching call, right? I tell my whole team, I said, listen to me, when you make a sales call, it's actually the first coaching call. They just get that for free. See, when I call somebody and I'm selling them something in the first 10, 15 minutes, yeah, they're going to, they're going to buy from me, but I'm going to change their life on that call. I am. I'm going to change their life on that call. Write down 3 things. Number 1, identity. Okay, I'm going to change your identity on that call. I'm going to shift it. Number 2, perspective. I'm going to shift their whole perspective on that call. They never talk to somebody like me who's just fired up. And then number 3, I'm going to change their belief. Okay, I'm gonna change those 3 things on that call, and then I'm going to let them know how to shift and change their life. And by the way, they're going to want to know, and they want to do it. Everybody wants to change their life. Everybody's looking for somebody that believes in them more than they believe in themselves. You say, what? Wait, what did you say? Everybody wants to find someone who believes in them more than they believe in themselves. So I would just say, if you want to take this company from 8 to 50 or 8 to 100, number 1, we got to build a massive sales team. Okay, first of all, the sales team must be trained right, onboarded right. There must be training manuals. Okay. By the way, they must be like the content. They must be like the content. Richmond drops content. You guys drop content. Who works for you must sound like the content. Does that make sense? Wouldn't it be weird if Richmond, you have this certain brand, but then I reach out and I'm like, hey, what's up? Hey, they're like, dude, I don't know who that was. But it was like, if it sounds like Richmond, They're like, oh, oh, cool. That's, that's Richmond's company. I figured if I was ever to talk to their company, that's kind of what they would sound like. Dude, it takes one person to reach out to somebody and make them fall in love with you 10 times more. And it takes one person to reach out to them and make them hate you. Okay? Be careful who you let call your clients. So you need to clone yourself. Notice I said clone. We're gonna make a human. You said, well, Andy, how do you do that? Well, number one, we got to figure out what is Richmond Dinh aligned with? He says, I'm going to hire people that work for me that are good to their family. Okay, roger that. What else? If they have children, they're great parents. Okay, cool. Roger that. What else?
