He who has a why to live can bear any how. And so the antidote to procrastination is really simple. It's just you need to know your why and be super clear on it and remind yourself every single day of why you are put on this plan and why you want to succeed, and why you want to be happy, and why you want to progress and why you want to be proud. Because if you're not clear on that, then procrastination will take the better of you. And here's what I know. It's not the fear that stops you, because everybody has limiting beliefs of whether they're not good enough, smart enough, tall enough. Whatever it is, it stop the fact that you don't have a why that's compelling enough to push you through those stories and limited beliefs. So the moment you discover your why, the deeper you go on, that procrastination will end for good.
