Yeah. Hi, guys. I just want to give a quick shout out to Richmond Dinh. And he has given me so much wisdom, so much insight, and so much freedom. So here I am in my, in my old job. I used to be doing this job, you know, six, seven days a week. Now I only work sort of when I feel like it in this job, a day or two a week. I've shifted to becoming a property development mentor. And Richmond has helped me a lot with that. He's helped me grow my tribe. He helped me take my Facebook group, my Facebook page from about probably just shy of 100 likes to well over 300 now.
