Hey, this is Chris from the uk. I have just got to put a message out to two gentlemen, Tony K and Richmond Dinh. I have just done my second three day boot camp and I am blown away. I've got a picture of my kids there behind me who are my inspiration. They keep me strong. The boot camp was fantastic, inspiring, emotional.
