A short YouTube testimonial from Felicity (also called Fliss) of Sydney describing her positive experience at a boot camp led by Richmond and Tony. She emphasizes the vibrant, electric in-person energy, the value of hallway conversations and hugs, and the supportive community of P1 and PGP participants. As a new coach (four months), she credits the program with providing missing pieces, actionable steps to push her out of her comfort zone, and helping attendees move forward and grow.

The energy in the room is like. It's just vibrant and electric and just being able to actually hug people in person and have those hallways conversations that really mean a lot, it's just, like, transformational. So that's why I keep coming back.
Hi, everyone. I'm Felicity or Fliss from Sydney. The people are incredible. Richmond, Tony, they're so. So just. They do such great work. And all the P1 people that you get to mingle with, all the PGP people that you get to mingle with. If you're a new coach or someone who wants to start out in the coaching world, like I was only four months ago, this is the place you need to be. Because if you're here, they give you all of the steps to push you out of your comfort zone in a way that's comfortable. So it's just. It's the missing pieces that you probably need. Like, if you're stuck in a rut and traveling around in circles and circles and circles, this is where you actually get to move forward and grow and keep growing. It's just a whole different ball game, actually. It's really incredible.
