Just finishing the three day boot camp with Richmond today. This was the best boot camp I've been on. It was epic. So much confidence, so much knowledge from Richmond and Tony and all the other coaches and everyone got fully involved. It's so rare that people get engaged in these things. It's crazy what the standards he sets changes how the environment is. It is a massive testament to Richmond and Tony and the team to have that sort of environment to learn and grow into. I can't wait for the next one to upgrade my mindset and growth.
So it's a must do for anyone that actually wants to coach people. Check it out. Must do.
