This is a YouTube testimonial-style clip (uploaded Feb 21, 2021) in which coach/client Simmone Liley describes her experience working with Richmond Dinh. She reports meeting Richmond roughly 2–3 years prior, joining his coaching program about four months before this recording, overcoming burnout, gaining team support, and doubling the revenue she achieved in the prior nine months within those four months. She strongly recommends Richmond for coaches seeking accountability and business growth.

Questions this video answers

About four months.

Approximately two to three years before the recording (she says "about three or two years ago").

She doubled what she had done in the prior nine months, and achieved that doubling within four months of joining.

Yeah, so I've been working with Richmond for about.
Four or four months, I think. But I met Richmond about three or two years ago, I can't quite remember now, and just he was starting to really make some traction with his coaching and I was a bit of a naysayer, I think around that I could do, or maybe it's just a kiwi thing, I could do it all myself. And so when I did finally sort of make the move to really push my coaching to the next level, whilst Richmond was still someone that I watched and I saw at events and things like that, I still really didn't think that I needed the support.
Then I sort of had this, you know, so that was one of my limiting beliefs really, that I could do it alone and that I didn't need a team. And then I got, I actually got quite, quite burnt out. So I did, I was doing very well and I, you know, I made some really cool steps forward. And then what I really realized that for four months ago was that why am I making it so hard for myself? So I joined Richmond, he's my coach now. And since then I have doubled what I did in the nine months before. I've done that in the four months, which is just amazing. And, and the other thing is that, you know, I don't have to do this alone. That's been a really big thing for me. So not only do I get the support of Richmond, but I also get support of really next level team there and other coaches. So would I recommend Richmond? And point one, it's just a no brainer. If you want exceptional results in your coaching and to be held accountable to be the best coach that you can possibly be, to stow up.
