It's Separation Season

Richmond Dinh says it's time to cut three things: people who don't serve you, distractions like apps and subscriptions, and the voice telling you you're not good enough. That last one isn't a fact. It's a signal to learn something new.

My friends, it is separation season. What does that mean? It is time to separate yourself from the things that stop you from becoming successful. And there are three things that I would consider separating yourself from in this season. Number one, separate yourself from the people who are not serving you. I'm not saying to be mean or be rude or to negate them, but just really spend less time with the people that are not serving you in your life right now. Because who you spend time with, who you become. The second thing you need to separate yourself from is from distraction. And that may be cancel those Netflix subscriptions, cancel those subscriptions that don't serve you. And more importantly, delete all those apps on your phone that don't really serve you. The third thing you need to separate yourself from are the stories that you're not good enough. Now, the fact that you may feel like you're not good enough is a good thing, because if you were good enough, that means you would have what you want. And that means you don't have any desire. But the fact that you're not good enough means tells us that I need to learn a new skill or learn a new training or learn a new habit to become good enough to do the thing that I want to do or have the thing that I want to have. So this is a season of separation. You separate yourself from those three things, you'll be wildly successful.
