Yeah. Hey guys. Just a quick shout out to Richmond Din. So I'm part of point one. I've been there for about six months now. Did PTP about a year ago. Just to let you guys know. It's an amazing program and I'm so grateful to Richmond. So I'm a property development coach. I've been in the industry for, you know, at least seven years. And look, it was a side hustle. You know, I was struggling to find clients. I was playing around on Facebook. I was lucky to get like two likes, five likes. You know, my mother, brother, sister and my best friend. I didn't know the faintest about marketing. Coming to Richmond, coming to PDP and then point one transform my business. I went from pretty much, you know, 10k years to 10, 20, 30k months in the last 12 months. It's been phenomenal. Richmond, thank you so much.
