A ship in the harbor is safe. But that's not what ships are built for. You are built to sail. You are built to go out in the ocean. You are built to conquer and survive and win. And you are built to make a big difference in this world. And so I'm sharing this story because so many of us, we're so afraid to start our mission because of the fear of failure or the illusion that it won't be hard, when in actual fact it will be. But that makes the journey worthwhile. And the reason why you can endure that is because you are a ship. And here's what I've learned about life is that it's not about not failing. It's about not quitting. And winners are winning not because they don't fail, but because they don't quit. And so if you have a mission inside you, if you have a calling, forget about the fear of failure. Forget about whether the roads are going to be stormy or wet or windy. You need to go out and set yourselves and do what you were born to do.
