Certainly if you're starting your own business in coaching, it's a fantastic Kickstarter. So before I did that, I had lost momentum in my business and now I have a clearer idea of how I want to take my business forward.
And I've gained momentum again and also greater clarity. So I would highly, highly recommend the 10 day challenge for anyone who wants to make the move into coaching. It's a must do.
