Shout out to Richmond Dinh. I reckon he's the master sensei coach of coaches. I've just done his Challenge mastery workshop. It was very enlightening, very informative and incredible, really. Before, I had no idea about how to run a challenge and now I have my first challenge all worked out. I know what to do. I've got a bit of homework to build the some of the content, but I definitely recommend Richmond and his Challenge mastery to anybody who's wanting to coach. It's the way to go forward. It's the only way. Thank you.
