So I was just working with Penny just then, and man, she's looking so hot for a 43-year-old mum of 3 kids. As we were working out, I was just thinking this interesting stat. If none of your parents are overweight, the chances of your kids being overweight is less than 10%. It's very low. If one parent is overweight, the chances of your kids being overweight is about 38%. So it's a lot higher. But here's the crazy part. If both parents are overweight, the chances of your child being overweight is over 90%. That's how powerful environment is.
