If you've got a copy of my Tiny Challenge book, then this video is for you. I just ran a private Q&A session for our students on all things tiny challenges, and the one thing that was stuck on most was how do I get more leads for my tiny challenge? So I ran through the most successful lead generation posts that you can do right now to fill up your tiny challenges, but they're also stuck on how to convert better. So there was Q&A on how to convert better and how to get paid faster. And so if you love the concept of a tiny challenge But maybe you're stuck on how it all works for you or you're overwhelmed with where to even start, then this video is for you. Catch the replay. If you've got any questions, make sure you type in the comment section below. Because my channel is still quite small, I will personally respond to all your questions.
So enjoy this Q&A session.
Excuse me, such a great pleasure to bring to the stage not only my best friend and business partner who together we've helped our clients create over $60 million online, Richmond is a published author. That is right, he is a published author, and, uh, he is the creator and the genius behind the Revolutionary Tiny Challenge. More than that though, he is an amazing father of 3 to his wife Penny and his 3 beautiful daughters. He's been interviewed by Russell Brunson on his podcast. Many of you probably saw Richmond's announcement post that he is speaking again for a second time at Funnel Hacking Live this year, September, on the live stage. Gonna be absolutely crazy good. He's toured across Australia and New Zealand with Grant Cardone and Gary Vee, and he has shared some of the world's biggest stages with the world's largest names I'm talking people like Billie Jean, Dean Graziosi, and Brendon Burchard. And right now, for this very intimate experience, he is also your coach and mentor. So let's make him feel welcome. Ladies and gentlemen, give it up for Mr. Richmond Dinh. Let's go.
Come on. Wow, good morning or good evening everyone, depending on what time it is for you. We have got such an intimate room and yeah, keep it a secret, this will probably never happen again of this size. Keep it a secret. So hey, let's, uh, let's take this opportunity to help you grow your coaching business, help you get paid, help you smash it and crush it. And then the evil plan is to help you make so much money that then you can invest that into inner circle inside Point One. That is the evil goal. Is that a fair trade? Like, help you make so much money that you reinvest it and you continue working with us. All right, so, um, today's agenda, again, super intimate. This is like living room style. It's probably smaller than a living room style. So if you've got your questions, type in the chat screen as well, and I'll do my best to get through as many as possible. But we're probably going to get through all of them because we've got such a small room. So whatever questions, whatever you're stuck on, whether it's engagement on your posts— and that's one of the things I want to talk about today is how to get more engagement on your post. or you're stuck on lead generation, or you're stuck on closing sales, or you're stuck on, uh, the final call, and you every time you present an offer you're choking, or you don't even know what your offer is, or you're still stuck on your niche, whatever you have, I'm here to support you today. A couple of things we'll cover today is how to solve low engagement on your content for good, the best content format that is working right now, live Q&A, and I'm gonna like, if you, if anyone here's got a weird niche that you're like, I don't know how this is going to work for my niche. I'm going to pull out my AI and build out your tiny challenge for you if you've got a weird niche, just to demonstrate and prove to you that is all possible. And then I've got a special gift for everyone here valued at $2,000. Everybody here. So you're only here because you have my book, right? This is, this is the only reason why you're here because you have my book. So if you don't have my book, then you probably shouldn't be here. But that's okay. We're not going to kick you out. Just get my book. Just grab my book. It's Plus shipping. So I'm assuming all of you do. All of you have my books. Let me know if you all do. Anyone here not got my book? Anyone here not got my book? Anyone here? No, I don't know. Austin, do you have my book? You do. Okay, good, good, good, good, good. All right, excellent. All right, so let's do this.
Now you already—
you guys already know Tiny Challenges is the way. It's the most powerful vehicle for you to get paid right now. I'm not gonna reengage on trying to reconvince you on that. You guys believe that the biggest names in industry are edifying it. And also now my testimonials, including Myron Golden and Russell Brunson and Ryan Pineda and Pedro Dei, and they're all saying it is the future of marketing. So, and you've seen all the results in our students and all that kind of stuff. Before we kick on to talking about the one thing that I think is most relevant to you right now about engagement on your post, Are there any limiting beliefs around tiny challenges at this point? Do you have any? Let's crush that right now. For example, it doesn't work. It takes too long. Webinars are better. Never say that in front of me. You know, it just keeps on attracting time wasters. Blah, blah, blah, blah, blah. Anything like that? Anything like that? I want to make sure that you guys feel 1,000% certain That this is the way. I want to make sure you feel 1,000% certain. Thank you, Andy. Love the book. Thank you, Andy. Make sure you feel 1,000% certain. And the reason why that's important is because if you do get 5 nos in a row or 10 nos in a row and you're not convinced that this is the way, you will stop and try something else rather than trying to make this work because you're not committed to it. It is exactly like If you date a person and you haven't married them, well, if you have 3 or 4 arguments, it's like, I'm not putting up with this, I'm leaving. I'm going to find someone else. But if you do get married to a person and you're in a committed relationship and you have 3 or 4 arguments, you figure it out. You work it out. You make it work, right? You make it work because you're committed to it. Whereas if you're not committed to tiny challenges, you won't make it work. And the truth is, if you can't make tiny challenges work, then nothing else is going to work for you. That is the truth because every other vehicle is exponentially harder to make work. And so we need to take personal responsibility saying, if this is not working, then it's not the model. It's something that I'm doing. Is that fair? Is that a fair statement? So cool, cool, cool, cool. All right. Yes, says Catherine. Committed. Just can't find the bundle. I'm not sure what bundle you're talking about. No time. What if they feel like they have no time? How did you do it? Okay, cool. Well, let's address that in just a second, Violet. So hang tight with that question. All right. So I'll just give your gift right now for everybody here. We've got such a small room anyway. Now, if you haven't got my book, which I don't know how you found this room, but sometimes people get the link somewhere. Just grab my book now. It's free plus shipping because the book comes with a very special bonus I want to give to everyone right now. The very special bonus is the number one— well, there's 2 reasons why you don't get engagement on your post. And the biggest reason is no personal brand. There's no personal brand. So when you have a personal brand, people recognize your face and they listen to you. When you don't have a personal brand, they don't recognize you. And even if your advice is really good, they may not listen to you because you don't have a personal brand. So personal branding is going to be the biggest needle mover for you just to get more engagement and content. So if I, if I posted content and someone without a brand posted the exact same content around lead generation, I will get more views because I'm more recognizable. Now, if Tony Robbins posted the same content, he'd get more views because he's more recognizable. And so The same content, but with a personal brand behind it, will get more engagement. And so that's why I only do this 3 times a year, 3-day virtual personal branding bootcamp. Block those dates off into your calendar, September 11th to 13th. And if you have my book, this 3-day event is normally $2,000, but we give you a complimentary Admin 1 ticket to come to this event if you have my book. So if you have not yet registered for that, then go to this QR code, bootcampreggio.com. There is no charge for it if you have my book. So I'll give you guys like a minute to do this right now, and it should only take a minute just to register for this event. It's a 3-day personal branding bootcamp. September 11th to 13th, that's Friday to Sunday, Sydney time. We'll give you guys like literally just 1 minute to get this sorted. And once you've registered, just go ahead, type in the chat screen, registered, just so I know where we're at. All right, that should be more than enough time. Thank you for doing that. I'll see you guys at boot camp. That's going to be amazing. All right, let's start helping out with your questions. So, Catherine, let's, let's get you up and help you out. So I'll get you to ask your question just verbally. I saw what you typed in. So Catherine, can we spotlight Catherine and get her up? And so everyone else here, let's get your cameras on. This is super intimate, and so I can answer your questions and get you spotlighted. So Catherine, do you want to ask your question? Something around you got 2 niches or something like that, branding 2 parts?
Yes, Richmond, I'm a teacher, but I'm no longer teaching. And I was thinking about doing— I haven't really started. I've had one client for the Tiny Challenge, and I was thinking about working with homeschooling moms. A lot of stuff happened with COVID and moms took themselves out with their kids out of the education department because they would, you know, didn't want to get jabbed or whatever. And other reasons. But I thought, because of my background in teaching, that would be an easy one for me to do. But it's not my main passion at the moment. I'm an artist. I've done several exhibitions with other artists and sold quite a few paintings. But now I just want to get that business up and running. I can teach art. I've taught art right through my teaching career. Along with all the other stuff. So I'm also a special ed teacher. I've got a grad dip in special ed. So I like those crazy kids.
But yeah, yep, got it. Okay. Have you got a coin on you?
Yes, I do. I'll find one.
Do you know what's about to happen?
Yeah, you flip a coin.
Yeah. You've seen me do this before?
No.
Oh, okay. Okay. Okay, cool. Well, heads is teaching, tails is art. Cool. Okay. Now, yep. I want you to flip it, but not yet.
Not yet.
Flip it and then put it on your hand, but then cover it. But don't look or put it in your palm, but don't look like— but don't look. Don't look at it. Don't look at it. Just flip it first, but do not look at it.
Flip it.
Yep, flip it. And once it lands in your hand, don't look at it. Cover it, but don't look at it.
Got it?
Okay, got it.
Cool.
What do you secretly wish it would land on?
I guess it's art.
Yep, that's what you need to do.
Cool.
Doesn't matter what the coin is showing right now.
Shalalu.
Well, I can't even remember whether it's heads up.
Yep, me neither. It does not matter. It does not matter.
Okay.
Cool.
So it's something to do with that.
Yep. Yep. It's something to do with that. It's not a tattoo. It's not a tattoo. You're allowed to change it. You only need to be one chapter ahead. But let's start there. Let's start there because that's what your heart says. That's what you secretly want to do. And if you don't do it now, you will do it later. You're going to do it because it's going to be beating and beating and beating and beating and getting louder until you answer that call. So today is the day you answer the call.
Great. Thank you. Can I have another quick question?
Yeah.
I joined the Tiny Academy and when I joined, I am so excited about all the other things you add like VP, you know, VP for this, VIP for that. And I can't find anything. I just, I'm not terribly good.
That's an admin question. So email our team at admin@richmondinh.com. Yeah.
Yeah, you're sending stuff all the time. I love it.
I'm glad you do. Some people don't. Some people like unsubscribe me, I'm getting too much of your stuff. Like, okay, cool. That's when I know I'm giving a lot. And that's when I know I'm giving enough, when people complain. It's like, yes, yes, I want the complaints. If you're not getting complaints about people saying I'm getting too much of your stuff, then you're not giving enough away. Does that make sense? Like, you want to be getting the complaints. And luckily, we don't get that many complaints with a list of like 80,000 emails. So it's not that bad. Catherine, you okay if I raise the energy for you?
Yeah, sure.
Give it up for Catherine. Well done. All right, we've got hands up from Alfred and Keith. So Alfred, do you want to type your question out as well? And then, um, and then so just so I have a record of it, everyone here, if you've got a question, type it out in case I miss it. I can loop back, or if I don't get back to it, then I, I have some data. I'm going to post content around it, you know, so I can answer on the next one just in case I miss it. Uh, and then But while you're typing that out, we got some more questions in the chat screen. Facebook algorithm, how much should we listen? Okay, this looks like a good question from Art. Facebook algorithm, how much should we listen when it says you are recommendable, turning non-followers into followers? So I'll touch on that in just a second. How much should we listen when it says you are recommendable? Are you talking about adding friends, Art? Like if it says I recommend to add this friend, if that's what you're talking about, add friend. Your goal is to add up to 5,000 friends and then you can be picky on who you add after that. Like after one, get to 5,000 friends on Facebook and then you can be picky after that. But it looks like that's not what you're asking, Art.
No.
Okay, let's get you up on stage and let's get you unmuted. Uh, team, could we get Art up on stage? Yes, thank you. What's up, man? Let's get you unmuted.
There we go.
There you go.
Boom.
There we go. How are you, Rich?
Very good.
How are you?
Good. No, what I was saying was on the Facebook algorithm, I'm getting real good engagement from non-followers. And when you use the Creator Assistant, it's saying you're Facebook recommendable. And here's what we suggest on your next one as a result, you know. And my question is, I guess, do I follow that tool? Like, if it's saying, hey, we suggest this for tomorrow for a story or a reel, because it's saying you're recommendable, just go with it?
Yes, yes, yes. That's my thought.
I know, yes, that's an obvious question, but I figured I'd ask it.
Yes, and double down on it.
Double that, right? Okay. And then the other thing is, like, it's a good problem to have. Like, I'm getting posts that are like a lot of viewership, okay? At least for me, a lot of viewership, but it's a lot of non-followers, which is a good thing. But how do I turn that then into followers? Because they're not commenting, but I'm getting high viewership, you know what I mean?
Yep, yep, yep, yep, yep, yep. Okay, cool. Let me answer that for you right now. Actually, we'll— so I'm going to unspotlight you, team. Could we unspotlight Art? Because this is going to be a relevant question for everyone here about how to turn non-followers into followers, how to get more engagement, that kind of topic there. Okay, so first of all, let's talk about how to get engagement, right? Because when you get engagement, then it gets pushed out to followers and non-followers. And then the second part of that is if say you got 1,000 views and 800 of them were from non-followers, how do you convert those into a follower? How do you make your content so good that it converts into a follower? Now, I, Penny, my wife Penny, right? So who knows, who knows the Korean pop band BTS. Who knows BTS? Show of hands if you know who BTS is. Yep. Very popular band right now. They played at the World Cup finale, so they're a pretty big deal to play the World Cup finale. They're doing a world tour right now, and they're touring in America right now, but they're coming to Australia doing 4 concerts, 2 in Sydney, 2 in Melbourne. And Penny, my wife Penny, bought tickets to 3 of the 4 concerts. She's going to both of the concerts in Sydney. And she's going to one of the other concerts in Melbourne. And the only reason why she's not going to the 4th one, because it's sold out. So, so, and I'm like, what? Why? Number one, why are you even going to a concert when you can listen to the music for free? Because the music is free. It's free on YouTube. It's free on Spotify. You can get everything for free. And why are you going to all 3 of them? And When you get there, they are gonna play the music that you can listen to for free, the exact same songs. And they might drop one special song that they haven't dropped before, but I guarantee you're already gonna know about it because everybody's gonna post that special song from the concert they just did 2 weeks ago. And you're gonna see it online and you're gonna hear it first. You're not gonna hear it for the first time, so you're not gonna even get the first-time experience there. And she paid thousands of dollars Like total, like there was one ticket where she got this corporate boxing with her friends and it cost $10,000 and they split between 8 people and so it's $1,200 each. And then this other ticket was $500 and this other one like $700. So, you know, she's already like a couple of thousand dollars just on ticket, concert ticket sales. And that's not including merch. Guarantee when she goes to 3 concerts, she's going to come back with probably $1,000 of merch. It is nuts on music she can get for free. And you know why BTS keeps on selling out their concerts? And why does Taylor Swift sell out their concerts? Because that's the point. Because they give out their best music for free. That's the whole point. And so the number one reason, apart from branding, why your content does not get engagement is because You're either not giving out your best stuff for free, or your best stuff is not that good. Because if you are giving out your best stuff and you're not getting engagement, it's actually not that good. It's not the algorithm. You need to take that pill. And just swallow the pride and say, my stuff is actually shit. No one's listening to my music because my music sucks. I don't care what your mom says, but your music's crap. And if your mom is the only person that says, you're— oh my gosh, everything you do is perfect, I love everything you do. Yeah, but it's not going to work in— it's not going to work in the real world, right? So, so That's, that's the reality of this situation. Now let's pause. Does anyone have any limiting beliefs around giving out their best stuff for free? Because imagine Taylor Swift didn't give out her best music for free, and she said, I'm only going to give out my B-grade songs, the songs that are not that good, and I want to save all the best songs for the concert. And then she's like, I'm announcing a concert, my national, national or international tour, the Taylor Swift concert tour. Who wants to come? No one's coming because she didn't give out her best music for free. People are going to think her music's crap. Why would I want to go to a concert when the music right now is crap? And so if you're in the mindset of, well, I don't want to give out my best stuff for free because then if— what, what, why would anyone pay for me? Then you've got the reverse mentality because that's the reason why people want to pay for you is because you gave out your best stuff for free. You need to post your music, sell the concert. Post your music, sell the concert. Your offer is the concert. Your offer is working with you for 3, 6, 12 months with accountability, with a pathway, with the support structure, with just being in your world. Like, that's like just them having you there just so they always know their next step. So you have all this music out there, you have all this content out there, and they're like, this is the best content ever, but they don't even know how to organize it. It's like, this is so good, but how do I organize it in a sequential structure where now it's done as a storyboard? So who's ever actually been to a concert before, like a live concert, right? And you hear the same music, but they storyboard it. they choreograph it like the first song is played and it leads into a story. And like, I've been to a Lady Gaga concert, not by my own choice, but I was grateful that Penny pulled me to a Lady Gaga concert and it was brilliant. I've heard all her songs, but when you go to the concert, it's done in a very like a theatrical style where it's storyboarded, where one song leads on to the other and you can hear the background story behind it. And so your program becomes a story. Because they don't know how to organize everything that you're doing. They're like, I don't know what to do first. Do I do this one first? Because that was awesome. Do I do this first? Do I do this first? So that's the concept. The concept is that the concept is with you. So is this all making sense so far? Right? Right. That's the concept. Now, if you are giving your best stuff out and you really genuinely are and you're not getting engagement, it means your stuff is not that good. Okay, and so that's okay. When you start, your stuff won't be good. Like, you're allowed to suck when you start. You're allowed to be bad. And even today, even today, I post stuff that I think is going to be good, but it's not that good. And how do I know? Look at the views, look at the likes, look at the shares, look at the saves. Like, look at how many new followers I got. I just, you know, an artist releases a song and they think it's going to be a banger song. It's going to be a number 1, top 10 hits, but then it's not a hit because the audience decides on whether they like the song or not. So the audience ultimately decides. Now we know what the good news is. How many of you know Taylor Swift's 5 worst songs? You don't because they never made it to the charts. So your crap stuff, the good news is your crap stuff, no one knows about it anyway. So best stuff out for free. This is why tiny challenges become so powerful. Apart from all the advantages of tiny challenges, it's simple, it's one-on-one, no tech, no camera, no speaking to an audience. You don't have to have a big following or anything like that.
Right.
The more tiny challenges you do, the better you become, meaning the more competent of a coach you become. If you were to do 10 tiny challenges, that's an equivalent of 50 one-on-one calls. If you did 20 tiny challenges, that's 100 one-on-one calls. Now, when I was an optometrist In my 10-year career as an optometrist, I had done 20,000 eye tests. My first 100 eye tests were not that good. They took a lot longer. I went around in circles just to get the same outcome, and I'd make more mistakes, so people have to come back for a recheck. But about 100 eye tests in, I started to become really good. 1,000 in, I was exceptional. 10,000 in, I could do it with my eyes closed. Like, I legit could just do it with my eyes closed and with extreme accuracy. I was a very good optometrist after 20,000 eye tests, exceptional optometrist. But my first 100 were not that good. And so the best thing about tiny challenges is if you do 10 tiny challenges, 20 tiny challenges, you're going to get really good Really fast. Guess what happens when you get good fast? Not only do your tiny challenges convert better because you're better, but when you're better, you can start posting better stuff. So the more tiny challenges you do, the better your content gets. The better your content gets, the more people are attracted to your tiny challenge. The more people that are attracted to this challenge, 1 in 3 results in a sale. This is the flywheel. Who's seen The Power of Tiny Challenges? Right, that, that's how powerful it is. And so initially you got to get through this friction and inertia, and it's like, okay, some of them are good, but you do one tiny challenge, okay, then, then after that one tiny challenge, your content will start getting better if you understand to post best stuff out for free because you got better. You got better because you understand them deeper, you understand the questions they're asking, but also your competency improves if you've got a growth mindset. And then you start posting better stuff because you got better. Better stuff gets you the next tiny challenge. That— after doing that, you get better, you post best stuff, you get better, best stuff, you get better, and you keep on selling the concert, right? Because people love listening to the music, they jump in your tiny challenge, and 1 in 3 sign up to a paying client. That's how you fix low engagement. And it doesn't happen overnight, but it can happen very, very fast because the model allows you to get really good really fast. So let's pause. Any questions about this? Any questions about this? This is the key. If you understand this, within 3 months, It'll be amazing. It'll be incredibly amazing. So any questions about what I just drew out? Alternatively, if that's clear and that makes sense and it's like, I get it now, I get how tiny challenges is related to content creation, I get it. So go ahead, type in chat screen if that is clear, if that makes sense. I see love hearts going up. Yep, very cool. Cool.
Excellent.
So the more tiny challenge you do, the better you get. Okay, cool. Is there a blur? Is it me? Was there a blur here? I see a bit of blur there. Maybe something smudge on my camera or something like that. Okay, so that's the model there. Now, tiny challenge is the way for that reason. Now, how do you accelerate this? So if you're a musician, and your music's not that good, no one's going to go to the concert. So what musicians do to become better is they may get a vocalist so they become better. Some musicians may get a coach to practice the guitar and play a better guitar and practice more on the instruments. Some Maybe even write their own songs. Some like, I'm a crap songwriter, I'm gonna get another songwriter to do my own songs. But whatever the case may be, every great musician got help to become a better musician. Does that make sense? Like, they got feedback, they got help, they got whatever it is. And so if your stuff's not that good and you're not running as many Tiny Challenges as you like, you can accelerate this by just doing the things that allow you to become better at what you do, like vocal training music training, getting a voice coach, or getting a stage coach so you can present better on stage, or getting someone to write your songs. Like, you know, all those things allow you to become better. That's why if you haven't done any kind of training to become a better coach, it's not so much for the certification, but it's so you can become better. And when you become better, what happens when you become better? Your content becomes better. You attract more leads. So whatever you can, I'm all pro for you doing more courses for you to get better at what you do, like courses that increase your competency. So I've done speaking courses. I have done multiple, multiple courses on how to become a better coach. I studied coaching frameworks. I studied how people coach. I just studied communication, like how I get better. My first 100 coaching calls, Especially my first 20 coaching calls were listened with a one-on-one coach. So I hired a one-on-one coach to listen to my first 20 calls. My first 20 calls. After that, he didn't want to work with me again because I was so bad. Jokes aside, can you imagine your first 20 coaching calls? I hired a one-on-one coach to listen to it because I wanted to get better. I wanted the feedback because when I get better, I can post better stuff. And then after that, the next 80, because I knew what feedback to look for, I listened to my own calls so I could get better. And so if you're doing tiny challenges, it'll be very advantageous if you could get a professional to help you out, right? It'll be very— it'll get you there faster. If you don't have a professional to help you out, at least listen to your own calls. Review your coaching. The more obsessed you become getting better, the better your music will be. The better your music is, the more concert tickets you sell. It all comes down to competency. Market your competency, get better. Market your competency, get better. Market your competency, get better.
Cool.
All right. So that being said, I'm going to give you guys the best format in content That's working for us right now. And it's so easy to do. It is so easy to do. All of you can do this like in the next 5 minutes. It's so fast because you don't have to say anything on camera. You just need to know how to post a reel with a 5-second video of you on camera. So it's these kind of posts here. Right. I just put a 5-second video of me from my phone, but I write on the post. These are all reels done on Facebook and Instagram, and I just write on it like this. The first one's my origin story. Age 21, optometrist. Age 24, bought my first property. Age 29, bought my 10th property. And I just went through my whole timeline of my backstory, how I was an optometrist, became really successful property developer, I mean property investor, lost it all, built it all back up again. Now I'm an 8-figure coach. Like that one there, the middle one, I just wrote 6 things I don't do as a 43-year-old 8-figure entrepreneur and just listed the things I don't do. All these got over 10,000 views, by the way, right? For a post that took me 5 minutes to do, I literally just got a little video of me and it's a 5-second video And that's it. And then the next one, 6 things we still disagree on after being together for 22 years. And that's like a, that's like a post I did on Instagram on a reel, over 10,000 reels, 10,000 views. So this is the easiest post that's working right now. There's so many topics you can do, like, you know, 6 hottest niches that are working right now, which I've done as well. 3 keys to, you know, overcoming overwhelm and stress. You know, um, my, my 3, like, the 4 secret brush techniques for an artist, bum, 1, 2, 3, 4. You know what I'm saying? Like, there's so many applications on what you can do in this. It's basically unlimited, but it's the style and the format of this post is working really, really well right now. Now, to go backtrack and answer Art's question about how do you turn people who watch your stuff that are not followers into followers, they follow you if it's good. So you need to optimize, and I'd say this to all our P1s, we need to optimize your posts for saves. If people are saving your post, if people are saving your post, it means it's really good, and then they follow. If people are saving your post, it means you've given out your best stuff, and then they follow. So if they're not saving and not following, then it's not the algorithm. It just tells us, hmm, my stuff needs to get better. And that's a really good diagnosis. And that becomes a great focus because outside that, you'll get shiny object syndrome. Oh, my stuff's not getting engagement. I should join this viral content course. Oh, my stuff's not getting engagement. I should join this other webinar or this other masterclass, or I should— oh my gosh, I saw this thing. I should be on podcasts. And now you're overwhelmed. But fundamentally, you just need to get better from a competency level, become a better musician. Does this make sense? That's basically fundamentally all you need to do. So let me share with you what I'm talking about too. I'm going to bring up my Instagram. Okay, shall I share my screen? So here's my Instagram. And okay, so here. So that format I did with the 6 things I don't do as an entrepreneur, I did it as a video as well. But both of them got ridiculous amount of saves. So this one here, it posted it yesterday. Let's see how many views. So this one here posted it yesterday, so 1,500 views. So it's not viral, but check this out, check this out. So 7 things I don't do as an 8-figure entrepreneur, blah blah blah. But if I go to insights, right, So 1,500 views, people are like, oh, that's good. Well, it's not that good. It's not that good. But, but what is amazing is, I don't know if you guys can see there, um, if I scroll down, look at this: 20 saves, 8 shares, 10 comments, right? Uh, it doesn't have this— does it have the stat there? Yeah, can you see that? Follows— oh, the arrow's there. The arrow is blocking it. So I got from this post here 8 follows. 8 follows. If you guys can see that there, 8 follows right there, right? So I got 8 follows from that post. 1,500 views but 8 follows, right? Let me stop share. Okay, who saw that, right? So not a huge view count, but 8 new followers. And I just posted that yesterday. And that's going to run probably for the next— I don't know, I'll probably end up getting about 20 to 30 new followers from that one video. That one video. And they're our ideal clients. We'll outreach them. We've got the script, all that kind of stuff. And then get them into the next masterclass. And at some point, they're probably going to be a book buyer and a client, right? From one post. Now, I didn't know that one would go that well. I actually didn't. I thought it would go pretty well, but I didn't know how well that would go. There were other posts I do. I thought, yeah, this is really good music. I think this song is going to be banger, and it didn't go well. But that's okay. It just told me that I need to be better in that kind of genre. So that's my thinking the whole time. Like, if my stuff's not getting saves and shares and people following me after it, then I've just learned to not beat myself up and say, yeah, I wasn't that good. That song was crap. No one wants to listen to that song. Cool. All right. I want to share with you a viral reel. I'll send this to you, right? Just DM me viral reel if you Find me on Facebook, Instagram, DM me via Reel. I want to share with you a Reel that I did that would take you again less than 5 minutes to do. This one got me over 1.2 million views and over 500 followers from one, from one Reel that took me 5 minutes to do. It got me over 1.2 million views And over 500 people followed me from this one thing that took me less than 5 minutes to do. It is wild. And I guarantee all of you can do the same thing. Guarantee. I guarantee it. Guarantee it. Guarantee it. Guarantee it. You just got to insert your thing. When you see it, I'll send it to you. I'll send it to you in a DM and you'll see it. It went wild. It went wild. I'll give you a clue. It was in this format. It was in this format. It was in this format. It's just text on screen, 1.2 million views, and over 500 people followed me. That is like, I mean, if you do the maths, if you've got 500 people follow you, then you're probably going to be making $100 grand from that post. You know what I mean? $100 grand over the next 12 months because they're all going to end up in your funnel. So if you DM me via Reel, I'll send that to you. All right, let's do some more questions. Alfred, I see you patiently waiting there. So let's get you unmuted and spotlighted as well. First of all, is this useful? Is this valuable? Are you guys getting some like, oh, I get it now, but also hope as well that now there's— now you know that things can only get better from here when you get better. Alfred, how you doing?
Yeah, I have a question. I've been with you for a while. I was with Kaylee to start off with on the speakers group, and I'm attending lots of courses and things. I've turned 90 years old. I'm an elder. I love singing, and I've started something called Sing with Fred for elders like me to communicate with their loved ones with song and put it into— tell stories and put it into a musical ebook, and that's their legacy. But my question to you is, I've been invited to give a course on ageism at the local council, and I'm preparing for the course. And so I'm asking you, how can your program help me?
A course on ageism, like racism but ageism.
Ageism. It's going to be like a podcast of people being invited to talk. What's the government doing? What's the local council doing? What is the community doing? What you can do? What's the problem? How to solve it?
Right. So you mean like discrimination against like age? Is that what you're talking about?
Yeah, that's right. People like me.
Cool, cool. Well, first of all, do you have my book? I'm pretty sure you do, otherwise you wouldn't be here. You got my book?
Uh, correct. Yes, yes. I haven't read it yet, so I've been too busy. Cool.
Let me answer the question for you like this, actually. I am I'm going to pull up my AI. So, can you repeat your question again?
Yeah, I really wanted to start a movement against ageism to get elders like me a lot more respected and active.
Okay.
Okay.
Okay.
Alright.
And the second thing is I've been invited to start a course in the, in the local council on this, and I'm preparing for it now.
Okay. So I'm probably writing this by AI because it's gonna build it out for you faster than I can. Okay, this is my brain, 10 years of my brain in this AI. So I want to start a movement for elderly. I'm 90 years old. Um, and what else, what else would you like me to type in here?
Um, uh, a movement, not a business, a movement, uh, to get aged people like me more respected and active. Uh, and with it, I'm starting— I've been invited to start a course at the local council on this particular topic. And I'm finding people who can be speakers at the course and we can coordinate activity. And it'll be mainly what would be valuable to the people in the district.
Right. And what's the question? I need help with—
Well, I'm not quite sure how your program can help me.
That's all. Right. You need help with creating a tiny challenge? For what you'd wanna do?
Yeah. Starting with a tiny challenge because—
Okay, cool. Let's start with that. Any other context? So I need help with creating a tiny challenge for this. Okay. Anything else you wanna add to this?
Well, it's a tiny challenge. I'm getting help obviously because I don't know the whole topic.
Yeah.
And it's, it's really a question about the process.
Okay, cool. So normally I'd jump on a couple of one-on-ones, charge thousands of dollars to end up with something that you can get in under 10 seconds from my AI, which is pretty cool. So if you want to screenshot this, this is your tiny challenge.
It's a bit small for me.
Yeah, if you, if you, if someone wants to screenshot this, put in the chat screen for Alfred. Right now, but basically love this. You don't need a movement to start. You need 5 days to create visible respect and action. Here's a tiny challenge on Run for Elders and Allies.
Woohoo!
The 5 Days to Be Seen, Heard, and Valued. Who joins? Adults over 60. Cool. Invited 1 day. Family promise each team completes 5 tiny public acts. The format. Okay, now we've got day 1, story to signal goal. Day 2, skill in service goal. Day 3, Respect Audit Goal. Day 4, Integrational Bridge Goal. Turn a stereotype into a story. That's cool. And day 5, the Respect Charter, which is clarify, codify standards and next moves. Okay, so this is the overall archway and your framework for your 5-day tiny challenge. So thank you, thank you, Karen, for screenshotting that for you. So there you have it. You got the format for your tiny challenge.
Done. Would that be starting with one person or? Yep. So I would do that before I start the course. The course starts in 2 months.
That's correct. Do that as many times before you start the course because it's going to allow you to get better. It's going to allow you to clarify your message. It's going to allow you to validate some of the things that you're thinking of putting in your course so you don't end up spending 6 months building a course that nobody wanted.
I understand. Now, the people I'll be contacting are people who probably know more about part of the subject than I do. So I'm not really teaching them in a sense. I'm connecting with them to get them to see the total picture within their own context.
Yeah. Yep. So it sounds like you've got a pretty good list right now where you can just reach out and say, hey, I'm doing this 5-day tiny challenge. What was the name of the tiny challenge again? 5-day tiny challenge, uh, to be seen, heard, and valued. Only taking on 3 people. Would you like more details? That kind of message there, like, you, you'll be able to get 3 people easy.
Uh, how much time should I allocate for each day?
Yeah, yeah, 30 minutes, max 60 minutes, but 30 minutes is It's suffice. Yeah.
Yeah.
Yeah. Yeah.
Yeah.
Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. You got this. So are you in the Tiny Academy or any other courses that we have to help you?
Yes, I am in the courses, but I'm busy doing lots of other things, unfortunately.
Yeah.
Yeah. That's okay. That's okay. So yeah, start there. Start there.
Okay, fine. Well, let me try it and get back to you. I'll just— how do I see this? I click on it to see it in the chat box.
Yeah, click on it and you can download it. You can download it.
I'm clicking on it. Nothing's working.
Yeah.
Oh, wait a minute. Copy. I'm copying it and downloading it. Yeah. Okay, fine.
Yeah.
Thank you. Cool.
I know you'll figure it out. Very cool. All right, we're gonna give it up for Alfred. Give it up for Alfred. Come on. All right, all right, all right. So that being said, on that note, yeah, how long should the course be? 30 minutes, max 60 minutes. I wouldn't go longer. But if you went longer, it's not a big deal. It's not a big deal. When I did my first, like my first coaching calls, you know, here I am thinking I could do in half an hour. But geez, some of those calls went way longer than an hour. And because I just didn't know how to keep the calls tight. But because I was starting out and that's okay. When I was an optometrist, my eye tests, my very, my probably my first 20 eye tests that I did in a clinical situation at university took 2 hours long. For an eye test that should only take 20 minutes. And so, you know, but then I got it down to an hour, then I got it down 30 minutes, and I got it down 20 minutes. So, you know, if you take longer, it's not a big deal. But, you know, if you set a target with 30 to 60 minutes, that's okay. Should you do 3, 4, or 5 days? Start with 5 days.
Why?
Why?
Because if you do 5 days, your conversion will go up because people spend more time with you. But more importantly, You get better faster. You get better faster because the more, the more time you spend doing tiny challenges, the better you get, the better you get, the better your content gets because you're going to post your best stuff out for free. And the more tiny challenges you get, the more concept tickets you sell. And so if you're thinking, oh, should I do a 3-day tiny challenge? You can do, you can do a 3-day tiny challenge. And let's just say you get 10 people. That's 30 calls that you're going to do. 10 people, 30 calls. I'd rather get 6 people to do the same 30 calls. 6 people is easier to find than 10 people for the same amount of calls. And so you get better faster with less leads if you do a 5-day. Does that make sense? Right, you get better faster with less leads. So if you've got the person there anyway, and you found that lead, just do 5 a day. So you get better faster. It's more advantageous to do more. It's more advantageous. Cool. Other questions, should it be free or should it be paid? Do the free version. It's less friction. It's easier. 99.9% of our students do a free version. It is easier. It's less friction. You don't get time wasters. No one turns up to a Tiny Challenge to waste your time. For so many reasons, because they're in a world where everything's trying to get their attention and they're giving it to you that week. More importantly, if they're on Zoom with you, I guarantee they're not going to turn up to Zoom with the camera off like this. It will never happen on a Tiny Challenge. It just won't. How many of you would agree that the people with the camera on in this room right now— I see Austin, I see Keith, I see Stacy, Catherine, Violet, I see Virginia, Renee, Carla Joy, good to see you. Monica, Mimi, Daphne, Andy. I see all you guys with the camera off— I mean, camera on. And would it be fair to say the people with the camera on are more attentive and are more engaged and more committed? Who would say that's a, that's a fair generalization, right? I'm not saying the people with the camera off are not attentive or not committed. I'm just saying the people with the camera on are way more committed and way more attentive. It's just how it is. And this is a group setting. One-on-one, the attentiveness and the commitment is through the roof because it's one-on-one. And so you don't get a time waster. You get someone that's very engaged, very committed, very attentive. And so that's why you don't get time wasters. So don't, don't think if you charge you're going to weed out time wasters. You don't get time wasters anyway. I would only charge if you've got 100 leads And you're like, I don't know which one to pick. So then charge $97 and then, you know, you can pick the ones that pay first. But most of you won't even have that problem, right? Just do it frictionless. Just do it free. It's easier. You don't get time wasters. No one turns up with the camera off. They turn up with the camera on and they're extremely attentive to you over those 5 days. That's why the conversions are so high. Should you run ads to tiny challenges? No, because that wouldn't make sense because then you need a landing page. And you need a funnel and you need some copywriting and you run an ad, put $20 in or $30 in, you get one registration, you turn off the ads because you've got one registration. It's just, it's just using a bazooka to kill a mosquito, right? Running ads to a tiny challenge is like using a bazooka to kill a mosquito. It is, it is, that is overkill. That is overkill. Yeah, you don't need to do that. Just, just follow the content strategy and just market that way. It's just way easier and you grow your brand better when you do organic content as well. You don't grow your brand by running ads. That— it's never, it's never a brand strategy. Okay, so, uh, I'm gonna get Keith up in just a second, Keith, and so hang tight, hang tight, hang tight. As you guys are doing that, cool, room's got up to 50. That's pretty good. I want to share something first with you, and then I'm going to get Kenan to come up and do some more Q&A. Okay, so the fastest way to get really good at tiny challenges is twofold. Is number one, do more of them. But number two, do it in a setting where you can get real-time feedback, right? That's, that's the fastest way. And so There was a big problem that we had that we were unable to solve until around about 3 or 4 months ago. The big problem was we had all of our students trying to buddy up together, right, and do tiny challenges on each other so they could get better. But the problem with doing a tiny challenge on each other when you're both beginner coaches is you're both, you're both doing a terrible job and nobody knows what to do. And so it's the blind leading the blind. So practice doesn't make perfect, practice makes permanent. If you keep on practicing something that you're not good at and you keep on doing that, you become really good at being bad. Does that make sense? So if you keep on doing the thing that's not the right thing, you build a terrible habit or you build a terrible way that you have to unbreak and undo and you get really good at being really bad. And so then what happens is you think you're posting your best stuff but you're always posting stuff that's really, really, really bad. It's not even best stuff, it's It's bad stuff. And so that was a problem. It's like the blind leading the blind. And it's a good idea to try to do tiny challenges on each other, but you don't get better by doing it with a newbie. And so we had to figure out a way on how do we help you experience a tiny challenge so you get better faster, because the best way to learn something is actually experience it, but experience it with the right—
Experience.
environment. So if I wanted to learn how to play golf, I could watch 100 hours on YouTube to learn how to play golf. I could read 100 books, and I do have some books on golf actually. But me playing one round of 18 holes on a golf course, I will learn more about golf than me watching 100 hours of YouTube on it. Why? Because I'm experiencing it, especially if I play a round of golf with a professional. Oh my goodness, and I've done that too. And I got better so much faster than playing by myself. Just one round of golf, 18 holes with a professional, my skill set went through the roof. It was crazy, more than I could ever learn from every YouTube video that I watched. And so we figured out a way for you guys to get really good at golf, really good at tiny challenges with A professional. Now, Tiny Challenges are internationally trademarked, and these are the only 4 coaches on the planet that are qualified to train and coach on Tiny Challenges. The only 4. They all joined our programs, hit 6 and/or 7 figures in their coaching business. So highly successful, very professional. Each of them have done a minimum of 1,000 hours of personal one-on-one coaching. We've got Jane Sanford, Shane Byrd, Chris Annalis, Kelly Lynch, all of them approved minimum 1,000 hours of one-on-one coaching or hit 6 or 7 figures in the business. Highly professional. And so to get one-on-one mentoring from me, it starts from $100,000. To get just a 1-hour coaching session from 8-figure entrepreneurs, big brands, they are $50,000 an hour, which I've paid for in the past as well. To get one-on-one coaching from a 7-figure brand You're looking at $3,000 to $5,000 an hour to get an hour of coaching from an approved Tiny Challenge coach. It's hard to say what the market rate is, but these are the only 4 on the planet that are allowed to do it. So you're looking probably $2,000 to $5,000 per hour. But we created a way where it's now accessible for some people in the room. And the reason why it's some people, because you, you understand this in a second. Where you can have a one-on-one Tiny Challenge with one of our head coaches. And so you get to experience a Tiny Challenge like as if you're playing a round of golf with a professional. You'll get better faster exponentially. Who's following this right now? Imagine you played a round of golf with a professional golfer. You are getting good fast. And so you're gonna— we've got an opportunity for you to experience a Tiny Challenge where you are experiencing firsthand You want to have a Tiny Challenge done on you, on you, with an approved Tiny Challenge coach. 3 one-on-one calls scheduled at the times that work for you. We'll get clear on your niche, your brand, your message, your coaching offer. Daily homework and accountability. Lifetime access to the recordings of your calls so you understand what it's like. And then you also get lifetime access to recording of me running a Tiny Challenge so you can see how I do it as well. And this experience here is only $297, one-time payment. That's it. A single payment of $297. It is wild how we got these 4 to agree. I don't know. I must be a magician. Not really. No, they're really awesome people in our community that just really want to give back and help out. And so you can have that whole experience, you experiencing a tiny challenge firsthand, and you get the recordings and you now understand how to do it good so you can become really good at what you do. And you get 30 days of my AI as well. So it's like me coaching you for the next 30 days for a one-time payment of only $297. Max 10 spots because it's one-on-one with them. It is not false urgency or false scarcity or anything like that. It is a legit one-on-one tiny challenge with an approved coach that's already on 6 or 7 figures who has done over 1,000 hours of coaching. One-on-one coaching. And so once spots are gone, they're gone. And for whatever reason, if we end up overselling this, we'll just refund you because we don't want a situation where we say, hey, we're completely booked out, we can't, we can't fulfill it for the next 30 days for you. So if that's the case, we'll just let you know and we'll just give your money back because this sells out very, very fast every single month when we open spots for it because it's very limited spots. So $297 one-time payment, limited 10 spots, first come, first serve. I'm going to give you guys a couple of minutes to jump on to tinyexperience.com. You can scan the QR code and then we'll come back, we'll continue with the questions here. tinyexperience.com, max 10 spots. All right, all right, welcome back, welcome back. Let's get the train moving. More questions? Any questions about the Tiny Experience Alpha, if you've got some questions, you can type in the chat screen. Happy to support you guys there. All right, let's go to Keithan. Keithan, let's get you up on stage.
Hello, can you hear me?
What's up? Yes, we got you. What's up, man?
Oh yeah, thank you. Thank you for this. Yes, my Question. I'm, I'm, I'm in nursing. I'm nursing for last 25 years. I don't work full-time anymore. Uh, when I heard this tiny challenge, I thought, um, I, I thought that my niche could be early career nurses who struggle, uh, with, um, you know, the shift. I mean, I've been— I've done so much, um, mindset training, Tony Robbins. I've been teaching meditation for 25 years. So I thought I'd start with mindset. My question is, is this the nursing— is it for the nurses to pay for it? Is it monetarily viable? That's one of my questions. The nurses who will— is this good for the nurses? Will they be willing to pay for it, all the coaching?
Right.
So the question is, I want to coach nurses, but I'm not sure if they have the ability to pay for my coaching. Is that—
Yeah.
You know, I don't know. Nurses, they have so much education in the hospital sector or they get all this coaching and everything. Well, the one-on-one offering, it is right. You know, they already, I think, on the corporate level, they get all We get so much training.
Yep.
Cool, cool, cool, cool. There's 2 points to this. So firstly, are they getting that free coaching or free training from like work and stuff or the government supporting them? Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. What country are you from, by the way? Like, where is this? Like, where are these nurses from? Are they Australia?
Yeah, I live in Sydney, but I can target Sydney, I can target anywhere in the world.
Right. Okay, okay, cool. So 2 things about this, and I want everyone to listen to this very, very, very, very carefully, is that it's never about not having the money to pay. It's always about the willingness, whether they're willing to figure it out. So if you're in a niche where, oh my niche, they're low-income earners, I'm not sure if they can pay, or they're getting this anyway, or they don't make that much money or whatever the case may be. Should I coach them or no? Like, that's exactly like every niche has an avatar where they are potentially low-income earners or they don't have the money to pay, whatever the case may be. Now, it's never about how much money they have, it's the willingness. So everybody here, I'm sure you know of someone, maybe yourself or your parents, that bought a property and you got a loan for it.
Is that true?
Show of hands, is that true? Who knows of someone that bought a property and got a loan for it? $500,000 loan, $1 million loan, $300,000 loan. You got a mortgage for your property. 99.9% of people who buy homes borrow money from the bank to buy the home.
Why?
Because they don't have the money to buy the home. But yet they borrow hundreds of thousands of dollars over a 30-year mortgage To buy the home because they don't have the money. And so every single home buyer does not have the money, but they buy the home. So that just tells us that it's never about not having the money. It's because they see value in buying a home because they believe a home is going to be a good thing. And so it's all about whether or not they see value in the thing that they'll make it work because people make homes work. Does that make sense? So that's the first thing. That's the first thing. The second thing is equally as important. So there are people out there that will judge on how good something is. based on price. So, you know, like, so you're from Sydney, so you understand that the Medicare system governed by APRA, all that kind of stuff.
Now, in—
and I'm sure it's like this in most countries, but there's probably some version of free healthcare in most countries out there, right? And so in Australia, they have this system called Medicare. You can go get an eye test and it's covered by Medicare. So the government pays for your eye test, Medicare. You can go to a doctor and it's bulk billed and it's covered by Medicare. You can go on the public hospital system covered by Medicare. But there are some practitioners out there, doctors, optometrists, dentists, whatever the case may be, that don't allow bulk billing, meaning they charge a private fee for their services. About 1 in 20 practices charge. And so you've got the mass population who could go to an optometrist or a doctor and get a free eye test or free consultation, and Medicare covers for it. But there's these other doctors, about 1 in 20, Who charge a private fee. And so you'll be out of pocket by going to this one here. And you think that's crazy. Everybody, everybody could get it for free. But why are there doctors that are killing it that are private billing? Because there's a market out there for people who only go to private billing because they know or they believe that it's going to be better.
I—
and this, please don't misunderstand this, uh, this is not a pompous thing— I only choose medical practitioners that charge private fees. I never go to a medical practitioner that bulk bills and I can get it all free from Medicare because my assumption is it can't be that good. But the ones that charge a private fee must be better. And that's why I'm happy to pay $200 for a doctor consultation when I can get it for free, because I just feel like it's going to be better. And generally speaking, it is. Not all the time, but generally speaking, it is.
Why?
Because it forces them to be better, right? Is that, is that a fair call? Like, I just feel like it's going to be better. And if I got the resources, or I've got the willingness, I'm gonna do it. Because I only see a doctor maybe once a year. And it's worth it for me to pay $200. I don't want a free— if I was seeing the doctor every single day, maybe I'll reconsider about getting it for free every day, right? Maybe, I'm not sure. But even then, I'll probably pay for it because I just assume that because they're charging a private fee, that it's going to be better. So why does it relate to nurses? Because even though they're getting free education, free this, there's always going to be a percentage. And it's generally around about 5 to 10% of people who will seek out those that don't bulk bill, that will seek out paid education, that will seek out paid courses, that will seek out stuff because I know it's just going to be better when I pay for it. There's people like that, right? Because they just know. And that's why for those that jump into the Tiny Experience, they know it's going to be better, but it is better. I mean, because you're getting a Tiny Experience with it. With this, you're playing with a professional. You're having a professional doing a tiny challenge on you. Like, that's, that's the key. Does it make sense for everyone here? So if you're in a category where, oh my gosh, they could get it for free elsewhere, most of them will want it for free, but they're not the ones you want. You want the people like me who seek out practices that don't bulk bill. I literally search practices that don't bulk bill. I search practices that charge a private fee. And when I jump on the phone and I say, can I make a booking? They're like, oh yeah, we don't bulk bill here, we charge a private fee. Good. I was gonna ask that because I only pick people that charge a private fee. And then they give me the whole, oh, you can claim $60 back from Medicare. Like, I don't care, I don't care, I don't want—
I don't—
it's not even worth my time to claim it back. But that's— there's a lot of people like that. Cool. Does that help?
Yeah, um, yeah, that's very helpful. And on that, that, um, The, when I focus on the issue, um, nurses focus on the specific problem, like a shift, uh, kind of related to the shift anxiety problem or the mindset, general confidence level. That's what the— yep, I'm good in confidence mindset.
Yeah, confidence and mindset is what they need, but it's not what they want. Were you at, uh, Tony's book launch yesterday? Colors of influence. Were you at the colors of influence?
No, I wasn't here.
Okay, no, that's fine, that's fine. So confidence and mindset is what they need. It's not what they want. It's what they need, but it's not what they want. So what people, most people think, like most people want money, but they need certainty. They want money because they need certainty. So you don't sell certainty, you sell money. I can help you go full-time, make $100,000 a year, $200,000 a year, replace your income. But more money gives people more certainty, more certainty, more choices, more freedom. So I'm not selling freedom, I'm selling money because that's what they want. But underneath that, they need freedom, they need certainty. So be conscious of what you think, like what they need and what we market are 2 different things. Does it make sense?
Right?
And everybody is seeking some deeper desire, but we don't market it that way. Um, so that's the first thing. So I wouldn't market mindset or confidence. I'll think about what do they want on the outside and what's more attractive to them. Cool. Have you got any ideas?
Oh, I put it on the cloud. They say it's people, they have, um, they have, um, what do you call that? Um, they thinking about the shift. Um, they were overthinking about, did I say the right thing? Did I explain everything?
Cool. Uh, let me, yeah, let me share with, with everyone here, um, probably the best marketing advice that you'll ever hear. Okay, there are 2 things that everybody wants, and they want it— not only do they want it at a very high level, but they will pay for it too. They are willing to pay for it regardless of how much money they make. 2 things. If you understand this in marketing, you'll win in marketing all the time. So whatever niche you're in, the 2 things that every single person wants is they want something faster Speed, or they want something that's convenient, meaning less work. So if you can help them get what they desire faster. Or solve a problem like what they desire faster. That's like attractive to them. Or you can help someone get what they desire with more convenience, less work. It's less friction. Oh, that's cool. I'll do that. They'll want that too. If it's both, even better. And so everybody wants things faster and/or easier. And they are willing to pay for it. Think about it. Think about why you upgrade your mobile phone plan to get faster internet, right? You know, your internet plan, you can get tier 1, you're capped at like 100 megabyte download, whatever thing, but you can get this tier 2 and it's like faster internet. People pay for faster internet. People pay for express delivery. Like, people want things faster, or people pay for less work. It's like, wow, you can do— it's less friction. It's one-click upsell, like one less work. I don't have to do that. That's awesome. Okay, cool. People would rather— like, if you had to work, like, for example, if you wanted to make $200 grand a year, but you had to work 50 hours a week for it to make $200 grand a year, people are like, yeah, I'll do that. What if someone said, I can help you make $10,000 a year, but you don't have to do anything. That's pretty cool. I don't have to do anything and I just make $10,000 a year. Yeah, see, no work. I'm making less, but I don't have to do it. I'm subscribing to that. Some people are like, yeah, I'm happy with that. I'm happy if I don't have to do it and there's no work for me, or less work. It's convenient, it's frictionless, but I still get a result and it's slower and it takes longer. I'll still do it because it's less work. Is this all making sense? So think about for nurses on what they want. How can you package something to help them say, wow, you can get this faster or you can get it more convenient, less work, right? That's the packaging. Underneath that is mindset and confidence. But outside that is These 2 things here. These 2 things here. Cool. Is this valuable, by the way? This is like, this is, this is the key to market better, sell more offers. Cool.
All right.
So, Keithen, are you okay? We give it up for you.
Oh, thank you. Thank you.
You're most welcome. Give it up for Keithen. All right, I see Stacy patiently waiting as well. Let's get Stacy up on stage. What's up, Stacy? You look super happy.
Hi, Richmond. Thank you for choosing me.
You're welcome. Thank you for being patient, by the way. Has this been useful so far?
Oh yes, it's been really great. I, I've been learning so much. I always learn so much from you, and you know, the thing, the way you put it across, it's really helpful.
Very cool, very cool, very cool. Uh, how can I help?
Okay, well, I have Finally decided I'm going to launch my tiny challenge this Friday. Well, the method I'm going to approach it with— I, I help veterans. I have an established business that is handmade items that help people with sensitive skin. And so I've been having a challenge translating that into You know, a digital product. So I decided to— I have people that always ask me for help with business, and sometimes, you know, how do they get started with their own business? So I've decided that I'm going to help veterans transition from the military into starting their own business. And I'm going to be doing that this Friday, right alongside to selling my natural handmade products. I'll have a table where they can sign up for the tiny challenge. And so I just want to know, like, how do I go about, like, when I get on Zoom with them? Can I read from a script? Can I ask them the questions from a script?
You 100% can. So 2 things. First of all, I'd highly suggest, I'd highly suggest you jump onto the Tiny Experience opportunity that I presented before for you to have a tiny challenge done on you from a pro. You'll understand on how to do it so much better. Like, your learning curve, it'll be like, as it— like, you'll probably have to do 20 tiny challenges to get, to get to the level of competency that you could get to by just doing one tiny experience. Because you're, you're basically playing a round of 18 with a pro, and it'll just fast-track your, your ability to run really good tiny challenges. so much faster. Maybe, maybe it may even get to the point where you could run it that good. So that's my high recommendation for you, Stacy, and everyone in the room. If you get the opportunity and you get one of those 10 spots to jump in a Tiny Experience, it will fast-track you running awesome tiny challenges by at least 20 tiny challenges. They think, do I run 20 tiny challenges, listen to every call, get really good, or just get one done by a professional? Like playing a round of golf with a professional, you get so much good, like you get so much better so much faster. It'll accelerate everything, which ultimately means that the better you are, the better your content is, the more tiny challenges you get as a result, the more concepts you sell. So you just make money faster. So that's the first thing. Now the second thing is yes, you're allowed to read from a script. There is nothing wrong with that. There's nothing wrong with following notes. There's nothing wrong with following a checklist. There's nothing wrong with all those kind of things. You're more than welcome to do that. That is 100% okay. You say, hey, look, I've got some notes with me and it looks like I'm reading from something because I am. I just don't want to miss any points because I've got a few things I want to cover today. And at the end, if you've got some questions, then we're happy to do that too. Is that okay with you if it kind of looks like I'm reading from something? Because I kind of am, because I don't want to miss anything and make sure you get the most value today. Just say something like that. Yep.
Yes.
Cool. Yeah. And there's— and it's completely okay. And when I started out as an optometrist, I had an optometry mentor who, uh, who would every now and then sit in on an eye test with me. And I say, hey, do you mind if my mentor sits in on an eye test? And, you know, she's just going to give me some feedback so I can get better at what I do so I can serve you better. And they're like, oh, yeah, of course. That's okay. And then when I became good, I had students come in and sit down and I would mentor them. You know, it just passed the baton. But people are very okay with that kind of attitude. And you just saying that, like, they're very okay with that.
Okay. All right, thank you.
You're most welcome. Give it up for Stacy. All right, so tinyexperience.com, if you want to jump in on that tinyexperience.com. That's the link, tinyexperience.com. That would accelerate your ability to run awesome tiny challenges by at least running— it'll be like you running 20 tiny challenges and getting good in one go. So tinyexperience.com, have an actual tiny challenge run on you with a professional 6 and/or 7-figure coach. He's done over 1,000 hours of one-on-one coaching. All right, we got, uh, make sure you guys type— people with your hand up, make sure you type in your question in the chat screen as well so we've got a log of the questions too. But we've got Karen. Let's get Karen up on stage and we'll see where we're at after this. What's up, Karen? I see you there. Let's help out my team. There we go. Can we get me spotlighted again? Thank you, team. And unmuted.
What's up, Karen?
How you doing?
Good.
So, um, I, I finally got some tiny challenges, uh, under my belt, but I'm having a really hard time, like, sticking to the, the 20 minutes.
20 minutes? What made you want to do 20 minutes? That's already pretty hard.
Well, that's, that's what your AI had, had— well, probably because your AI Yeah.
So, okay, got it.
And like today, I, I ended up just like going completely off script, even though the script was in front of me, it was blurry. And I just couldn't focus in. And so I just focused on the person. And I gave them what they needed and what they wanted. And but they got a little bit sleepy, but then they asked for one more thing, which I posted into my free group for them. So I just want to learn how to tighten it up and how to, um, yeah, just how to tighten it up.
You doing on Zoom?
Uh, yes.
Cool, cool, cool, cool. This is First of all, it's all in the preframe, right? Let them know that, hey, today we're gonna do, I would just say 25 minutes for argument's sake, 25 minutes, we're gonna cover these 3 things. And this is one of the greatest hacks, okay? Let me see if you can see this. On Zoom. On Zoom, there's a timer button and you can set on whatever you want. Can you see that?
No.
Oh yes, yes. Where did you get that?
It's on Zoom. It is on Zoom. Yeah, you can just ChatGPT, where do I find this icon on Zoom? Yeah, it's one of the timer icons. Say, hey, great. Hey, do you— and you say, do you mind if I put a countdown timer on? It's not— it's for me to keep track on time because, you know, and so we can keep this call outcome-focused. And if I can help you get the outcome sooner, that'll be great. And also, I tend to lose track on time. I'm one of those people who, like, if I don't keep a timer on myself, I can chat for hours. And I know your time is valuable. As well, and I don't want to be that person, and I know you're probably too nice to tell me to shut up. And so is that okay with you? Great.
Cool.
Countdown timer start. Great.
Okay.
And, and you now are like, ah, yeah.
Thank you.
Cool.
Yeah, yeah, yeah. So it helps you, but it also helps them because some, some clients are like, you know how they are. Yeah.
Well, yeah, so it'll tighten it up for them too. And they'll— yeah, you know.
Yeah, yeah. Now, if you feel like that's too much pressure, I know some people don't like the pressure of the timer, then don't do it and be okay with going over. Like, just be okay. Like, some people don't like that. So, so I'm not saying you need to do this, but this is, this is a great hack for you guys to To keep things tighter. Now, the ultimate hack to keep your calls tight is to actually legitimately have something right after the call.
Okay.
Like you got to pick up your kids kind of thing. And I can guarantee every parent is not going to be late picking up their kids because the guilt will go through the roof and they can see their 5-year-old waiting on the school line and they're the last ones to be picked up.
That's not happening.
You're gonna like, hey, I'm so sorry, I've got to go. I've got to pick up my 5-year-old. And I'm already running late. Like, so when you actually have another commitment on afterwards, you will go, like, you will be on time.
Good.
If you've got a flight to catch, you'll be on time. If you're— if an Uber is waiting, you'll be on time. If your personal trainer, you got an appointment with personal trainer, you're going to be on time. So it's the greatest hack. People will only go over time because they've got nothing else on afterwards.
Cool.
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
And then put on the countdown timer as well.
Thank you.
You're most welcome, Karen. Great question. Give it up for Karen. All right, yeah, it's a really, it's a really cool Zoom feature. It's, it's, it's amazing. It's an amazing feature on Zoom. It's a little toggle at the top there and it's got the timer, but I mean, you guys will figure it out. Like, it's, it's not that hard to figure out. Zoom only has— Zoom doesn't have 100 buttons. It's only got like half a dozen buttons. It's just one of those buttons. Cool. So, uh, type in the chat screen what's been most useful, what's been most valuable so far. Has today been valuable for you. What's been your key takeaway? We've covered quite a few things around content, giving your best stuff out for free, this little timer hack, keeping calls tight— not that it matters if you don't. Uh, we've covered on people's willingness to pay, and then some people are wanting to pay more because that's what they're actually seeking for. All that kind of stuff. Type in the chat screen, what have you loved most? What have you loved most? Violet says her timer is under the apps part. Yeah, probably. Yes, yes, yes. What do you feel like most? Countdown timer, picking up my 5-year-old. Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. Book a call at 5:30 PM when you know dinner is in the oven at 6 o'clock and you gotta— if you don't know dinner's burning right now, you gotta get— you gotta, you gotta start. You got the kettle on, you got the, you got the boiler on. If you don't finish this call, you're gonna burn dinner. Yeah, if it's valuable, people will pay for it. Yeah, if you frame it as speed and convenience, like that's, that's the key— frame as speed and convenience. Cool, very cool, very cool. All right, well, I, I feel like, you know, I feel like we've got more than plenty of value here. I want to— so again, if you didn't get your questions answered, type in the chat screen. I'm going to actually download all the chat screens and get all your questions, uh, or either answer in a group and stuff like that. But I do want to give you guys another opportunity to experience a Tiny Challenge. This is going to be the fastest way. You can do either 20 Tiny Challenges and get good that way, which will take you a lot of time, but this one experience with a professional coach will allow you get so good so fast. And the consequence of that is that then you can post better stuff. You're basically getting music coaching and more Tiny Challenges as a result. And the flywheel. And so the ROI is massive from that. The ROI is huge. So tinyexperience.com. I'm going to leave this up one more time with the countdown timer and take this opportunity because there's only limited spots. tinyexperience.com.
All right.
Well, I trust you enjoyed that session there. Now, if you jumped in on the Tiny Experience, congratulations. That is the best move that you can make right now. Because you're going to be golfing 18 holes with a professional golfer, and I cannot even imagine how much better you'll be after that Tiny Experience. So well done for doing that. Now, if you didn't do that, that's okay. You're here for a reason. You're here for change, and you're wondering, how do I get more Tiny Challenge registrations? I actually have an 8-hour video on my channel.
It's a full lead generation course, 8 hours long, on how to get leads now to fill up your Tiny Challenges. Make sure you check it right now or drop it in the comment section below.
