In this video, Richmond Dinh gives a personal tour of his family’s $7 million waterfront home in Sydney, showcasing its luxury features such as a living‑room bar, pool, and views of the Sydney Harbour Bridge. While walking through the house, he shares a motivational story about how, five years earlier, he and his wife lived in a cramped two‑bedroom unit and started a coaching business from their laundry. He emphasizes the power of self‑belief, a clear vision, and knowing the desired outcome as the keys to moving from modest beginnings to a dream home. The narrative blends a visual showcase of the property with a coaching‑style lesson on goal‑setting and perseverance.
Welcome to my family home. Come inside.
Just got the living room here, got the whiskey area, got the bar. All right, let's head to the back and check out the kids toys. Check out the, the, what is it, the life jacket they got there too. So kids have been having a good time in the summer there. This is our pool. And every morning I jump in here for a cold plunge, no matter how cold it is. And that's how I start my day. These are just our bedrooms there.
And if you look over there, you can see the Sydney Harbour Bridge right in the distance. Then we, we were standing here on New Year's Eve and watching the fireworks from the distance there. You know, we have a very blessed life. And you know, this is not by no means to say, oh, how good we are. Because literally five years ago I was living in a tiny two bedroom unit with my wife, with our two kids and we didn't have the money, we were doing it really, really tough. And that's when I started my coaching business. Literally coaching in my laundry because we had a tiny two bedroom unit. Our daughter Kennedy lived in the other bedroom and our other daughter lived in our bedroom. And so I had nowhere to coach. I could only work on my kitchen table. And then when I had privacy, needed privacy, I would coach in the laundry. And so I share this story with you because for a couple of reasons. Number one, if I can do this, so can you. And this is not a rags to riches, not a sort of my depressing type story. It's a story of self belief. It's a story of having a vision and knowing that when you want something, you can get it. And there's only really two things that you need to go off on. Two things that matter is knowing exactly what you want and knowing the outcome. I had my vision for our dream home on a vision board. And I knew that that's exactly what I wanted. But more importantly, I had clarity on how I wanted to play the game. And so what matters is not where you start, but how you end up.
