Hey, this is a big shout out to Richmond who is an amazing coach. I just did finish 10 day challenge and it was amazing. Incredible. Incredible. That's one word I have to say before this challenge. I have met like many, many. I visited many coaches and many programs. I was not satisfied. But now I know what I'm doing, where I'm going and what's my plan. So would I Recommend him for 100%? For 100%, go for him blindly for blindfolded?
