In this solo episode, host Rob Anderson explains why listeners will occasionally encounter episodes that seem different from the usual Stand Sure Coaching content. He outlines that he runs four podcasts—Stand Sure Coaching, One Dive at a Time, Beyond the Rainbow Bridge, and a series documenting his ICF accreditation journey. While each show serves a specific niche (scuba‑based healing for veterans, canine grief coaching, professional coaching development), they all share core themes of personal awareness, growth, resilience, mental‑health science, neuroplasticity, and coaching principles such as clarity, choice, and empowered forward movement. When an episode from one of the other series aligns with these foundational ideas, Rob cross‑posts it to the Stand Sure feed, flagging it as intentional rather than filler. He invites listeners to subscribe to the other podcasts when the topics resonate, assuring that the cross‑posted content is meant to enrich the listener’s journey through transitions, confidence building, and purposeful living.

Hey everybody, welcome to Stand Sure Coaching. My name is Rob Anderson and I'm your host. Hey, I want to throw this out there very quickly as we are starting to gain an audience, and the topic is Really, why you're going to occasionally hear other shows on here. So I want to take a few minutes today to talk about that. You might have already caught that, might have come to your attention at some point, maybe it soon will. And so I just want to put it out there so there's no confusion at all. And I'll do reminders here and there as we build up episodes. But if you're wondering why there are times that an episode feels a little different than usual, and maybe it dives into topics like canine grief or scuba diving, I want to make sure that I clear that up. So here's the deal. I produce a couple of other podcasts. Actually, I produce the total of 4 podcasts. One's around diving. One is around canine grief coaching. There is one that is tracking my process as I go through ICF, you know, my next, you know, the next step up within ICF accreditation. And then of course, then there's this one. And what happens is that sometimes As what I find out is that they all serve a really specific niche, but at their core, they all center around personal awareness, around growth, around resilience. Sometimes the lines between those audiences, they blur in a really powerful way. Yeah. And instead of trying to create separate podcasts for that, I let you have a glimpse of the other show. So what happens is, you know, when it makes sense to share those episodes with you, I'm going to do it right here on Stand Sure Coaching. That will probably be like the focal point of anything around mental awareness or veterans issues. I work with a lot— my diving podcast specifically. Is around on using diving for healing heroes one dive at a time. The other one is on canine grief coaching. So my podcast is called Beyond the Rainbow Bridge. I've already put a couple of episodes on it here, and I'll continue to do that. That's a space that I've created for people who are working through the loss of a beloved pet, specifically dogs. And that show focuses on canine grief coaching. And that's an area that means a lot for me personally, as well as professionally. Some of the neuroscience that we discuss over there and the emotional insight work that we do are just as relevant for listeners here on the Stan Sturr platform. As they're navigating any kind of life transition. So again, every now and then you're going to see one of those episodes show up here, and you already have. I think I've posted 2 other episodes on here, and not all of them, just the ones that I believe that align with what we do over here. The other one is called One Dive at a Time, and that has been going for several years. It started out as a way to support veterans and divers in my nonprofit Neptune Warrior, which is a program that uses scuba diving to foster presence, to foster focus and self-discovery. It's originally designed to help veterans, first responders, really anybody else that's dealing with PTSD and anxiety. We use diving as a gateway for that. But again, there we talk about mental health, neuroplasticity, resilience, the science of emotional regulation, all things that extend far beyond diving. I've had episodes from One Dive at a Time where we explore breathwork, grounding techniques, how to manage stress through Mindful Action. And when those topics overlap with the kind of mindset work we explore here at Stand Sure Coaching, I'll occasionally bring those episodes over as well. Now, by the way, feel free to subscribe to those other podcasts, One Dive at a Time and Beyond the Rainbow Bridge. Because I'm not going to move all of them here. And sometimes those others just might speak to you. But here's why I wanted to give you a heads up. I know that you come to StandSure Coaching for grounded, purposeful content about confidence, about transitions, about mindset, about navigating life with intention. And I don't want to drop an unfamiliar episode into your feed without some kind of context. My coaching work is about the whole person. And whether I'm working with someone processing through the loss of their puppy or longtime companion, Coaching a veteran in the water or helping someone find footing again that might be going through a crisis or a transition, it all comes back to the same foundation. And that foundation is rooted in clarity and choice. Clarity and choice. And empowered forward movement. So when you see an episode pop up from Beyond the Rainbow Bridge or One Dive at a Time, you know, I'm going to flag that on here. Just know it's not a filler. It's very intentional. And if it resonates with you, great. If not, the next Dance Your Episode is just right around the corner. Hey, thanks for being here. Thanks for being patient and trusting me. With part of your journey. That's all I got. Thank you so much.
