The 3 best passive income ideas for 2024 and 2025. Now, passive income used to be a luxury. Now it's a necessity with everything going on in the world. I don't believe in schemes and scams and get rich unrealistically quick, so there'll be no bullshit, um, in this video. Now, I have about 14 income streams, and most of those are passive and recurring. Some are active and occurring. And you do need to set to forget. You do need to work hard enough not to have to work hard. So I'm not saying that this is easy, but passive and recurring income can be built with a simple, repeatable process. So the first, probably best actually, business model for passive income in '24, '25 would be for you to create a membership site. So turning your content into cash flow, what you already know into cash flow. Now, the great thing about a membership site is you can use someone else's platform like Patreon or Locals or Kajabi. You can do content on your iPhone. You can talk either about what you love or what you're good at or what you have a strong interest in. Or what you're already a professional at. So there's plenty of niches for you to choose from. And then you can just drip feed content weekly, daily if you want to be prolific. And then the same amount of time and effort is required for one member as it is for 1,000 or 100,000 members. All right, there'll be more admin with 100,000 members, but this piece of content is the same amount of effort and energy for me if one of you is watching or if a million of you watch. Now, people say things like books or courses are a great way to make money. The problem with a book is it can take you 3 years to write and get published, and you earn nothing for 3 years, and you've got to put your time and money and energy in before you get anything back, and then you sell 21 copies, which I think is the average amount that people sell. So that's not really a great way to make really good money. Online courses can work, The thing is they need a lot of effort and energy up front. And with a membership site, people don't mind if you share content that's 15 minutes, 30 minutes, bite-sized bits to watch once or twice a week. I know Jordan Peterson's just launched his membership site. Tens of thousands of members. And I think he only does a new piece of content or course every one or two a month max. So it's not like you have to be mega prolific. I mean, I'm prolific. I do a good few hours of content every week in Rob.team. But membership sites, certainly number 1. Number 2 would be content in general. The great thing about content is it can be turned into dozens of income streams. You can monetize 3 or 4 ways on Facebook, on Instagram, on TikTok, on YouTube. You can turn your content into courses, masterminds, mentoring, People can pay you to write content. Content, content is one of the best ways to create multiple streams of income from the same asset, from the same piece of information. You know, what goes into a book could be expanded out to go into a course, could be expanded out to go into a mastermind. And now all these social media platforms are competing with each other. They need you, and therefore they're going to lure you in with all these monetization tools, of which there seems to be new ones launching. Every month. LinkedIn is a great platform for generating leads into your business. So even if you don't think you want to monetize directly or you don't know how to use these monetization tools, just use content to get people into your ecosystem to sell your products and services. And by the way, I make 7 figures a month doing this with content into cash flow. Get people to join your Zoom classes. And then from your Zoom classes, invite them in to buy your products and services. Okay, the third way to make great passive income in '24 and '25 is AI. Now AI can be leveraged so many ways. So people will say, for example, oh, copywriting, is that just going to get wiped out by AI? Well, if you use AI and sell copywriting services leveraging AI for much of the resource, then you're going to create leverage. If you use AI to do research, to write code, to write blogs and articles. I actually used AI as the foundational research for my last book, and it saved me £6,000 on my researcher. So there's a hell of a lot of ways that you can leverage AI. Now, a lot of people say, I'm worried about AI, it's going to wipe out my job and other people's jobs. So you get to learn how to use AI, you become the master of AI, and you'll always have a job leveraging AI if AI is wiping out other people's jobs. So quick summary then, membership sites, passion or profession into profit. And it's the same amount of time, one piece of content or one member as it is 1,000 or 1 million. Think about membership sites like this, if you get 3 new members a day, which is anyone can do that, you don't need any followers, any money, any experience, anyone can do that. Then that is what, 1,000 new members in a year. That's $10,000 a month, and that's passive recurring every month. And now look, you might need to do new content, but all the old content that you've done over the last few weeks, months, and years is generating income. The second one is content. Content can be turned into 15 or 20 different monetization tools. Mentoring, masterminding, online courses, physical courses, you name it. And that can be a passion or a profession or a skill or an interest. And most people said to me, oh yeah, but Rob, I don't have a niche. Why would anyone listen to me?
