Andrew Tate appeal rejected. So Andrew Tate's latest appeal today to be released from detention, basically prison, has been rejected again. Um, so he will remain in custody for at least one more month under three charges: organized crime, rape, and human trafficking. Now here's the interesting thing: he's been in there now longer than 1 month, as has his brother Tristan, and there have been no charges. 1 month, no charges. I mean, to me, that isā well, um, let me know what you think. Um, so initially when Andrew Tate was detained um, it was extended, and the reason given by the judge was the capacity of the defendants to exercise permanent psychological control over the victims, including by resorting to constant acts of violence. That was what theā that was what the judge said, um, as to reasons that they were being detained and their appeals were being rejected. Now, many people have said that it's because they would probably flee the country. Um, 6 million of their cars were seized to fund the investigation. They even said to fund the investigation. As he went, um, into court for his appeal, Andrew Tate shouted, um, of his innocence. Um, and the Tate brothers, Andrew Tate and Tristan Tate, have now just hired a famous celebrity human rights lawyer. So this human rights lawyer, Tina Glandian, represented Mike Tyson and other famous celebrities, um, and now, um, taking over Andrew Tate's case, um, the lawyer said, um, that speaking to reporters before the appeal was rejected, she alleged that outside pressures had impacted the case but declined to state what those outside pressures were. So many people have said there's been pressure, say, from the USA and the UK. Um, the Tates have said that there's, um, external pressures, um, influencing their imprisonment. You can't really call it anything else other than imprisonment. And the celeb lawyer Tina Glandian goes on to say, so far the system has failed. So quick summary on an update, because I'm keeping you update on what's going on in the Andrew Tate case. He's been on my show, I know him, I talk about him to a lot of my guests. I was interviewing Eddie Hall yesterday and he raised Andrew Tate's name, and we talkedā Eddie, Eddie Hall, World's Strongest Manā we talked about, um, Andrew Tate yesterday when I had spent, um, a good amount of time with Eddie Hall. Everyone's talking about him, so I wanted to keep you updated on the case. I'd love your thoughts, by the way. Do you think he's innocent or guilty? People are saying here, free the Tates. Someone just said there, fuck the Tates. Um, but I'm going to give you my thoughts. I'd love your thoughts first though. My thoughts are that everyone deserves a free trial, and this doesn't seemā well, a fair trial and a free trialā a fair trial This doesn't seem fair. Everyone is innocent until proven guilty, and this doesn't seemā this seems like they're guilty until proved innocent, not innocent until proved guilty. I mean, if there's no charges brought against them in over 30 days, how can they keep them? But they're finding reasons and excuses to keep them. To me, that doesn't seem right. There are no charges. If they've got charges, that's fine. They've got evidence, that's fine. There, there's been no evidence of evidence and no evidence of charges, yet they're still detained. And I think that's why they've got the celebrity lawyer in who's an expert in human rights, because she says that this is a violation of their human rights. She says that there are outside pressures that are keeping the Tates in prison, and so far the system has failed. This is the latest news on, um, the Andrew Tate case. So let me know what you think in the comments about it. I mean, we've got a Netflix documentary in the making here, haven't we? I mean, a lot of my friends and colleagues and, you know, people I interview have been saying, how is he going to get out? Like, if they're holding him for that long with no charges, what are they going to do, just go after 60 days, oh, sorry, we were wrong, you're innocent? They're going to look like idiots. I fear he's not getting out for a long time. How is he going to get out? They're gonna have to find something, otherwise they are going to look like clowns. And that seems worrying, um, if he's innocent, which of course, if there are charges and accusations, they should go through a fair legal system. Not sure this is a fair legal system. Um, so let me know what you think in the comments. And just a quick one, um, on a more positive note, I'm, um, yeah, Philip says he thinks it sucks and he wants me to keep the content coming. I'll do my best. Um, David says it's never going to be fair. I interviewed someone today who reckons the system is after him. He says when you get too big and you speak out too much, um, the system will just, um, exercise its power over you. This is what they're saying. I don't know. I hope the system doesn't exercise its power over me. Maybe we should just go back to talking about business and entrepreneurship. I wonder if you could share this so I could maybe give other people some gifts along the way as well and spread some good news. Alas, the news I'm sharing here is not good on this video, and that is that Andrew Tate remains in custody for another 30 days and his appeal has been released. Now, of course, those that hate him will say that it's good news. I don't think it's good news because I don't think he's getting a fair trial. I don't know if he's innocent or guilty. He deserves a fair trial where there should be evidence and statements. Apparently there are no charges. I mean, he's been in over a month and there's no charges. That doesn't make any sense. And now he's hired the celebrity human rights lawyer Tina Glendien, um, who said that there are outside pressures. She was told there's outside pressures that, um, you know, are keeping Andrew and Tristan Tate detained. And she said, so far the system has failed. Yep. So that's the news. Thanks for tuning in. Thanks for sharing, Philip. I wonder if you all wouldn't mind sharing this show. I want to give away as much as I can and help as many people as I can. Been doing this for 17 years.
