Andrew Tate’s Lawyer Makes Public Statement 😳

Andrew Tate's lawyer makes public statement. I think this is the first full public statement from Andrew Tate's lawyer since his arrest and his detainment. I've been studying the case on an ongoing basis, and I have got the details of the lawyer's statement. This had to be translated from Spanish. So there may be some slight translational, um, challenges here, shall we say. Um, so Andrew Tate's lawyer has just made a quite a long statement and an interview, um, in the Romanian press with a full update of the case. So, um, the first quote: so the Tate brothers were changed from witnesses to suspects and then suspects to defendants on the 29th of December. Started as witnesses, then suspects, then defendants. Um, the lawyer goes on to say that there is no evidence of rape by Andrew Tate. So, um, the rape allegation is brought by a woman from Moldova, and according to Andrew Tate's lawyer, there is no evidence, none, apparently he's gone through hundreds of pages worth of documents other than the victim's statement, which of course isn't evidence, it's just a statement. Uh, there's 2 counts of rape alleged against one of the Tate brothers, um, but they did not specify which Tate brother it is. Michelle has said they've set him up. I would love to know your thoughts in the comments. This is a very interesting thing unfolding in front of us. The lawyer goes on to say there is not a single piece of evidence other than the victim's statement that would lead to the idea that any crime of rape was committed. The lawyer goes on to say— so, um, someone has just said here the arrest of Andrew Tate is a crime itself. I've already done content on that, you can watch my previous videos. Okay, the lawyer goes on to say there is no evidence of human tracking or organized crime. Sorry, human trafficking or organized crime. So the lawyer said— I've shortened some of it because some of it is legalese. I'm trying to make it more simple here. So the lawyer said, from my point of view, there is no evidence there either. In this case, we are talking about human trafficking and an organized crime group. So no evidence of that either, according to Andrew Tate's lawyer. Andrew Tate's lawyer went on to say the Tate brothers were scared in court. The Tate brothers signaled on several occasions that they did not understand the translation and looked at the defense quite scared, questioning what is happening, what is being talked about. So there was a translator in the court that wasn't translating very well. Luisa said, free Tate. There is no update yet on his health. And, um, he was admitted to hospital, taken to hospital. I don't have an update on that. I'll let you know when I do. Um, so the lawyer intervened and they requested a better translator, and then they changed the, um, the translation became in English. And then finally, Andrew Tate's lawyer went on to talk about Andrew Tate's character. Um, and the lawyer believes that Andrew Tate has created a social media caricature which may not be who Andrew Tate is, and the caricature of Andrew Tate might be used as evidence in the criminal case. So I'll read you what he said. He said, we live in a reality of 2023 in which various people promote themselves as characters on social media, promoting an image, a product, an idea. Tate's social media persona may be a character. Now, in the case of the Tate brothers, I don't know what their intention was on social media to promote themselves, But I'm left wondering, could this intention on social media stand as evidence in a criminal prosecution case? So he's saying that the Andrew Tate and Tristan Tate caricatures that they promote on social media may end up being used as evidence against them. And I've got— I guess that produces, um, some very difficult legal and moral questions, of course, based on is it them or is it a social media character. So look, I've been updating this case as and when I get the news. This is, um, just come out. Do you think this is a setup? Do you think Andrew Tate is being set up? Um, the more things go on, the more they look somewhat suspicious. Um, I personally believe everyone should have a fair trial. I don't think as of yet this trial with Andrew Tate seems fair. It doesn't seem fair that you can be remanded in custody for 30 days and then another 30 days, in total 60 days, unless you're a proper threat to humanity, and it doesn't look like there's any evidence he is. I don't feel that it's right for someone to have €6 million worth of supercars seized to pay for the investigation. And the longer this goes on, it looks like we're unfolding in front of our very eyes— I mean, if Andrew Tate gets wrongly, um, prosecuted, then this is going to be a massive outrage across social media because it's so public and so present. Now, of course, he could be guilty of some crimes, who knows. He should have a fair trial. Danny has said guilty, guilty, guilty, but Rod has said set up. I'm friends with one of the biggest celebrities in the UK. In one year after his peak of fame, the media went after him, and mainstream media newspapers were phoning up his friends, his family, his ex-girlfriends, his past people that he knew and bribing them, offering them money to make up stories. This happened, I know for a fact, from the original source. How do we know this is not happening here? I don't know. Maybe it is happening, maybe it isn't. Maybe he is guilty, maybe he isn't. But he should have a fair trial and not a trial by social media. So that's the update. Summary then is that Andrew Tate's lawyer says there is no evidence of rape other than one witness statement, which is not evidence. There is no evidence of human trafficking or organized crime other than statement. Um, the translations were not clear in court, the brothers were scared in court, and that Andrew Tate's social media character and of Tristan Tate, that character, which may be not them, may be used as evidence in a criminal prosecution case. Dana said the Matrix has got him. Remember, um, the, the video that went the most viral about Andrew Tate talking about his silencing, his canceling, and now his detaining was my video, my interview I did with him, which got cut. Um, so the short got cut and just went wildly viral. And that is Andrew Tate talked about the 3 stages of when someone becomes powerful, how the Matrix handle them. When someone becomes too powerful for the Matrix and the system— this is Andrew Tate's words, you can see my video online on it where I interviewed him— he said, 'Stage 1 is you are cancelled, you are silenced, you are banished from having a message on media and social media.' That happened to him, rightly or wrongly, that happened to him. Stage 2 is you are, um, wrongly imprisoned. Well, he's detained, he's not yet imprisoned, but I mean, if they just keep extending it, who knows. And then he said stage 3 is assassination. And when the news went of him being in hospital, I genuinely was worried because I don't believe anyone should be assassinated for something they've not yet been convicted of. I don't believe anyone should be assassinated, but they are hanging people left, right, and center in some countries, aren't they, for rebellion. But yeah, this is all— this is possibly one of the the biggest cases we've seen. I mean, if you look at Amber Heard and Johnny Depp, that was just a freaking voyeurism case of two people arguing. But this is a real case of the system against an individual. And, and, and maybe it's not— maybe he's, he's guilty of the crimes, but he needs a fair trial. So, um, yeah, I've done some content on this, some commentating through. Why am I commentating on this one? I was one of the last people to interview him before he went and got detained. Number 2, I know him quite well. And number 3, a lot of my followers and fans and podcast listeners and YouTube watchers have asked me to talk about it. And because I talk a lot about the money matrix myself and getting away from the money matrix system and how maybe the UK— sorry, the central banking system is a bit of a scam, and maybe we are controlled, and maybe there is some kind of matrix. So I'm quite fascinated by how this runs out. So let me know what you think about the ongoing case with Andrew Tate. Is he guilty? Is he innocent and being set up? What do you think about him? Does he deserve this or not? And I also would wonder if you wouldn't mind sharing this. I hope we don't get to stage 3, Lee. I really hope. And like I said, when he went into hospital, I was very concerned. And I've been saying this over and over, and I've got to say it again because it's really important. We've got to learn the lessons from this, haven't we? Why do I comment on these things? Because I want to learn the lessons vicariously through other people. I wouldn't want to learn about being cancelled by being cancelled. I wouldn't want you to learn about going bust by going bust. I wouldn't want to learn what it's like in prison by us going to prison. We best learn vicariously through the mistakes and the lessons and the lives of other people. So we can learn about being cancelled by those who are cancelled rather than being cancelled ourselves. And Andrew Tate, there's so much to learn. Sales and marketing, brands, social media, controversy, polarity. And now, you know, all the stuff that's going on with him being detained and imprisoned. And this is one of the reasons why I like to discuss this, because it's a great learning exercise for us. I think it's also absolutely vital that you don't just get the lessons from it, but you implement the lessons from it. Make sure that your money is not in one bank account. Make sure you're not on one social media channel. Make sure you're diversified with your money, you're diversified with your media and your message. You know, make sure that when you do content, yeah, okay, you might want to push to the line, but maybe don't go over the line. I'm trying to get close to the line without going over the line. You know, all these people that end up jumping out of hospital windows or, um, death by poisoning or whatever because they were openly criticizing the government. You know, it looks like there's some evidence that that could be the case. Oh, I don't really know though, so I don't really like to comment on anything I don't know about. Um, I haven't commented on the third option because it hasn't happened. I don't know anything about it, and I don't want to go so deep into the conspiracy that I don't learn the lessons. Um, you know, I try and be balanced in this. For example, I, I've done content on the, the central banking system.
