Thought I'd do a little ask me anything live for you. So, um, I usually only do ask me anything lives in my rob.team/facebook supporter program, so only usually for my supporters and subscribers. But I just thought I'd do one to thank you for being a follower of mine and help you with starting and scaling your business, with getting better financial education and knowledge. Um, if there's anything you'd like my help with when it comes to property, business, personal development, um, marketing, sales, building your personal brand, generating multiple streams of income, etc., then that's what I'm here to do for you. So just pop any questions in the comments and I am here to help you with anything that's challenging you. Or you can just ask me some random shit, like, um, whatever you like, if you've been following me for a while and you want to have a bit of fun this morning. So, um, let me know, um, where you're from in the comments, and let me know where you first found, uh, me, access to me. So, um, Scott here has said, what's the best use of my time on a Sunday? Watching Rob Moore videos, definitely. Um, I would definitely say that working on your vision and mission is a great use of your time, for sure. Um, why do people hate Cornwall so much? I went there and it's so remote and the internet's so slow and everything, um, starts really late and Costa Coffee opens really late and it's a bit slower and the food I didn't find to be that great. Um, someone has said here you look anti-vax. I don't know how you could tell if someone is pro or anti-vax from the way they look. I'd be more— I'd be very interested to find out how you've worked that one out. Um, so for me, um, I don't have a position either way, and I actually would share if I did or didn't, um, but I don't have a position either way, and I respect everyone's right to see that, um, you know, in terms of how they see it. You know, I respect someone's right to have that freedom of choice. I would never criticize a vaxxer or an anti-vaxxer Um, so yeah, I, I don't usually sit on the fence, but on that one, um, I've sat on the fence. I just want to say hi and welcome to all of you who see me for the first time. I've got people here from Nigeria and Australia and everywhere else. Excuse me. Maybe it was because I interviewed David Icke on my YouTube channel. Make sure you're following me here on TikTok, by the way. Um, just hit the follow button. All right, there, keep— they're coming in now thick and fast. So this is from Adam Shear. Um, will fuel keep going up? Well, it looks like it's not going to go down for quite a while, doesn't it? I think usually things like high inflation, of course, affecting prices, supply and demand. And right now there's a big issue in the supply chain across most, um, things in production and, you know, many commodities, etc. So yeah, I can see fuel prices going up quite a lot. I can see a lot of prices going up because of high inflation. Because of still supply chains, um, stuck. So yeah, get ready for that. What can you do about that? You can invest into assets that produce recurring income and take some of that profits of your recurring income and invest it back into assets so that you build up a residual and a recurring revenue stream from assets, um, you know, so that you don't actually have to rely on working more and harder, longer, more and harder just to pay the government more. Because if prices keep going up and taxes keep going up, essentially you're working more and more for the, for the system rather than yourself. And I'm not here to smash the system to bits. I'm— in some ways, I think, you know, in some ways the system is actually really quite, um, pro-entrepreneurship. There's lots of tax breaks, etc. In other ways, I think tax is too penal. I think tax is too high. And when you add it all in, by the way, um, then I pay about 70% in tax— VAT, corp tax, income tax, tax on all the things that I buy. Um, you know, that's a lot, isn't it? So yeah, fuel will probably keep going up, but you know what goes up must come down. If you want— fuel won't be able to go up forever. Things don't go up forever. They go up, they come down, they go up, they come down. But in the long term, because of inflation and other factors, they keep going up. So I interviewed a Russian billionaire and he said, well, I said, yeah, okay, markets do go up and down, but he says there are no such thing as crashes. I was like, oh, that's interesting. The market goes down 20 or 25% in a correction, but in the long term, the market always goes up and it's just, you know, cyclical. And I thought, that's a good and interesting way of looking at it. All right, so here, so you must be indifferent to wearing seatbelts. No, I think that wearing seatbelts is really important. You know, again, there's an assumption there. So look at me and think I'm an anti-vaxxer. And then when I say that I'm, you know, you know, respect someone's right to be pro or anti-vax, um, and then to say after that, oh well, you must be indifferent to seat belts. I think that this is an indication of how, um, people are interesting— interested— interesting when it comes to judging. I think a lot of people judge people without knowing them. They make statements instead of questions. So I think wisdom is asking questions rather than making statements, um, because then it's not an assumption, is it? You know, so if someone says to me, you must be, or you are, they're making an assumption about me, but they don't know me. And if they, um, hear me answer A and then assume that means X— and, you know, look, I'm just having a bit of fun and responding to the questions and the comments. I don't take any of it personally, but I think it's good to be, um, inquisitive and curious rather than assumptive. I think your life will be so much better if you're inquisitive and curious rather than assumptive. Um, uh, Amor— Amaranth has seen me in Peterborough and would have said hi. I'm currently here at a, um, sort of a spa hotel, um, with my fellow UK Mod Squad friends. And I say this humbly, but I do get recognized everywhere I go now. It's kind of a bit weird. It's not enough to be a pain, it's just small enough to be fun. Okay, right, what else have we got? I hope that was useful, Adam. Let me know where you have met me and found me for the first time. Let me know where you're from in the comments and put your questions in the comments. All right, okay, so this is from Julia, Julia Scoville. Hi Rob, I'm a big fan of yours. Heard about you from Progressive Trainings. I live in Horsham. I'm starting my own podcast. And would love to interview you. Okay, if anyone does want to interview me, I can't promise it because I have a lot of requests, but if you email robertrobmoore.com, that's rob@robmoore.com, robertrobmoore.com, then, um, you know, I, I will— my, well, my agent/PA will look into my diary and opportunities and we'll see if we can make that happen. Um, yeah, so So, um, what's the difference between Rob.team and Facebook supporters? Okay, this is a good question. Forgive me for the confusion. So I have nearly 4,000, um, community members who, um, get access to me on Ask Me Anything Lives every week, who get monthly masterclasses with me, who get 10 to 11 pieces of premium content a month, who come to special, um, supporter and community member only events, etc. Now I have two platforms. One is called rob.team, uh, and one is called Facebook Supporters. So if you're watching on TikTok, if you go to rob.team right now, you can see the details of that. If you're watching on Facebook here, if you go to bit.ly/cashrm, that's bit.ly/cashrm, bit.ly/cashrm. You can see the details there. I'll just type it in. Give me a sec. Takes ages to faff around. bit.ly, um, /cashrm. Now, um, I'm just gonna answer this question in a little bit of detail. Wherever you're tuning in from, I'm doing an Ask Me Anything live, so ask me anything you like. It can be personal development, business, money, authoring, podcasting, or it can just be anything sort of more fun and random. It's up to you. I knew that was going to happen on my other phone. Okay, so the difference between my, um, supporter program and my face and my rob.team is actually nothing in terms of the content. It's just the platform that it's on. Now I started a Facebook supporter program a few years ago and I was one of the first people in the UK. I think I was one of the first, um, 60 people in the UK to, to get to gain the feature. And I chose to just, um, charge the lowest amount per month. So I'm trying to stand up this, the TikTok Live. I chose to charge the lowest amount per month, which is just £3.49. So it's not even 5 $10,000 and you get 10, 11 pieces of premium content from me. I'm doing a Mindset and Money special live event where I have one person worth $700 million and one person worth $100 million who's coming to keynote speak. I'm doing two keynote speeches on money. My, um, super genius friend and partner Ryan Pinnock is doing two sessions on mindset. That's a live event on December 1st that would cost hundreds of £3.49 a month, but Rob.team members get that free. Rob.team members get premium upgrades to events of mine or get invited to special events or keynote speeches that I do. So if you're watching on TikTok, go to Rob.team and you can join there. It's just £3.49 a month or $5, £5, whatever. It's virtually nothing. And then if you're watching on Facebook, go to bit.ly/cashrm. Bit.ly/cashrm. They're exactly the same program, it's just one's hosted on Facebook and one's hosted on my own platform. The reason I split them— I actually built up over 3,000 supporters 2 years ago, 18 months, 2 years ago, just before the lockdown. And then the Facebook reach went a bit low and I thought, whoa, this is, um, you know, maybe not good for growth and reaching all my supporters. So I created my own platform just in case the Facebook reach continued to go down. And now I sort of have half members in Rob.team and half members in Facebook supporters. So yeah, if you want to get premium content from me, ask me anything live every week, if you want to come to special live events where I've got half billionaires and 100 millionaires speaking, you want to come to some special events as my guest, I sometimes actually do private lunches and dinners, just go— if you're watching on TikTok, just go to Rob.team. If you're watching on Facebook, go to bit.ly/cashrm. Okay, so, um, just a new age Ponzi scheme, stay away. Yeah, so going live on TikTok is a new age Ponzi scheme, and going live on Facebook and answering questions— the new Ponzi scheme is going live and answering questions and chatting to your community. So everyone fucking watch out. What a bellend. Um, okay, what do you think about the new crypto MetaCoin scanning objects and humans for use by gaming brands. So I actually don't know much about MetaCoin, but I do think the metaverse is a big opportunity for reaching, um, your audience and community. I think it's a great opportunity, um, for digital investing in digital real estate and building a digital, um, investment portfolio. Um, so you— I actually have 1,300 tenants, about to become 1,500 tenants across hundreds of properties, but that's taken 15 years to build many millions of pounds over the years invested, reinvested, borrowed, etc. Um, whereas if you have cryptos and altcoins and you have NFTs and you start getting domain names and digital real estate in the metaverse and, you know, and on the internet, and you turn on all the, um, tools for monetization on social media I think that that's the future and it's fast and it's low cost. So whilst I don't know about MetaCoin, I'm going to research that. I think that these altcoins and this, the move into the digital real estate and the metaverse is a massive thing. So Thug Knifer has said, so you're a millionaire? Yes, I'm a, a deca-plus millionaire. Um, my, um, my wife, my accountant, and my business partner and my tax advisor have all said to me, don't tell anyone your net worth. For various reasons, I get asked. I actually do answer. I probably answer more than my business partner, my wife, my accountant, and my tax advisor would like. But I'm— I became a deca-millionaire by about age 35. I'm 42, so I'm worth more than 10 million and I'm worth less than 500 million, somewhere in between. Probably not that near 500 million and probably not that near 10 million, so you can work it out from there. Um, okay. Hi Rob, love your jacket. I'm part of the Rob.team. When's the next meetup? So the next meetup for the— actually live is Wednesday, December the 1st, where we're doing this special Mindset and Money event where I've got someone who's worth £700 million, just bought a Bugatti Chiron, a friend of mine, one of the biggest real estate owners in Europe. He's coming to do a keynote speech and Q&A. Where else could you get access to that? And you actually get that as part of the Rob.team membership. So you can go and join at Rob.team. It's only like £5 a month or something like that. I like to bring it to my community members. Um, so yeah, there you go. Gina, you are entertaining and super interesting. Thank you so much. Um, all right, I'm trying to catch up with all— thanks for all the star donations, by the way. Um, can you supply a list of good property deal sources? Pete, if you email me rob@robmoore.com, that's rob@robmoore.com. Um, it depends on what you want and it depends on where you are, and I don't usually make recommendations because obviously there's no upside for me And there's only downside if it goes wrong. However, if there's a few criteria that meet, I know one that might work for you. So email me rob@robmoore.com and just say, hey look, I was on your live, I'm interested in property deal sources. Sally said I sound English. I am English. I am very English. Okay, Lee, hey Rob, be great to get a list of progressive approved sources, something worth considering. Yes, Lee, I think we probably do have that. Lee, if you— again, if you email— are you looking to do that because you want to be a Progressive-approved sourcer, or are you doing that because you want to find a good sourcer? Again, Lee, if you email me rob@robmoore.com, I'll try and help you with that. Okay, Jay Kingman, it's great to see you on here. I usually listen to you. So Jay, I guess you usually listen to— oh, on Clubhouse. Jay, nice to meet you. And yeah, thanks a lot for following me. Really appreciate you. Um, what watch is that? This is an Audemars Piguet Royal Oak Offshore Biblos. They only made 50 of them, so I'm hoping it'll go to the moon. Um, 393067JS has asked me what's my source of wealth. Yeah, well, real estate got me out of debt and helped me become a millionaire, both sourcing through others as a cash flow strategy and buying to hold as a portfolio building strategy. And now I have hundreds of units. I don't know how many properties I actually have. I know I have 1,300 tenants in my ownership management and development companies. And we've just finished a 99-apartment block, be worth $25 million there or thereabouts. And now though, I have a training company which does on a bad year, $12 million, on a good year, $21 million. And then also my content, I'm a creator, I suppose you could call it that. I actually have 8 or 9 income streams— lettings, development, ownership, multi-let, property training, business training, content creation, books, audiobooks, ads, sponsors, etc. Um, okay, right, yeah, training academy for business and real estate. Right, let's have a look on here. Keep the questions coming in. Julie, I would like to interview you on a new podcast, please. Okay, email me rob@robmoore.com if you would like to interview me on a podcast or your YouTube channel? I can't say yes. I'm a— if it were me, I'd just say yes to everyone and then I'd have no time. So my manager and my PA will, um, help out with maybe looking to book that in if it's possible. Um, so yeah, just email Robert, Rob Moore, for those requests. Um, I actually do have a fee, but it depends. But anyway, you know, all you can do is ask. Um, all right, any advice to poor people starting from the ground up? I would start with either e-commerce or information, the information or e-commerce space. So in the e-commerce space, you could start by selling anything that you've got on eBay and Depop, etc., to raise a, you know, a few hundred or a few low thousands of pounds or dollars. Then you could go to friends and family and say, hey, look, I'll sell any stuff you don't want or need on eBay and Depop, etc., and we'll do a split. Maybe you could do 50/50 or 60/40 in their favor, and you raise quite a few grand for that. And then you could set up your own e-commerce shop, and you can go and buy a bit of stock and test some products and build it up from there. That's a business you can do starting with no money. Another business you can do starting with no money is information. So what do you know that others don't? What have you learned? What do you love to do? What's your passion? And turn it into a profession. So for example, my Rob.team and Facebook supporter platform have now nearly 4,000 members, and I teach them business, real estate, personal development, um, social media, personal brand, authoring, podcasting, content, you know, being a creator. Because this is what I love to do, this is what I do, so I just teach people what I do and I teach people what I love. Um, and by the way, if you want to join that, it's only something like— I think it nets out about £5 a month. You get exclusive content from me, uh, about 11 to 12 times, um, a month. You get Ask Me Anything Lives once a week. This is a very rare one I do for free. Um, you— there's the Mindset and Money event coming up on Wednesday, December 1st. Access to someone worth £700 million, another person worth £100 million. And this is all part of just paying for a few pounds or dollars a month. So if you go to rob.team on the TikTok Live, rob.team, and go to bit.ly/cashrm— that's bit.ly/cashrm— on the Facebook Live, you can go join them up. Just do it now and then come back. Um, there's loads of other benefits you can see on the page. Go and check out the benefits. I do masterclasses every month. I've got 12 recorded masterclasses, my 6-stage 7-figure launch model, um, course, for example, um, how to build a globally scalable online business, for example. So yeah, online, um, information is a great, um, business model to start if you're a bit skint or you're starting out. You know, you could create a subscription platform on Patreon or Kajabi. You could go and join my rob.team and then model it. But you just do your own content, model it. Um, are you a fan of Only Fools and Horses? Absolutely yes. That scene when Del Boy goes like that is probably the funniest moment on TV that I have ever seen in my life. I love Only Fools and Horses. Um, yeah, Del Boy is the original entrepreneur on TV. Um, can I ask where you got your watch? It's Audemars Piguet, so I got it directly from Audemars Piguet. Um, all right, do you get any woman you want when you rich? Um, honestly, I have had more attention from women now that I have wealth, but often it's not maybe from the right kind, or it can be a little bit superficial. Or, um, it's a good question. You can see I don't dance around it or avoid any question here. I'm taking them all. But actually, being a kind and compassionate person, being an inspired person, being on a mission— I actually think that most women find you being on a mission and being passionate about something that you do and on a mission to change the world. I mean, ambitious— I actually find that these traits are more attractive to women than just the money. But, um, yes, it has attracted more, and I wish I got it when I wanted I wanted it and I wish I got it when I was younger, but I didn't. And yeah, yeah, it, it kind of does, but it was maybe the wrong type. All right, let's have a look. So, um, this is from Sean Paul. How you doing? When the crash happens, Rob, less people spend? Not necessarily, um, because, um, people with more money will often spend more. So, um, the money flow doesn't stop, it just moves in a different direction. And how many people do you need to spend money to make money? And even if they spend less, they can still spend enough on your products and services. And actually, in a recession, some people will spend more. Like, you know, I bet you Netflix smashed it in a recession because people want escapism. So, you know, don't make assumptions necessarily about how money works in that regard. Um, yeah, Robin Moore. Robin has said, what are you doing with my name? I'm just borrowing it off you. Robin. I've shortened it to Rob. Um, all right, Greg's going bowling in Peterborough in an hour. James, how you do? By the way, all of you that are donating stars on Facebook, thank you very much, uh, really appreciate you. Um, okay, let's have a look. Um, actually, the key— seeing the comments on TikTok is better than the comments on Facebook. It's much harder to see them on Facebook. Um, Elena found me on Clubhouse. All right, if you— I'm doing a live Q&A, by the way, so if you've got any questions, just put them in the comments. I'll scroll through and find as many as I can, and I'll try and do them in order. If you're watching on the TikTok Live, make sure you're following me. Um, if you're watching on the Facebook Live, thank you for following me. On TikTok— shit, on— that's my TikTok phone. On TikTok, um, many people who follow are new on Facebook. Many people who— all the people who see the live are existing. So that's definitely an interesting development. I.e., um, start— I mean, are you all content producers, by the way? Give me a yes in the comments if you're a content producer, um, because if you are, I can talk about that. Sam, hey up, Rob! Just thanks for all your advice over the years. Sam, it's my absolute pleasure. Thank you for following me over the years. I want to say thank you to all of you who follow me and give me feedback and support my work. And, you know, all the thousands of people across the world who are on my supporter and rob.team platform. And, um, yeah, really, really grateful to you all. Mark, how you doing, Mark? A question here from Mark. You wrote a book on money. I did. And Real Life Money Monday Pain would love to have you on to give your view on physical All right, Mark, email rob@robmoore.com. I know that you have WhatsApp me, but WhatsApp's getting more difficult for me to manage. So Mark, email rob@robmoore.com if you need to go come on your money show. Oh, all right, uh, let me put some more questions in the TikTok as well. By the way, um, Greg, banks declining crypto since July, guess they don't— it's just disappeared. Facebook need to The, the use, the usability on Facebook is not as good as TikTok. Just saying, I'm not knocking Facebook, it's just— all right, um, we've got a question here from Richard James. Best side hustle to start: property, e-commerce, coaching, training, delivery? I would say e-commerce and information. Information could be a subscription platform. I wish this would just stay still. Um, so I actually answered that question before, but, um, I have Rob.team and Facebook supporters. And, um, let's say I was into fishing, which I'm not, but let's say I was. I could have a, um, a supporter or a subscription platform based on fishing and get other fishing enthusiasts together. and I could build 10, 50,000 community members, all who are interested in fishing, and I could charge £5 or £10 or £30 or dollars a month for that. Now, should you be passionate about it? Yeah. Do you need to know something about it? Yeah. Do you need to know everything about it? No, because you put the community together and then you collate the information of the community. So, um, Richard said best side hustle to start, so I'd say either e-commerce or information-based content. You could start with a subscription platform and then move into courses and training, etc. I do about £20 million a year in revenue from information and coaching and training, and I've been doing it for 12 years plus, so, you know, but you could get there too, why not? And then the more you learn, the more you earn. So if you want to basically copy a subscription platform So you could have 3, 4, 5,000 members paying £10 or dollars a month. Give me a yes in the comments if you like the idea of making £15 or $20 grand a month from your content. Give me a yes in the comments if you like that idea. £20 grand a month. Well, £20 grand a month, you only need about 4 members a day and you make £20 grand a month. And the best way to do that is from a subscription platform program. So if you go— if you're watching the TikTok, go right now to rob.team, join my subscription platform for just £5 a month and model it. If you're watching on the Facebook Live, go to bit.ly/cashrm, bit.ly/cashrm, join my Facebook supporter program with a couple of clicks and then model my subscription platform. Um, I give way too much away, by the way. I should have— I'm going to launch a £30 a month and £100 a month level soon. Um, but I do Ask Me Anything Lives once a week. This is a rare Ask Me Anything Live in the public domain. I do masterclasses every month, guest masterclasses every month. I do 11 pieces of premium content every month, content I can't put on the public domain because maybe it's a bit controversial for YouTube or whatever you get. We do live events. Oh, I'm doing a 10x your following challenge in a few weeks. So if you go to rob.team on TikTok, you'll be able to join my 10x your following challenge coming soon. If you go to bit.ly/cashrm on Facebook, um, so yeah. All right, um, Rachel's thinking of going for my higher level subscription platform. It's not launched yet, Rachel, but I will launch it soon. Soon. Yeah, rob.team is the link. Literally just go open a browser and just type in rob.team. Um, and then if you're watching on Facebook, to join on Facebook, go to bit.ly/cashrm. Do it now. Um, so Mariam has asked, what's the challenge about? So on my rob.team and Facebook supporter platforms 4 times a year I do a 10x Your Following Challenge where for 5 days I give you loads of strategies and tactics to grow your following by 10x. And right now, if you have a big following on social media or a growing following on social media, then you have reach and revenue, impact and income. I also about 4 times a year do a Make Cash Challenge where I do 5 to 7 days worth of 3 pieces of content a day to help you make more cash and put cash in the bank or do more sales and do more marketing and scale up So they're the challenges, that's what they're about. And I bring guest experts and multi-millionaires in as well. So, um, yeah, and someone else has asked, how do we join the live event? So I'm doing a Mindset and Money event on Wednesday, December 1st, and you have to be part of the rob.team and/or Facebook Supporter Program. They're exactly the same, but if you're watching on Facebook now, just go to bit.ly CashRM. That's bit.ly/CashRM. And if you're watching on TikTok, just go to rob.team. That's rob.team. I'm getting asked for the links and to repeat, etc. Do it now. Um, there's so many benefits, um, to being a Rob.team member. Um, my, um, Facebook account manager said to me I've got one of the biggest supporter programs in the world and I give pretty much more value than anybody else. I was told that by, um, you know, someone who works in Facebook, so you'll get loads of value. Ricky, how you doing? Um, let's have a look here. Um, it's just gone. Let's have a look. At this current time, do you think property prices are due a correction? I do think they are due a correction. I think everything's due a correction. It's not really a question of if, it's a question of when. So, um, you know, very smart, experienced investors will say you can usually predict what will happen based on past history, you know, and all the past cycles, i.e., it will have some fast growth and it will have some corrections, but oh, in the long term it will go up. But you can't predict when it will correct. You never can. No one can, not even Warren Buffett. So, um, we're about 12 to 13 years into this current cycle and we haven't had a big correction. Fuck's sake. I need to balance this better. Um, so I think a correction is coming. Yeah, I do. But when? I don't know. I actually thought it would have already happened, but it hasn't. So, um, bear with me one second. I am going to sort this out. I've got such a makeshift setup here. It shows you don't need a load of fancy equipment, you just need one stand and something to lean on. Uh, so I don't know when the recession's going to happen. I thought if it's going to be a recession, if it's going to be one big hit, or if it's going to slowly drop or correct, there were some artificial or bubble-esque things that repressed a correction in property, for example, the removal of stamp duty, um, and of course the, the lockdown and the lack of supply of sales. So, um, yeah, but I believe property prices are very high. I believe watch prices and car prices are very high, and I think it's unsustainable, and I think they'll correct, and I'm waiting, and I'm going to be ready. Um, all right, make sure you're following me if you're watching the TikTok Live. Let me know where you're from and who you are on the Facebook Live. Thanks, Aaron. Thanks, Roger, for tuning in. Okay, Greg, that apartment next to the river in Peterborough, um, yeah, they're not ours. Ours is in the, the town center, just developed 99 apartment block, the biggest privately owned residential block in Peterborough. Um, Rachel said, do you think there's still room in the e-commerce sector? Absolutely. I mean, the internet is so young, it's so young. It's a 20, 25-year-old industry. It's really young. You know, there's still 2 billion people that don't have the internet. Everyone's on the internet now. 100%, I think that there's massive growth in the, um, in the e-com sector. Rachel, um, are you a Labour supporter? Um, I'm not very political. Actually, I'm entrepreneurial. So people say, oh, you must be conservative, or what? I'm just entrepreneurial and I'm not really political. If you do recommend a business coach, how would you vet them? 1, have they got business experience? 2, have they got clients that they've given proven results for? Um, 3, could I work with them? 4, will they hold me accountable? And all of a sudden now people are making political comments. All right, um, yeah, looking forward to seeing you, Sam, on the 1st of December as well. All of you that join at rob.team and/or on Facebook, bit.ly/cashrm, you'll actually be able to grab a ticket for the Mindset and Money one-day special event. I'm paying for the speakers, I'm paying for the venue, you just turn up. I've got someone worth $700 million coming to speak. I've got someone worth $100 million coming to speak. Where else can you get an event like that for free? Just by joining rob.team. Um, and also, um, if you're on Facebook, bit.ly/cashrm. Hey Catherine, how are you? Great to see you. It's great to see so many people who I've known for many years, like Catherine Morgan and Samantha Hubbard, who are absolute legends, and then new people as well that we've just met. If you're watching me on the TikTok Live, give me a like, give me a like on this live video now. Morning John Paul, how are you? Right, let's try and get through. It's much easier to see the comments on TikTok than it is on Facebook. Sorry if I've missed one of your questions on Facebook, I'm trying. Um, all right, it's much harder. Um, I have one recurring income, where's the best place to dip my toes of using some of the income? Like I said, I think building your own subscription platform by turning your passion into your profession, your vocation into your vacation, and sharing content on what you are learning and know or have got life experience in. I think that is one of the greatest ways to produce recurring income, multiple streams of recurring income, passive income. And if you want a quick, easy win, join mine and model mine. I have one of the biggest subscription platforms in the world that doesn't involve taking your clothes off or putting leggings on that are vacuum-packed up your butt crack. Blac Chyna does $20 million a month on OnlyFans. So if this doesn't go well for me, you know where I'm going. But you can model my subscription platform to build your own. You just change your, you know, you just have your own niche of content. Um, so yeah, that's, um, if you're watching on TikTok, go to rob.team. Just literally open a browser and go to rob.team. And if you're watching on Facebook, just go to bit.ly/cashrm. I've actually put a link in the comments somewhere. Were you a Minder fan? Yeah, I liked a bit of Minder. I liked a bit of the old school, like One Foot in the Grave and Fawlty Towers and all of that. Ah, Catherine's recording her book for Audible. Awesome. Yeah, I, I recorded my audiobooks and then did a few live streams doing them, so one, that people could get a bit of a sense of the content of the book, but two, to show how hard it is and how much I fuck up. Which people love to see, you know, people being ordinary and normal and real. And I think I'm ordinary and normal and real. Richard has asked here, is Clubhouse here to stay? I think that it's make or break personally for Clubhouse. So people say, is Clubhouse dead? I say no. I've made £650,000 from Clubhouse and gained 280,000 followers and built a great community. Many of you I know from Clubhouse. So it's been great. Um, so, you know, be careful who you listen to. Listen to people who've been there and done it and tried it. However, their growth is slowing down. The, the numbers in the rooms are less now, and I think they need to invest some of that $100 million they just raised in marketing to grow, because they had a big launch because they had loads of users, and if the user base goes down, then the platform dies. So it is going to be interesting to see. Um, how did you get— you acquire subject matter or people for your interviews? Um, so I just reach out to people who I want to interview and just try and get them. And when they say no, I go back in 3 months. And when they say no again, I go back in 3 months and I keep going until I get them. 195 out of about 200 people that I've interviewed, I haven't paid any money for. Um, so yeah, and I like I like to look for unique people. I like to look for people who aren't usually interviewed on my subject or niche, as well as, you know, the go-to people. And I think it's a numbers game. If you reached out to 100 people, you'll get 10 guests. Might take you 2 or 3 months, but you will. Keep on keeping on. And we just— every time we reach out to a guest, um, we pipeline them. I.e., if they say no, in 3 months we go back. I've been absolutely desperate to interview a female billionaire, a billionaire-ess, because I've interviewed 16 billionaires, but I really want to interview with you some billionaire S's. They seem to be harder to get, although of course the numbers are lower, but finally bagged my first billionaire S, and I'm so excited about that because I don't give up. Um, all right, um, who are you? My name is Rob Moore. I'm an entrepreneur. I've been an entrepreneur for 15 years. I have 1,200 tenants, soon to be 1,500, across hundreds of properties that I own, manage, and develop. I'm the author of 18 business and property-related books. I have two podcasts that have over 1,000 episodes. One is called The Disruptive Entrepreneur, one is called Money. I wrote the UK's best-selling book on money, which is called Money. I broke the world record for the longest public speech, 47 and a half hours straight. Um, I'm a creator on social media, hence why I'm live here to you all. Um, I'm a dad of two cheeky kids. Um, I like cars and watches and content and social media and Alexander McQueen. Um, and I love building communities and connecting with entrepreneurs. Entrepreneurs are my favorite people. And my personal vision is to help as many people on this planet start and scale their business and get better financial education. So I'm on a mission to change the world by helping people, um, get better financial education and knowledge. Um, so that's me. Thanks for asking. And those of you that didn't know me, make sure you follow me on TikTok and make sure you're following me on Facebook. I always like helping new people start and scale their business. Um, where am I seeing the most engagement right now? I'm seeing the most growth right now, Catherine, on TikTok. I've been growing at about 5,000 followers a day, all organic, no paid, no boost, no ad, no hack. Um, that's why you see me going live daily on TikTok. I find the longer you're on TikTok Lives, the more followers you get. I'm posting 2 videos a day, um, and I mean, I've grown about 70,000 followers in 2 months. So I'm finding TikTok to be the best for growth. Um, I, I probably get the most reach on my Facebook rants. So on an Ask Me Anything Live like this, I'll get 3,000, 4,000 people that'll end up watching it. On a piece of topical content, I'll get 10,000 people watch it. On a piece of how-to content, I'll get 3,000 people watching it, which is interesting. But if I go hardcore rant, I'll get anywhere from 100,000 to a million views. So hardcore rants are getting the most virality for me on Facebook. Interviews, my best reach and engagement is on YouTube. So I just had nearly a million views on my recent David Icke video, and then it sort of, I think, got a bit shadowed. He's an interesting guy, a lot of platforms don't like him. So I would say for interview reach, it would be YouTube. For growth, it's TikTok. And for me, for engagement and overall virality, it's hardcore rants on Facebook. That's what I'm finding, Catherine. Hope that's useful. Thanks for all of you who are donating the stars, by the way. I love David Goggins. What's the best piece of advice for mindset that he gives you? Do you believe in the 49% rule? So I've interviewed David Goggins. And my content with him has had tens of millions of views, and everyone copies it and rips it off and shares it everywhere, and he posts it all over the place. I just recommend you go and watch my YouTube interview with David Goggins. It's, I think, one of the most shared pieces of content on David Goggins on the internet. We also have one of the biggest Jordan Peterson interviews on the internet. I did an interview with him. We've got nearly 3 million views. And it was a— it was on business and sales, and he rarely talks about that. When am I coming to Ireland, David? When you pay me enough money, I might come and do some keynote speaking over there, maybe one day. What's my view on cryptocurrencies? I think that they're not currencies at the moment, they're stores of value. They're supposed to be to disrupt money and new forms of money, to, um, you know, create value exchange, but they've become stores of value. But over time, do I think decentralization of finance is going to continue? Yes. Do I think the banks are going to be disrupted? Yes. Do I think money will evolve in its form? Yes. Money has always evolved in its form. If you read my book Money, which you can find, by the way, on, um, Amazon, Audible, etc., I talk about the money, the history of money, and how it's evolved over time. And when you go back thousands of years, money has been in many forms. It's been stones, it's been actually precious metals, it's actually been sardines and cigarettes in prisons. So money always changes form over time. So cash will be dead in hundreds of years, and you know, the fractional reserve banking system as we know it in hundreds of years probably will have been replaced. The problem with crypto is it's not as efficient and it's not as fast. So at the moment it's too slow. And if, um, I mean, the standard checking system is actually quite slow, you know, the banking system, um, is still quite slow. So the current money system is ripe for disruption, but at the moment there's no crypto that's gone universal or is quicker than the current monetary system, which is why it hasn't yet replaced the current monetary system. Would love to hear an interview with Karen Brady. Yeah, I've met Karen Brady and she spoke, keynote spoke at one of my events. Um, so maybe I might reach out back to her. What's my work-life ratio? Um, all work, no life. I love business and entrepreneurship. I'm a bit obsessed about it. I try and merge and blend rather than balance, because balance is really hard. You're in it, you're out of it, you're in it, you're out of it. I try and bring my kids around and along with me and get them involved in what I do. I work from home mostly, even though I have an office with pushing 100 staff in it. So, um, yeah, I think a great way to get it right is to compartmentalize your diary and be clear when you're working and when you're with your family and your hobbies. And also try and merge them together. I mean, my biggest hobby is business and entrepreneurship and money and studying and sharing content around money. Thanks everyone for tuning in on the TikTok Live. Make sure you're following me. If you— if any of you think 'Oh, who's this Rob guy and where have I found him?' Make sure you follow me. It's nice to meet you. Thank you. And I want to shout out people like Michael here, Michael Forbes Wright. I want to thank him and anyone who's been following me for a long while. Rachel there. Um, so if you don't have a face for Facebook Live, YouTube, etc., we all do. I mean, look at my hair, it's balding. I can put my head here and look, make it look really bad. Don't worry about how you look. People don't follow me for how I look, Michael. They won't follow you for how you look. I mean, you could have a podcast if you've got a face for radio. You could have a podcast, but I would recommend definitely you go live on as many channels as possible, um, and do video. And don't worry about how you look because no one really cares. People care how you make them feel, and people care what you teach them. People don't care what you look like unless they're signing up to your OnlyFans, which I guess they're probably not. Um, Kieran, are you working towards having your own TV show? Well, I mean, I suppose my YouTube channel is my own TV show. Um, I've done a couple of big TV shows in the mainstream media many years ago, and I've done loads of pilots, and many have not come off. I turned down Secret Millionaire, turned down How the Other Half Live, I turned down Rich House Poor House, just because my wife didn't really want the exposure and the peer into your private life. Um, but maybe one day, um, I might embrace that a bit more. Okay, I'm getting asked for the link for Rob.team and Facebook supporters.
