Bank Scams Causing House Price Crash

A speaker claims UK banks deliberately crashed the housing market by raising interest rates after years of cheap mortgages, forcing defaults so they can buy properties at low prices. He owns 340 rental units and urges viewers to use cheap debt to invest in real estate and gold before prices recover.

The bank scams are causing the house price crash. Now, I've been saying for a reasonable amount of time since lockdown that a huge house price crash is coming. It's not fearmongering, it's reality mongering. I can see that there's trillions being spent on lockdowns and vaccines, um, and I can see interest rates storing. And this is all engineered. This is all a plan. The banks are causing the house price crash. So in this video, I'm going to share with you the shenanigans and the scams that are going on in the banking sector, and then I'm going to give you some solutions to this. I'm a solution-focused guy. I'm a lover, not a hater. My glass is half full. However, you must know what's going on in the world. You must know the schemes and scams that are going on. So, um, crash of 2008, um, taxpayers bail out the banks, no consequences for the banks, just, you know, lending anyone money and printing trillions. So Bank of England drop rates to 0.25% for 12 years straight, give away free money to everyone. Hey, come in and get Lloyds will give you a mortgage. Let's just check the lighting going on here. Um, Lloyds will give you a mortgage. Lloyds will give you a car finance. Lloyds will lend you a personal loan for a conservatory. Free money, 0.25%. There you go. And they do it, and then they've trapped you all in. And now most of our, um, popular— most of the populace, most of humanity, certainly in the UK, They're in masses of debt caused by the banks luring you in, perception of free money, and then what happens? And then they start to— rates turn, turn, turn, turn, and they hike rates up, and you're stuck, and your mortgage goes up from £500 to £800 to £1,000 to £1,200 to £1,500, and then you have to throw the keys back and go bust, and properties crash. And then what happens? The same banks that are giving you all of this debt are buying back up all of your properties cheap, so they create free money out of nothing, they lend it to you, they make masses of interest out of you, you go bust, then they buy all your houses off cheap. Now look, this is all going on and this is all hidden in plain sight. So do you know, for example, that Lloyds want to be the biggest private landlord in the UK? Lloyds' goal is to buy all the houses. So of course it benefits them. To cause a crash, to hike up rates. Do you know that Visa— so Lloyds, you know, big banking group, essentially second level down from central banks, and then you've got Visa, massive, basically massive bank. Do you know what Visa's mandate is? This is disgraceful, by the way. This should be regulated. I don't know what's going on, but Visa's mandate is to get everyone into debt. You know, you can imagine them doing their power meetings. We want everyone in debt. We want everyone in debt! We want everyone in debt! I mean, it's disgraceful and disgusting, and it's all happening in plain sight. So here's the thing though, whilst it's really not good, not fair, it's corrupt, there's massive upside opportunity. And I think if you want to be successful in life, you do have to watch what's going on. You do have to educate yourself. Yeah, you have to consume a bit of fearmongering, but you need to find out the reality Then when you know the reality, you play the banks and the system at their own game. So thankfully, for example, someone said here, Peter said, what's the answer? I'm going to give you the answer. By the way, let me know in the comments what you think, um, the property market is going to crash by. Do you think it's 20%, 30%, 40%? I am seeing 25% in some areas in less than a year. I've been seeing, what, 15-20% in my area since in what, sort of 7, 8, 9 months? This shit is happening and it's real and it's all planned. So, solution: figure out how the banks make billions, play the banks at their own game so you can make millions. So for example, if the banks are gonna give me free money because it's in their best interest, I'm gonna take all this free money and I'm gonna invest into real estate. And I'm gonna buy assets and I'm gonna leverage all the banks' debt. I have 340 rental units, 1,350 tenants, and I've been buying real estate since what, 2007? And I buy as much as I can and I use bank debt because if the banks wanna play me and get me into debt, I'm gonna take it all. But I'm not gonna take it all and spend it on conservatories and spend it all on depreciating liabilities. I'm gonna put it all into real estate. The real estate that the banks want themselves. Because here's the thing, if you watch what the central banks are doing and you do what they're doing, you're gonna get rich. So the central banks are buying up a lot of gold right now, so buy gold. The Royal Bank of Scotland wanna be the biggest landlord in the UK because they know what's going on. They're causing these booms, these busts, these recessions, these crashes, these bubbles. They're causing it all. So this is what you do. So go to RBS, go to any bank, take their loans, buy this depreciating asset, but depreciating in price. So a lot of people are like, oh, the house price crash, it's not fair. It's not fair if you're a mom and pop and you're a normal person, just want to live a comfortable life and you're trying to do good and you're paying your taxes, you know, and your mortgages are going up and up and up and up. No, it's not fair. I'm not saying it's fair. Fair. But the thing is, we can bitch and moan, or we can do something about it. So as the housing market crashes, which it is, and these repossessions happen, and these properties come off cheap, go and buy them. Go to Royal Bank of Scotland, go to Lloyds, go to all these mortgage lenders and say, right, houses are crashing, I'm making offers to estate agents, give me money, give me money, give me money, I'll take all your money, your free money. And be smart with it and invest in it and create passive recurring income. Now people are saying, look, I can't even get on the housing ladder. Look, I understand we've been in this massive housing bubble, we have, but it's all changing. In some areas of, you know, deep south in the UK, property markets crashed 25%. In my area, they've crashed 15 to 20%. These are, this is in less than a year. Now look, The market's sort of a bit like dominoes. It's a bit like snakes and ladders. So it depends on the area. Maybe central London's going to drop last. You know, maybe it's a bit less volatile up north. You know, the yields are good, but the capital appreciation isn't as fast. But essentially, if you educate yourself, you go and speak to estate agents, find out what's going on in the market, read books, listen to podcasts, follow people like me, you can play the banks at their own game. So look, this stuff that's going on in the world, it is corrupt, it isn't right, but we can play smart. We can build personal wealth, and there is great opportunity even though there's a lot of shit that's happening in the world. So if you agree with me, I wonder if you wouldn't mind sharing this. I think we've all got to be a bit more courageous and stand up for things that are really important and take the control back off the central banks, take the control back off the governments. You know, regulate more what's going on in the banking sector. Because the problem with the government is they don't intervene where they need to, and then they over-intervene when they don't. They don't need to keep locking us down and, you know, getting involved in meddling and charging us so much tax. But they need to regulate the central banks more. They need to regulate the big corporations more. They're not doing enough.
