Banks Profits Soar With High interest Rates (Scam)

In this YouTube monologue, the speaker stands outside a row of banks and denounces the record profits banks are making as interest rates rise, highlighting HSBC’s reported $30 billion profit—a rise of about 80% over the previous period—while millions face repossessions, homelessness, and a cost‑of‑living crisis described as the worst since World War II. He argues that the profit surge is not due to superior service but to higher rates set by governments and central banks, which he claims collude to profit from the public. The speaker uses vivid street‑level observations (e.g., homeless people sitting outside banks) to illustrate the moral outrage. He then pivots to promote his own financial‑education platform, Rob.team, describing it as a low‑cost (≈22 pence per day) digital hub offering courses, masterclasses, and a 12‑week Money Mastermind University aimed at achieving financial freedom, tax reduction, and multiple income streams. Throughout, he urges viewers to share the video, leave minimal cash in big banks, support small businesses, and ultimately exit the traditional banking system in favor of entrepreneurship and financial sovereignty. The video also includes a live “silver‑coin” giveaway to engage viewers.

Banks' profits soar with increased interest rates. So I'm currently outside a bank, and there's another bank, and another bank, and another bank. I'm on a row of banks here, and news has just broken that one of these banks has made its record profits. Its record profits while interest rates are the highest they've been for 12 years, where there are millions of repossessions, where the ordinary average person is struggling like probably the most since, I don't know, the late '70s. In fact, do you know that the cost of living crisis and the relative lack of affordability is the lowest it's been since the Second World War. So we are at a 100-year all-time low in quality of living and the expense, the cost of living. By the way, there's a Nando's on this street. £7.50 for a box of peas. £7.50 for a fucking box of peas. Of peas. What the fuck is the world coming to? Anyway, um, I'm gonna give away some silver coins in this live right now. If you can guess how much profit, to the nearest round number, that this famous bank made, I'm gonna give you a silver coin as a gift. And it's not that bank, by the way. So first person to guess to the nearest round number the amount of record profits that this bank made because of the high interest rates. And I'll also give a silver coin away to the first person who can tell me how much their profit is up on the same last period. What percentage is the profit up? And then the last thing I'll do to give away a silver coin is, which bank is it? It's not that one. It's a bank on this high street here that has made record profits because— it's because of the relatively high interest rates. It's not £7.3 billion, it's not £45 billion, it of course is in the billions. Now look, I don't mind a company making fair profit. I think you should get fair reward. If you offer value, you should be handsomely rewarded for that. But how can it be that these banks are making record billions in profit? Right, I have one winner. I won't say what it is. Record billions of profit when there are millions of repossessions because of the soaring interest rates. When people can't even afford their heating bill because of the soaring cost of living crisis? How can this be right? To me, it seems an absolute disgrace. And look what we've got here. You know, we've got these banks here which pretend to look after us and pretend to look after our, our money, and yet on the high streets, look at this, we have a record amount of homeless people. So if you can see there, look, In my city in Peterborough, you can see there, most of the homeless people seem to sit outside the banks. I guess they sit outside the banks because they perceive people will be coming with money to the banks. But to me it just seems like a ridiculously sad irony. This is why I wrote the book Money Matrix. Because I don't mind the banks making profit. If they are fair and they are serving humanity. But in reality, what they're doing is taking your money, making record billions in profits. You're risking your money. You're— because if they go bust, are they giving you their money back? Oh, well, we've got an £85,000 guarantee. No, we haven't. Has that been tested? And do you know that's per banking group and not per bank? And do you know that RBS owns like 8 banks. So your money is not as safe and secure as you think it is. And these are making billions. None of you have got the billions right yet. Most of you are way underplaying it. Someone said 2.9 billion, 7.6 billion. It's way more. Okay, Sarah did some research online. Well done, Sarah. I like your skills there. So I'm going to give you the answer now. HSBC. Just recorded their record profits, 80% up on the last period, the last measurable period, and they made over $30 billion. $30 billion in profit while millions of people are getting repossessed, interest rates have whacked up everyone's debt, the cost of living crisis is the worst it's been since the Second World War. How is this right? How is this right? And I see people blaming the billionaires. I see people blaming the super-rich. It's not the billionaires or the super-rich, it's the government that run the country. And the governments and central banks make out that they're independent, but they're not. They're in cohorts with each other, and ultimately they are profiting out of you. You are the product. And every time you borrow from them for a conservatory or a car or a house, you just put money in their pocket. And as interest rates rise, they just make record profits. Are they doing anything different for these record profits? Are they offering us more value for these record profits? No, they're just making them because interest rates have gone up. They're not passing on that saving or that making on to you. They're not improving the quality of their service. And to me, it's an absolute scam. And so because of that, I believe you should share this video far and wide. If you don't speak out about these things, nothing is going to change. And it's because of this that I developed Rob.team. So Rob.team is my digital financial freedom platform to help you make, manage, and multiply more money, to help you start and scale a business, get your tax bill down and your income streams up, become more decentralized and have liberty. So that you don't rely on all these banks who basically say, "Oh, come and have your future looked after by us. Look, we've got nice sofas. Isn't it beautiful in here? We'll take care of you and your future and your children and everything else." And there's 21-year-olds advising you on what to do with your money in there. And they're just taking your money and they're making record profits on it. And you take all the risk and they take all the reward. And it's completely wrong. But the government do nothing about it. They do nothing about it. So the only thing that you can do about it is get out of this system and create your own system. So start and scale a business, get better financial education and knowledge, make, manage, and multiply more money. And how you do that, I recommend, is through education. And I think the best platform for education, and certainly in this country, rob.team. Rob.team costs what, less than 22 pence a day? You can cancel anytime. There's no ongoing contract. And there's hundreds of hours of courses, resources, and masterclasses there to help you make, manage, and multiply more money. So to join, it's really easy. Simply just type in rob.team into any new web page. So just open up a new web page. Do it now, by the way, because I guess you've probably been waiting a long time in your life, maybe since lockdown, maybe for years or decades to change your life, to turn things around, and it's got harder and harder and worse and worse, and nothing changes until you do. So what? It costs you less than, less than 2 large coffees a month to be a member of Rob.team. And there's new content twice a week. There's masterclasses, masterminds. There's hundreds of hours to help you start and scale a business, make, manage, and multiply more money, become an entrepreneur, get your tax bill down, get your income streams up, create multiple streams of recurring income, be decentralized, create financial freedom but also liberty and sovereignty so that, you know, you can live outside the system and you can not just survive but thrive despite the banks making record profits. I do not have a problem with companies making record profits if they're offering record value. I believe the banks are offering the lowest value they have in many decades, yet they are making soaring record profits. To me, that's completely wrong. That's an utter scam, and things need to change. But they only change when you speak up about this. So vote with your feet. Join Rob.team. Just type in Rob.team. Also share this video and get the message out there to more people. Leave minimum amounts of money in the bank just for your general overheads. Preserve Cash. Spend cash. Tip with cash. Support small businesses. Support challenger banks if you have to use a bank. Support, you know, independent places like this. Instead of just going to these massive corporations that make billions. And I don't even blame the corporations. It's the systems and the governments behind the corporations because they make the rules. You have to vote with your feet. With your behaviour and with your actions. I really believe this. You know, we are in the worst cost of living crisis since the Second World War. How can it be that the banks are making record profits? You know, the gas and electric companies were making record profits when our gas and electric was at its highest cost and its lowest service. The world is fucked. Everything is the wrong way round. We are getting worse and worse service, less and less value, and it's costing us more and more money. How can this be? Someone has just said there that they love Rob.team. I will teach you in Rob.team to have financial freedom, personal freedom, autonomy, multiple ways to make 10 grand a month on 10 hours a week, or the fastest way to create recurring and passive income, or how to build assets, all the different types of asset classes. In fact, if you join Rob.team right now, here's what I'll do for you. I have my 12-week Money Mastermind University. This would This would kick the ass out of any college degree on money. But of course the system is never going to allow it to happen because it teaches you to have financial freedom and sovereignty, which they don't want you to have. So I created my own university course on money and it's in Rob.team. Now I'm looking to launch this later in the year. This kind of 12-week, 12-module online course would be about, I guess, £500 to £700. If you join Rob.team right now, I'm going to give this to you completely for free as a thank you for following my work and because I believe that the world rewards action takers. So here's what you do. Just go and join Rob.team right now. Type in R-O-B dot T-E-A-M. You need to go and open a new web page to do this. Just type in R-O-B dot T-E-A-M. Get hundreds of hours of courses, resources, and masterclasses classes to make, manage, and multiply my money. And grab my 12-module Money Mastermind University— what the system doesn't want you to know about money, what the banks don't want you to know about money, what your parents couldn't teach you about money, but how money really works. Because I was in debt, what, 50 grand in 2005? I was stuck in the system, went to college, got a degree, didn't know what to do with it, couldn't even really get a job. Ended up in a real dead-end job I didn't love. And only when I finally broke the chains and became an entrepreneur and started my own business and got good accountants and good lawyers and figured out ways to offer value, only then did I become wealthy. And people think you become wealthy by making money. No, you become wealthy by making recurring income, investing in assets, and then reducing your tax liability. Because the reason most people are broke is because— not because they're not earning much, it's because they're in so much debt and they're paying so much interest and they're paying so many taxes. The system feeds off of your interest payments. The system feeds off of your taxes. And actually, if there were no interest payments and no taxes, you might only need to earn 50 grand to have a really good life. But you have to now earn 120 or 130 grand to pay all your interest and pay all your taxes to net 50. And now interest rates are going through the roof and banks are making their record billions, and yet the average person's getting fucked. And the same, these banks that are making billions, there's homeless people living on the fucking outside of them. How is this right? Anyway. If you agree with what I'm saying, please share this. And if you want to take some action, make management multiply your money, join Rob.team. It's only 22p a day. You can cancel any time. There's no ongoing contract. There's no risk to you. There's a lot of fucking cars. So I'll see you in Rob.team. Type Rob.team into any new web page. You can join now, and I'll see you in there. There's years worth of content.
