Beware this Interest Rate Scam ⛔️

Rob Moore calls out banks for paying almost nothing on savings while charging high rates on loans. He argues you should borrow to buy appreciating assets like property, not depreciating ones like cars, and use the bank's money to build income streams instead of falling into debt traps.

Beware this great interest rate scam. How can it be that the interest rates are 5% but a main high street bank will give you a savings interest of 1.5, 0.5 or less in a current account, but then that same bank will give you a mortgage and charge you 8 or 9%, and then that same bank will give you a car loan and charge you 10 or 12%. How can that be? Well, there's one answer. The reason that is, is because the banks have one motive and one goal only. The banks are not a public service. You need to get that out of your head. The banks don't look after your money. Get that out of your head, because by the way, as soon as you give your money to the banks, they lend and invest it out. So they're actually not looking after it. They're risking it. And they say, oh well, don't worry, it's insured. But how do you even know? So the bank's single motive is to make profit out of you. So interest rates will be 5. They'll take your money. They'll pay you much less so they earn on your money. Then they lend and invest it out and earn even more on your money. Then they take your money, then lend it back to you and charge you 8% or 10% when they're paying you 1.5%. Why is no one calling that a scam? Why is everyone just accepting that that's normal and that's okay? I don't get it. You need to wise up to this. So the banks are very smart, and actually I've transcended the judgment. Used to upset me morally, ethically, but look, they're just a profit-making venture, and you and I would probably do things to maximize the profit in our own business. I like to think I'd be maybe a little bit more ethical and moral. So do you, but who knows? Money can corrupt. If we got billions, maybe we'd make similar decisions. I don't know. Also, the shareholders that they're responsible for. And to anyway, forget the transcend the moral judgment. They actually have a smart business model where they can earn off of everybody and they can earn off of you from savings, loans, mortgages for cars, conservatories, and houses, and tax you because really the banks and the governments are supposed to be separate, independent entities. But in reality they're one big kind of globalist machine. So they could, you know, talk about multiple streams of income. The banks have multiple streams of income from you. You are the product. They consume from you. So imagine if you learned how to play the banks at their own game and win. Because if you borrow 10 grand or 100 grand, you take the risk. If you borrow 10 million or 100 million, now the banks have the risk. I have a £15 million loan for one property, 100 apartment block. That's a big risk to the bank. Big risk. They definitely don't want me to go bust. Maybe they've got to be nice to me and look after me a little bit. So play the banks at their own game and win. And here's how you do it. Number 1 is you have to pay yourself first and pay tax last. And most people are paying tax first and paying themselves last. Number 2 is never ever get debt loans or pay interest on depreciating liabilities, which is what the banks want, because then the— what you buy goes down in value. Then you need more money, you need more money from them, and then you're in the debt trap because you kind of bought forward to buy the thing for cash, so you have to get the loan. And then they advertise to you, you know, buy now pay later on everything— trainers, earrings, cars, conservatories, buy now pay later, you know, propaganda, propaganda. So if you get rid of that propaganda noise, never buy anything on debt or credit that goes down in value, but invest in as much as you can of the bank's money in assets that go up in value. Why do you borrow the bank's money? Number one, you can get a bigger asset base for it, and so you can create leverage. And number two, you don't have to use your own money. And number three, you can put the risk back on the banks. And when you make these two small behavioral changes, your reliance on the banks for consumables goes down, your leverage of the banks on assets goes up. And then here's what is the great bit. You take the income from the assets and you buy your depreciables and your income for living and general expenses. Because now, because of the cost of living crisis, most people are having to live on credit cards and live on debt just for their general heating and eating and lifestyle. Whereas it— and then they have to get more loans from the bank and just to use the loans to, to live. It's a debt trap, which of course the banks love because they keep making more money out of it and they don't care about your livelihood. Whereas if you invest in appreciating assets with the bank's leveraged money, therefore you can get a lot more assets for a lot less of your own money. And then you get multiple streams of recurring income from the assets and you cover your heating, your eating, your lifestyle, and your general liabilities. You've just played the banks at their own game and you've just won. But of course they don't want you to know this. People say to me all the time, Rob, why isn't this taught in school? Because it— because the governments and central banks are the system and the school is run by the system. And if they taught you all this cool stuff, then you'd be rich and they wouldn't be making as much money out of you as they would like. So if you'd like to make, manage, and multiply more money, build multiple streams of recurring income, and join a school which doesn't charge you hundreds of thousands worth of debt over 7 or 10 years like university and college does. In fact, it's virtually free. It costs less than 20 pence a day. You can cancel anytime. There's no ongoing contract. I recommend you join Rob.team. No, you know, there's no risk because you can cancel any time, no ongoing contract, and there's hundreds of hours of courses resources and masterclasses, because you need to learn how the banks play you. You— the banks play Monopoly and they are the banker. You need to learn how to be the banker in your own game of Monopoly and play the banks at their own game and win. You need to not keep falling for these scams like the interest rate scam and the savings scam. Savings should be called degradings because they go down in value, not up. And then you take a risk because the banks lend that money out. So why would you do that? You shouldn't be saving money with the banks. You should be storing money ready to invest, storing it and protecting it before then you're ready to make an investment into an appreciating asset. This is all the kind of stuff you learn in Rob.team. So thanks for tuning in. Appreciate you. I'll see you in Rob.team. There's hundreds of hours of courses, resources, masterclasses immediately accessible when you join. Because what's going on in the world where interest rates are over 5%, but they're passing on 1.5% to you in a savings account, but they're lending to you 8% and 10%. It's wrong. It's wrong. Thanks for tuning in. I'll see you in rob.team. Just type in rob.team. See you there. And remember, if you don't risk anything, you risk everything.
