Big House Price Crash 2024, Warns Expert 😮

Rob Moore warns of a major UK house-price crash in 2024, citing 15% local price drops in eight weeks and mortgage rates jumping from below 2% to 7-8%. He compares conditions to 2008 and promotes a three-hour masterclass on profiting from the downturn.

Big house price crash of 2024 warns Wall Street world expert. Also, big recession coming in 2024 warns Wall Street expert. There are also two UK experts who are now warning of a big house price crash for 2024, and of course we're nearly there right now. So it's basically coming now, coming soon. Now, um, I've also been warning about this probably since COVID Now admittedly, I will say, um, that I can't predict exactly when the house price crash or when the recession is coming, but I do believe I can relatively accurately predict that it will come. Now I'm going to share with you a few details that are really important in this video, so make sure that you stay on. I'm going to keep it nice brief. First off, I'd like to ask you, let me know in the comments, do you think a big recession is coming? Do you think a big house price crash is coming like the, um, Wall Street expert, basically one of the godfathers, um, in Wall Street? Um, do you believe also that a recession and a house price crash is coming? Let me know in the comments right now. Um, I've got something really important to share with you. It's probably going to be in a few minutes' time, so stay with me. I just need to give you some context here. Now, by the way, this has already started. Some people are saying to me, oh Rob, you've been saying this for ages and nothing's happened. Look at you, big expert. Well, actually, it's already started. Now, Steve in the comments has just said there'll be a two-step recession. Well, it's interesting, Steve, because, um, last November So almost a year ago, um, the property market in my local city at the lower end went down 15% in 8 weeks. It just went— so it already happened, uh, and 15% in 8 weeks is big. That's 30% in 16 weeks. That's a third in less than 6 months if it carried on at that rate. Um, so that's quite significant. I remember in the crash of '08, prices dropped about 30% in 6 months. I experienced this because I was in property then, and I'd been buying for probably 2 years, and I'd been buying not quite at peak but just after peak. And then all of a sudden, within 6 months, the market dropped 30%, and I was nervous. I was like, shit, this is bad. You know, I, I've bought, what, about 50 properties. A lot of them that I've held, they've gone down. What am I going to do? And, and I worried in that moment because I've not seen it before. And that ended up being, um, the best time and the best thing that could have happened to us for property investing. Just by way of example, um, I bought probably another 30 in 2009/10, and I was buying properties from between £45,000 and £70,000 that peaked at between £200,000 and £250,000 before that correction last November. So, you know, that's up by 3 times in not even one full cycle. Now, they'll tell you that properties will double every 7 to 15 years. Well, mine tripled almost lowest point to highest point. And now that's obviously picking the best point, but I'm just giving you an example, uh, in, you know, not even a full cycle. And I am seeing similar signs again— big recession warnings. Um, at the moment we've obviously got— well, in fact, I'll tell you what the Wall Street expert said. The Wall Street expert said the Fed is done. He believed the Federal Reserve is over. I guess he means the and $300 trillion they are in debt. I guess he means, you know, how high inflation has been. I guess he feels that the dollar is worthless, um, similar things I would say to the pound. And so he believes therefore we're going to get this big correction. I'm going to add my little predictions to that. I think house prices are unsustainably high. I think affordability is unsustainably low. I think inflation is much higher than they say it is. I think rents are unsustainably high, and this has all been building. And I reckon if the lockdown pandemic hadn't have happened, then I think we would have had that big correction before. Um, but I actually, um, you know, I think that that delayed it a bit because it artificially pushed house prices up, it artificially pushed watches up, it artificially pushed gold up. It artificially— when I say artificially, just put them up really high And I don't think that would have happened ordinarily. And now Tony has said, with all due respect, Rob, you've been saying this for years. Yes, Tony, and I've been saying— not for— well, for 3 years. Um, and Tony, I did say it's coming. I believe it's coming. I just can't tell you when. I have been saying that, Tony. And by the way, um, by all means do nothing and ignore me and then look back in 15 years, and I believe you will be big time regretting it. So I've got a couple more things to share with you before we go, but because of this, I've rearranged my schedule again, um, to do an emergency house price crash deep dive masterclass. This is actually going to be a 3-hour masterclass, not a more introductory one, um, because this news is just breaking and I think it's coming initially— I think it's— I think it's now coming a bit quicker than I thought. So Tony said I've been saying this for years. It's actually 3 years. He makes it sound like 10. Um, but with this news, I wonder if it's going to happen a bit quicker than I thought. Anyway, um, I, I need to just share the link with you. So I'm going to share the link with you right now to this brand new emergency house price crash, um, Zoom masterclass, um, basically giving you, um, some information on what is happening, not what I believe will happen, but actually what is, and how you can cash in on the crash and turn it into an opportunity. And how there will be blood on the streets, and actually how you can make that like my 2008. How you can buy low and rent or sell high. How you can cash in on the crash that is definitely coming. Now, again, just to defend myself against what Tony said, um, it's already dropped, so it's already started. So actually you could say I was right, because last November we had a 15% drop in 8 weeks, which is a lot. 8 weeks, 15%. That's 16 weeks, 30% if you carry on going. So you could say I was actually proven right there, my friend. Anyway, um, I've just shared the link. You can see it, um, in the comments. So go right now and join that Zoom. Uh, now, um, I've actually done 2 other masterclasses in the last, what, 5 weeks on property, but I had more than 1,500 people who missed out on that because they registered and couldn't attend. Um, or, you know, they messaged me to say that they couldn't make the date. Um, so, uh, there's plenty of people who clearly wanted this but couldn't make it. So make sure you make it. I'm not planning on doing another one of these for a while because this will be my third one in 6 weeks or so. But you can see that I've shared the Zoom link. Go and join right now. I'm not going to charge you any money. I'm going to do the first 30 minutes. I'm going to do a state of the market address had to cash in on the crash. Gonna teach you how to raise some money, share my story of how I did raise some money, how I think it's quite similar to when I started 17 years ago, share some of the deals we've done that have made us, you know, many millions of pounds. And then I'm going to introduce you to a brand new expert who, um, actually you probably wouldn't know her, although she's one of the top UK experts, um, in UK property. And she's going to share some strategies and tactics with you as well. Now someone has said here, 15% drop where? In my local area. I've seen no data to support this. That's because you're not in Peterborough. I know because I own the houses and I see the values. So yeah, there's my actual data. My area, my properties. I think that's better data than any other average. Now, by the way, um, someone I know who invests right at the south, um, has said that he's seen property prices drop 20 to 25. Some people I know in central have said they're not seeing property prices drop yet. So it does depend on your area, and that's what I'm going to cover on this Zoom masterclass. I'm going to cover about figuring out your local area, because actually it doesn't matter what UK national statistics are. I don't care if um, UK market has gone up 100% or down 100%. I care what my local area where I'm going to invest, where I own 340 properties, where I dominate— that's what I care about. And that's what you should care about. And that's what I'm going to teach you. Well, I've asked my guest expert to talk about how to dominate, um, an area and sort of, you know, smash your competition there. So I'll share the link again. Um, it's actually coming up, um, this Friday. And we're going to cover how to dominate your local area, source properties locally, how to raise finance, get JV partners, cash in on the crash, make sure you buy low and rent or sell high, when to start. 'Cause some people are, you know, one chap here, Tony, accused me of saying this for years, but I've actually, I just bought a commercial property that we bought for 750 that we're likely to get revalued at a million. So I'm actually doing it myself. That's not bad, is it? Buy £750, revalue at a million. Um, Robert said Leicester has dropped. Interesting. Anyway, I've just shared the link again. Um, there will be no recordings or replays for this at all unless you are a Rob.team member. Rob.team members get all recordings and replays. I'm afraid that everyone else doesn't get any of them. So if you can't make it but you want the recording, make sure you're a member of Rob.team. Team, link is in the comments. Right, quick summary then. So a global Wall Street expert is predicting a big recession and house price crash in 2024. I've been predicting it for 3 years. Someone accused me of— I've been saying this for years, but, um, actually, obviously the lockdown reversed our— what we thought was normal was reversed. Watch— watches that would go down went up. Cars that would go down went up. Properties that were probably due to go down went up. But once we sort of figured that out, we're like, okay, this is delaying the inevitable because of, um, lack of supply of everything, because of artificial pumping in of money of trillions by the, um, the governments. Um, now that that's gone and that's behind us, things, you know, maybe are— the abnormality of COVID and lockdown is maybe, um, behind us. Also, look at the trillions that they're pumping into wars. I mean, they're pumping trillions of pounds and dollars, and the national debt— I mean, the national debt ceiling has been exceeded by America, and we're in our biggest national debt ever. How can that not have an effect on the economy? And how can they keep controlling inflation? Um, so yeah, well, I've already seen the house prices drop, so I, I know it's Someone said they think there might be a two-stage recession. Um, you know, they called it a double dip last time. Maybe. Like I said, I can predict what but not when. I mean, we haven't had a proper crash since 2008. We're moving into 2024, so it is time, I believe. Now, um, look, if you miss it by a year, and, and like me, if I, I slightly miss the timing, although I've never predicted when, um, it's the Wall Street expert that's predicting 2024, then at least you, you did it. Because what, what a lot of people do is go, I'm going to wait, Rob, I'm going to wait. But by the time they see it happening, it's too late because it happens quick. Like I said, 15% in 8 weeks a year ago. Um, Steve has said seen an 11% drop. Uh, and, um, yeah, so for sure I think there's more to come. Like, do you agree that rents are unsustainably high? Yes or no in the comments, right? Do you believe that inflation has been very high? Yes or no. Do you believe that cost of living is very high? Yes or no. Do you believe that government debt is very high? Yes or no. So if you said yes to any of these, if these are unsustainably high, we have to see a correction in the end, and the governments and central banks can't delay it forever. And when it happens, it will happen big and it will happen quick. It's like a pressure cooker. And I'm going to share the strategies and tactics to, um, to cash in on the crash, to not have your blood on the streets when there's going to be blood on the streets. Bringing in a guest expert who is sort of a behind-the-scenes guest expert. I think you're going to love the strategies and tactics she's going to share with you. I'm going to give you some real-life proof of the deals that I bought back then that I made money on, a lot of money on. Um, even one that I bought back off the back of the, the correction that happened last year. Um, yeah, and, and you know how to source the properties, how to keep them for the long term so you can have them double and triple, you know, over a cycle or, or maybe a bit more than a cycle. So thanks for tuning in. Here's the link, go right now to join. Oh, in fact I've shared the link twice. I'll pin them so you can see the links in the comments there. I wonder if I can share it one more time for you. Let me try and find— here we go. Let me share that. Like I said, no— oh, I'll pin the comment. No recordings, no replays unless you're a Rob.team member. And for anyone that's been waiting and waiting and waiting and waiting and waiting, maybe now's the time to take action. For anyone who thinks, oh, this, you know, this, everyone's going to be a victim of this, maybe there's— it's time to learn how you can turn it into an opportunity. More millionaires are made in a recession than in any other time. I personally bought my best properties in the last recession and crash, and I believe I will buy my next or equally best properties in this one. One of the reasons I've done quite a lot of property content over the last 6 weeks is one, That's how I made my millions, for those of you that don't know that. And two, it's here, it's now, it's real, and we need to talk about it right now. And I'm going to bring in a next guest expert. I'm going to teach you how to start if you're not starting already. I'm going to teach you how to find properties locally without having to pay for them. I'm going to teach you how to get yourself educated quick. I'm going to teach you how to figure out the returns and the cash flows in your local area really quick. Um, and I've got a guest expert. I'm really excited to bring her in. You've not— you've not seen her speak before. She knows her shit. So I'll see you on the Zoom masterclass. It's going to be, um, you know, a more in-depth one than a couple that I've run recently. Make sure you register. No recordings, no replays. We'll see you there. And finally, let me know in the comments what you think is happening in 2024. Do you agree with me there's a crash coming? Do you agree with me there's a recession coming? Do you agree with the, um, basically one of the biggest players in Wall Street that there's a recession and a crash coming? Do you think it's going to be a big one? Um, in my area it's already dropped 15%. I predicted it would be more than the last one. We need it to drop another 16% from the start for it to be bigger than the last one. I believe this crash will be bigger than the last one. Let me know what you think in the comments. I'll see you in the comments. And go register for that Zoom now. Thanks for tuning in for this emergency broadcast. Go do it now. Oh, this is another quick thing. Rachel, Rachel, this is huge. I'm glad you mentioned this, Rachel. Here's another reason why I think a big crash is coming: because there are millions of people on mortgages at under 2%. And Rachel has just said, I'm out of my 1.49% fixed rate mortgage this month. Those mortgages are now going to 8%. So we had a million people come off their fixed rate sub-2% mortgages in September, and they're all now going to 7% and 8%. I mean, how can people's interest payments quadruple and nothing happen? And the more their rates go up, obviously the more their mortgage payment goes up, the less they can afford. The quicker they have to sell, the more they have to sell, the quicker the, um, the material— the losses materialized. And by the way, Lloyds have said they want to be the biggest private landlord in the UK. So the banks are saying they want to clean up in this recession. So yeah, this is real. See you on the masterclass. Links are pinned.
