Blackrock Will be Your Kids’ Landlord ⛔️

In this YouTube monologue, Rob Moore warns that a handful of asset‑management giants—BlackRock, Vanguard and State Street—already control massive amounts of equity and are poised to own up to 40 % of the U.S. single‑family home market by 2030, with UK banks such as Lloyds and RBS pursuing similar landlord ambitions. He frames this concentration as a dangerous monopoly that threatens personal freedom, housing affordability, and the health of free markets. Moore argues that anti‑monopoly laws never applied to banks or funds, leading to unchecked power over real estate, media, and finance. To counter this, he urges listeners to decentralize financial and media power, acquire real‑estate and other appreciating assets, and become entrepreneurs rather than passive savers. Throughout, he promotes his own educational platform, Rob.team, describing it as a low‑cost, decentralized hub offering courses, masterclasses, and a “Money Mastermind University” to teach wealth‑creation, tax reduction, and multiple income streams. He backs his claims with personal credibility (two decades of entrepreneurship, £250 m in sales, 12 income streams) and critiques the banking system’s low savings rates, high interest on debt, and lack of true ownership for depositors. The video blends alarmist statistics, libertarian‑leaning arguments for competition, and a sales pitch for his platform, concluding that financial education and ownership are essential to prevent future generations from becoming tenants of massive financial institutions.

BlackRock will be your kids' landlord. Check these out for some scary statistics. BlackRock currently own $60 billion of real estate. For those of you who don't know BlackRock, who BlackRock are, you should. They are essentially the biggest bank in the world. They wouldn't call themselves a bank, more like a fund. But, um, they own, I believe, 86% of the S&P 500 companies. At least them, State Street, and Vanguard when you put them together. So BlackRock own $60 billion of real estate, and they're coming for more. So it's actually predicted that they could have control of 40% of the single-family home real estate market in the US by 2030. 40%. Well, I mean, I guess that could be either fully owned as the landlord, or maybe it's a loan in, in the form of a mortgage. But does it not scare the shit out of you that the biggest bank essentially in the world could own 40% of all the real estate in America. By the way, let's say you're in the UK and you're like, well, it doesn't bother me, I'm in the UK. Lloyds are at it here in the UK because Lloyds want to be the biggest private landlord in the UK. Now, you know, people moan about landlords. You know, landlords are Satan, landlords are the Antichrist. Let me tell you this. If I was a home renter, I would much rather have a normal ordinary person, a small-time landlord or entrepreneur as my landlord than the freaking bank, than freaking BlackRock or Lloyds for sure. Something like $11 trillion of equities is controlled by Vanguard, State Street, and BlackRock. These are now the biggest banks and money managers in the entire world. And if we want a decentralized society, if we want a society that's fair and free and not completely controlled, we need to break up the monopoly that these banks have. This is like urgent that we do this. Nothing Is it ever good when owned by one massive corporation? Like farmers owned by a few corporations. Social media is owned by a few corporations. Media, general media is owned by a few corporations. Do you think those industries are good right now? Do you think they're fair? Do you think that, you know, they're well regulated? Do you think the money is fairly distributed? Absolutely fucking not. So nothing good for humanity comes when you get monopolies. This is why we have anti-monopoly laws. Yet there seems to be no anti-monopoly law for banks or funds seem to just be able to gobble everything up. It'll be BlackRock in America. It'll be Lloyds RBS in the UK. And look, we've already given them our money. You know, your money's in Lloyds. Your money's in the banks, so they already have your savings. They already have all your data. Of course, you're probably in debt to them, so they're controlling you every which way. Now, this is dangerous. So I think the following things need to happen. Number one is you need to fight for decentralization, financial decentralization, media and speech decentralization, social media decentralization. You need to stand up and speak out about these things. The next thing is you need to start owning some real estate. You need to own what they want to own. Why? Number one, I've been knocking the banks, but if I want to study, hmm, what business models and companies are good to learn from in making loads of money? Banks. Like, the banks make trillions. So if they're buying a load of real estate at the moment, then maybe you should be too. So reason number 1 is you want to decentralize the power away from them. Reason number 2 is they're actually making bloody good money at the moment. So, you know, why not copy what they do? And the best way to do this is to either be an investor or be an entrepreneur. Start your business, take your money out of the banks, and start investing into gold and silver and real estate, and your own startup business. You know, things that you own and things that you control. So if you'd love to learn how to do this, if you don't already know how to do this, if you'd love to learn how to be financially free and decentralized, I recommend you might— you, you join my decentralized platform, Rob.team. Rob.team is my digital financial freedom platform to help you start and scale a business, make, manage, and multiply money, and build multiple streams of recurring income. It is scary to think that BlackRock might control 40% of real estate in the UK in the single-family homes market. It is scary to think something similar is happening, going to happen over here in the UK, because Lloyds have said they want to be the biggest private landlord. They're not even hiding it. They're not even pretending that it's not something that they want to do. So, you know, they want you a homeowner so they can have a mortgage on you. They then want you to have a car loan, conservatory loan, credit cards, because by the way, RBS owns 7 banks. So they've got you multiple ways. And then when you're in debt, obviously they're earning maximum interest on you for the rest of your life. A 30-year mortgage, which means you're going to be paying your mortgage into retirement. The average stats on retirement are really bad, i.e., you last about 3 years after work. And then you die, and then 40% inheritance tax. And you know, you might think, oh well, the banks are earning their money in interest, but inheritance tax is something else that goes to the government. Oh no, no, no. The central banks and the governments are supposed to be independent. I do not believe they are independent. I believe they are in cohorts. I believe that there is a great big monopoly of power and control going on. Do I blame them? Well, they just You know, if you could have a monopoly in your niche or industry, you probably would. It's just human nature. If you can gain power and control and market share and influence policy rules, create collaborations and partnerships that work for you, you're going to do it. It's human nature. The problem is it doesn't serve humanity well. Competition, free markets— this is what we need. We need more banks. We need more currencies. Because then we have competition, which means the interest rates can be more competitive, um, and you know, the service can be better, and there can be better terms because they're all competing with each other. Instead, it's just some kind of major monopoly, and we're playing into it, by the way, in humanity, because here's what we do: we go with what's easy and cheap. Oh, that looks like quite good value, I'll go with that, not realizing we're making and BlackRock or Lloyds even more rich. Someone in the comments has said the New World Order. I don't know about that for sure. You know, I think there's a few conspiracy theories out there. Here's what I do know, and greed and power and monopolization is a human trait which nearly all humans can't avoid, and when they get the chance to take it, they do. But it's not good for humanity. For progress, you need competition, i.e., the best survive, the worst are wiped out. Right now, we have often the worst service, but there's a monopoly of power and control. So we need competition, free markets, which means we need more currencies. You know, therefore, things like Bitcoin are really good for competition. We need more banks, more challenger banks. And unfortunately, we don't have that really. We have major regulation. We have a kind of cabal conglomerate of a few banks. Because here's the thing, you think when you go to the supermarket you've got choice, but actually one brand like Unilever or Nestlé own everything that you think you've got choice over. It's the same with the banks. RBS owns 7 banks, Royal Bank of Scotland, Lloyds, etc. So you think you've got a choice, but actually you haven't. And so also, you want to be an owner, not a loaner. So, you know, when you save money, you're actually lending it to the bank. The problem is right now Barclays will give you 1.5% interest. Well, how's that fair when interest rates are 5%? How can you only get 1.5%? Where's the other 3.5% going? And it's actually— you're actually loaning them your money for 1.5% return. You would never loan a human or anyone or an entrepreneur or a business all of your money for 1.5% return. So you're taking a massive risk there. So anytime you put money in savings or give it to the bank, you're a loaner. Whereas in reality, you want to be an owner, which means you want to do what they do. And what they do is lend on property or own property. And this is what you want to do, because if you don't take full responsibility to be an investor and an entrepreneur yourself, you're going to be paying up to 70% tax in what you earn and what you spend. And these banks and BlackRocks and, um, RBSs of this world are going to be your kids' landlords. And I know people bitch and moan about landlords, but I'd much rather a human is my landlord than, you know, some massive bank corporation that doesn't care about me and will bang the rent up whenever it wants and won't care and will kick me out So you have been warned. Now, if you're not yet entrepreneurial, if you're not yet making multiple streams of income, if you're not yet financially free, it's really important that you join Rob.team and invest just a few quid a month. I spent more on coffee today for your financial education because the more you learn, the more you earn. And right now in the world, there's some things going on which are not good for humanity and you need to push back on. Probably the worst thing for humanity really is the lack of financial education. And what they teach you in schools is essentially to be a producer for the system, you know. So basically they consume you, um, you know, like they stick needles in you, like stick a needle in here for taxes, they stick a needle in here for interest, they stick a needle in here for debt. And they're just sucking your blood out of you, 70% of your blood for the rest of your life. You can barely survive. So this is why I launched Rob.team many years ago, to help you start and scale a business, make, manage, and multiply more money, build multiple streams of recurring and passive income, start your own enterprise, get your tax bill down, get your income streams up, get your earning power up, monetize your personal brand. There's 9 or 10 different business models that are taught in Rob.team, which, um, anyone can start. Don't need any funds to start. Anyone can do it as long as you've got an internet connection and a phone or a computer. And because the modern businesses are lean and agile and fast and online. So if you want to learn all this, join Rob.team. And it's really easy to join. Just type in R-O-B dot T-E-A-M. Rob.team. In fact, we've got a class just tonight because I do Sunday sessions most Sundays. Tonight is about emergency property cash warning and how to cash in on the property crash. Next Sunday we're starting a Make Cash Challenge, so we're giving prizes and bonuses and incentives and teaching you how to make maximum cash in a week. So that's just in the next week, all the activities in Rob.team. Also, it's the only place you can get recordings of my Zoom classes. I've done hundreds since I launched rob.team educational Zoom classes, and it's the only place you can get all the recordings. Also, if you join right now, there's my 12-module, 18-hour Money Mastermind University. So I do all this content, and for years people are saying to me, Rob, if the school system isn't teaching us about proper financial education, what should we learn? What should it be? And I can't go to schools and teach it because they won't have me for obvious reasons. So I did my own. I created an 18-hour online education. I call it my Money Mastermind University. Everything that should be taught in schools about personal finance and money and wealth creation and how the money system works and how to play at its own game and win. This will be a £700 course when I've finished fiddling around with the edit and the thumbnail. Until then, you can actually get it free in rob.team if you go and join right now. Uh, just type in r-o-b dot t-e-a-m right now. BlackRock, Vanguard, and State Street have $11 trillion of equities. They have the major share in the S&P 500. They could own up to 40% of all the single-family homes in 2030. This is dangerous. This is control. This is globalization. This is monopolization. This is not good for your freedom. This is not good for your money. This is not good. And then in the UK, it looks like Lloyds, RBS are looking to do the same because they want to be the biggest private landlord in the UK. I want to teach you how to invest in your own real estate, how to be an investor. How to be financially free. So that people ask me a lot what freedom is. And you know, people think freedom is doing what you want, where you want, when you want, with who you want. The freedom to choose. I would say the main element of freedom is money, because when you're rich, you can say no to the things you don't want to do. You can't be controlled, you can't be shut down, you can't be silenced. You can choose whatever you want because you have money. Money is speed. Money is access. Money means you can get out of a country which might be trying to take all of your money in tax, or where crime might be going through the roof, or the public services might be going to shit like the UK. And if you're wealthy, you can leave and pay less tax and choose where you go. So actually, the greatest factor in freedom is money. And the biggest choice when you're rich is not what you say yes to, it's what you say no to. And this is what Rob.team is. And I'm not restricted or controlled by rules and regulations and a system and a bigger power and a monopoly. Rob.team is completely decentralized, um, and I just teach what I believe to be right. Now, I've been an entrepreneur 2 decades. I've done a quarter of a billion in sales. I was 50 grand in debt 18 years ago. I've got 12 different income streams, so I'm actually walking the walk, practicing what I preach. You know, the average college professor, you know, university lecturer, do you know they earn about 40 grand a year? So get this for like completely wrong. Someone at college is teaching business, finance, and economics and they're earning 40 grand a year. I can make that in a day. I can make that in an hour. Wow. That's what the system is. Whereas, you know, things like Rob.team, my digital financial freedom platform, you know, they're started by real entrepreneurs who've really done it. Um, school system needs a radical reform. The UK political system needs a radical reform. The banking system needs a radical reform. Like, have you read the terms of your bank account? You basically don't own the money, and they can basically take it, and they can basically shut you down if they choose. This is Orwellian. This is 1984. You must educate yourself because ignorance is not bliss, it's ignorance. So I recommend, based on all of that, you jump in Rob Moore's team if you're not already. It's really easy. Cancel anytime, no ongoing contract. Hundreds of hours of courses, resources, and masterclasses. Less than Netflix and less than the coffee I've bought today. You just type in R-O-B dot T-E-A-M into any web page. The only person that can change your life is you. No one's coming to save you. The banks are not a public service. The banks do not care about your future. Don't be lured in by all these adverts with black horses and, you know, flowing dresses, and these banks that look like they want to bring you in and sit you on a sofa and care for you. The banks are not a public service. They are a for-profit corporation. They are for maximum shareholder value. And as long as you know that, and that's okay, you can play them at their own game and win. For example, I never get loans unless it's for appreciating assets, and I don't get myself into debt. I do actually, to the tune of tens of millions of pounds for appreciating assets. So it reminds— I stopped because it reminded me of a quote: if you borrow a million pounds, you have the problem. If you borrow £100 million, the bank has the problem. And that is how I use the banks. Thanks for tuning in, and remember, if you don't risk anything, you risk everything.
