class. Digital assets are the future. Traditional assets like real estate and classic cars and art and watches and stocks, they are slow and steady and over time will serve you well. But we're getting the rapid growth now in digital assets, and by digital assets I mean content, social media, cryptos, NFTs, ads, sponsorships, and collaborations on your social media channels, podcasts, live streams, you name it. And what I'm going to do in this little mini masterclass is share with you 8 digital assets that you, as a start or scale-up entrepreneur, part-time or full-time, could leverage to gain reach into revenue, ideas into income, and not have to wait 10 years to be an overnight success and not have to put tens of thousands of capital down. So, um, I've put a little story up on my Instagram, and I'm going to use that as my agenda for teaching you in this little mini masterclass here. So, 8 digital assets that generate recurring income. And the caveat to this being that I want them to be pretty quick to start. Some of them you could start literally today and also not take massive capital to get going. Now look, I don't believe in the schemey scammy get rich quick, you know, when people are promising overnight millions, but I probably have changed my tune a bit on how quickly you can make money now. I'd have been a bit old school and traditional, take your time, have compounding, be patient, stay the course, think long term. But now with these kids, you know, making millions on YouTube— so I don't know how old MrBeast is, he looks like in his 20s and he makes $48 million a year. Ryan, by age 6, was making millions. By age 9, was making $27 million on Ryan's ToysReview, you know, that YouTube channel. Joe Rogan sold his podcast for $100 mil and makes $30 million a year in ad revenue. Um, Tim Ferriss charges $52,000 a sponsor and has 2 or 3 sponsors per show. So the world has changed. Why has it got quicker and easier to make money? Well, it's not got easier for those that don't know how to do it. It's got harder because there's, um, you know, more early adoption, more channels, more overwhelm. So as with everything, it's easy when you know how and it's harder when you don't. But we're in this decentralization world now where currency is being decentralized, finance is being decentralized, media and social media are being decentralized. What do I mean by that? Big tech are no longer having the power, and there's these challenger creators, challenger channels, challenger media. Like mainstream media— now I know people who've been on mainstream media and there's 600,000 viewers on a mainstream media channel. Now, you were a mainstream media 10 years ago, you'd have 10 or 20 million viewers. So what's happened is media has been decentralized, and some be like, oh, it's confusing, it's overwhelming— TikTok, Facebook Clubhouse, Fireside, Snapchat, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, fuck my life— and they get overwhelmed. That's the downside. But the upside is opportunity. So now you could get 600,000 reach. So get this, this is crazy, right? 10 years— no, this year, a mainstream media channel, you know, like a major Sky or BBC channel, you might get 600,000 viewers. I did a Facebook Live 2 months ago and got a million viewers. I'm not mainstream media, I'm not a celebrity, and yet I've got a million views from one video. And I can do that, I could do 3 videos a day on Facebook. So this decentralization is actually really powerful. But here's the caveat, and this is really important: You've got to take your opportunity. You've got to be on the platforms. You've got to be creating content. You've got to leverage this decentralized media. If you don't, then you're going to get left behind. So if you look quickly on my Instagram story, if you're able to access that— don't go anywhere— but if you're able to do that, you'll see the digital assets I'm going to cover with you now. So number 1 is YouTube. So I earned £20,000 in 10 days from my most recent YouTube video, which was an interview with David Icke. So yeah, there you go, not bad. Now I had an interview with Jordan Peterson that was about £35,000 in ad revenue. Another one with David Icke which was about £27,000 in ad revenue. And I never used to put ads on any of my content. You know, occasionally people are, oh, ads, too many ads, oh, ads. And, you know, I'm a bit of a people pleaser. By the way, I have changed in that I don't mind being challenged and I don't mind having critics. And I don't mind being called handsome. Thank you, John T. Bond. But the point is, now I listen to American podcasts and there's 3 or 4 ads at the start. And I'm like, yeah, just fast forward, fast forward, fast forward. It doesn't, you know, it doesn't really bother me. So, for example, I did 500 podcast episodes without running an ad. What a twat I was. I left £3.25 million on the table because for 500 episodes I never ran an ad because I didn't want people to not like me. Even though, for example, if you look at that YouTube video I did with David Icke, there's 7,000 comments and I reckon there's 5 which say, oh, too many ads, fucking ads. 5, 5 comments out of 7,000 that complain about ads. So I've changed my tune on that. As long as the content is good, I don't mind having ads on my podcast, on my YouTube. Now, by the way, there's an advanced way to do ads, which is having a sponsor. So I'm actually doing a 6-figure deal with a sponsor right now. So instead of it being squeezed as an ad and not relevant to you, I know this sponsor will be relevant to my whole audience. In fact, they have to be to make it worth them. And I'm going to partner with them as opposed to just some ads being pinged in. Now, I've changed my tune, like I said. So YouTube is brilliant for a long burn content. So short burn is TikTok. You put a live up or a piece of content up, it lasts for a day or a week or two. Some of your big content will keep going, but you know, it's a bit, a bit of a flash in the pan. It's like downing a tequila, whereas YouTube is like fine wine that has matured over time. So YouTube is also the second biggest search engine behind Google, which is the first biggest search engine And guess who owns YouTube? Google. So YouTube is a brilliant content platform for one, long burn content that lasts years. Two, it's a channel where we pretty much expect, and it's a norm, for there to be ads on it. Therefore, you can make really good revenue from it. And like I said, because I'm British, I became a multi-millionaire in my early 30s, so I was like, I'm not gonna run ads, I don't need to run ads, it's all about the content. Like in music, I love, you know, Rage Against the Machine, fuck the system, you know, like never sell out. And I used to be like that about my content. As long as the content is good, it doesn't freaking matter. And let me know what you think in the comments, by the way. Do you hate ads? Do you not mind ads? Are you okay with ads if the content is good? Let me know what you think. But YouTube is brilliant because one, the content lasts years. Two, it's a search engine. And 3, you can have ad revenue and you can have premium. So on YouTube, your, um, top followers and fans can sign up to a $10 or $30 a month premium, and actually you've got double whammy there on monetization. You can earn on the ads and you can earn on the premium content. So that's the digital asset number 1 of 8 that I'm going to cover here. Thanks for tuning in, by the way. Wherever you're tuning in, make sure you're following me because I do content every day, and hopefully you're finding it useful and practical and tactical. Okay, right, number 2 way to generate digital income, low cost, fast start, is subscription revenue. There's 4 main platforms. There's Facebook Supporters, there's Kajabi, there's Patreon, And there's OnlyFans. So Kajabi is good for creating online courses. Patreon is good just to put your own content up there. Facebook Supporters is good if you're active on Facebook and you've got a good following on Facebook because it's so much easier to sign up on Facebook to Facebook Supporters. And then OnlyFans is good if you've got a lovely ass and you put leggings and you vacuum pack them up and you get your kit off. In all seriousness, I believe 40% of OnlyFans is kind of, you know, photos of people or nudity or semi-nudity, and 60% isn't. But, um, I personally would focus on either Patreon or Kajabi. Turn your information into income with a subscription platform. I have approaching 4,000 supporters and subscribers who pay, you know, just a few dollars a month. I give them some exclusive content. I've done episodes teaching you the 7 steps of doing that, so I'm gonna— I'll do that another time because I want to share with you 8 digital, um, assets. And so I'll do a specific episode on that. I've done it before. Okay, number 3 digital asset of 8 that I'm going to share with you to create recurring income fast with low-cost setup is podcasts. So I have my podcast set up here. And if you're watching on TikTok or Facebook, you can see there I got my podcast mic. I could just pull it in and pull it out, and there it is. And I just hit record there on my Zoom H5, and I could go live on TikTok and also record the podcast. I could go live on Facebook and also record the podcast. I could go live on Clubhouse and also record the podcast. Or I could just record the podcast. Now, I've done 1,000 episodes across Disruptive Entrepreneur Podcast and Money Podcast. 1,000 episodes, and for 500 episodes I didn't run an ad, and I've left 3-point-something million on the table not running an ad. Now, I personally wouldn't run an ad on something that's not relevant, but there's loads of companies that are relevant. So for example, Blinkist is a sponsor of mine. Blinkist, your audiobooks, that is perfectly on brand with my content. Manscaped are begging me to partner with them, but they want me to talk about shaving your downstairs Manscaping. And I'm like, this is a business podcast. I'm not doing an ad on shaving downstairs. You could know. So I won't— you don't need to run ads on stuff that's not relevant. Run ads on stuff that is, and your audience don't mind. In fact, when I ran my first ad for Blinkist, they, um, I got a load of people saying, oh, Rob, you know, I've just signed up to Blinkist. It's really good. Thanks for, um, offering me that. So if your ads and sponsors are relevant to your niche, which they should freaking be anyway, people will be thankful of the ads and the promotion as long as it's respectful and doesn't take 20 years. So by the way, start a podcast, start a YouTube channel, start a subscription program. Oh Rob, I haven't got time. That means you haven't got time to make money. Because let's be honest, with the increase in taxes and increase in inflation and increasing cost of living, if you just work more for a living— that's a trap. You're going to be working more for the government, more and more for the government. I don't want that for you. Okay, number 4 great digital real estate right now is audio. So obviously podcast is audio, but you've got Clubhouse, you've got Blinkist, you've got Audible, you've got Fireside, you've got Greenroom, you've got Wisdom. There's 6 freaking audio platforms. So for example, when I go live on Wisdom, the good thing about Wisdom, which is a new audio app, is I can then save that content and it goes on my profile, and people can look at my profile and listen to some of my previous content. Clubhouse is probably the best for live audio. I actually like that Clubhouse don't give you the recording because then people have to come and listen live. It's like a live experience. But Fireside are challenging Clubhouse. Greenroom are challenging Clubhouse. Audible— I make hundreds of thousands a year from my audiobooks because I've written 18 books, so each one is an asset. So number 4 digital asset is audio. By the way, stay with me here because I've got something special I'm going to share with you in a moment. Number 5 digital assets— give me a like if you're enjoying this, by the way, in on the live or in the back channel. Let me know what you think of this content. I'd love to, um, have your feedback in the comments. So number 5 digital assets, which are huge right now, and you don't need me to tell you, but are you in them, are NFTs and cryptos. So essentially they're digital assets in the form of art or some kind of other asset, but it's essentially digital real estate. Digital real estate has a massive future. There'll be a massive land grab for digital real estate in the metaverse. Um, there's already been a big land grab for domain names, and each time a new domain host like.club comes out, then people go on a land grab, are you trying to buy up all the short domain names. Um, my friend owns shop.com. I reckon shop.com must be worth, oh, 50 million. That would be a guess. I mean, imagine owning shop.com. That's massive. I don't know, who knows? But some URLs are worth huge money. Pizza.com sold for millions. But then of course there's all these new platforms coming out. They're on the metaverse and in digital real estate. Now, a couple of things I'm not advising here— no financial advice. However, if you think about all these altcoins, all, you know, Shiba and, um, or Dogecoin that all went to the moon— if you took an amount of money that you could afford to lose, let's say $100, and you put $100 into 10 altcoins instead of going out and socializing and drinking or buying the lottery or betting or whatever else. You know, people who would put $1,000 into Shiba could have been a billionaire by now. Now I know coulda, woulda, shoulda, I get that, but you can only do this moving forward. So as a strategy now, I'm taking some play money and I'm putting it across as many altcoins as I can and sort of, you know, more disruptive startup coins. And I'm also, um, in 2 to 3 months I'm going to launch my own NFT. And I think NFTs could be a big part of the future, so watch this space. I'm not going to say any more about that, but NFTs, essentially a digital asset— if you can offer value and not just have a piece of art, um, then that's a very, very big space in the digital asset world. Okay, so if you're just tuning or listening in, I am covering 8 digital assets that generate recurring income. Make sure you're following me, whatever channel you're on. Stay with me as well because I've got something special to share. Oh, in about 4 minutes, um, I've covered number 1, YouTube. There's ads and premium. You can make millions out of YouTube channels. Number 2 is subscription platforms like Facebook Supporters, Patreon, Kajabi, etc. You can make thousands a month recurring income from just 6 pieces of content a month. Number 3 is podcast. Do you have a podcast? And because you can get ads and sponsorship revenue. Number 4 is audio— Blinkist, Clubhouse, Audible, etc. Number 5 is digital assets like, um, cryptos and NFTs— huge space right now. Number 6, and I'll just do this one real quick, and I again caveat, not financial advice, always do diligence when you're investing your money, always. But you could invest in digital companies. My friend John Lee put money into some digital companies, some of which you would know the names of. I know people managed to get in early stage on Clubhouse and companies that are now worth $20 billion in inverted commas because they're digital and they can grow fast. It's like the old NASDAQ or the dot-com boom. So anytime there's a new industry, you get that NASDAQ-y, dot-com-y boom, like we are in cryptos and NFTs, and I believe we will in the metaverse as well. But do your own research on that, and only if you've got capital you can afford to lose, which I call risk capital. Money that if you lost it, you think, oh well, you know, it was, um, it was almost like a gamble or a speculation. Okay, and number 7 is domain names. So, um, if, if you own sex.com or pizza.com or shop.com, you'd be a deca-millionaire immediately. So buying 3-letter or short domain names, not necessarily.com, could be.co.uk,.club,.io,.ai, et cetera. This could be a good, um, long-term capital asset build. Now also, if you have a domain name that has good traffic, then you can get recurring income from parking the domain and running ads or AdSense or having affiliates or partners on that digital real estate. So if you think about it, the more pages you have online and the more traffic you have online, the more ability you have to earn income. So I write 2 blogs a week and I pick fairly high volume keywords, but once I think I've got a chance of ranking highly, and I write a 3,000-word article. So twice a week I've got a new piece of digital real estate. And then if that gets 1,000 views a month, 10,000 views a month, I could have calls to action at the bottom. It could be just to, um, I don't know, maybe join my, um, subscription community. Or listen to my money podcast. But I could run banner ads, I could have partners and sponsors on there, and they get all their clicks, and then they just, you know, I get paid for that. So domain names and pages is also digital real estate. So SEO, blogs, domain names, etc. And then the final one I'm going to share with you, which is probably the most usable for all of us the most level playing field and fair, i.e., it doesn't really matter how long you've been doing it or how many followers you've got, is social media monetization. So I'm just going to list now the different tools that you can monetize on social media, and I want to show you that it's easier than ever to earn as a creator. So many of the social platforms like Clubhouse and Facebook and TikTok, they want to reward the creators. Um, TikTok have a creator fund, and Facebook have now just put a billion into their supporter program, and they're rewarding us for getting new supporters. They're paying a $20 bonus on a $5 subscriber, so they're paying 4 months up front. So a lot of the social media people bitch and moan about social media. Oh, big tech, Facebook, Mark Zuckerberg, social media overwhelming, trolling. Create rather than consume on social media, you win the game, you make money. Let me say that again: create as opposed to consume. So here we go, I'm going to list out the monetization tools on social media. Number 1, on Facebook, there's Supporters, which is the monthly subscription. There's Stars, which is the donation or the currency. And there's paid live events. On TikTok, there's coins. And I have a TikTok account manager, just got her a couple of weeks ago, and she told me that within 2 months on TikTok, they are most likely to have a live subscription section, i.e., you could join and subscribe to me on TikTok Live to get premium content from me. And creators and influencers are going to be able to have that functionality. There's also coins on TikTok. So that's 5 just on TikTok and Facebook. Then you've got Instagram, which has badges, and I believe— well, I was told by my account manager that, um, subscription is coming as well on Instagram. That's 7. YouTube Premium and YouTube ads, podcast ads— that's 10 already without sponsors and joint ventures, etc. So the world is now rewarding creators. The social— if you think about this, right, if you're a creator and you go on, say, TikTok and do a couple of lives and no one's on it and you don't get any love, you're gonna bollocks to that. I'll go live on Facebook. You go live on Facebook and you get offered a couple of monetization tools and you get some donations, you're going to stay on Facebook. Same with Clubhouse and all the other channels. So the, the upside of decentralization is multiple income streams. So turn overwhelm into income by being on all the channels. Now I've got a little hack And the little hack is I'm currently live on Clubhouse and Facebook and TikTok. Make sure you're following me, by the way, on whichever channel you're watching me on. But I've got all my, um, phone— I've got 3 phones. A little hack here: every time you buy a new phone, keep your old one and then keep all your social profiles logged in on your old phone. And then you can go live on Clubhouse and Facebook and TikTok. I've got 3 phones, I can only go live on 3 channels. If I had a 4th, I'd be go— I'd be live on Instagram as well. So what I can do is I can actually create content across multiple platforms with the same time input and the same piece of content. So by the way, on Facebook I can also have ad revenue in on my lives, supporter stars. On TikTok I can have coins and then subscription coming soon. On Clubhouse there's donations, but I think that they're going to have to create subscription revenue. Otherwise, I think they're going to get absolutely smashed by all the other channels. Okay, so thanks for tuning in. I hope you found it useful. Before you go, I've got a special thing that I think you'll love. If you'd like to create multiple streams of recurring income by turning your ideas into income, your information into income, and what you already know into cash flow, then go right now to the URL link rob.team. I'm going to write it in on Facebook. I'll say it nice and slowly. It's simple. Open up a browser and just type in rob.team. Now you don't need to put www. in. Just open a browser and type in rob.team. And for the cost of a cup of coffee every month, or rather I would say the investment in a cup of coffee, You will be able to join my 10x Your Following social media challenge coming soon. You cannot get in that challenge anywhere else. Now get this, it took me 7 years to build half a million followers on social media, and it's taken me 9 months to build my second half million followers, and now I'm growing at 30,000 followers a week across my channels. So I have got real life experience now on— that's a, that's a 10x-ing my following in 9 months instead of 7 years. So if you'd like to 10x your following, join rob.team, R-O-B dot T-E-A-M, and go do it right now. There's loads of other benefits of being on my rob.team. Now I have 62 medium skinny cappuccinos a month. And for the same cost of one of them, just one, not 62, you can join rob.team for the cost of a cup of coffee, a medium skinny cappuccino extra shot. Now also, when you join rob.team, we have a monthly masterclass. So I've got a 6-stage 7-figure launch masterclass. We've got a 7-figure subscription secrets masterclass. This could be the biggest one. So I've actually just decided to create a course called 7-Figure Subscription Secrets because I generate 7 figures a year in subscription revenue, i.e., Facebook supporters, and actually on my rob.team. Christopher has just said glad to be a supporter in there, so Christoph is in. Let me know if you're in as a supporter or subscriber in the comments. I'll shout you out on this live. So my new 7-Figure Subscription Secrets course is going to be between $1,000 and $1,500. And get this, if you join now at rob.team, I will do the first ever 7-Figure Subscription Secrets course for you as a rob.team subscriber of mine. I won't have to pay the $1,000/$1,500. Victoria's just joined, she's in. Why would I do that? I'll tell you why I benefit, because I get to do one practice run to get it perfect. It's the only one I will do, and then after that, I'm telling you, it'll be $1,000 or $1,500. Most of my courses— sorry, pounds— most of my courses are £1,500 or £2,000. Paul's just joined as well. So you go to rob.team, R-O-B dot T-E-A-M, and you're gonna get that probably £1,500 masterclass 7-figure subscription secrets course completely for free. I am one of the few people on the planet that earns 7 figures on Facebook. So I was actually told by my Facebook account manager that I have one of the biggest subscription platforms in the world. Now, I don't say that to brag. I just say that, that you're going to learn how to do the same as I did in— as a member of Rob.team for just $5 or pounds, depending on your currency, per month. And like I said, the only reason I'm doing that, one, is to reward my members because I've got pushing 4,000 now, and many of them have been a loyal member for 3 years. So I wanted to give back. But also I want to do one run first just to get it slick. I'll probably get your feedback because it's a brand new course. There's loads of other masterclasses you get as a Rob.team member. So I did a 6-month personal and finance coaching program I just did a 6-month business mentoring program, and all the content on there is in on the Rob.team platform. Rob.team. Also, all content in that platform is recorded, and if you ever miss any lives, it all goes in the platform. We also have quarterly meetups. So I've got an event for only my subscribers called Mindset and Money. And get this, I've got someone worth £700 million as the keynote speaker. I've got someone worth £100 million as the keynote speaker. Um, so when you add us three together, that's more, more than a billion in net worth. And only my Rob.team members get access to this, and you actually get access to it for free as long as we have a place availability. So you get that as a Rob.team member as well. So go right now to Rob.team. I'll R-O-B dot T-E-A-M. Um, it's obviously a global package, i.e., um, you can tune in anywhere in the world because it's all online other than the, um, face-to-face quarterly events. Um, I'm also about 4 times a year doing a Make Cash Challenge. So someone who just did our recent Make Cash Challenge raised £300,000, someone else did £35,000, someone else £20-something thousand pounds. So I do that once a quarter as well. And all of this, it's not free on social media, it's paid for. But if you're a Rob.team member, which is just £5 or something like that, dollars a month— Victoria says she's just joined, she's looking forward to the Mindset and Money event. So let me know in the comments if you've joined, or let me know in the back channel if you've joined. Um, now I, I'm not— this is not new. So some of you who maybe don't know me that well, I was one of the first 60 people in the whole world to be given the subscription platform on Facebook. And if you go to rob.team, that's— you can either join on Facebook or you can join on my own platform. I actually got a team of developers to build out my own platform. I also do Ask Me Anything lives every 2 weeks, and the only place you can get access to asking me questions is on the rob.team platform. There's loads of other benefits. I don't want to actually mention it anymore because I think, you know, if you're in, you're in. I don't think I need to um, you know, push it anymore. But if you go to the page rob.team, you can see all the benefits there. So go there right now. And what you can also do is you can either join on Facebook if you use Facebook a lot, on the left-hand side about halfway down, or you can join on the right-hand side and you can join my own platform. Men has just joined as well. Um, Christopher has just joined. So I can see quite a lot of people joining right now. Um, getting, getting quick because, um, when we do these challenges, the 10X Your Following Challenge, the Make Cash Challenge, there is a, um, a limited number of places. On the Mindset and Money event, we only have, um, 75 places, and I have nearly 4,000 members. So go right now to rob.team and go and join and come and join the community of thousands of other people who are making waves and making a difference. Now I want to thank you for being in this room, whether you're listening in or whether you are watching on the live. I'm going to say thanks and goodbye to everyone on the Facebook Live.
