In this monologue, Rob Moore argues that Elon Musk has "betrayed" the United States by stepping down from his role as head of the Department of Government Efficiency (DOJ). He presents both critics' and fans' perspectives, noting that Musk’s support for Donald Trump and far‑right figures alienated many, and that his brief tenure allegedly failed to reduce government waste despite claims of saving $150 billion. Moore then pivots to a broader critique of the UK Labour Party, accusing its leaders of lacking any business experience and of allowing massive fiscal waste—estimated at 15‑20 % of the national budget. He contends that the national economy functions like a business and therefore needs entrepreneurs in government to improve efficiency. To address this, Moore promotes a new three‑part live Zoom series (hosted at robmoore.live/sunday) aimed at teaching aspiring entrepreneurs how to scale from zero to six‑figure revenue, from six to seven figures, and ultimately to £10 million liquid assets. He outlines two proprietary frameworks—the "5 M's" for the 0‑to‑6‑figure stage and the "5 P's" for the 6‑to‑7‑figure stage—drawing on 20 years of experience and $250 million in sales. The series includes live Q&A, no recordings for non‑members, and is positioned as a catalyst for personal financial freedom that will, in turn, drive economic growth and force Labour to heed entrepreneurial advice.
Chapters
Elon Musk betrays US government. So both fans and critics of Elon Musk are saying he's betrayed the US government. Now, they usually don't agree with each other, but because of his vast support of Donald Trump, uh, Tesla has taken quite a big hit. And for many years it seemed like everyone loved Elon Musk, and it seemed like his personal brand was the most powerful thing that built Tesla to be the biggest car company in the world. It doesn't make anywhere near as many cars as Toyota, but who knows the founder of Toyota? No one. Toyota does not have a personal brand. Elon Musk does, and he absolutely blew Tesla up to be the biggest car brand in the world, even though it's a little baby in comparison. And so it looked like this was the perfect way to blow up a business. But then he supported Donald Trump, so he started to get millions of haters, obviously mostly from the left, which I guess he wasn't used to. Then he started supporting quite far-right people, which I guess again his fans weren't used to. And then he campaigned for Trump and took over as the head of Department of Government Efficiency, or DOJ. And he's pulled out of that now. And I think it's really, I think it's more than a shame, I think it's a travesty that that he's pulled out of working with the American government. And his critics are saying that he came in, he shook everything up, made out that the government was spending money really badly, and then left it in a worse state. And he didn't really touch the sides and he didn't have any impact. And his fans are saying, well, why have you come in and then started to get the costs down, which is what we really need in the government. And now you're leaving us high and dry. I think he reckoned he'd saved over $150 billion. I personally feel that the US government needs someone like Elon Musk, who is a true entrepreneur, who's got real-world experience managing billions or even trillions. Which a national economy is. And like in the UK, for example, we've got the 5 top members of Labour have never run a business. I mean, it's an absolute joke. And I was hoping that the doge that Elon Musk was leading in the US, and seeing all these costs getting stripped out and all this wastage getting removed. I was hoping that that would filter down to the UK and there'd be a UK version of Doge. In fact, a friend of mine has kind of started it, but I think it's going to take a lot to get momentum. So in reality, Elon Musk probably has betrayed the US people, whether you're a critic or a fan of his. And I believe he's done it because he needs to go and sort Tesla out, because Tesla's in quite a lot of trouble. And I think it's a shame, and it would be really good to see him back. It would be really good to see the UK follow suit. We are absolutely heinously wasteful in the UK government. I know things that I can't say publicly of the ridiculous amounts of money that is wasted in local councils and nationally. And we waste We probably waste 150 billion out of the 1.2. We probably waste 15% of the spend, maybe 20%. I think it's what, we're over a trillion of national economy. I think maybe 1.2. We're wasting in the hundreds of billions, hundreds of billions. And that's a shame. Now, a national economy is like a business. It is a business. And this is why we need business people running our country, or at least involved in running our country. And this is why Labour are doing a terrible job. Because they don't know how to run an economy because they've never even run their own economy. And they've never even run a local sweet shop, let alone a fucking trillion-dollar company. It's madness. So that's everything that's wrong with the UK. And the only way that changes is when entrepreneurs step up and build businesses to grow the economy. And then as these entrepreneurs get bigger, the government take their support, their guidance, and their advice. As much as I've moaned about Labour and the current state of the UK and the economy, I would absolutely serve the UK. And if Labour asked for my help and advice and guidance and suggestion, I would absolutely give it. And I know that all my multimillionaire and billionaire entrepreneurial friends, they would do exactly the same. Exactly. So it's all there on a plate ready for them. But really, you can't change the economy, you can only change your economy. No leader or party is ever going to help you. They might make a few rules for or against you. The only way you can get yourself out of this massive inflation, massive taxation, is to help yourself. It's the only way. And I'm doing something brand new for the first time ever. I'm doing a 3-part series to take you through the stages. It's going to be on Zoom. I usually only do my Zooms for my Money.School members, but I'm inviting you here in this community. So the first session coming this Sunday is going to be how to go from zero to six figures fast. Start your business or get it up to the six figures a year. I've got a five-step framework for this, and I achieved this 20 years ago, and I've reverse engineered it back. Then the second Sunday session I'm going to do for you is how to go from 6 to 7 figures. Now that's a different game. What you have to go do to go from 6 to 7 is different from what you have to go do to go from 0 to 6. So my 0 to 6 framework is my 5 M's. My 6 to 7 framework, 6 to 7 figures framework, is my 5 P's. Now that'll be the second session. Then the third session, you're going to love this, TML, how to get to 10 million liquid. Because 10 million liquid is the new million. A million is no longer enough with inflation, especially if you're quite young. And with how much everything costs. So if you'd love this 3-part series, brand new, never done before, I don't think anyone's ever done anything like this, and I'm reverse engineering 20 years' experience here, the link is robmoore.live/sunday. Rob Moore, dot live, forward slash Sunday. So I've decided to open this up to not just My Money Dot School members, I won't offer it to my whole community, But if you want to go from 0 to 6, 6 to 7, 7 to 8 figures and you want to know 20 years of experience, quarter of a billion of sales of experience reverse engineered in simple frameworks with live Q&As, live recorded, no AI, then go to robmoore.live/sunday. Now, a quick note is there'll be no recordings and no replays unless you are a member of money.school. And it's this Sunday, next Sunday, and the Sunday after, and they all link together and it's all like a journey upwards. Because if I can help you become entrepreneurial and you make money, then we can help grow the economy. Then as we grow the economy, Labour will have to listen to us. They might take some advice from us who are doing well. And then, and then there'll be this virtuous cycle where the economy will grow. The only way the economy is going to grow is if entrepreneurs are allowed to be entrepreneurs. And despite everyone leaving the UK, despite how difficult it is now compared to previous regimes to make money and be an entrepreneur, it is still a great place to run a business. It's still a great place to start a business. The legal system is still pretty good in your favor. There's still lots of tax breaks, and there's still great business models that you can run in the UK, but they're global revenue streams. And I'm going to cover all of this. You can do this with less staff now. You can do this with more systems, with more AI. It's all going to be in this 3-part series, brand new. Don't think anyone's ever done anything like this. So to register, just go to the link, robmoore.live/sunday, robmoore.live/sunday, 3-part series. Looking forward to sharing it with you. I'll do a live Q&A as well at the start and the end. And the best way to change this country is to get yourself financially free first. And you've got to fight the country to get financially free. Then once you're financially free and fluid and you've gone through the different levels, the 0 to 6, 6 to 7, and 7 to 8, then you can start helping the country, which is obviously what I'm trying to do. And look at this. This helicopter just landed, an air ambulance. Here in the middle of Peterborough where I live. Random. So the link is robmoore.life/sunday. I'll see you there. What do you think about Elon Musk stepping down in Doge? What do you think? He's betrayed— critics say he came in, made a mess, and left, and he's betrayed the country. Fans say he came in, he did some good, he's left, and we need more of him. What do you think? Let me know in the comments, and I'll see you on these 3-part series. By the way, when you register once on robmoore.live/sunday that auto-registers you for all 3 of the series, and you'll see what I'm going to cover if you go to the link robmoore.live/sunday. See you there. I wonder if you can guess what day the series is on.
