Elon Musk's net worth dropped $170 billion mostly because Tesla's stock fell, not Twitter. Amazon and Meta lost huge valuations too. The speaker says downturns create opportunities for entrepreneurs to start businesses with recurring income and build digital assets.

Elon Musk has lost $170 billion from his peak net worth. He's lost $100 billion in 2022. He lost nearly $9 billion in one day. So many people would be worried if they lost Ā£170 in the heating crisis, and Elon Musk has lost $170 $1 billion. Can you guess why that is? There's actually one main reason. It's not Twitter, um, and I'll tell you that in a minute. But there's a couple of reasons that I'm doing this quick video. I'll keep you, um, not too long. Number one is everyone thinks that this financial crisis is only for the working and middle class. It's actually for the entire planet. Amazon were the first company to lose a trillion Elon Musk must be the first person to lose $100 billion in a year. Facebook lost, what, 13,000 staff? Some of theseā well, most of the big tech companies are really struggling. Now, many people, especially some of you who watch my videos, are a bit pissed off with big tech companies. You think they have a monopoly. You think that the uber-rich aren't taxed enough and they get away with it and they have too much political influence. Well, the world usually corrects these things. Let's trust Mother Nature that it's smarter than us. And, um, I think these are the big signs of a huge recession or depression that's coming. It's not doom-mongering because I think it's going to offer big opportunity. So have you guessed the main reason why Elon Musk is down $100 billion this year, $9 billion in one day, and $170 billion since his peak. Do you know, at one point he was worth $340 billion, and now he's at $170 billion. Um, the reason is because of the drop in Tesla stock. You know, the shares in Tesla, he has about 15%. Uh, and yeah, their shares have taken a bit of a nosedive, as have many of the big tech companies. So, um, Some people might say, well, he's a bit distracted by Twitter. Um, the board of Mark Zuckerberg of Facebook and Meta said that really, they said they thought he was distracted by Meta and should have focused on Facebook and Instagram and social media. Uh, and now he's kind of backtracking somewhat on his strategy. Has Elon Musk distracted himself with Twitter? Personally, I think Twitter needed someone like Elon Musk. I think Twitter was a cancer from the inside out. It was too extreme woke left. And too cancel culture driven. And him coming in and clearing it out and changing it and letting a lot of people back on and letting rid of a lot of the entitled staff, I think that shake-up is really needed. Some people think it's the death of Twitter. Well, I think Twitterā I think Twitter died many years ago, so I don't think it could get any worse. I think he's likely to improve it. Let's see. So what's the lesson in this? What's the lesson in Amazon losing a trillion dollars of value, Elon Musk losing $170 billion since his peak net worth, and all the big companies struggling and making massive redundancies? Here are the lessons. Number 1, you're never too big to fail. Remember that. Number 2 is actually these monopolies of Big Tech, Facebook, social media, etc. You know, these big companies like Google and Amazon that had basically monopolies. Well, those monopolies areā if you're going to call them monopoliesā are being broken up. So the element of competition, the element of David being able to compete with Goliath, is here and now. And I'm a David, and you're probably a David. I'm certainly not an Elon Musk Goliath. Now look, I don't get any pleasure in anyone else's misery, even my haters. But Mother Nature will do its thing, the economy will do its thing, and so it will correct companies that have got too big or industries that need disrupting. This will naturally happen. So actually, you're going to be able to get into markets quicker, probably be more viable for you to get into e-commerce, more viable for you to get into social media, more viable for you to get into information, more viable for you to build an internet business. So actually, there are great opportunities, and as this recession turns into a depression, which I really believe will happen, then you might be able to buy companies cheap. You might be able to start in a new industry that all of a sudden is born out of the chaos, because from the chaos comes order. So there's actually a really, really, really great opportunity right now if you have good financial education and knowledge. You know how to make, manage, and multiply money. Is he taking on a bit too much, or did Twitter need Elon Musk? What do you think of these big Goliath companies like Facebook and Amazon and Microsoft and Tesla all struggling?
