Elon Musk offers to Buy Twitter for more than $40BN!

In this opinion‑driven YouTube monologue, the host highlights Elon Musk’s recent $41 billion offer to purchase Twitter, framing it as a pivotal moment for free speech. He outlines Musk’s massive personal following, past actions (e.g., satellite internet for Ukraine), and self‑identification as a “free‑speech purist.” The speaker argues that Musk’s ownership could transform Twitter into a truly open platform, potentially reinstating banned figures like Donald Trump and forcing other social‑media giants to loosen moderation. He critiques big‑tech censorship, algorithmic manipulation, and the influence of mainstream media, urging viewers to support disruption, decentralization, and a shift toward less‑controlled discourse. Throughout, he calls for audience engagement (comments, shares) and warns that without risk‑taking, existing power structures will persist.

So breaking news, Elon Musk has just offered to buy Twitter for $41 billion. What is this man up to? Someone said to me yesterday, who owns the world? Who runs the world? Is it BlackRock? Is it Vanguard? Is it the Illuminati? Is it Rothschilds? No, it's Elon Musk. Elon Musk runs the world, man. That guy, everything he touches, it is wildly viral, it is sensational, it is newsworthy, it impacts millions of people. Anyway, let me know what you think. Elon Musk is literally— breaking news right now— just offered to pay something like nearly $40 a share. I think you, you can see the news, but but, um, $41 billion he's offered to buy Twitter. Now, I knew he was up to something. So I don't know if you've been tracking this news, um, but first off, before I talk about the news and what's just happened now, Elon Musk has what, 60-odd million followers on Twitter? He's got one of the biggest, if not the biggest, Twitter accounts in the world, and literally he can control the world with his Twitter. The SEC are often after him, um, for controlling and manipulating share prices. And you know, if he promotes a crypto, even just says he's interested in it, that'll pump. And if he says he's not interested in it, that'll dump. His Twitter polls, he's, um, well, even on Twitter, he criticizes Twitter on Twitter. So what do you think about this news, by the way? So he bought something like 9.5% of Twitter, and I thought, hmm, is he going for a takeover here, a hostile takeover? Because he's clearly a supporter of free speech. I think he called himself a free speech purist. He gave satellite internet connection to Ukraine. Many governments were asking him to use that to restrict information access to Russia, and he said, no, sorry, I'm a freedom of speech purist. So I really like that he's a freedom of speech purist. And then on Twitter, he starts criticizing Twitter. Are Twitter really a free speech platform? Well, of course they're not, because they banned Donald Trump. And no big tech social media platform is purely and fully free speech. And clearly Elon Musk is a proponent of free speech, and we need more people like that, I believe. So then he buys up a load of shares in Twitter, which smashes the price up, which makes him like $150 million profit, like almost overnight. I mean, everything the guy touches turns to gold. And then I think, hmm, is he going for a hostile takeover? Then he says he's going to be on the board. Then he says he's not going to be on the board. What, conflict of interest or whatever? And I thought, he's up to something here. He wants Twitter and now he's offered to buy the entire company. Wow, this is big news. What would happen on Twitter if Elon Musk owned Twitter? What would happen to social media and freedom of speech if Elon Musk owned one of the biggest social media platforms in the world? I just gotta say, I think there'd be a lot of upsides if he makes Twitter a pure free speech platform, you know, so the algorithm's not cutting out COVID lockdown, Putin, Ukraine, Russia, and it's not censoring you and canceling you and deplatforming you. Then do all the other social media channels then have to follow suit? Because will people leave the big tech social media channels that aren't fully free speech? Would he, for example, bring Donald Trump straight back? He'd have to. He'd have to let Donald Trump have his account back. So yeah, Spencer just said he'd absolutely smash mainstream media censorship that's controlling our lives. This is one of the reasons why I think it's huge news, and I think it's really good news. If any other billionaire was looking to buy Twitter, whatever. But because it's Elon Musk, who is a free speech purist from what I can see studying and watching him and following him, If he owned Twitter and Twitter became the first full, pure free speech platform— even if you don't agree with me, you can have your freedom of speech as long as it doesn't, I guess, incite violence and abuse. There has to be some rules, of course. Full, full free speech actually, I don't think should be the thing. I should not be able to abuse you, manipulate you, uh, and, um, bully and create harm to you with my words. But of course, where that line is, who knows anyway. For another life. So Elon Musk just offered to buy Twitter for $41-odd billion. And look, it seems that we're all agreeing on this. By the way, hit the share button because this is huge news and it's literally just broken. As you can see, I've stopped the car. It's huge news. Mainstream media has too much control. Big Tech censors us, it cancels us, it shadowbans us. The algorithms like train us to create content that it wants to create if we want to get any reach. And if we don't want to play the algorithm game, then we don't get any reach, and therefore we're being manipulated. Now look, I understand, um, your room, your platform, your rules. So, you know, I've got to play by the rules of Facebook and YouTube on their platforms, and to some degree I respect that. But in other regards, We are losing our ability to speak freely, to be open, to challenge government, mainstream media, and share our opinions without them being edited, policed, and without us being canceled or deplatformed or banned. And we have to be very careful if we allow that to happen too much. Because we give all these big tech and social media platforms power and control. They can manipulate governmental decision and intervention. They can manipulate voting. You know, when there's some big political stuff going on, do you know what you see in your feed? Is it truly balanced? So it's going to take someone to disrupt. And now I thought it might be a new social media platform. I thought someone might build a new freedom of speech platform, you know, like there's Rumble, for example. But It's a much smarter play to buy one and change the rules. And Twitter's one of the biggest ones, so this is freaking exciting and very smart. So I'll put some money in. I'll give you a tenner, Elon. I'm in. Let me know what you think about Elon Musk, um, making an offer for $41 billion to buy Twitter. Do you think it's a good thing? Would you support it? He says he's a, um, a purist of free speech. We need more free speech and upholding the values of free speech. Within mainstream media and within social media and within big tech, and it needs to be disrupted, in my opinion. Let me know what you think. Let's have a chat in the comments. Hit the share button. This is vital. This affects us all, because if you cannot express, express yourself freely, you have no freedom of speech and you have no freedom. And how do you know the information in the media that you're consuming is accurate? And it's not just that it's one-sided, it's biased for political an economic gain, and we should push against that and fight against that. Ryder said he'll use the platform to promote crypto. Well, I mean, he'll be able to promote what he wants on his own Twitter. But yeah, do you think he's got any ulterior motives? Because honestly, when he initially bought quite a big share, I thought he's up to something, he's trying to take this over. And then I thought, nah, he's not going to do a hostile takeover, you know, that's things for movies. And then he was going to be on the board, and then he wasn't. And now he's just offered to buy the whole thing, the whole company, $41 billion. Whoa! Yeah, a lot of people think this is good news. Let me know what you think in the comments. Hit the share button. And remember, if you don't risk anything, you risk everything. Let's disrupt mainstream media. Let's disrupt big tech. Let's disrupt mainstream social media. Let's push for more decentralization. Let's push for more freedom of speech. We need to get rid of this cancel, deplatform, banning, and shadow banning culture and too much control of the algorithms. Because we need to have open and balanced information. Thanks for tuning in. Hit the share button, and remember, if you don't risk anything, you risk everything.
