In this YouTube monologue, Rob Moore reports that a growing number of highâprofile economic figuresâincluding Elon Musk, Warren Buffett, Ray Dalio, and CEOs of BlackRock and Lloydsâare warning of an imminent, potentially larger-thanâ2008 recession. He outlines three to four primary catalysts: recordâhigh national and personal debt, rapidly rising interest rates that are shifting millions of mortgages from lowârate fixed to highârate variable terms, and ongoing geopolitical conflicts (IsraelâHamas, UkraineâRussia) that add fiscal strain. Moore argues that these forces create a "perfect storm" that will likely trigger a housing market correction lasting until at least 2025, especially in the UK and US. While acknowledging the severe impact on ordinary people, he frames the downturn as an opportunity for entrepreneurial investors to amass wealth through realâestate, citing his own experience of becoming a millionaire during the last recession. The video concludes with a strong promotional push for his paid platform, Rob.team, offering propertyâinvestment masterclasses and a membership model designed to help viewers profit from the predicted crash.

Elon Musk has just warned that he believes there's a big recession coming. There are 10 other big economic experts in the US that have warned there's a big recession coming, and there are about 3 main reasons, maybe 4, that these top experts are predicting a big recession coming. So first thing, I'd like to ask you a question in the comments, which is, do you think that there is a recession coming? Just put yes or no to a recession coming in the comments. And then the next thing is, do you think it's going to be a big one? Do you think it's going to be as big, if not bigger, than the last one of 2008? Um, because I am seeing more and more big experts, big firms, big, big banksâ Lloyds, BlackRockâ there's some big names coming out and saying that they think that there's a big recession coming. Now, um, look, Every upside has a downside, every downside has an upside. I'm just reporting on what the experts are saying and also what I believe will happen. You can take this as bad, you can take this as good. If you're an opportunistic entrepreneur, if you want to become a landlord and create personal wealth, this upcoming recession could actually make you a millionaire. Because more millionaires are made in recessions than are economic boom times. But of course there's going to be blood on the streets and there's going to be unfortunately ordinary people who are going to suffer. I would love that not to happen, but I don't control or create the market. I can only react to the market. I can create my market and react to the market. So, um, let me share a few insights that I've just recently read up on. So the first thing is Elon Musk has come out and said he thinks a big recession is coming. He admitted he can't predict the future, nor can I. Warren Buffett says he cannot time the market. He can't say, for example, when a recession or correction will be, but he can say that it will happen. You know, the general economic cycle might be 15 or 17 years. Well, we're in about the 15th year since the last one. So you could say in general cyclical economic terms, Maybe we're due one. Ray Dalio came out and said we've got to be careful. The CEO of BlackRock came out and said there's one factor he thinks could cause a global recession, as did Lloyds. Lloyds have predicted that the property prices are going to drop until 2025. So this isn't really just hearsay anymore. Anyway, here are the 3 to 4 main factors that people are citing that could cause a big recession. So the first one is the huge national and personal debt. So personal debt levels are on the rise. National debt levels are at record levels. The UK is what, 3, over 3 trillion now. The US just increased their debt ceiling. The point of a debt ceiling is that you don't go above the debt ceiling. But instead of thinking, oh, we can't go above that debt ceiling, they just keep putting the ceiling up. By the way, I'm not driving. I'd be driving with my third arm. I'd be a magician if that was the case. I'm not driving. Always do live safely. Okay, now, um, the next one is the rising interest rates and the speed at which they're rising. So, um, interest rates were, I believe, artificially low for, I believe, artificially long, i.e., 10 to 12 years. Rates were near zero, which suppressed banks going bust from the last recession probably overly protected them, and probably it's going to be a factor that could cause an even bigger one. Um, if you think about it, there's a whole generation who think that interest rates are normal at 0%, who thinks that, you know, an interest rate on a mortgage is 2%. Well, do you know a million mortgages came off the fixed rate to the variable rate in September alone. There's millions more to come, and many of those people went from paying 2% on their interest to 7% and 8% on their interest, a doubling and tripling of their mortgage repayments. So this massive personal debt that's all going to come out in the wash, and of course this massive national debtâ massive national debt means more inflation, more money printing. It means lower quality of life, higher lower relative affordability. Our relative affordability is the lowest since the Second World War. So this is all creating this, unfortunately, what you'd call a perfect storm. And then the other big one that a lot of experts are citing is, um, the conflicts, the wars going on. So Israel, Hamas, Ukraine, Russia, and the CEO of BlackRock came out and said that basically we're getting global terrorism now. You've had the CEO of JP Morgan, you've had Ray Dalio, you've had the CEO of Goldman Sachs all coming out and citing these factors as a potential big recession. And of course, these wars cost billions, if not trillions, and they have massive long-term impacts. Lloyds have come out and said 2025 at least, the housing correction's gonna last until. Now there's a bit of irony in this 'cause BlackRock will want to be big property owners in America, Lloyds want to be big property owners in the UK. In fact, Lloyds want to be the biggest private landlord. And so actually they're going to benefit from this crash and recession in many ways. And if you'd like to benefit in this crash and recession, you need to learn to react like BlackRock and like Lloyds. Play BlackRock, Vanguard, and Lloyds at their own game. Play the banks at their own games. Now you can't cause a recession. Your morals and values are probably better than the big corporate powerhouses, that are involved in causing the recession, but you can respond and react to build personal wealth. So if you'd like to build personal wealth and react and respond well to the upcoming housing crash that BlackRock and Lloyds are predicting, join Rob.team.
