Elon Musk’s DOGE Launches in the U.K

In this video Rob Moore reacts with unexpected enthusiasm to a reported UK Labour government proposal to offer generous redundancy packages to high‑paid, low‑productivity civil servants and to introduce performance‑based pay for the civil service. He frames the idea as being inspired by Elon Musk and Donald Trump, praising the move as a rare positive step from Labour. Moore then expands the discussion to a broader philosophy of using penalty‑reward systems to drive personal and professional success, urging viewers to start their own side‑hustles or companies. He links this entrepreneurial approach to tax efficiency, promoting his own platform, Rob.team, and a newly released eight‑hour "Tax Savers" masterclass priced at roughly £0.20 per day. Throughout, he criticises UK bureaucracy, high taxes, and the current Labour administration’s fiscal policies while repeatedly praising Musk’s influence and urging viewers to join his platform for financial freedom.

Wow, Elon Musk's version of Doge could be launched in the UK. Now, you've heard me moan and complain and spit and rant about the UK government, about Labour, and this might shock you. The first positive thing— I'm a— I don't, I don't remember the last time I said something positive about Labour. Hallelujah, here it comes. Maybe there's hope for humanity yet. So, um, an initiative could be launched in the UK to, number one, pay off civil servants to quit. Now, do you remember this is what Trump and Elon Musk did? They sent an email to all the government workers saying, we'll pay you— I think it was 7 months redundancy. Which is generous, just reply resign. And they essentially gave a lot of these highly paid but unproductive civil servants, they gave them a get out of jail free card to reduce the number of employees in government. Because governments across the world, certainly in the UK and the US, there's too many civil servants, they're paid too much money, Things take too long. There's red tape, there's bureaucracy, there's wastage. It's heinous across, certainly in the UK. And Trump and Musk offered the expensive lazy ones a way out. And it looks like the UK government are doing the same thing. They are offering highly paid civil servants away to quit. They'll probably have to pay them a load of redundancy money, which of course is on us, our tax bill. But step one, hallelujah. Halle-fucking-lujah. Goodness knows how many hundreds of thousands of civil servants— like, there's the DEI role. There's a role in the NHS where someone is just responsible for diversity, equity, and inclusion. They're paid £90,000 a year They're paid £90,000 a year to not hire the best. It's ridiculous. Get fucking rid. Anyway, so I did say that I thought some of what Musk and Trump are doing in the US may filter down into the UK. This is not the sort of thing Labour normally do. They normally love loads of civil servants earning loads of money, taking it from the rich. And giving it to themselves. Hallelujah. So that's the first thing. And then the second thing, which I can't believe Labour are doing this, and by the way, I'll believe it when I see it, but this is brilliant. They're offering incentives, rewards, incentive-based pay for civil servants. Hallelujah. Because here's what happens in current government. We get taxed about a trillion or more. It goes to civil servants. It's not their money. And then they're like, oh yeah, you can have it. Yeah, you can have it. And if they waste it, there's no penalty. But if they invest or spend it wisely, there's no reward. And the penalty-reward system fundamentally is proven to work in humanity. It works with dogs. It works with children. It works with adults. Here's a penalty if you don't perform. Here's a reward if you do. I mean, it's just basic human nature. And so now the government are proposing that these highly paid civil servants are going to get reward-based pay. I actually think they should have reward-based pay, i.e., if they invest under budget, for example, if they reduce NHS waiting times, they should get paid a commission. If they reduce crime, they should get paid a commission, and the more they reduce waiting times and crime, the more of a reward they get. Oh, and if waiting times in the NHS go up, or if crime goes up, you get fired or fined. Because we get fired or fined by government and police and everything else if we don't toe the line, and so should they. I cannot believe I'm doing this video. This is the first sign of positivity from Labour that I've had, and therefore I want to give a kudos and shout out. I just hope they implement it. So if you're just tuning in, I am floored. This is the first positive about Labour post you've seen me do, and that is that Labour are proposing, the government are proposing to lay off or make redundant expensive civil servants who aren't productive and to do incentive-based pay for these civil servants, you know, the people that are supposed to run and implement our government strategies and invest our taxpayer money. Hallelujah. I just like, fingers crossed, toes crossed. Thank you, Elon Musk. Let's see. Now, this reminds me that you should be doing this for you too. So do you have incentives and rewards when you make more money or you become successful and productive, whether it's from your employer or whether it's something you do for yourself? And/or do you have penalties for apathy, laziness, or failure? Now, I guess you're not just going to penalise yourself, but you could reward yourself. But I think if you set up an environment where when you succeed, you earn and you win, I think this is how you can become successful and make money. And the single best way to do this is to own a company. So even if it's just a side hustle, let's say you're employed. I mean, if you're employed, you can go to your boss, you can ask for a commission, you can suggest ways that the company can make more money. You can ask for your share of that. If they absolutely have none of that, maybe you're in the wrong company. But I think, well, the best way to do this is to own a company, even if it's a side hustle. 'Cause when you own a company, if you succeed and do well, i.e., you get your tax bill down and you earn more income, you make more money. When you don't succeed, you don't make any money. It's as binary and as simple as that. And that's one of the reasons why I love owning a company. So let me ask you this. Have you thought about starting a company? Have you started your side hustle yet? It costs less than 50 quid or dollars to start your own side hustle. And are you on a penalty incentive-based system? Because you should be, because all humans are driven by moving away from pain and moving towards pleasure. And penalty, reward, stick, carrot. We're all motivated by this. Now, what it used to be was that you made money, you got a reward. Now, it's you make money, you pay loads in tax, you get penalized. It's just the way the world's changed because tax is so high in the UK. So another way for you to get reward is to get your tax bill down, not just your income streams up. And this is absolutely vital. And this is why the government have tax breaks. The government have tax breaks because they need to reward you for the risk. But right now, because they're broke, they're penalising you for being successful because they are broke. So the incentives are all wrong. So you need to change the incentives. Here's how you change the incentives. Step 1, start a company. Step 2, go make some side hustle money or scale up your existing company. Step 3, get your tax bill down and reward yourself for being smart with tax strategies and knowledge for getting a good accountant. Because Mark, my business partner, worked out with corporation tax and income tax, or dividend tax for us, it's about 63%. So we, we make £100, we're left with £37. Whereas if we get a good accountant, which we have, and we get our tax bill down, we might be able to halve that tax and we keep half that money. This is why for the first time ever on rob.team, I've just put up a brand new 8-hour tax savers masterclass. So if you'd love not just to make money but keep it, not just to earn money but save the tax, knowing the 12 main ways to get your tax bill down that are actually allowable by, um, the revenue, but just confusing and fear-based to kind of stop you because they need maximum tax money. If you want to learn the simple ways to get your tax bill down, therefore your income streams up, and you want more of a reward, not a penalty, for earning money, you need to join Rob.team. Rob.team is my digital financial freedom platform. To help you start and scale a business, make, manage, and multiply money, and build multiple streams of recurring income. It's my global financial school. Um, and just right now, for the first time ever, I mean, we've got nearly 11,000 members. We've been going over a decade in rob.team, but for the first time ever, there's an 8-hour deep dive tax savers masterclass launched for people who are starting or scaling a business, simplified the 12 main ways that you can save tax. That the Inland Revenue incentivize you to do. It's not schemes, it's not moving abroad, it's not trusts, it's not complicated shit. You need bloody good lawyers for that, and it's gray. It's just black or white. This can save tax, this can save tax, this can save tax, this can save tax. A lot of stuff that you should know but you don't. So the link to join rob.team is rob.team. So go join right now. It's 20 pence a day. I mean, it's virtually free. I've spent more on coffee today than you have to pay for a month. It's half the price of Netflix. You can cancel anytime, so there's no risk. And in fact, you could join, listen to, download the hundreds of hours of courses, resources, and masterclasses. And then if you catch up and you've done it all, if you want, you can cancel. Um, I just want it to be valuable to you. Costs virtually nothing. Now look, I can't give this tax-saving information for free. Of course I can't. It's too valuable. And by the way, I probably will take it out because tax changes all the time and I don't want it to go out of date and look bad. So you need to get yourself in there right now and gobble it all up. Um, we did it live and now it's recorded and all modules are live inside Rob.team. The link is Rob.team. Rob.team. I have never before offered tax saving strategies and tactics for just, um, 20 pence a day. Normally you pay in £1,000 plus, um, for our Tax Saving Masterclass. So go and get it right now. There's also, like I said, hundreds of hours of courses, resources, masterclasses to make, manage, and multiply money. It used to be about making money, now it's about keeping what you make because of how high taxes become and how broke the governments are, and the fact that we have essentially a quite far-left socialist party in power, which is why I'm so pleasantly surprised that the news that I've just seen, that the government are looking into basically laying off expensive civil servants who aren't productive. Hallelujah Elon Musk for giving them that idea. And then they're looking at incentive-based pay for civil servants, i.e., they invest the money, tax money, well, they get a bonus. I think this should be the case. But also if they waste it, they get fucking fired. Hallelujah Elon Musk. I was waiting for this to trickle down to the UK. I didn't think Labour would go for any of it. It looks like maybe they are. So, Keir Starmer, hallelujah! I support this initiative. Be bold, be brave, do this, um, and I think you'll get the support of a lot of people in the UK. Because the problem right now with when governments get so big, there's too much regulation, there's too much intervention, there's too much red tape, there's too much bureaucracy. And most— a load of you— not most, but a load of your tax money just goes on paying them and slowing things down. We need to get rid of all that. We need to be lean, agile. So let me know what you think about this initiative that the UK government may be modeling Doge and laying off unproductive civil servants, incentivizing, um, you know, well-invested money within the civil service. I think these senior politicians should be paid more, but they should be held to account. And make sure you join rob.team because for the first time ever I've got this 8-hour tax saving masterclass from a brilliant accountant. I've got two accountants, they've saved us millions of pounds. They've gone through the tax code, the thousands of pages. They know the law probably better than HMRC. They know what's offsettable. They know where you can save money. And most people who I know aren't even doing the basics and they're just wasting money on tax just through fear or ignorance. Fear and ignorance are expensive. Natasha said Rob.team is a brilliant platform to gain the best financial knowledge, invest in yourself. Really appreciate you, Natasha. As you know and remember, if you don't risk anything, you risk everything. I'll see you in Rob.team. The link is Rob.team. As soon as the tax laws change, I'm going to have to take this content down. Obviously I don't want it to go out of date, so get yourself in there now.
