Everything That Is Wrong With The UK

Rob Moore criticises UK taxes, government waste, and DEI policies, claiming he was shadow-banned for COVID commentary. He credits a public-speaking course with earning him millions, and now sells a paid workshop teaching a five-step system to monetise speaking skills.

I was a coward, but now I'm speaking out. And if you look at what's going on in the world now with the breaking up of the massive wastage and spend in the US government, and, you know, the complete removal of DEI and the revealing of what might have ended up being a a scam regarding COVID lockdowns. It makes me feel some sense of being a coward, um, that I didn't speak up more about certain things that I thought were important and true. So I'm going to share what they are in this video, and look, you choose how much you speak out and what you speak out about. But nothing changes unless we speak out. And we all have to speak out. I'm going to give you a quick example. BBC TV licence. If every single one of us cancelled our BBC TV licence today, then the BBC would yield and bend And they would have to change their policy of bullshit fact-checking that isn't fact-checking and propaganda and whatever else goes on in the BBC and whoever else is funding them. But no one does because they're too scared. Or, oh, I might lose out on a bit of TV. And I think we have to start taking responsibility as individuals. Because Labour government, ridiculously high taxes, sending billions to Mauritius and Ukraine, like tens of billions, like £50 billion, yet not looking after our own OAPs in what is a very brutally cold winter. This to me, you know, I don't normally get this political, But if we disagree strongly with these things, we must not be cowards and we must speak out about these things. So when lockdown happened, I did speak out a lot about it, and then I got shadow banned, and then I got canceled on YouTube and this channel. And I stopped, or I slightly toned my message down. I would even say on a live, COVID and vaccines, because obviously I didn't want to get cancelled. Who does? You know, I reach you all here via this channel. I make my living via these channels. But now we're with the breaking up of what clearly has been, I mean, you know, the diversity, equity, inclusion. You know, I'm all up for inclusion, but I'm also all up for merit. And we need the best people in the best positions, regardless of where they're from. And now if you look at USAID and how that's funded all the media, and, you know, in the UK, asylum seekers are getting bought PlayStations. What? With taxpayer money. So it's all gone too far. And I think a lot of people are scared to speak out because they believe they will be cancelled, deplatformed, judged. I've seen people say, "I am disowning my friend because they support Trump," or, "I'm disowning my friend because they didn't take the vaccine." This is all nonsense. It's just all complete nonsense. So I think we need some common sense here. Here's the common sense. We're all allowed our opinion. I'm not going to disown a friend if they have a different opinion to me. I'm going to disown a friend if they rape and murder and pillage, but I'm not going to disown a friend if they have a different opinion with me. So why can't we start embracing different opinions And not disowning and cancelling and shadow banning and ridiculing and hating and trolling on people just because we don't have the same opinion. That's the first thing I think we all need to speak out about a bit more. The second thing is things that we do really think are wrong in the world. I think the soaring taxes are wrong. I think the control that the banks have over us is wrong. I think that the heinous wastage of hundreds of billions from the government is fucking wrong. And it's really important that we all speak up about it. And I'm admitting that I've been a coward in the sense that I haven't done it enough, even though I've done it a lot. So hopefully you might now take the lead too and speak out about the things that are wrong, that are clearly wrong. Um, some things were opinions and some things is clearly wrong. Now, um, this actually goes much deeper though, um, and by the way, I have spoken about this and I have suffered. Look at the, you know, look at how much my reach has been killed on this channel, um, it's ridiculous. And I knew I was getting censored and silenced and it was complete denial. And then Mark Zuckerberg came out and said, yeah, well, we're getting rid of fact-checking and you 'Yeah, we censored because we were told to by the government.' Um, it's some kind of bullshit. Now look, I also respect the fact that I'm on someone else's channel that someone else invested billions to build, so I get that. But let's just have a little bit more clarity. Like, these, these platforms do not tell us what we can and can't say. They keep it all opaque and vague. If I've said something wrong on this channel because the channel doesn't like it, because the channel doesn't stand for it, tell me and I can either leave or change my conversation. I respect that. Okay, so, but the fear and the cowardice goes deeper. In reality, I didn't speak out from ages 0 to 27 because I was scared of ridicule and I was scared of rejection. That's ultimately what it boils down to, and I think many people are the same. No one wants to be ridiculed, rejected, hated, trolled, ostracized. But in order to speak out about important things, often this has to happen. So it actually runs deep with our fundamental need to be liked, our fundamental need to not feel the embarrassment and shame of rejection. And that's actually the thing I would regard as the most cowardice in me over the years. And it was most prevalent until about age 27. And then age 27, I did a public speaking course. And this public speaking course really shook me up in a good way. I was shit scared, but we were in a safe environment with mentors. And we actually practiced speeches until we could deliver a 20-minute speech standing up with no notes. And that gave me the most courage in all other areas of my life. I would never approach a girl, and I started approaching. Well, actually, I did one approach to a girl, and I'm still married to her. So, and you know, I started pitching, you know, and I started selling and marketing and public speaking and doing content. And I can tell you for an absolute fact, my life is immeasurably better because I've faced the fear of speaking and rejection and ridicule and put myself out there. It's way more valuable than all the money I've made and even the properties and the businesses. The fact that if you can stand up and public speak or put— do content on lives or stand on a stage. By the way, I broke the world record for the longest speech. I've made tens of millions of pounds as a speaker. I made £1 million on one weekend. I got paid £32,000 for one speech. So actually, facing the fear of public rejection through public speaking has been the thing that then removed that what I might deem as cowardice or fear, and that's why I speak out a lot more about all the other things. So look, this is why this Sunday I'm doing a special one off Zoom on how to best monetize your time, how to get the highest return on your time invested, how to make the most money per hour because of the high taxes and the you know, the terrible economy right now. So I'm actually going to bring in an expert and we're gonna talk about how you can make 3 grand an hour, 10 grand an hour plus, like I did my first ever speech and made 3 grand in one speech, my first ever speech paid. And we're gonna show you how to do this. So the link to come and join this Zoom, I'll subsidize it for you. So you're a follower of mine, I appreciate you. If you just go to Rob Moore, robmoore.live/sunday. That's robmoore.live/sunday. If you'd like to make more money per hour, if you'd like to absolutely own your confidence, get rid of your fear of failure, rejection, and ridicule, and being judged, you'd like the one true skill that above all trumps in terms of revenue per hour, go and register on that Zoom. The link is robmoore.live/sunday. You could even be a failed politician and go make half a million pounds on a speech. That shows how good an industry it is. But maybe you've got a message inside you you want to monetize. Maybe you want to turn your content into cash flow, what you already know into cash flow, your ideas into income, your inspiration into income. If you'd like to do all of this I've been doing this for 18 years and it's been the biggest game changer in my life. I can tell you, out of everything I've done, 19 bestselling books, 345 properties, 250+ million in sales, far trumping all of that is what I learned and who I became getting into, you know, public speaking. And now public speaking has changed because it used to just be standing on a stage at an event in person, and now it's on lives and Zooms and Shorts and TikToks and YouTubes and podcasts. As well as live talk. So you really can't do without it in 2025. So the link to join, I'll subsidize it, you just have to get yourself there. It's online. I think you can guess what day it is by the link, robmoore.live/sunday. And on the link you can see the 5 things we'll cover. I've developed a system, a 5-step Pentagon system, which we'll share with you. I'm bringing in one of my guests, probably one of the best public speaking trainers in the UK. I'm bringing him I trained her 10 years— her anniversary is— and I trained her 10 years ago. She became a public speaker and became financially free. So the thing that removed my cowardice and gave me confidence was public speaking. Like Natasha said, it's been a game changer for me, and I'd like to invite it to be a game changer for you. And then you'll have the courage to stand up and speak out about things that are important to you in your business and to make money, but also the things that are important in life. And you won't fear the consequences because you know what you're doing is the right thing and you have the confidence to do it. So thanks for tuning in and I'll see you at robmoore.live/sunday.
