Ex PM Earns 5mil in 5 Months 😳 🤬

Rob Moore defends Boris Johnson earning £5 million in five months after leaving office, arguing the PM's salary of £84,144 is too low and former public figures should monetize their brand. Moore compares Johnson to Prince Harry and Andrew Tate, praising their ability to turn notoriety into revenue.

Ex-Prime Minister earns £5 million in 5 months. There is some outrage on the internet that ex-Prime Minister Boris Johnson has earned £5 million in earnings since September, October last year. £5 million in 5 months, a million a month as the ex-PM. I actually have a very different viewpoint on this. This is pissing and angering a lot of people, but my view is fair play. Do you know that the Prime Minister's salary is £84,144? I actually think that is nowhere near enough. How can a salary for being the leader of a country be £84,144? Take the tax off, you're talking £50 grand. Now look, I know some people aren't gonna like me saying this. All the expenses, the second homes, the donations. But that aside, that salary is measly for that job and that pressure, whether you like or not. How the Prime Minister runs the country. So if someone has built a career and given the sacrifice to become the Prime Minister, and then after that they can get paid millions in keynote speaking, and he got a £510,000 advance for his political memoirs, personally I say fair play. And all this anger and outrage on the internet, well, why don't those people Why don't they go and build a brand? And why don't they go and make some sacrifices? If you made some sacrifices for 30 or 40 years, regardless of whether people liked or disliked those sacrifices, I would say it's your prerogative and right to monetise your career afterwards. So Sharon has said here, he was the worst Prime Minister in my lifetime. Maybe he was, maybe he wasn't. I'm not really talking about his quality as a Prime Minister. I'm talking about everyone pissed off that he's now earning a decent amount of money when his salary as a Prime Minister was not much. Maybe if the salary for the Prime Minister was a lot more, we'd get better Prime Ministers. Revelation there. Oh, wait a minute though, it's public sector. So he earned £510,000 in an advance for his political memoirs. He got released £2.5 million from his speaker agency. He got a £1 million donation from a crypto businessperson and made nearly £5 million in 5 months after PM. So most of the world are going to be pissed off. I say fair play. And what about this? What about you learn from it? What about you think, okay, what's Boris done? He's built a following and a brand, if you like, and now he's monetising it. Let me ask you this. Would you turn down £2.5 million in speaker fees? Would you turn down a £510,000 advance for your future book? Your life story? No, you fucking wouldn't. And no, you fucking shouldn't. If you can get it, get it. I get it. Now, as long as it's valuable, here's the thing. Like, part of me thinks that, um, Harry's playing a smart game, Prince Harry, because he's making like more than $100 million from Netflix and Spotify and his book deal. But at the same time, where's the value, Harry? It's all just voyeurism. Where is prostitution of yourself and your family for money? Where's the value? I'm hoping that Boris's keynote speeches are good. I'm hoping that his memoirs are good. But if you offer something of value, it is your prerogative and your fair free market right to get paid for it and paid for it handsomely. And actually, you can learn from Andrew Tate, and you can learn from Prince Harry, and you can learn from Boris Johnson. You might not like the way they do it. You might not like the career that they're in. But what they've all done very well is getting paid millions in fact hundreds of millions for monetizing their personal brand. And the creator economy and this personal brand and monetizing your personal brand is a very new business model, and it's one of the best ways to make money because you can merge your passion into your profession. You can turn your content into cash flow, information into income, and what you already know into cash flow. You don't need staff, you don't need premises, you don't need stock, you don't need overhead. You just need what's in your head and then you put that out in the form of a book, a podcast, a YouTube channel, public speaking, etc. Exactly, Darren said they're monetizing their story. Like, if someone would pay you millions of pounds for your life story, would you monetize that? Now Billy has said, fuck off, Rob, fair play, he sold us out, you joker. He's not selling us out after his political career, he's selling himself. Um, now look, Billy, I'm not judging him on his political career, I probably don't think he was a very good Prime Minister at all, and I definitely don't think we should be locked down. I think you're missing the point here. The point here is you can build a brand, build a following, and turn that knowledge and that experience and that story into salary, that content into cash flow.
