Gold Hits All Time High (Crash Warning) ⛔️

Gold hit $2,800 per ounce, driven by a weak pound and high inflation since 2020. Rob Moore warns this peak signals an imminent broader market crash, citing Robert Kiyosaki's prediction and macro stressors like soaring property prices and loss of confidence in fiat currency. He argues property is superior to gold because it offers leverage and rental income alongside price appreciation.

Gold has just hit its all-time high price, $2,800 an ounce. So there's good and bad to this, and there is a bit of a crash warning, which I'll talk to you about in a moment, which smart investors know. And smart investors invest in gold hoping it doesn't go up in value. Which again sounds weird, but I'll explain. So when I started buying gold coins, I was buying 1-ounce Krugerrands for £700 an ounce. Now they've hit pretty much $2,800 an ounce. And with the pound very weak against the dollar, that's what, 350% increase in value in that time. Wow. What has money gone down by in that time? Probably cumulative halved or more. I mean, money's gone— inflation's gone up by 31%. So your spending power is down by 31% since lockdown 2020. Now, I don't know, 30 years ago, a gold coin would buy a bespoke tailored suit. Now, it will still buy a bespoke tailored suit. A standard one. But money back then, what was it, $20, $30 an ounce at one point? And now it's $2,800 an ounce. So what can $20 or $30 buy now? Not even a pair of socks. So yeah, I definitely am very glad I bought gold. And caveat, you should obviously take this as my experience and always do your own research. But normally, if an asset was at an all-time high, I might think, well, maybe it's time for the big correction. But the thing with gold is gold tends to go up when other assets tend to perform poorly, or inflation is very high, or there's currency issues or lack of trust in a fiat currency system. And that's what we've got right now. So, I would suggest that the trust in our money, our currency system is very low right now. And inflation is building up pace. It compounds in a sense that once your money goes down in value over a year, it'll never go back up, not unless we're in deflation, which is not likely to happen in the UK. You never know. So right now, gold at an all-time high price is probably an indicator that other assets are probably quite close to coming down or crashing. And real estate almost got to £300,000 average price in the UK. London's corrected hard but still could correct more. Overall, the prices in the UK are the highest they've ever been. The stock market has been growing at what, 10%, 12% for many years in certain funds. Bitcoin is at an all-time high, yet the economy is in a really bad way. Taxes are at an almost all-time high. Your spending power is at an all-time low since the Second World War. All this stuff is going on. Yeah, and Barclays, can't use Barclays at the moment. And the banks have control of all of your money. And it's just mad times. Feels like we're on the edge of a revolution. Feels like Labour are continuing what the Conservatives did to run the country into the ground. How many more indicators and factors do we need that a big crash is coming? Most of the millionaires and taxpayers either thinking about leaving the UK or already left the UK. Wow. I mean, look, a cycle usually lasts about 18 years because that's about the length of a generation where the new generation forgot all the issues from the last generation, among other factors, of course. And each cycle and correction and crash brings its new set of variables but follows probably standard fundamentals of fear and human emotion, bullishness and bearishness, and emotion driving the market more than the actual fundamental and financials. So Robert Kiyosaki reckons a crash is coming this month. Now, how anyone can time when, I'm not sure. But he's obviously pretty well known and his Rich Dad Poor Dad book sold 40-odd million copies. So I don't know, I can't say if he's right or wrong, but I feel like we're at this fever pitch where, you know, this bubble is just getting ready to burst. And the upside of this is that you'll be buying properties much cheaper, asset prices will come down, therefore yields will come up, and, you know, therefore cash flow will go up. Now, when you buy real estate, you kind of want the perfect triad storm. You want relatively low rates, relatively low purchase price, relatively high rents or incomes. Now property's the only asset that you can buy cheap, relatively, get capital growth and income. Gold, you have to buy at the standard price, you don't get income. Watches, you can get cheap, uh, if you know what you're doing, but you don't get income. Bitcoin, you buy at the standard price, you don't get income. But property, you get all three. And the perfect storm for that is, you know, relatively low prices, relatively high rents, and relatively low interest rates so you can get lending on it. And you never get it all completely perfect, but rates are still relatively low compared to the long-term average. They're under the long-term average. Rents are really high. Now prices are high, but as soon as they start to come down, you're going to be in this perfect storm of potential opportunity. And I don't think gold's going to stop going up until the economy sorts itself out, which is obviously not going to happen for a long time in the UK, until trust comes back, which is not going to happen for a long time in the UK. We've got a really weak pound, all these factors. So right now, it's a brilliant time to learn how to invest and to start investing. And, you know, maybe start with money you can afford to lose. Put some money into some assets, because when your money's in it— this is why I don't like paper trading. Like, paper trading or practice trading, I sort of get it. You don't want to lose money, but until you've got a bit of money in something, you're not really that bothered. And I put a bit of money into Trump, hardly any, but enough money. It's like, oh, I'm interested in the price here, and I'm interested to learn about it. If you'd like to learn how to invest properly, cash in on this big crash coming. It could be the biggest one in history. Robert Kiyosaki thinks it's going to be the biggest one in history. I could see how it could be because of all these crazy factors going on in the world. If you'd like to learn how to do this, I recommend you come and join me at the Moneymaker Summit. Now I'm celebrating 18 years this month of my company. Well, actually it was last month, so this will have to be the last time I offer this, but I'm celebrating 18 years January in my training businesses. So here's what I'm going to do. For the first 18 of you that go to robmoore.live/money, that's robmoore.live/money, I'm going to subsidize 18 of you. I'm going to pay for the 7 entrepreneurs, including one billionaire, who've got more than 115 years, I think, experience in starting and scaling businesses. You're going to be able to see all them speak. I'm going to pay for the venue, the AV. The speaker's everything. You just have to get there. So the link is robmoore.live/money. Gosha said it's an awesome training platform. She attended the Moneymaker Summit and loved it. Thank you. So it's robmoore.live, robmoore.live/money. Go there now. And if you're one of the first 18, um, I'll subsidize it all for you. You just have to get there. Um, I'll, I'll come into some of the questions in a moment, but also you'll see that there's these golden and upgraded VIP tickets. I actually think they're better value because our highest golden ticket is £1,200, and to celebrate these 18 years, um, it's less than £100. You get to meet all the entrepreneurs who've got decades of experience each, have dinner with them, money mindset sessions in the morning, bonus Q&A, champagne receptions in the evenings. And I've got a How to Raise Money 15-hour Masterclass, an online course. I can give that to you because I've already recorded it online. Um, that's a £700 online course, and you can get all of those in the upgrade ticket option at robmoore.live/money. So go there now. Robert Kiyosaki. Recons the biggest crash in history is happening this month. Now, I don't know if it is, but we're 17 years into what's normally an 18-year cycle. And we have some really highly priced assets, which feel a bit bubbly. And gold at an all-time high. Gold usually is high or going up when other assets could and look to come down. Of course, it's complicated. Sometimes people say on my comments, oh, um, oh, well, it's not that simple. No, nothing is that simple. People give relationship advice, it's not that simple. People talk about how the government should run our country, it's not that simple. Of course it's not that simple. But your job is to navigate through the complexity and find a simple strategy that works for you. So, um, Danny said, I've been on a course with Rob Moore and loved it, thinking about what to do next. Go sure, said the VIP tickets are so much better value than the free ones that I'm giving away. So that's all at robmoore.live/money, the Moneymaker Summit. Now, because of the changing world with taxes going higher and higher and with all this volatility in the market, asset prices at all-time highs, real estate, gold, Bitcoin, I've adapted a lot of the Moneymaker Summit to talk a lot about investing in gold and silver. Decentralizing your money and controlling it from the banks, getting your tax bill down. There's a deep dive session on that. So it's very much adapted to the current brave new world that we're in. So take me up on my offer, robmoore.life/money. Okay, let's go into the comments. Um, Craig has said, no chill, only when everyone has gold and assets instead of money. Is your wealth secure? I agree with you, Craig. I think money is not an asset. I mean, it's better to have cash than no cash, of course, but cash is not an asset. It's a depreciating liability. And if you want to call cash an asset, it's the worst type of asset. And so really, the strategy is exchange your time and energy for as much cash as you can, and then protect your wealth from the depreciation of cash by putting it into assets that go up over and above inflation. So cash loses to inflation because inflation erodes cash, but gold and recently Bitcoin and real estate and stock, the stock market, and maybe your business, they all beat inflation. Now some assets will beat inflation by a few percent, like property, but your own business, you could grow by 100% to 500% a year. This is something a lot of people don't understand. People say to me, how, Rob Moore, what, you know, what should I invest my money in? Well, it depends if you've got £10 million or £10, it depends. But the lower amount you've got, probably the better it is to invest in your business and back yourself. Because let's say you only have a grand. Well, you can't really buy much for a grand, but you can start a business on a grand. You can start a business with £100 and spend £900 on marketing and advertising to generate leads. And you could go from zero to, let's say, 80 grand year one, let's say 80 grand to 300 to 500 grand year two, let's say 500 grand to 2 to 3 million year three, or variant numbers of those that, you know, they're possible. But that kind of returns in any asset class is not. So often your best investment is in yourself. And the best thing you can do to get the highest ROI is to start or scale your business. And that's why I have the Moneymaker Summit, because initially the Moneymaker Summit was just all about starting and scaling your business, making, managing, multiplying money, building multiple streams of income, the side hustle, or finally starting the business and replacing the job, how to replace the job income as quickly as possible. And all of that is still there, but I've adapted and evolved and put in investing in gold and silver, decentralizing and protecting your money, getting your tax bill down, I'm seeing people today posting about, you know, their tax returns and how they're so sour and angry that they're paying more than half of what they earned in tax and what for. And this is why I've got the detailed section on the Moneymaker Summit on getting your tax bill down. So it's all at robmoore.live/money. Go there right now. Be quick if you want to be one of the first 18. To get the paid-for subsidized ticket by me. If you miss out on that, don't worry, you can still bump the upgrade. Actually, it's a queue jump and all those benefits I told you about on the page. Um, 2 date choices only, one Peterborough, one London. Details on the page, robmoore.live/money. Okay, so what do you think about gold being all-time high price? Uh, and do you think that's a sign that a crash is coming? Do you agree with Robert Kiyosaki that the biggest crash in history is happening this month, February 2025? Let me know what you think. Natasha says Money Maker Summit is a great event. She'd highly recommend it to anyone wanting to gain financial knowledge. Really appreciate you all. Let me know what you think in the comments. What a beautiful day it is. Look at the crisp, clear blue sky. The UK isn't dead yet. And remember, if you don't risk anything, you risk everything.
