How I Bought This Aston Martin ‘No Money Down’

In this live‑style video, entrepreneur Rob Moore explains how he acquired a £300,000 Aston Martin DBS Superleggera without using his own cash, by leveraging other people’s money (OPM) and business structures. He recounts his own journey from starting a business in 2006 with just £200 on a credit card and significant personal debt to now owning 340 rental units, multiple supercars, and a £250 million sales business—all allegedly financed with little or no personal capital. Moore outlines tactics such as using limited‑liability partnership (LLP) entities to treat cars as depreciating liabilities for tax benefits, partnering with investors to finance property deals 100 % and then using the rental income to fund vehicle finance, and adhering to a rule of only buying appreciating assets with cash. He introduces a “CREST” framework (Credibility, Return, Exit, Security, Trust) for attracting capital, and promotes a free Zoom session (tiny.cc/raisecash) where he and another multimillion‑aire will teach viewers how to raise cash, start businesses, and invest in property and assets with no personal money. Throughout, he uses a conversational, enthusiastic tone, urging viewers to type “yes” in the comments to receive the link.

How I bought this Aston Martin that I'm sat in right now, no money down, with other people's money. Many people say to me, 'Oh, you can't buy a £300,000 car no money down with other people's money.' Well, I actually did, and I'm going to share with you in this short video how to do it. First things first, can you see okay through my glasses? So I currently have on my Facebook Live Ray-Ban Meta glasses. Can you see okay through them? Just want to check. Next thing is, can you hear me okay? Because I've got this new microphone I'm testing. Test, test, test. Can you hear me okay? Right, tell you what, let's have a bit of fun. Should we start this thing up? This thing sounds epic. Let's, um, get out right now. I need to give it a rev. That's not— that's not the tasty bit. Right, are you ready? What do you think? Okay, so, um, anyone know what this Aston Martin is? Have a guess which model it is. I'll give you a clue. There you go. I wonder if this is the sexiest car that they have ever made, like any car ever. So this car and the 6 others I own— I think it's 7 actually. Technically we have more in our companies, but um, certainly 6 supercars. So technically all my cars have been bought no money down, and that is because I started my business in 2006/07 with £200, which I put on a credit card because I didn't even have the £200 because I was about £50 grand in personal debt, something like that. So you could argue the £250 million in sales business, about 15 years' worth of sales that is, was no money down. You could argue the 340 rental properties I own were no money down because they started from minus £50 grand in debt and £200 on a credit card. But so if any of you are sort of struggling financially or you want to start your business or build your property portfolio, and you feel like you can't because you haven't got any money, hopefully staying connected with me, learning from me, should give you some inspiration and some tactics because I've done it too. Now actually, for the first time, I'm doing a how to raise money, kind of like another people's money, and no money down Zoom session this Sunday. So I was originally only going to do it for my Rob Dot Team members, But let's be honest, the people who need this content are people who can't necessarily afford to do courses and masterminds and have mentors. So type yes in the comments right now if you'd like to start the journey of learning how to raise cash, how to start a business, how to buy some property, use other people's money, you know, be someone who's very investable, learn to raise finance. Just type yes in the comments if that's you. I'll share a Zoom link with you soon. So men and women and non-binary people all stop and say this is the best-looking car they've ever seen. I've got an Aventador and men love that and women don't. Of course, you know, generally women like more curvy cars. Not making any generalizations, but universally everyone says this is the sexiest car. So this was, I think, almost £300,000 all specced up. And I paid, I think, £136,000 for it. Now, I have a rule when it comes to buying cars, which is don't buy them cash unless they go up in value, and use assets and the income from the assets to pay for the car. So you need to make a note of this, and you should make this rule. Unless you— so I have a classic 911, 930 Turbo. I have a classic Ferrari Testarossa. I own them outright. I bought them with cash. They'll appreciate in value over time, so they're an investment. So that's fine, I'll buy cash. But any other car, I do not buy cash. Do you know why? Because some people say, oh well, if you're a real millionaire, then you buy cars cash, you don't get them on finance. That's actually not true. Um, you can get broke very quickly putting cash in depreciating cars, believe you me. And there's plenty of people who've got big cars and they're actually sort of verging on broke. So do you know why I don't buy these kind of cars in cash? 'Cause this was nearly 300 grand all spec new. I paid 136 for it. So imagine if I'd have paid 300 grand for that. Oh yeah, I'm a millionaire, just buy it cash, look at me. Then I've turned 300 grand into 136 with all the maintenance and management costs probably 10 grand a year. I've probably sunk 200 grand. That's not how you become a millionaire, that's how you become a zero-er. So I do not buy lumps of depreciating metal like this. It's a beautiful lump of depreciating metal, but it's a lump of depreciating metal. I do not buy this with capital. It's the worst use of capital. I buy appreciating assets with capital, but better is to buy an asset like property property, create an income from the property, and then from the income buy the car. So let's say I, you know, a car like this with the half-decent credit rating, you can put $25,000 down and you can get about $100,000 finance. I can buy this in my LLP and run this as a depreciating liability within my LLP and therefore reduce my tax a liability. And you'll need to check with your accountant, but under the right business circumstances, you can do that. And so then the income from the business or the income from the property pays for the car, not my depreciating capital. Therefore, that car is no money down because it's paid for by an asset. Now, if I have a partner who finances the asset, then that's even more no money down. So for example, I own a £3 million property that was financed 100% by a partner of mine. So he finances the deal, we go halves in because I do the work and I source it. We split the income in half. He financed it, I've got half the income, you know, many thousands a month in income. And then I can get maybe an 80% finance deal on this, 20% down, 80% finance. You can do less down, and then the income from the property pays for the car, the ongoing finance costs, and the maintenance and the management. And if it's in an LLP, then that's all paid for by a company. So, my friends, that is how you buy a nearly £300,000 Aston Martin. Did anyone guess the model number? Sorry, the model number is a sort of a number. So it's the DBS Superleggera, and look at— you can look at the view in there. Even the oil cap has the Aston Martin badge on it. So type yes in the comments if you'd like to learn how to buy property, cars, and other assets, or even liabilities, with other people's money, or no money down, or Or at least learn the strategies and tactics to raise finance. Because people think if you haven't got any money, you can't start a business or buy property. That's not true. I'm proof. Because I started with minus 50 grand and now, you know, I became a millionaire by age 31, a deca-millionaire by age 35. I've been doing this 17 years. I have 340 rental property units, all of which came from none of my own money. So type yes if you'd like to learn these strategies and tactics. I don't usually share this stuff. In fact, I'll tell you what I'll do. I'll put the link in the comments for you so it's super easy. The link is actually tiny.cc/raisecash. There you go. tiny.cc/raisecash. If you go there now and then come back, I'll start and stop it again, see if you can hear the engine. It sounds so nice, this car. Um, yeah, people ask me what are the miles to gallon. I was getting 5 miles to the gallon in this thing. You don't buy a car like this and worry about the miles to gallon. But yeah, I can see quite a lot of numbers of people who've just clearly left to go to the link. So the link is tiny.cc/raisecash, and there myself and a no-money-down property investing expert, another multimillionaire, are going to teach you how to raise cash, how to be investable, How to start a business with no money, how to start investing with none of your own money, use other people's money. And you'll see if you go to the link tiny.cc/raisecash, you'll see some of the things we're going to teach you. This is actually one of the first times I've done this. Certainly I've not done this, you know, publicly on to my Facebook community. And I also have a CREST formula, credibility, return, exit, security, trust. Credibility, return, exit, security, trust. And I'll share that with you in terms of the 5 main human assets people are looking for when lending and investing and partnering up possibly with you. Okay, fine. So go to tiny.cc/raisecash. Should we start this up and give it a rev one more time? Okay, you ready? Let's put this out. Let's put the mic— try and get as far out of the car as possible. I'll see you at tiny.cc/raisecash. How to buy property, cars, assets, even liabilities with other people's money using assets, not capital, and the income from the assets and raising debt and paying the debt off with income. That's essentially the trick. Thanks for tuning in.
