How I Made £100 million+ (not in Property)

How I made £100 million plus in sales, and it's not property. I tell you what though, I'd love to develop that into flats, HMO that, multi-let. I actually own one about there which is 100 apartments. And most people who've known me for many years believe that I made my millions in property, which I did. But, um, I've actually made an extra quarter of a billion in sales in the last about 17 years. And most people don't know how I've done this. And as you're a follower of mine, I thought I'd and pull back the curtain for you and share it with you, because it's actually something I enjoy far more than property. I mean, imagine the maintenance on owning the cathedral. And so with property, you have— by the way, I love property, I'm not knocking property. It actually made me financially free. It made me a millionaire age 31, a deca-millionaire age 35. But in the background, I was doing something that's done quarter of a billion in sales, and me directly, $100 million easily. And the rest I taught other people to do for me and with me in a partnership. And that's what I'm going to share with you. So I wonder if you can guess what it is. It's not my membership site, Rob.team, although that does very well. It's not my books, although I've written 19 over the last 17 years. And you know, You know, they've certainly generated— I don't even know, definitely in the millions. But the great thing about the thing that's done more than $100 million in sales for me and a quarter of a million for my main company— it's not art. That'd be good. $100 million. And the great thing about it is anyone can do it. It's a passion that can be turned into a profession. Or a vocation that can be turned into a vacation, or it's what you already know that you could turn into cash flow. Anyone can do it. It's learnable. But the reason most people don't is because they're initially scared. I was initially scared, and then I thought, you know what, this is too big of an opportunity to turn down. Even people who are shit at it seem to earn $25,000 to $100,000 an hour. In fact, I can show you from a standing start with no experience, how you can make 9 grand every 6 hours. So no one's guessed it yet. It's not podcasting. That's another thing. I mean, my podcasting has definitely generated 7 figures in income. I don't even really try and use my podcast for income generation, just naturally cascades down. And it's not my social media either. All of these you're mentioning are not art. I didn't sell much art. I was an artist, No one's got it yet, which proves that this video is really bloody important. And it is. Drum roll, please. It's public speaking. It's speaking for a fee. It's speaking to sell. It's speaking online and generating revenue and brand awareness for your business. It's teaching, training, and educating. And if you follow me for a while, Think about this. You know, an average stroke poor year for us might be just under $20 million in sales, maybe a bit more. And I don't know if you know Progressive Property, but nearly all of the competitors I have trained, they of course take the credit, but I trained them. Virtually anyone who's big in the property space, virtually anyone I trained. And so what I'm doing for the first time is I'm going to help train you, should you choose. Okay, maybe e-commerce and AI, you don't need public speaking. If you want to launch a membership site, you've got to be able to deliver content well. And if you want to promote your online course, you've got to pitch it and speak well. If you want to generate leads on social media, you've got to be good at speaking on social media. So you can't get away anymore with not being good at public speaking because nearly every business model requires promotion on social media because that's where everyone is.
