How the Govt. are paying me £5million 😳

Rob Moore explains how UK inflation around 15% has eroded his mortgage debt by roughly £5 million, effectively a free payment. He argues asset owners win three ways: inflation pushes property prices up while loan balances shrink, and cash savings lose value. He shows how mortgages and diversified assets let anyone replicate this advantage.

How the government are paying me currently £5 million a year. You heard it right, £5 million a year. This is not a tax refund or a rebate. The government inadvertently, without knowing it, are paying me at the moment, and it's going up, £5 million a year. And I'm gonna tell you how they're doing it. And people say that the rich get richer and the poor get poorer, and they say that it's not fair and that the wealth gap is widening. It is. That is true. The wealth gap is widening. And the rich are getting richer, but the rich are getting richer not just because of the government, the system, but also because they know how to leverage the power of debt, of inflation, of lending, of assets. And unfortunately, the middle class the working class and the broke, they don't know this. Now, I don't think that's actually fair, and I'm proving this because I'm on a mission to help as many people on this planet get better financial education. And I've written the UK's best-selling book on money, and I have a podcast with 250 episodes in on money, and have Rob.team, which helps many thousands of people get better financial education and knowledge. So it's not like it's my fault. I'm trying to change the system, trying to change the education system, trying to get people better financial education and knowledge to make, manage, and master money. But they do not know— the masses do not know what the rich know, and I'm going to tell you. So the government are paying me £5 million a year at the moment because inflation is approaching 15%. It was 9.3, it'll be 13 point something in October, which is essentially 15, and it's predicted to be 22 or more in 2023. Let's be honest, we all know that inflation is not stopping. We all know that. We know that it's going to get much higher before it gets lower, just like interest rates, etc. Would you agree with me on that, by the way? Would you agree with me that inflation is going to go up before it goes down? So most people, the masses, they bitch and moan about inflation because they think it's all bad, and they've been taught that, really. And they only have money. They don't have assets, they don't have investments, they only have money. And so they lose on inflation. And how they lose on inflation is because inflation is essentially the increase in prices and the reduction in the value of your current money. So inflation does that to prices and does that to the value of your money. That's what inflation does. So that's bad if you've got money. Oh, by the way, the government go and do quantitative easing and print a load more of it. And so when the government print a load more of it, then the value of it goes down and the amount of it goes up. More supply into the monetary system, reducing the value. Daniel has said, do I need the 5 million? I want the 5 million, and I'm going to teach you how you can do it too. Well, you're not going to be able to do necessarily exactly what I've done, but you're going to be able to do the same concept. So here's what the broke, the poor, the middle class don't know, and what the system and the banks don't want to teach you. And this is where you need to make note, and this is how the government are paying me essentially £5 million. Inflation also pushes the value of your assets up because it pushes prices up, and it pushes the value of your loans down. Now, by the way, the £5 million, I'm not even talking about the asset price increase. With inflation as high as it is now and will be in the next few months, around £5 million in relative value of my mortgages that I have on my property portfolio has just been paid off by the government. There you go. So the government don't even know they're paying me £5 million, but they are. But they're not doing it to love and look after me. They're doing it because they can't control supply, they can't control costs, they can't control fuel, energy, food, they can't control a virus pandemic, they can't control all the spending that they're having to do. So this is forcing inflation up and up and up and up and up and up and up and up, and everyone thinks it's bad. And I've been teaching you— hopefully you've been tuning into my videos and watching and learning about this— I've been teaching you that every downside has an upside, and teaching you— so for example, yesterday I did a live on don't pay your mortgage down because inflation is paying your mortgage down. Go and watch that. And now I'm teaching you that if you have assets, inflation will push the price of your assets up And inflation will push the value of your loans down if you have mortgages— good debt loans— on your properties. So because I've got tens of thousands of mortgages on more tens of thousands of pounds worth— sorry, because I've got tens of millions of mortgages on— I have probably— have I got a thousand mortgages? No, I've actually got commercial lending now, but I have got 1,100 tenants. But because I've got tens of millions of mortgages on a higher tens of millions of property, the inflation rate that it is has essentially just wiped off approaching £5 million of the relative value of that mortgage or those mortgages. So how can you benefit from this? Good debt isn't unreachable. Micka said good debt is unreachable. It's not. Mortgages are actually easier right now than they've been for many years. And if you've got bad credit, you just need to fix that and sort that out. And you need to do some overtime and earn some extra money. And you need to start the side hustle. Or you need to do joint venture partnerships and raise money and partner up with someone who's got money and go and source the deals. It is not a lack of resources, it's a lack of resourcefulness. So actually, inflation is your friend if you are rich, or if you're an asset, or, um, an asset builder, or an investor. And so you can either be wiped out by inflation in the system because you have only money and not assets, only cash and savings and not property and other forms of assets, or you can take your resourcefulness and your time and your energy and your partnerships and your small amount of money that you might have and you can get a mortgage and buy a property, and that deposit will be protected from inflation, that then you'll get the loan which is getting paid down by inflation. Inflation is forcing the prices up. So basically you win 3 ways: you protect your cash from depreciation, you leverage a bank loan which gets wiped down by inflation, and inflation forces the asset up. And that's one of the reasons why the rich get richer and the poor get poorer. But people don't understand this because they're not taught this, and I've just taught you this. So you can either choose to— some people are like moaning a bit on this live, so you can either choose to moan about it. Oh, that's not fair that another guy got 5 million. Well, the government didn't put in my pocket. I've just explained it. But I took the risk to get the loans, and I took the risk to develop the properties, and I've got hundreds of tenants in my property, so I believe I deserve it. And if the government are going to bang my fucking tax right up and they're going to make it really hard for me to employ, and they're going to try and shut my business down, then I'll take them paying my mortgage down for me. Fucking keep going. So my question to you is this: would you like to learn how to do this kind of thing? Would you like to learn how to build assets? Learn how to get good debt leverage? Learn how to get your credit sorted? Learn how to get your tax down? Learn how to get your income up? Learn how to protect your cash? Learn how to be an entrepreneur. Learn how to create the side hustles or the multiple streams of income. Because if you would like to learn how to do this, I can teach you this in Rob.team. Rob.team costs you less than a large cup of coffee. A large Costa Coffee is more than Rob.team. Netflix is 3, 3 times what you pay for Rob.team. You can cancel anytime with no contract. And in Rob.team, you can learn, earn, and invest, build multiple streams of recurring income, build assets, start your side hustle, get better financial education and knowledge, and essentially do what I just taught. So inflation can be your friend. Every upside has a downside, every downside has an upside. So a lot of people are scared about interest rates going up. Well, fix your interest rates then. Interest rates being so artificially low, don't get used to that, by the way. And of course, if interest rates are high, then you just put more in cash. If interest rates are really high, be more in cash, you earn loads of interest. If interest rates are really low, inflation is high, you want to be in assets because the assets are going up and your debt's being paid down. There you go, just told you basically how to become a millionaire. So the question is, are you going to do something with that? You're going to do something with this knowledge that I've just shared with you? Because joining rob.team, by the way, is one of the best ways to do this because it's a digital financial platform where there's hundreds of hours of content going back years. In fact, I just did a masterclass literally just before this live. To teach you how to build multiple streams of recurring income, to teach you how to build assets, build a business, build a side hustle, learn how to invest, be an entrepreneur, leverage the system, leverage inflation, leverage taxation, beat the banks, beat the government. You can learn all of this in rob.team for less than the cost of a large coffee. So go join right now. Now I can see some concerns in the chat, and I would say, do you know what, they're fair concerns. I'm going to address them. Just go join rob.team and let me address the concerns. So one of them is property rights. So someone has said here that, you know, the Vatican gonna, um, own your property. Um, and I know that in certain times money or gold has been recalled, but if you have multiple asset classes, you'll be all right. So if you have gold and property and cars and watches and businesses and you've got a good social media brand with followers and brand partners, you'll be fine. Do I think that they're— the government are going to recall all the gold? No, not in the UK. I mean, they might in some, you know, less well-governed countries, because I know we might moan about the UK, but it's pretty well governed. Um, so it's unlikely that your assets are going to be owned or recalled. And even if it happened in one class, if you've got multiple classes, then you're fine. That's why you need to learn how to build multiple assets and multiple streams of income. This is why you need to learn this, and this is what Rob.team will teach you. And it will teach you this for less than a large coffee, and you can cancel anytime with no contract. And if you would like, like me, to have assets paid down for you by the government, then you need to start investing. You need to be an investor. And by the way, if you haven't got the money, that's why you use leverage. You know, if I had a billion, I might buy assets without mortgages. Actually, I probably wouldn't. I'd probably buy 10 billions worth of assets with 1 billion of capital, so I probably still would leverage, to be honest. All right, so quick summary. Um, the government have essentially paid me £5 million, relatively speaking. And, um, the rich get richer and the poor get poorer because of this knowledge that I just shared. And most people think inflation is bad, and inflation is bad if you hold cash or savings. Inflation is bad if you have no disposable income. Inflation is bad on the prices and costs of living. But inflation is really good at pushing the price of assets up because it pushes the price of everything up. Fuel up, gas up, food up, assets up, property up, gold up, watches up, cars up. So it pushes everything up. So if you own assets, you love inflation. And if you have good debt leveraged against those assets, then that is getting wiped down by inflation. And the government have essentially paid off £5 million, relatively speaking, of the value of my mortgages thanks to high inflation. So if you'd like to learn how to do this kind of thing, go join rob.team. I've been sharing a lot of this stuff with you. My question to you is now, are you taking action? Because, you know, I've got a lot of nice comments, so thank you, really appreciate you all, all the Rob.team members and all of that. But I know some people are a bit frustrated, they're pissed off with society. I get that. You can either be pissed off with society and say it's unfair, or you can learn how to do it yourself and leverage it. And by the way, when you own assets like property and you, um, have tenants and you house people and you pay lots of taxes like council taxes and VAT and all the other taxes, you're actually doing a lot of good for your society as well. So you can make money doing good for society, and Rob.team can teach you how to do that. So go join Rob.team. Type Rob.team in a new window on the internet right now. It'll cost you less than a large coffee. You can cancel anytime with no contract. I'll see you there. And remember, if you don't risk anything, you risk everything. So, um, my book Money has just been recommended in the chat. Thank you very much. Gary has said, won't all the existing factors eventually cause a collapse of the values in property? Yeah, the values of property will go down. Yeah, yeah, but that property doesn't do this. It also doesn't do this. Does this. So yeah, um, it's quite high right now, but it will go higher before it crashes. Did you think that, um, the lockdown would push the prices of property up? No. Did you think a crash would have probably come sooner? Yeah, you did. So still got probably a way to go, and it will correct, but as long as your income is good, it doesn't matter about the value. I've been buying through 2 cycles now, and I buy, um, all parts of the cycle. You either buy low or you buy an add value Or you buy for cash flow, and you could do that at any point in the cycle. A deal is a deal no matter what time of the cycle it is. Never, never too late to start, always too late to wait.
