It's Rob Moore here, and I'm live at a masterclass, and I'm going to share this masterclass module with you on creating great content. So if you'd like to monetize your message to the masses, if you want to leverage the creator economy— I'm live on multi-channels here, by the way— if you would like to get better at creating content that's going to inspire the masses, or at least people in your niche, if you'd like to put yourself out there more and you find content difficult, you're not— you don't have ideas to regularly and daily put content out there, then I'm going to go deep with you, for you, right now. So I'm actually live in my Podcast Livestream Masterclass course, and obviously for podcasters having great content is really important. And if you want to be a creator and influencer, if you want to be a startup scale-up entrepreneur and you want to be the best known in your niche, you want to provide, provide the most value for the most amount of people, then the quality of your content is the most vital part of that. People don't care what you know till they know that you care, but they also care that you know what you're talking about. So I'm doing a little demonstration here live at the Podcast Livestream Masterclass. Where I am doing a module on creating great content and I'm live streaming it out so that, um, A, you can get the benefit, but they can see me demonstrating doing content repurposing. So that's what we're doing right now. Let me just— I'm a bit OCD about the camera being completely straight. Yep, yep. TikTok, check. Facebook, check. So I've got what, about 20 different ways to create great content for you to gain impact into income, turn your ideas into income, turn your content into cash flow, and what you already know into cash flow. Here we go. Okay, so number 1 way to create great content is to crowdsource content. Crowdsourcing is the most simple way to create content, and people, they just don't even think to do it because they're too busy, and maybe it's just too easy and too simple. But I'm actually going to do a demo right now. So I help entrepreneurs start and scale your business and get better financial knowledge. So in the comments, please, will you put your single biggest challenge right now in starting or scaling a business? Please put in the comments right now your biggest challenge in making more money, making recurring income, creating multiple streams of income. What one thing is challenging or stopping you right now becoming an entrepreneur or making money or starting or scaling a business. Hey Keith, hey James, hey Rachel, how you doing? So Martin Harris has said funding. Kenzie here has said a lack of knowledge and experience. Ashley has said here consistency with content. So what I've just done there Cheryl has just said, not enough of me to do all that I need to do. Rachel has said confidence. So that's an example of me crowdsourcing content from you, my viewers. The word tailor there has said focus. So you've said to me that the biggest challenge of you creating content is focus, confidence, lack of knowledge, lack of funding. Um, Travis has said I'm ugly ass. I don't believe that at all, Travis. Everyone is beautiful. Um, not enough of me, I'm overwhelmed. So these are real problems from real people like you of creating great content and/or starting or scaling your business. So now I have got subject matter from you to create content on. So Cheryl has said there's not enough of me to do all I need to do, so I can do a piece of content on leverage, on outsourcing, on getting a VA, on managing your time, on compartmentalizing your time, on batching your time, and on generating great habits and creating a great routine. The word tailor has said focus is my problem, so I could teach you my 70-20-10 solution to maximum results in minimum time, to managing the optimum number of businesses or different areas within your business. I could talk to, um, the word tailor there. I could create content on, um, energy, enthusiasm, on knowing when you lose energy and focus and taking a break. Et cetera. Rachel has said confidence, so I could say how to build confidence as an entrepreneur. Get mentored by someone who's really successful. Know that every winner was once a beginner and every master was once a disaster. Stop worrying about what people think about you. Go and try stuff. Go and fail small and fast, et cetera. So the first way that you can create great content is to ask your audience, your followers, your fans, your community members what the biggest challenge they have in your niche, and then create that content. Now, why is this really good, crowdsourcing content? One, because it's freaking easy. Two, because your following and your niche and your ideal client have told you what content they want. So when you create that content, you know it's much more likely to hit the spot because people have said they wanted it. Whereas if you're trying to miraculously via eurekas come up with content ideas, you have no idea if that content will land. And you could spend ages creating the content and no one be interested in it. So step 1, tip 1 of probably 20— stay with me. By the way, wherever you're watching me, make sure you're following me. Follow me here on TikTok, make sure you follow me here on Clubhouse. Crowdsourcing— if you ever get uninspired, overwhelmed, busy, um, or a bit stuck for content, go ask your niche. Go ask your audience. Do polls on stories. Go live and ask people in your lives. Send a little SurveyMonkey out to your email subscribers and ask them what their biggest problem or challenge in doing X— X being your niche, X being your solution— and you will never ever ever, ever be dry of content, and your content will be on point. Okay, strategy number 2 for creating great content: what have you solved yourself? So in the comments, I'd like you to just put what one thing have you learned recently? What have you figured out recently? What problem have you solved in recent times? So I'll give you an example. Mark and I have just finished a 99-apartment block. Mark is my business partner. It's 159 tenants, 99 apartments, and the snagging is just being done, and we're just getting the final refinance. So it's 99% done. We have learned so much about planning, about budgets, about being our own main contractor, about the prices of supplies going up and up and up and up and up, yada yada yada yada yada. Honestly, we have learned so much. So people love content that's real. So real content is stuff that you've done in your life that you share because it's authentic and you've actually experienced it. Therefore, you're not a bullshitter or a fraud. So all you have to do is think, hmm, what have I figured out recently? What have I solved? What have I learned? What have I overcome? And that is some of the best content in your niche, you know, turning your experience into income. All right, cool. Number 3 then, ways of creating great content. If you're just tuning in, what I'm doing is sharing a little masterclass here on creating great content. Probably, I'll probably cover 20 ways of creating great content. Make sure you hit the share button. I think if we all create great content on social media, we'll stop all the arguing, the bitching, the moaning, the fighting, the extremism. You know, the hate. So let's be a good lover of each other. Hit the share button, whatever channel you're on, and let's educate people on creating great content. Okay, Motiplanet has just learned how the government should manage its money. That would be good content to share on social media. All right, great. The third way to create great content, or model if you like, is this is what I did This is what I learned. So it's kind of similar. What you solve yourself is what you figured out. You know, maybe you figured out sleep. You struggled with sleep your whole life and now you figured it out. You have a duty to go and share that. We figured out about managing our own contract because normally we'd have a main contractor in our latest real estate development. The third thing is similar but different. This is what I did. This is what I learned. Um, I read a book a week for a year. This is what I learned. I went and viewed 30 properties in the month after lockdown. This is what I learned. I went live every day on TikTok. This is what I learned. I hit 100K followers on TikTok, on YouTube. This is what I learned. By the way, that's all content I could do because that's what I've done. So I hit 110K, just hit 100K recently on YouTube, I hit 100K on TikTok. I actually created a piece of content for the members of my Rob.team platform on 18 lessons learned in hitting 100K on TikTok and 100K on YouTube. Actually, um, give me a yes in the comments if you're a member of Rob.team or Rob Moore's Supporter Program. And give me a no in the comments if you're not. On Facebook, on TikTok, and on the Zoom live podcast course, give me a yes if you're a member of Rob.team or Rob Moore Supporters, and a no if you're not. A yes or a no, let's see. Okay, cool. By the way, to those of you that are on here on Facebook Live and here on TikTok Live, I'm actually in my studio and we are doing a live podcast, livestream, 3-day masterclass. I'm doing a section on creating content. I've got about 20 strategies and tactics of creating content, and I thought I'd tune you in live because I'm doing a live demo on how to do content repurposing on Multistream Live. So we're in, in a bit of Matrix here. Okay, so I'd say it looks like 60 to 70% of you are a member of Rob.team or Facebook supporters. And 30 to 35% of you are. So if you're watching on Facebook now, just go to bit.ly/cashrm. Bit.ly/cashrm. Bit.ly/cashrm if you're watching me live on Facebook right now. If you're watching on TikTok or you're tuning in on the podcast livestream masterclass, go right now to rob.team. Here's why. I invite you right now to join my subscription platform for less than one cup of coffee per month. So my medium skinny cappuccino extra shot has just gone up from £3.49 to £3.60. Subscription to my Rob.team supporter platform is £3.49. So for less than what I pay for one medium skinny cappuccino extra shot— and by the way, I have 62 of them a month— you can gain access to that deep dive piece of content I did on the 18 lessons of doubling my social media following in the last 9 months. So I built half a million followers on social media in 7 years. I built more than half a million followers on social media in the last 9 months. So I pretty much 10x'd my following in pretty much one-tenth of the time. And I did a deep dive piece of content, like 45— no, hour and 5 minutes on how I'd do it differently, how I'd 10x my social following. If you'd like that content for free Just go. And by the way, everyone on my Zoom, um, the Podcast Masterclass course, I, I invite you to go as well. Do it right now. Go to rob.team, R-O-B.T-E-A-M, and jump on. Now there's a zillion other reasons to jump on. I'm actually doing, um, new masterclasses. My 6-Stage 7-Figure Launch course I'm doing on rob.team, which was actually a paid-for course for 550 people at the start of the lockdown, an online global course. Um, I've got an event coming up just for my subscribers, and I've got someone worth 700 million coming to keynote speak. It's all for just $3.49 a month. Um, so I actually didn't know that many of you weren't members. I recommend you all go there right now and do it. Okay, so, um, coming back to content then, this is what I did. This is why I'll tell you what I could do. Um, so I built my rob.team platform up to Well, it's thousands of members. It's— I've had more than 10,000 members in total. I know that. Thousands of members. And I could say, in building a subscription platform that's made hundreds of thousands of pounds a year and more than 10,000 members, these are the 7 things I've learned. So I could create a full-on masterclass of all the things I've learned in building a 7-figure subscription site, which is rob.team, which you can all go to right now. And I could create a piece of content on that. In fact, maybe I should. If I tell you what, if you join rob.team right now, I'll do a masterclass on that. How would you like that? How would you like me to do a masterclass on building a 7-figure subscription secrets, um, web platform? So Kajabi or Patreon or something like that. Give me a yes in the comments if you'd like to make 7 figures in revenue from a subscription platform. By the way, all the people on my podcast live stream masterclass are all saying yes. Well, you guys are in for a treat, by the way, on my podcast course. You're in for a treat. But I'll tell you what I'll do, and Catherine told me not to do this yesterday, my MD. Callum, you can corroborate this. She told me to not do this because she wants me to charge £1,000 for it. But if you go to my subscription platform right now, rob.team, um, I will give you my 7-Figure Subscription Secrets Masterclass course free. Now, if you're watching on Facebook, go to bit.ly/cashrm. By the way, this is completely off the cuff. I've just gone live. I had no plans to talk about this, but, um, it's come up in the conversation. So what I'm going to do is create a masterclass course on building a 7-figure subscription platform, and I'm going to teach you how I did it. And that's the third element of the content that I'm sharing right now, which is, this is what I did, this is what I learned. So I'm going to run a course on learning, um, on what I learned on building a 7-figure subscription platform so you can build your own membership site. and you can generate 5, 6, or 7 figures in income from your own membership site. Um, Alison has said it's a no-brainer, it's an amazing platform. So go there right now because I want to move on. Um, all right, cool. I didn't expect that to come out, but it's a great opportunity for you. Okay, number 4 type of content that people love is how-to content. Um, the 5 top business models for 2022, um, the 3 best ways to go viral on social media. So how-to deep dive content. The 7 Secrets to Build a Subscription Platform That Can Generate 6 or 7 Figures a Year. How-to content people love. Now, I find with how-to content, the best way for me to do it is to come up with the concept and then just write bullets on how to do it. So let's say, um, you wanted me to create, uh, that masterclass course on building a subscription platform. I would go secrets of building a 7-figure subscription platform, and then I would work out what are the minimum optimum number of steps to do that. So it would be, what platform do you host on? It would be what kind of content do you put in there, you know, what's the difference between your free content and your premium. It would be what do you charge. It'll be how many levels do you have. It would be what exclusive benefits and bonuses could you offer to make it a no-brainer. How do you make it easy to sign up and how do you build up the following, you know, how do you get thousands of members. So me, they're just thinking about breaking down the elements of a 7-figure subscription platform that I run in the simplest way, in the minimum amount of steps. I— you don't want 900 steps, it's far too much. So now what I've just done with you live, by the way, is, um, yeah, someone's called it here listicles, an article in a list. Exactly. It's really good because you can use an odd number. It seems like it's outcome-based. It seems like it's got deliverables in it. And also, sometimes we're all really busy and we just want the blooming straight-to-the-point bish bash bosh. So what I've just done here live with you is created my agenda for my 7-Figure Subscription Secrets Masterclass, which if you go to rob.team, I've rob.team. Go there now if you haven't already. You can actually get that course for free, which Catherine's gonna kill me for, my MD, because it's a thousand quid course, even to my best customers. So there you go. All right, number 5 way to create great content is to do live talks and record them, to have live conversations and record them. So I'm a paid keynote speaker. Callum, can you put the link in again in on the Zoom on our Podcast Livestream Masterclass for the Rob.team platform? And by the way, when you go on to Rob.team, about halfway down there's a button on the left, you join on Facebook. There's a button on right, you join on my own platform. They're the same, once hosted on Facebook, once hosted on my own platform. If you don't use Facebook Join on my own platform. If you use Facebook, join on Facebook. That's why I'm giving you your own Facebook link. The Facebook link is bit.ly/cashrm. Bit.ly/cashrm. Then you can just click, join on Facebook, double-click, in. Alright, great. So I do lots of keynote speeches live. I, you know what, I've had some interesting conversations with people and at the end I thought I should have bloody well recorded that at least on a Zoom H1, that could have been an awesome podcast or an awesome live. So if you ever have conversations with interesting people, either stick the camera on, the phone on, go live, or both have a Zoom H1, and then you've got content. And sometimes those natural flow conversations can be the best forms of content. Okay, by the way, if you're watching on the live, please hit the share button. I do do content every day. I want to reach as many people as possible on this planet. Um, my vision is to help as many people start and scale their business and get better financial knowledge. I want to help a billion people. So if you like any of my content, please do hit the share button and follow me on the channels, TikTok especially. I'm told 90% of people who check into your TikTok lives aren't actually following you, so make sure you're following me here on TikTok. Brand. So 1, 2, 3, 4, 5. So number 6 of loads of ways to create great content is rants. So on my Facebook page, I do fairly regular rants, and people love them, and some people hate them, and that's good. Content that people love and hate is actually the better form of content. If no one has an opinion, it's not great content. So anything that pisses me off, like all these people who earn no money and give no money away bitching and moaning about how billionaires should pay billions in tax without knowing how the world really works and without knowing how money works. That pisses me off, and I'll have a rant about that. My Lambo rant. Yes, my Lambo rant got lots of views on TikTok because I was getting loads of freaking bills for my Lamborghini Aventador here, there, and everywhere. Freaking £3,500 for a wing mirror. Holy shit. Yeah. Anytime it goes in for a service, they want to put a new gearbox on it, 25-30 grand. They want to do this and that. Stays in the fucking garage most of the time anyway. So people love rants. So if you really strongly believe in something, then get on a rant about it. If, um, if you want to stand against something you think is fundamentally— like if you're a vegan and you absolutely think it's totally wrong to eat meat, go and fucking rant about it. Your rants and your emotional content, and you're putting your, your flag on one side of the fence and saying, this is wrong, I strongly believe this— this is great content, great content. But you know what, you have to put your flag on one side of the fence. All right, cool. Topical discussions. So we're on 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 1, 7. Of probably 20 pieces of content I'm going to give you on creating great content. So topical discussion— so I interviewed Jordan Peterson, I interviewed David Icke. We had topical discussions with topical people. I went live recently because Amazon have threatened to get rid of Visa credit as a payment merchant on Amazon. That's massive news. Jeff Bezos was booed for donating half a million dollars to a charity. That's quite big news. Elon Musk just sold a load of his shares based on a Twitter poll and generated billions in tax. So these are my industry— money, money is my industry. So when I have topical discussions of stuff going on in the media or stuff that everyone's talking about— one I missed was Adele on Oprah. That was obviously massive news. I should have talked about that. But topical discussions of stuff that's going on right now or topical people like Jordan Peterson and David Icke, or, you know, when Tyson Fury is having a fight, or I just interviewed his dad, for example. This content does really well. Okay, what do we got next? Entertaining or edutaining. So I need to give you a bit of an update in content. I have been churning out how-to information-based content for 14 years, but by far entertainment goes more viral than information. So your content needs to be entertaining as well as informative, or just entertaining. If it's informative but not entertaining, it's going to be a much slower buildup. And I only figured this out in fairly recent times. But most people don't share, and content usually doesn't go viral if it's information. But if it's entertaining, emotional, funny, contrarian, controversial, it usually gets shared or goes viral. So you've got entertaining content or edutaining, and edutaining is entertaining Educational. Edutainment is a hybridized word of educational and entertaining. Cool. That's why Jake Paul's gone wild and viral and makes 20s of millions a year. Same with Logan Paul, same with that kid Ryan who's got the Ryan's ToysReview website, YouTube channel, did 27 million I think in 2019. MrBeast, really entertaining. 40 million— no, 48 million a year roughly on his YouTube channel. So we are in the business of entertainment. Why do footballers earn so much money? Because they're in the business of entertainment. Get in the business of entertainment even if you're in information. All right, cool. Thanks for tuning in, by the way. Make sure you hit the share button. What I'm doing here is I'm actually in my podcast livestream masterclass and I'm doing a deep dive masterclass session on how to create great content. I've been churning out content for 14 years plus, and I believe there's 20-odd ways to create really good engaging content for your niche or industry. And I'm doing a deep dive masterclass, and I decided to go live on TikTok and live on Facebook as a demonstration of, um, going live on multi-channels and being omnipresent. In my podcast course. Those of you that are on the live, this is what it looks like. We're in the studio, and I want to say thanks for following me. Make sure you follow me here on TikTok if you're watching the live. Make sure you share, hit the share button on Facebook, please. If you find any of my content useful, either pay me money or hit the share button. They're the two ways you can help me. Okay, next one. I think we're on number 9. Content that's surprising, shocking, contrarian. So do you remember when Malcolm Gladwell was writing about the 10,000-hour rule and that talent wasn't born, it was made over time, and it challenged the born talent myth? That was surprising and contrarian at the time. So any new information, new research, or something that's against the grain or the opposite of the masses, You know, a lot of people say cash is king. No, no, no, no, cash is not king. Cash flow is king. Cash is eroded with inflation. You get no interest in the bank. However, if you take cash and invest it into an asset and you get recurring income, that cash flow is way more relentless and residual than the cash itself. Cash gets spent, gets wasted, gets eroded, gets stolen. Cash flow is king. Not cash. So that would be an example of turning a normal piece of content on its head, making it reverse, contrarian. So anything surprising, shocking, reverse, or contrarian, or surprising, or opposing of the masses, or against conventional wisdom, or uncommon sense— this content is shit hot. Boom. All right, what we got next, my friends? Behind the scenes. So Those of you watching in the live, check this out. So I am in my studio. So you can see there we've got the cameras, we've got my screen prompts, you can see the screens here at the back. So to a certain degree, this is kind of behind-the-scenes content. My latest story on Instagram, uh, I have a Porsche Panamera Turbo S and rather than getting a new car, because it was nearly 200 grand, I'm gonna wrap it, make it look new. And just did a little bit of behind the scenes. What color would you choose for the new— for the Panamera Turbo S? I picked Crayon Gray. So any content, content that's behind the scenes, stuff they don't usually see. You know that TV program— give me a yes in the comments if you've ever heard of Through the Keyhole. Have you ever heard of Through the Keyhole? So that is where we get to peer and perv and voyeur into other people's houses. People love that shit. They love behind the scenes. Give them some behind the scenes content. Some of you are too young to remember, um, Through the Keyhole. All right, great. Keith Lemon killed it. All right, so here's what we've covered so far. How to generate great content. 1, crowdsource content from your communities. 2, what you've just solved yourself, share it as content. 3, this is what I did, this is what I learned, share it as content. 4, how-to content. 5, live talks and conversations, record them. 6, rants or emotional content, or what you really believe in and stand for and stand against. 7, topical discussions and debates, or topical discussions with topical people. Like Jordan Peterson and David Icke. 8, entertainment and/or edutainment. 9, surprising, shocking, and contrarian content. 10, behind-the-scenes content. Okay, number 11 is, um, anything that you're passionate about. Let me know in the comments, what do you love? What are you passionate about? Let me know in the comments. If you're on the podcast livestream masterclass, I want to hear from everyone, all 100 of you. Dance. Let me know in the comments what you're passionate about. What do you love to do? What could you talk about your whole life? Cannabis, off-roading, identity, yoga and healthcare, traveling, design, cats, living your best life, boating, travel, spiritual, creativity, entrepreneurialism, make it sound like alcoholism, Animal rescue, business, people, kids, anti-aging, mindset, Leicester City. There you go. Hypermobility, retro computer games, bar bands, travel, horses. All right, cool, cool. Anything you're passionate about, put, put content on it. People will love it because they'll love your passion. You know, we love energy transfer. We love being around people who are energizing, who lift us up. Suzanne's passion is divorce. I hope not making them, I hope saving them. Travel. All right, okay, next kind of content is— do you— are you a bit of an expert? Do you have a specific niche? Is there something that you've done you know, pretty well? Is there something that you're into? Have you got hobbies? Have you got life experience somewhere? Martial arts, living healthily, training, etc. So an area where you're very experienced, this could be great content. Okay, next then is ask me anythings. So, um, ask me anything. So when you go live and you say, hey, ask me anything, So if you've got a little bit of a community, people love getting a bit more up close and personal with you. So doing ask me anythings and letting them chime in and ask you questions. So now on both Facebook and TikTok, you can bring people into your lives. So you could go live and say, hey, look, you know, if you love business and entrepreneurship, ping me a question, I want to help you. And then you could ask people to request to join your lives. So there's a little sort of double profile button on Facebook. There's another— you can invite people to come into your lives on TikTok. And so you can either do a Q&A where they ask a question and you just answer it by reading it out, or you could do a Q&A where you actually bring them up on the screen and then they're split-screen live with you. By the way, I've seen people on Instagram do Ask Me Anything live for hours, bring people up, kick them off, bring people up, kick them off, bring people up, kick them off, ask them a question, ask them a question. It's a great way to grow your channel because when they're brought up on your live, then your live is also to their following. So it's a very clever play of growing your channel by doing lots of conversations. Now I'm going to do that more and more, so if you watch any of my lives, you can request to be brought up. It's just I can't do it right now because I'm in the middle of a podcast livestream masterclass. But ask me anything lives and split screen lives are great ways to create content. And that brings me to my next one, is you could do a collab piece of content. So, um, let's see who we've got on here. So, um, we've got a Travis who's talking about travel. So Travis and I could have a discussion about travel, and Travis and I, um, could agree at 8 PM every Thursday we're going to go live on Instagram and live on TikTok. We're going to split screen it so we're both going to be there and we're going to chat about travel. And we're going to do a collaborative, um, piece of content once a week on travel, discussing it with each other. Me asking Travis some questions, Travis asking me some questions, and get some discussion and debate, and maybe even taking some questions from travel— about travel from the audience. That's another way to create great content. We must be on like number 15 now, something like that. Okay, the next thing you can do is create one piece of content on, on one channel and then repurpose it across many to increase the scale of your content. So I've just recently started going live on TikTok. I've been doing lives on Facebook most days for years. I'm in the studio, so we've got the audio recording, and I'm doing a live course. So I'm here doing a live podcast, livestream, masterclass, 3-day paid-for course, which is why you're only getting a little behind the scenes pervy voyeuristic view, and then I'm going to have to end. Um, but creating this piece of content on how to create great content, I've got leverage because now it's on Facebook and now it's on TikTok, and I could also have it for my podcast. I could also have it as a mini masterclass as a bonus for joining Rob.team, or I could give it away to my best customers, or I could charge £50 or £100 for this mini masterclass. So a great way to create multiple forms of content is to content repurpose across all media. Now, those of you that are on my Podcast Livestream Masterclass, which is not you and not you, but that's okay, you just didn't know, um, I'm actually doing a full-on masterclass module on content repurposing on day 3. I just wanted to do a demo on day 1 so you can see it's actually not difficult to engage So if I show you on the TikTok Live, you can see I've got the Facebook Live there. You can see I've got my agenda for the course here. You can see I've got the chat on there, and you can see I've got my slides and the camera. Callum, do you want to wave so they can just see you? And Callum, there. And now let me show the guys on Facebook as well. So on Facebook, you can see I've got my chat on the Zoom course there. I've got my TikTok live there, and I've got the camera and my prompt slides there. And Callum, can you just wave again? And Callum there. So actually, once you've practiced it a little bit, it's not that difficult to multi-stream live. Yes, I've got 2 phones, by the way. That is an important point. I've got 2 phones. I used to use StreamYard, but we're finding that the, um, the reach gets killed quite a lot. Okay, great. What else have we got? One-to-one calls. So you could do one-to-one mentoring, one-to-one phone calls, or Zoom one-to-one. And as long as you get the permission from the person that you're doing a one-to-one coaching call with, you could then share that as content on social media or for your course. You could do a Zoom mastermind with 12 people. They all come with one question. You do a 12 times 15 minute session. So what, you're about 3-hour mastermind session, 12 people get 15 minutes each. You record that and then that can be great content either for your podcast or your YouTube or your Facebook or your Instagram or whatever. So one-to-one calls or masterminding. Now here's why I love this strategy. I get a lot of requests for content and help and support. Lots of people want one-to-one calls with me. I can't do it all, but if I could get 12 of them together and do a mastermind and help them all and then record it and then use that content, that's leveraging my time and it means I can give more. So there's a win-win there. Okay, your talks and speeches we've covered, interviews we've covered, Clubhouse rooms. So, um, give me a yes in the comments if you've ever seen me live on Clubhouse. Let's have a check. Give me a yes in the comments if you've ever seen me live on Clubhouse. By the way, if you're on TikTok, make sure you're following me on TikTok. Give me a yes. Many of you have. So you could do a TikTok— sorry, you could do a Clubhouse room, which is an engaging discussion between you and others. and you could record that engaging discussion, and that could become content that you could repurpose into multiple formats. Now, little technicalities here: you need to get permission from the other people, and you're not supposed to record Clubhouse content, although they are replays now. So you could take the replay and use that as content. I love content repurposing. Because it leverages my time. Your most valuable, precious commodity is time. You know that. So if I can save time and leverage time, then it feels very fulfilling and rewarding, and it's not overwhelming. Because if I said to you, right, you've got to create your podcast episode, that's 1 hour. You've got to do it then live on TikTok, that's 1 hour. Then you've got to do it live on Facebook, that's 1 hour. Then you've got to do it for YouTube, that's 1 hour. Then you've got to blah blah blah. Okay, cool. I often go live on Clubhouse and then I set my— I set the scene for my masterclass talk, and then I'll go live on Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok, at least 2 of those 3 simultaneously while doing my Clubhouse room. Okay, give me a yes if you're finding this useful so far. Give me a like if you're finding this useful. Just want to check. Give me a yes or a like if you're finding this useful. Live demo here behind the scenes on the Podcast Livestream Masterclass. Okay, next then. This is a really sweet one. If you really do like leverage, then finding influencers' content and putting your own spin on it is a great way to create content. So for example, I did a piece of content for TikTok which has had 1.3 million views, which is Elon Musk says that 90% of drug dealers know more about business— no, Elon Musk said that drug dealers know more than 90% of college professors about business, something like that. And then I shared my take on that, and I said the reason why I think he could be right is one, They're good at selling. Two, they have to be good with their security. Three, they have a product that has repeat business. They get their clients addicted, and it's cash-based business. And I just did a piece of content elaborating on what Elon Musk said, and it got 1.3 million views. So now I'm doing it with Will Smith and Bill Gates and all these other people. So I'm going to take all these influencers that I respect and admire, and maybe even sometimes where I don't agree with them and I'm going to share a quote or a piece of their content, and then I'm going to put my spin and take on it. That one makes it unique. Two, it's really easy for me to create because I'm creating off the back of them. They have no problem, by the way, because you're crediting them with the content, and that gives them good exposure. So it's a bit of a leg up, a leverage, and a head start for you, and it's more likely to go viral because let's be honest, Who's more viral, Rob Moore or Elon Musk? Of course Elon Musk. So go, you know, repurpose, create your version of content on the biggest influencers on the planet, and you're way more likely to go more viral. So Jordan Peterson has his 12 rules for life. Arnold Schwarzenegger, I believe, has his 6 rules. Go and create content based on these rules and put your take on it. And Will has said, can you get Will Smith on an interview while he's in the UK? We're trying our best, Will, to make that happen. Will and Will. Let's do one with Will and Will. We're trying our best to make that happen. But it's just so— that's such a great strategy because it's really leveraged. Now, I never used to want to do this. I want to be original. I don't want to copy anyone else. I just want to be purely original. But when I started, no one gave a fuck about Rob Moore. Everyone gives a fuck about Will Smith, Arnold Schwarzenegger, Jordan Peterson. Yada yada. So it's great leverage. And also what you can do is you can pivot it into your niche. So let's say I wanted to do— Conor McGregor had said something, and I could say, and I want to put a spin on what Conor McGregor said for entrepreneurs. So you can take their content and spin your content on it into their niche, into your niche. So for example, so talk about Will Smith strategies for life to talk about my happiness niche. Exactly, exactly. All right, cool, cool. Will Smith said, if you can't beat the fear, just do it scared. What a great quote. So I've done content on that. If you can't beat the fear, just do it scared. What— I mean, that's a brilliant quote. I need to get some Conor McGregor ones now because he's massive. Okay, next bit. By the way, how you finding this? Are you finding this useful? Let me know. We must be on like number 15, 16, 17. I want to show you it's way easier than you think to create great content. People always saying to me, I'm really prolific, I'm everywhere. I think that overwhelms them because I think that they think it takes a lot of freaking work and it's really hard. It's not. I mean, after all, I'm live on Facebook, live on TikTok, and live on the podcast livestream masterclass. I could even take this and have this as a podcast episode. Um, I've said to Callum I want this to be a masterclass that maybe I give to my supporters and subscribers, or maybe a paid-for masterclass. So I want to show you it's much easier than you think. Okay, next then. People love this kind of content: your struggles into inspiration. So let me know in the comments What's been your biggest struggle in your life? Put it in the comments. What has been the biggest struggle in your life? What has been the biggest struggle in your life? Marriage, over— failure, overcoming worthiness, trust, getting clients, money, mindset, finding my self-worth, starting my own business, fear, being overweight, finding my voice, health, hip replacement after a serious accident, uncontrollable seizures, getting rid of, um, pain in the brain, divorce, depression, fertility, procrastination, putting everyone before me. Wow. Firstly, I want to say I love you all. Burnout. It's just we've all got pains and we've all got problems, and, um, thank you for being so honest and open to share. Now, every one of you has just shared with me something that forms a great piece of content. How did you repair your health? How did you overcome— wow, I mean, you know, I'm not even going to repeat some of the things that are said in the comments because it's just horrific. But how did you overcome that massive challenge? Because what you figured out to overcome that massive challenge, dealing with depression, dealing with loneliness, etc., That is amazing content that will inspire many. Overcoming a brain injury— there's 3 people here have overcome a brain injury, so there's hundreds of thousands of people who've had a brain injury that need your help. So when you turn your struggles into inspiration, i.e., this difficult thing happened to me and I'm going to share with you exactly what happened and what I learned from it in the hope that I'm helping people like you. Wow, just take a moment there. Okay, next then is case studies and testimonials. So, um, if any of you have got any benefit from my content, please just share what you've benefited from in my content in the comments. So if any of you have got some kind of benefit, even something tangible from my content, please just share it in the comments. I'd be very grateful if you could. Okay, so someone has said here, transforming how I see myself, becoming aware of the reality of getting out of the hamster wheel, no shortage of inspiring ideas. So thank you for that, that's very kind. So what I could do is I could interview you on what you've benefited from working with me. Mary said, I'm learning about time leverage. The fact that I can chop and change topics that I talk about and real-life experiences— amazing content. So multiple streams at once, that's definitely something I do a lot of. So my point here is I could then ask you to share what you've learned from me and how it's benefited you, and then I could promote you on my social medias. So for example, in my podcast, The Disruptive Entrepreneur, I could come and interview Linda on what she's learned about me, about multiple live streaming. I could, um, ask some of my podcast clients to share, um, how they benefited from me on the Podcast Live Stream Masterclass. I've helped Will to some degree, um, overcoming procrastination, etc. So if I interview you or you create content based on what you've learned from me, I'm crowdsourcing content from you. I'm leveraging content from you. So testimonials and case studies are great forms of content. We've covered loads. I haven't even finished. The elephant in the room of your industry. In your niche, in your industry, there is the unsaid. There is the, the places that people don't dare discuss. There are the elephants in the room. Address them, share content on them, get discussion and debate on them. Put your flag in the ground of what you believe about these elephants in the room, the schemes, the scams, the places people don't dare go or don't dare talk about. When you do, your content will go viral. By the way, if you're enjoying this content on Facebook, please hit the share button. I want to get my content out to millions of people. Please hit the share button and make sure you're following me on TikTok if you're watching here on the TikTok Live. Okay, and then the final one, the final one— myth busting. So are there myths in your industry? Oh, money don't make you happy. Fucking does. I'll bust that myth. Cash is king. No, it's not. Cash flow is. I'll bust that myth. Time is money. No, it's not. Time is time. I'll bust that myth. Tasks are money, but time isn't money. So what myths are there in your industry? I bet that, you know, pharmaceutical industry, there must be loads of myths in there. Oh, I'm too busy to create content. No, you're fucking not. You're just not making enough priority, or you don't know how to do it, or you're not taking the time to learn. Yada yada yada yada. So any myths in your niche or industry? Bust them and people will love that content. Yes, Mr. Shouty Man, I am a shouty man. I try not to shout, but I get more and more shouty as I get more and more excited. I don't know why, but maybe I think if I shout more, more people will watch me. I am— I'll tell you why. Because I was a repressed child who was fat and overweight and bullied, and I never got heard. I use my voice for energy. If I just said, hey everyone, how you doing today? Really great to see you. And let's spend 3 days, um, sharing information with each other. And that's going to be pretty boring in the end. 6 viewers ain't working. I'm a multi-millionaire, so it is working. And check out all the views on my, um, main videos on TikTok. Millions of views on— tens of millions of views I'm getting on my TikTok main feed. I've only just started doing lives. Before you judge, start your own fucking Lives, and thanks for tuning in, by the way. I'm just playing. All right, cool. So quick summary, how you doing? Here we go. So here's what we've covered. If you're watching on the TikTok, make sure you're following me. If you're watching on the Facebook Live, please shout, uh, share, shout. Yeah, that's me shouting. Please share this video. Um, one of the reasons I, I shout is because one it kind of gets the energy up. Two, um, I do rants a lot on my content, and rants are shouty, but actually I should vary the volume and the tone a bit more. I just— that's my default, I would say. Okay, also, if ever there's a difficult, um, audio connection, or if there's— the hearing isn't easy, you're never not going to hear me. So it's actually pretty good. I sometimes interview people on my podcast, and when they're talking, they're talking like this and people can't actually hear them very well. It's actually a bit distracting because you really want to hear them talk, but they're talking like this, you can't really hear them very well. At least with me, you're never gonna have any issues with hearing me, motherfucker. All right, quick summary then. Here we go, let's do this. Follow me on TikTok, share the video on Facebook. Here we go. So I've covered at least 20 ways to create great content. I'm going to do a summary for you right now. Number 1 is you crowdsource content from your community. You ask them the kind of content they want and need, and you, and you create it for them. Number 2, anything you've solved in your life or figured out, you can create content on how you figured that out. Number 3, anything that you did or you experienced, share what you learned experiencing that. That's great content. Number 4 is how-to content, you know, the 3 ways to go viral on social media, the 5 ways to monetize the internet. It. Number 5 and 6 are live talks and conversations converted into podcast episodes or YouTube videos. And next one, number 6 or 7, is rants. Go get emotional, um, put, you know, put your opinion out there when you really strongly believe in something. Next one is topical discussions with topical people. Next one is entertaining content or edutaining. Entertaining and educating. Next one is surprising, shocking, or contrarian content. Next one is behind-the-scenes content. Let them peer like a voyeur into places they'd not normally see. Next one is anything you're passionate about. Next one is your specific niche where you have knowledge and experience in. Next one is repurposing one piece of content across all media. Next one is one-to-one or group coaching that you can then share as content, as long as you get the permission of the people on the coaching call. Any talks or speeches you do can become content. Any interviews you do can become content. You can do Clubhouse rooms and discussions into content. You can get inspired by influencers and create your own content based on influencers' content. Anything you've struggled with in your life, you can turn into inspiration. You can get testimonials and case studies from the people who've gained results from your content. You can address the elephants in the room, the places people won't go in your niche or your industry, and create content on that. That will be viral. And you can bust myths. Now I've got one more for you, one more, and I've saved the best till last: newsjacking. So when Adele was on Oprah, or when Meghan and Harry were on Oprah, and you did content on that and you bridged it elegantly into your niche, you'd have gone viral. So anything that's massive in the media, everyone's talking about, it's hypey, everyone's on it, it's just all across the news— create content on it. Now, in an ideal world, you'll bridge it and make it relevant to your niche. Cool. Thanks for tuning in. I love you all. So on the TikTok Live, make sure you're following me. Hit the follow button right now. And on Facebook, please share this content if you find any of my content useful. That's all I ask. Other than when, for example, I'm selling something, in which case make sure you buy it all. A week today is Black Friday, just letting you know. We might have something special in store. Keep your eye out for that, and I'll see you soon.
