How To Generate Subscription Based Income: A Mini-Masterclass

Rob Moore breaks down a 7-step system to build £11,100 in annual subscription revenue, targeting three new paying members daily. He compares platforms like Patreon and Kajabi, recommends four content pillars (exclusive info, behind-the-scenes, VIP access, pure exclusivity), and uses a tiered pricing model starting at $10/month. Daily live streams across multiple channels with brief subscription pitches are the core acquisition tactic.

So I'm going to do a little mini masterclass here on something very specific and tactical, and that is how to create £11,100 per month in recurring income within 1 year. And it's a 7-step process, and it's actually quite simple. It's not easy, But it's simple, and I've just posted it on my Instagram story, on my third and last story. Go and get a screenshot of it because this is the model I'm going to cover with you now. Now, before I go into the, the tactics of it, you do not need any money to start this other than maybe a few dollars a month hosting, or even just a small revenue share. So you don't even have to put any upfront money in. And you don't necessarily need any followers to start. Of course, having followers will help, but you don't need them. So I would say that you should pick something that you love to talk about— martial arts, music, editing, business, money, assets, real estate. Whatever your passion or profession is, this is what you are going to, um, use as your content for your subscription-based site. Now, there are, I believe, 3 to 4 best platforms. So point 1 that you can see on my stories is that it— I'll tell you what, I'll tell you what they are and then I'll talk through which ones you should use, because I could just say, I could just tell you one, but I think it's more important to give you tactical guidance. So I would say the 4 main subscription platforms where essentially— or memberships, yeah, also known as membership sites— that are easy to use, that are white label, that are plug and play, that you just upload your content onto or record in the platform are Patreon, Kajabi, Facebook Supporters, and OnlyFans. And I'll tell you why you might want to use each one. Patreon, if you want something fairly easy and quick, there's probably more based around your content or knowledge, uh, and maybe you record it on the fly on your iPhone or Samsung phone, and it's relatively quick and easy to use, and they'll take 8 to 12% of your revenue. You can have, I believe, up to 5 levels on Patreon. So you could do a $5, a $25, a $50, $100, and a $500 level, or you could tweak that. The next one is Kajabi. If you want a full-on membership site area, you want to drip feed modularized content over months, and you want it to be a bit more of an immersive education platform, Kajabi is probably the one to go for. Now with Kajabi, you'll have to pay them a subscription, so you will have to pay a few dollars a month, whereas with Patreon, I believe you just pay them a share of your revenue. There may be a setup fee, I'm not quite sure. I do actually have a Patreon, but it's not my biggest platform. Then you've got Facebook supporters. Now I have a Facebook supporter program. I have about 3,100 members paying about $5 a month. Um, and that's good if you use Facebook a lot, because obviously if you use Facebook and you're used to doing Facebook Lives and you have Facebook groups, etc., well, the Facebook Supporter Program, you just do all of that, but Facebook only allows it to go to your supporters. So it's actually quite clever. When I go live on Facebook, if I just write #supporters at the start of the post or the live, it filters out everyone else and only shows that content to my supporters. So it's so easy to use. Didn't have to set up any other platform, didn't have to put in my credit card details again, didn't have to put in all my information and all that fuckery because there's a million channels. But that's only really if you're quite active on Facebook or you want to be active on Facebook. And if you're not, then you might not even be able to get the platform because I was one of the first 50 or 60 people in the world to get the Facebook Supporter program, and it was because I'm active on Facebook. My Facebook page is engaged and I have a decent following. So you may actually have to earn that. I believe you have to have X amount of followers and X amount of minutes of video views to unlock it, but I don't think it's anymore in beta, and I think they're now opening it out to the masses. And it's great if you use Facebook. It's so easy, and it's so easy for a Facebook user to sign up. So for example, if I wanted you to sign up to Patreon or Kajabi, you've got to go off of Clubhouse or Wisdom or Instagram or wherever you are, go on to Kajabi or Patreon, stick in all your details again and sign up. And you know, people will do that, but it's just a bit more friction. Whereas on Facebook, all they do is press a button, double-click to pay through Apple Pay, and job done, they're a subscriber. Subscriber. So I find, um, you— I get a lot of new members. I'll tell you one great thing about Facebook supporters is, um, number one, the ease in which it is to sign up, and therefore the volume of signups you get. I've got nearly 500 new subscribers in just under a week in a little mini launch I did. Um, but also Facebook have just announced that until the end of the year they're paying $20 for each subscriber you get. So if you get a new subscriber, you'll get whatever you charge a month— $5, $10, $50, $100— but they'll pay you a flat $20. And so with 500 new subscribers that I just got, that's $10,000 bonus. That would just about put a tank of fuel in my Lamborghini Aventador, but $10,000 is not bad. Um, and Facebook are really going hard right now to give you incentives. They're doing supporter challenges for you who have a supporter program. They're doing star challenges. I'll talk to you about stars later. And then the final one is OnlyFans. So if you have gorgeous boobs, long legs, you look really good naked, you're a pouter, you've got pecs and a six-pack, then OnlyFans is where it's at for you. I don't have any of that. Well, I have long legs, but I'm 6 foot 3. But I don't have any other of those assets, so my OnlyFans game is not up to speed. Now OnlyFans, of course, is not just for beauty and, um, you know, pornography and lifestyle and all of that, but of course it does have that brand reputation. I'm not knocking it because I believe everyone's entitled to earn a living, and I believe you leverage the assets you have. I don't have those kind of assets. I have 1,300 tenants in my real estate portfolio. They're the kind of assets I have. Um, but OnlyFans is also pretty simple and easy and seems to be quite— there seems to be low friction going from Instagram to OnlyFans. Some of these people with big OnlyFans accounts are brilliant marketers, and you can definitely model their marketing strategy. Um, so they are the four: Patreon, Kajabi, Facebook supporters, or OnlyFans, depending on your brand, your niche, your model. And, you know, what you're going to think— what you think could be easiest for you and your customers to join. Okay, so that's pretty tactical, but I wanted to get tactical. Point 2 then. So as I mentioned on my Instagram stories, I've put how to generate subscription-based recurring income, and I'm talking through that system. So the second part to the system is you need to have some content and some value on your subscription platform so that someone will join. Now, subscriptions are a thing of the present and the future. So I would probably say that Netflix would be the company that's really opened up our minds to the power of the subscription model. They have 193 million users paying probably on average $10, $12 a month. That's more than $2 billion a month. And there's me going, check me out, Rob Moore, with my 3,100 supporters. And Netflix have 193 million, I believe. I'm actually having the founder of Netflix speak at my recurring income summit coming soon as well. So if you get a chance to jump in on that, grab it. But now Volvo, you can have a car on subscription. There's HelloFresh where you can order and buy food that you cook fresh daily on subscription. So I think more and more businesses will be on subscription now. And, uh, obviously we do gym on subscription, don't we? And it's a model of the now and the future, and it's really good because people don't have to put capital outlay. You don't have to put 50 grand down for a Volvo, or you don't have to buy films at $5 or pounds a pop. You can just subscribe and get more usage and more value. So what is it that you know as well or better than anyone else? What is it that you love? What is it that you do? And there's 3 or 4 different things that will make a really good subscription platform, so I'll tell you them. Number 1 is good information. Number 2 is behind-the-scenes information or information that's exclusive that they can't get anywhere else. Number 3 is more VIP access, access to you, access to a private community. And then there's exclusivity. So I, for example, 2 or 3 times a year do a supporter meetup where we have dinner together in London. Obviously not all 3,100 of us, but I do first 45 on a first-come, first-serve. I go to some speaking events that I'm paid to go to, and I'll have 15 or 20 premium tickets, and I'll give them to my, um, supporters, for example. Or I'll give them the best discounts that I can give, um, to my supporters. So you've got Information, exclusivity, access, and then behind the scenes. These are the 4 main types of content that you can do, and you can do this on Patreon, Kajabi, Supporters, or OnlyFans. Uh, and I help people start and scale their business and get better financial knowledge. That's my vision. I'm prepared to do that for the next 55 years, and I'm absolutely committed to that. And you know, you could say, oh well, you know, Grant Cardone or Gary Vaynerchuk or Richard Branson or Elon Musk, you know, are bigger than me, but I don't think they have many— as many supporters as me or as many subscribers to my platforms as me. And the reason I say that is because there's a space for all of us. It's not just for the biggest players in the industry. There's a place for you. You know, your vibe attracts your tribe, and the way that you are and that you present yourself and the way that you disseminate and package information will attract people to you. And I just wanted to let you know that because a lot of people starting out, they kind of doubt themselves and their ability to be valuable. Everyone's valuable. You just need to honor that and then put that out to the world. Okay, number 3 then is, um, how much content should you put up on your Patreon, Kajabi, Facebook supporters, or OnlyFans? Well, I would say 1 to 2 unique pieces of content a week would be absolutely fine. So you could do one masterclass a month, you know, a deep dive live training. You could do one exclusive live video. I do an Ask Me Anything live only to my supporters every 2 weeks, and I used to do that anyway on Facebook every Sunday. And then when I set up my supporter program, it didn't seem fair that people could get Ask Me Anything for free and they'd have to pay. So I just said, look, I'm not doing Ask Me Anything Lives now on my free platforms, or I'm doing them very rarely. So if you like jumping in on the weekly Ask Me Anything Lives, come and join my supporter program because it's only £3.49, $5. So that helped move a lot of people. So if you're already doing content, a lot of it can just be moved from the free to the subscription platform that they pay for. So if you do an Ask Me Anything Live every 2 weeks, a deep dive masterclass once a month, and then, you know, 1 to 3 pieces of content a month that's just exclusive for your members, that's more than enough. I found actually that I gave way too much too soon, and I created an expectation And on average, you should do 1 to 2 pieces of content a week. I still do content every day on all my free platforms. And some people say, oh, well, do you do less free then? Or if you do more free, does that affect your paid? It's the opposite. The more free I do, the more members I get. Um, and I just make sure that the content is next level or slightly different, or like I said, exclusive. I'll give you another example. Um, I just went live yesterday evening with my, um, second interview on my YouTube channel with David Icke, who's obviously a very controversial official guy, and he's been banned from most platforms. We interviewed him for about 90 minutes, and we had to take about 30 minutes of the content out because they— he used the C-word a lot, which I won't use, um, and, you know, mentioned a lot about the government and the, um, the vaccines, etc. And we had to take down— not because I wanted to, but because we could have got our entire YouTube account shut down. And I'm about to hit 100,000 followers, so Fuck, am I letting that happen? So what we did was we went live yesterday. You can find it on my YouTube channel if you search Rob Moore Progressive or Rob Moore. They're my usernames. You'll find me on all the channels. And, uh, you know, I'm starting to get some virality on them all now after putting quite a lot of graft in. So what we did was the 60 minutes went on the YouTube, and then a couple of times I said if you want the stuff I can't publish that we'd get shut down for, just go and join my Rob.team platform. It's just $5 and you can get the exclusive behind the scenes 30 minutes that we couldn't publish live. So that's a nice way that you can move people from your feeds free to your paid. Um, you could do interviews with people and the final 20 minutes, maybe you have a specific set of questions, that final 20 minutes, that could be only for your members. So it's actually not very difficult to create the content from your platform. Okay, number 4 then is how much do you charge? So I went on the low end, and, and I think I'd already made my millions by about age 30, and I became a deca-millionaire by age 35. So I was able to do these and not have money as the main focus, which is a nice position to be in because you can have growth and scale But I don't also think there's anything wrong with having money as the main focus. And you can actually make a living out of this. Like I said, the title of this content is how to make £11,100 a month in a year or less through subscription revenue. So let's say you're, you know, you want to monetize early. I wouldn't go as low as me because I'm looking for scale. I want 50,000 members. Um, and you know, it's going to be easier to do that on $5 than it is $10 or $20, but for you, I would start minimum $10 a month. I'd start with a $10 a month level, and then I'd add a $30 or a $50 a month level, and then I'd add a $100 or a $500 a month level. And what you'll find is 20-20-20, up, up, up, which means 20% of your $10 level will join your $30 level, and 20% of the $30 level will join the $100 or the $500 level. That's normal kind of rough maths on it. So a smart play to do is to— you could build up 1,000 members on $10 and then add the $30, and then 200 of them will go on the $30, and then add the $100, and, um, you know, 40 of those will go on the higher level. Um, Layla's just said, do I do a course on this? I actually do have a plan or an idea to do a course on this because I think it's one of the quickest, um, implementationable business models that there is, and it's one of the most relevant business models of our time, um, because we're all on the internet and we're all on social media, and social media are turning on all these social, um, these monetization tools, and all the social media channels are competing with each other now, um, and that creates a good competitive fair capitalist environment. So I started at $5 because I wanted scale, but for you, I'd start at $10 on level 1 and $30 to $50 on level 2. And on level 2, you could— you just give closer access to you. So at $50 a month, maybe they get a monthly Zoom mastermind where you, you know, for an hour do a group mastermind with them, answering all their questions one-to-one. And, you know, maybe you give them premium tickets to a monthly networking or community meeting. That's easily worth $50 a month, just those two things. And of course, if you've got a couple of hundred of those, that's really good money. And also, the community in your paid membership is brilliant because I know this sounds really strange, right? But, um, 90% of people will never give you a penny. They won't even give you $5 or £3.50. Because you're not right for them, they're not right for you, they're just window shoppers, they're self-development, they're still researching, they're lazy, they're this, they're that. There's a million reasons why most people who come into contact with you won't give you any money. So they're just voyeurs, you know, they're the audience in the stadium, they're not the players on the pitch. But as soon as someone has spent money with you, whether it's $5 or $5,000, they become 11 times more likely to buy again, and they become highly engaged. And so I'll give you a random example of this. Every Black Friday, I try and disrupt and do a special offer that's not too predictable. And, um, I promoted my Black Friday offer— realistically, it was to about 200,000 people. Realistically, it was a bit more, but there wasn't the full opens or the engagement. So let's say it was 2,000 people. And I had at the time, let's say for ease of maths, 2,000 supporters. The numbers were slightly off, but that's just ease of maths. So, um, 1% of my followers were paying $5 a month and 99% were paying fuck all, as we say in England up north. And I did a Black Friday offer and we did about $200 grand, and 60% of the revenue was from my 1% supporters. So my supporters spent £120,000, and then the other 99% spent £80,000. How crazy is that? That is what you call the 1% club. So you've got loads of other really big benefits of having subscribers. They're loyal customers, they're more engaged, they become buyers. They're active, they're action takers, they become your best case studies. So it does way more virtue. Oh, by the way, I will give a little caveat. Well, a couple. Number 1, if you're listening, make sure you're on my subscription platform. It's called rob.team. I actually had my own one built by my developer. It's— the link is rob.team. So I've got loads of benefits on there. You can join that, um, you know, whenever you're ready. Maybe go now, or maybe wait till the end of this content. Um, one, because you get exclusive access to everything that I've just taught you. I do supporter meetup, supporter dinner, supporter-only events, VIP ticket upgrades. Every time I go to a new city, I just do a random pop-up supporters who's around, and we go out for, for dinner. It's a very engaged community. Um, but, but the caveat to me saying that the supporter spent spent 60% of the money is that I made the Black Friday offer to them the day before. As part of being on the supporter program, you get the offer the day before everybody else, before it sells out. And I give my supporters an extra 10% off again. Leila said she's just joined. Yeah, it's at rob.team, r-o-b.t-e-a-m. You'll see on the page, if you want to go about halfway down on the left, you can either join through Facebook, which is called the supporter program, or on the right you can join on rob.team, which is my own hand-built platform. They're the same except one is hosted on Facebook and one isn't. But that's another thing you can do for your subscribers is you can give them extra discounts. So my supporters get 10% off the very best prices that you'll ever get of anything that I'll ever sell. And so one purchase that they make probably pays for many years of membership. All right, number 5 then. I hope you're finding this useful. Number 5 is you need to make it really freaking easy to join. The harder it is to join, the less, uh, new subscribers you'll get. So you need a really nice, sexy, clean, easy-to-use landing page. Now you'll be able— within Facebook Supporters, you just upload a video and the landing page is within Facebook. Um, I don't know how it works on Kajabi or OnlyFans. I know on Patreon, again, you've got a sign-up page on Patreon. It's got to be easy to sign up. And one of the biggest frictions is having a link that's too long. If I said go to robmoore.com/goandfuckingsubscribetomagoddamnmotherfuckingsawesomefuckingsubscriptionplatformrightnow//12635, No one's gonna go because it's too fucking long and no one can remember it. And then you can't type it in, and even when you do type it in, it takes you 48 years. So you have to make a nice short URL. These are called smart URLs, which is why I've got rob.team. R-O-B dot T-E-A-M. You don't even need to put www. in. I've made it so easy for you. I wipe your bottom, I peel your your grapes. I fan you. I suck your toes. I do freaking everything for you. You don't even have to type in www. You just write rob.team. By the way, that was the shortest URL I could find. If I could find a shorter one, I would have done. But you've got to make it really easy for them to subscribe and join, otherwise they don't. So get what we call a smart URL. And make sure that landing page has clearly got the benefits on it. It's short, but it's got enough sexy benefits on it. Now, by the way, you can just model my platform. Never copy me. I don't copy anyone. Be inspired by people and model them, but put your own flavor on it. But you can see the landing page we've created at rob.team, and what it does is it has a banner at the top. Haswell has said they joined yesterday. Thank you. And then we've got the main sort of 8 or 9 benefits at the top. Then we've got how you sign up, either on Facebook on the left or on rob.team on the right. I wouldn't recommend having 2 platforms. There's a very complicated reason why I've got 2. I would just have one. And then underneath that, we've got all the masterclass bonuses and then the sign up again. It's, it's a super simple page. It's clear what you get. It's undeniable of the value. And then when you— especially when you sign up by Facebook, it's really freaking easy. Okay, right, number 6 and 7, my final parts to this mini masterclass, are all about how to make £11,100 a month within a year. You'll be surprised how easy it is. So I'm going to start with number 7 and then go back to number 6. And if any of you are saying, where are all these numbers? If you just follow me on Instagram, I've actually put this up as my final story, but you need to follow me on Instagram to be able to then see my stories. And I'm just, you know, using this like step-by-step system to make sure that I'm, you know, pro— it's a system for you rather than it just being the beyond. So number 7, check this out, right? I think if you can't get to £11,100 a month within a year, you need a massive slap, um, or a bucket of water over your head, or that, or, or this, you've done something majorly wrong. Now remember I said it's simple, not easy, but I wouldn't, you know, anything that's easy is not worth doing anyway. So, um, if you charge $10 a month, which everyone listening and watching, everyone without fail can charge $10 a month in any country in the world, Or you could go £5 if you're chicken shit, but literally it's easy. $10 a month, that's what you're going to charge. They're really right on the lower end. Now get this, 3 new members a day within 1 year and you're on £11,100 a month recurring income. Not a year, a month. Just 3 new members a day and within 1 year you're at $11,100 a month. I mean, that is batshit awesome. So how then do you get 3 members a day? Well, hopefully most of you are like, well, I could do that, that's within my realms of possibility. Here's how you get 3 new members a day. Go live on Instagram and do what I call a content bridge offer slot. Um, I've actually got training on how to do content bridge offers on my Rob.team platform, and I do live content bridge offers that you can model. And my best 20 content bridge offers that have converted into sales, I've put on the Rob.team platform. So I'm literally spoon-feeding you as well as wiping your body with lovely baby wipes and putting the talcum powder on and sucking cutting your toes and peeling your grapes and fanning you like a Roman goddess because I've got your back. But, um, what, what a content bridge offer is— sorry, I'm getting myself excited. A content bridge offer is where you share content and then bridge into making an offer for your subscription platform. Simple to do. You can go live on Instagram, do 5-minute content, bridge into 2-minute offer, done. Then you can go live on Facebook, 5-minute content, bridge into 2-minute offer, done. Then you can go live on Wisdom, 10-minute content, bridge into 3-minute offer, done. Then you can go live onto Clubhouse, run a room, 15-20 minutes content, bridge into offer, done. Then you can record a podcast, do 20 minutes content, bridge into offer, 5 minutes, done. Or you can do what I'm doing right now where I'm live on Clubhouse, I'm live on Wisdom, I'm live on Instagram, and I'm recording a podcast. So you could do it all at once if you wanted. I'm telling you, you'd get more than 3 per platform. You'd probably get 5. And like, even if you only had 50 followers, you'd probably still get 5 per platform. That's 5, 10, 15, 20, 25. 25 a day. I don't know if I dare do the maths on 25 new members a day, but it's tens of thousands a month. So it's actually not hard. It's about consistency. So let me do a quick summary then. I've pretty much just covered my content on my final story on Instagram. You can save this to your phone and then take action on it. When all is said and done, more is said than done. To know and not to do is not to know. And my personal favorite Talk doesn't cook rice. So you gotta get off your ass and do this shit. So on my Instagram story, I have written a system for you, how to generate subscription-based recurring income. Step 1, you set up on either Patreon, Kajabi, Facebook, or OnlyFans. Step 2, you turn the information you're most inspired about, something that you already do, a business, a hobby, a passion, a profession, and that's going to be the niche of your membership site. It should be a niche, a theme. Number 3, you're going to record, hmm, 1 to 2 unique pieces a week. It's going to be exclusive, or part of it they can get for free, but part of it they get behind the scenes in your platform. Or you do your Ask Me Anything lives only to your supporters or your subscribers. Then number 4, you're going to work out your fee, and I recommend starting at $10, and then you build up level 2 and level 3 later once you've got a good membership. And by the way, here's a quick hack: if you build up your $10 a month and get 300, 400, 500 users in your first 4 or 5 months, then ask them more what they want, and ask them more what they want, and ask them more than what they want, and instead of just chucking that in the current level, give them what they want but put it in the higher level, and then up, up offer them the higher level. How easy is that? Number 5, you got to make it easy to sign up. You gotta have a cute, sexy landing page. Doesn't have to look good for design, it has to be converting well. So if you go to rob.team, you can model mine. It's simple, it's clean. Um, and the, the web URL, people are asking, what is it again? Um, how do I spell it? All right, r-o-b dot t-e-a-m. Romeo Oscar Bravo Dot Tango Echo Alpha Mike. I actually haven't flown my helicopter for quite a few years, uh, and I just remembered the, um, the alphabet. Okay, uh, and next then is you go live every day and you get 3 to 5 new members a day per platform. And if you want to be super smart, you go live on multi-channel. And you get your 2, your 3, your 5, your 10 new members a day, and you do that consistently, and then you're at £11,100 minimum a month within 12 months. It's not rob.team. I spelt it out in the— in the— is it the phonetic alphabet? R-O-B-T-E-A-M. Not Tim. Not rob.team. Must be my accent. Rob.team. Rob.mooreteam. And on that note, um, if you would like to create multiple streams of recurring income, if you'd like to gain closer access to me where you can get Ask Me Anything lives, if you would like to get access to some of my events and get free tickets to them or upgraded into, uh, the premium membership, if you'd like to be able to occasionally meet me for dinner If you'd like to get exclusive behind-the-scenes content with some of my most disruptive guests, you can now join my membership platform at rob.team. So I'm actually encouraging right now to go to rob.team, and it's not dot Tim, it's not dot Dave, it's R-O-B dot T-E-A-M. So go there right now, don't wait. You'll see on that page About halfway down on the left, you can either join through Facebook. Um, if you use Facebook, do it that way. It's clean, quick, easy. And on the right, it's my own platform that I had hand-built. Um, they're the same, but you'd so choose one. It's gonna be about $5 a month. I think it's £3.49. I paid £3.45 for a medium skinny cappuccino extra shot this morning, and I have 62 of them a month. I'm addicted, but I'd like you to get addicted to my subscription platform for just £3.49 a month. And you get closer access to me. Occasionally I open up my WhatsApp groups, and you're in some of my WhatsApp groups where you get even closer access to me to answer some of your questions and challenges. We've got a very active, engaged community of over 3,000 members, and probably 2 of the best things. Number 1 is I do Make Cash Challenges every quarter. We've just finishing one right now. Actually, there's one day left, and the entire 18 videos and all the actions are all saved in one master thread in Rob.team. So you can gain access to the entire challenge and all the recordings. Um, you know how people have made 5 grand, 10 grand. One lady just raised 300 grand's worth of finance on the challenge. You get that for free as part of the Rob.team platform, and I don't let anyone in the challenge who isn't a, a Rob.team member. And also, like I've just shared with you, a little masterclass on how to build your own subscription platform. Jump in mine, go and use it, go and see how it works, and model it and create your own. And you'll pay me £3.49 a month, and don't worry, I ain't going to get rich on that. And you'll learn how to create your own. And within 1 year, you could be at $11,100 a month, or you could be at $20,000 a month. Now, my guess is $11,100 a month, 99% of people who are listening would be pretty happy with that. That would be game-changing money for them. And that is by getting 3 new members a day. And I'm telling you, because it's only, you know, $5 or something like that, if you charge $5, you only need to do 5-minute content bridge into 2-minute offer. So you can do 7-minute pieces of content to promote this. If you think about it, I've just done that. I've just done 30 minutes of content, 40 minutes of content, and then bridged into making you an offer at rob.team. So you can even copy how I promote my own platform. This is what I mean about wiping your bottom with baby wipes and peeling you grapes and fanning you like a Roman goddess. You can literally follow me step by step. So let me spell out one more time because people are still getting the URL wrong, and I thought it was a smart one. I should have done fuck.off. Everyone would have known that I couldn't get that URL. So it's rob, R-O-B, dot T-E-A-M. So Sonia's just joined. Phil Graham's just said something really kind. Rob is the man, everyone jump at the chance to work with him. Thanks Phil, I love you. Nice_Speaks has just joined as well. So I can see lots of people joining in. Grab the Make Cash Challenge, grab all the bonuses, the exclusive content, the behind-the-scenes content, the meetups. Layla's just joined. On December 1st, by the way, this might be in the past if you're listening to a recording, but I do do these a couple of few times a year. I'm doing a supporter-only one-day special event. It's called Mindset and Money, and I've got my friend Alfie Best, who's worth $600 million. He's just bought a Bugatti Chiron. And I've got my friend Neville Wright, who's worth $100 million. And I've pulled in those favors, and they're both doing keynote speeches for my members, my subscriber members. All of that for $5 fucking a month. I mean, imagine being in a room and being able to ask questions and speak to someone who's worth $100 million and someone who's worth $600 million. That's how much I bring to you, my supporters and subscribers, because I know we're going to do a lot of business together in the future. So that's why I keep the price low. Like I said, I'm looking for 50,000 members ultimately or more, so I'm looking for scale. So last chance because I've got to get out of here. If you go to rob.team— Reggie's put rop.team, he's just freaking trolling me now. Reggie, we used to be friends. rob.tem. Go and join right now. Don't mess around. Um, and look, let's make some money together. Let's help you build your own subscription platform. Let's help you build a great community. Let's help you make 10, 20, 30 grand a month recurring income from doing what you love. And you can model me along the journey and follow my processes and systems. And I like to keep things simple, by the way. I don't have loads of fancy freaking cameras. I record most of the content on my smashed iPhone. Many of you watch my lives, you see how smashed my iPhones are. I, um, I smash an iPhone because I drop it or throw it, then I buy a new one and I keep the old one, and then I smash and drop that one, and then I buy a new one and I keep that one. And I just do my content for my channels on my phones. I'm currently now in a Clubhouse room on one phone, a Wisdom Room on another phone, and an Instagram Live on another phone. I've not got any fancy freaking Canon cameras or a BBC studio. I'm just a little old boy from Peterborough ranting in his pants. So go join at rob.team. I'll see you there. Thanks for tuning in. I love you all, and I'll see you on the other side.
