How to get a Supercar No Money Down

Rob Moore bought six supercars with no money down by leasing them through income-producing assets. A YouTube channel earning £5 per 1,000 views needs 200,000 monthly views to cover a £1,000 lease, or buy rental properties at £200 net each. He also mentions owning cars through an LLC structure.

How to get a supercar no money down. Yes, you heard it right. I have bought at least 6 supercars no money down. I currently own 4 supercars and they were bought none of my own money down. Now there are 2 ways to get a supercar no money down. One way is through buying it personally, and another way is through getting it through a specific type of company. I'm going to talk you through both now. So let's start with buying it personally. So you need to get a lease or higher purchase or contract hire where you put a few payments down and then you pay the car monthly unless you just marry a billionaire. There you go. The first way to get a supercar, no money down, is to marry a billionaire. But a lot of people say, oh well, if you don't own the car outright, then you're not a legitimate millionaire. Well, that's actually not true. I own a Ferrari Testarossa outright. I own an Ariel Atom outright. But a Lamborghini Aventador and a Porsche Panamera Turbo S are cars that I have bought no money down. So no, this isn't clickbait, this is real. There's two ways to do it. One is personally and one is through a company, and I'm going to take you through it step by step. But I just needed to let you know that I've done this 6 times and I currently have 4 of them. Um, now the first thing therefore is you don't buy them cash. Because cash is a very valuable asset and resource, and if you put cash into a depreciating liability like a supercar, that's a really bad use of the cash. So what you need to do is go and research which supercar you want. So, you know, it might be £700-£800 a month, it might be £1,500 a month, but research the supercar you want, try and find the very best deal that you can And then obviously you work out what your monthly payments are. Now to get started, you're going to need good credit and you may need a few down payments. You often need 4 or 5 down payments, you know, monthly payments. So to buy a supercar no money down personally, you find a lease deal, a kind of contract hire type deal. You can, for example, look on Contract Hire and Leasing. You work out your monthly payments, and let's say it's $1,000 a month because you can get a pretty sweet car for $1,000 a month. That's a nice round number. So then the next thing you need to do is work out how can I get assets that pay $1,000 a month in income. Because if you have assets that pay $1,000 a month in income and that $1,000 a month income pays for the monthly payment on the car, that car is costing you nothing per month. Now you've got to get these assets. So you could say, well, that's all very well, Rob, having £1,000 a month income from assets paying off the monthly payment, but I don't have any money to get any assets. So here's what you do. You work out what assets you can get with sweat equity, and I'm going to give you 1, 2, 3 examples here. So example number 1 asset you could get with sweat equity, i.e., not your own money, is you could go into a joint venture and buy real estate 50/50 with someone who puts up the money and you source the deals. So do you know that the first, um, what, 50 properties I did were low and none of my own money down? So I found a business partner and we bought 50 properties together for ourselves and investors in the first 2 years, and that was none of my money. So your average property will generate about £200 a month net, you know, a buy-to-let, a rental property. So if you get a £200 a month net rental property, 5 of them is £1,000 a month. Now if you're splitting that with a financier who financed the properties, Then you need 10 of them because you split them in two. So you need between 5 and 10 rental properties, standard family dwellings, paying £200 a month. 5 if they're all yours, 10 with— if you get them with a partner. And if you get them with a partner, the partner can finance them. And then the income, the £1,000 a month, pays off your car monthly payments, and that supercar is free, and it was no money down. So I'm going to give you two other asset examples, and then I'm going to talk about how you can do it through a company. Just going to address one person on this live, Jake Scott. So he says he's Googled me and I'm worth 100 grand. Well, actually, if you Google me, um, one place says I'm worth 70,000. That's actually just the amount of money they worked out I'd earned on a couple of YouTube videos. And then somewhere else says I'm worth a quarter of a billion. So Jake, you know, Mr. Um, king of research here, Jake, who's done 10 seconds Googling. Well, someone also says that I'm worth £250 million on Google. So, um, yeah, maybe you need to do a bit better research there, Jake. Um, I don't reveal my net worth, um, because my wife told me not to, my business partner told me not to, my accountant told me not to. I can tell you I'm not worth £250 million, but I can also tell you I'm not worth £70 grand or £100 grand or a million or £10 million. In fact, you know what, I will pander to this nonsense. I'm worth more than 10 million and less than a quarter of a billion, which are two of the figures that you can find online. And if you do any research, you can find out I've owned companies for 16 years. I've been an entrepreneur that long. You can find big property developments I own in the center of town. By the way, I own a Lamborghini Aventador, a Ferrari Testarossa I bought for cash. By the way, one of my cars I bought for cash is worth more than the net worth this guy says. So I always find it interesting with critics, they never— they're always like, go and do your research, do your research on people, and they're fucking shit at research. This guy's Googled for 10 seconds, doesn't know what he's talking about. Anyway, I just thought I'd, um, address that in the comments. So there's two other ways. I'm just going to give you random examples here that you could actually use. So random example number 2 of how to get a supercar no money down is to build a YouTube channel. Now I've done the maths for you here, by the way. Um, YouTube will give you about £5 per 1,000 downloads. So 200,000 downloads or views a month will make you a grand a month, which will pay off your supercar payments. That's only 6,451 views a day. So if you get 6,451 views a day, then that will be enough money through YouTube to get a free supercar or pay the monthly on a supercar. When you look at it like that, it's actually pretty achievable. Next thing is you can write a book. So if you charge a tenner for a book and you get net £3, then you only need to sell 333 books a month, or 33 books a day, and you get a free supercar. Now, whether you believe I'm worth 10 million or 250 million or £14.50, I've just given you two clear, pretty easy strategies there. I will say that buying 10 buy-to-lets with a partner who invests the money, that's not overnight. That might take you a few months. It took me a few months, but I did it. But anyone can launch a YouTube channel and earn £5 a thousand views. Anyone can. And in a few months, you could get 200,000 views a month, which is only 6,451 views a day, and that's a free supercar. Anyone can write a book. Absolutely anyone. Um, and anyone can earn net £3 on a book, which, which you charge a tenner for. So that's 333 books a month, or only 33 books a day, and you get a free supercar paid off. I think that's pretty cool. It's definitely achievable. Now look, the second way is to, um, set up an LLP and own a car in an LLP. I'll tell you what, I'll do a second video on that because it's a little bit more technical than what I've just explained. But let me just, just do a quick summary for you. If you want to get a supercar no money down, get it on a lease rather than putting all the cash in, because if you put the cash in, it's not no money down. And you need to make sure that you own assets that produce the income to pay the monthly lease costs on the supercar. For ease of example, I've said let's say it's $1,000 a month, because you've got to get a pretty good Um, you know, a grand a month will get you a good car. I've given you 3 specific examples on how you can do that. 5 properties cash flowing £200 a month net will pay you £1,000 a month net, which will pay your supercar and make it free. If you haven't got the money to put in any, any properties, and also that would mean it's not no money down, partner up with someone or borrow the money for the real estate. So if you borrow money to buy property or you partner with someone and they put the money down, then you obviously need double because you're going to split the money. So you need between 5 and 10 rentals at £200 a month. 5 if it's all your money, and 10 if you are sharing it with a partner and you've got a supercar, no money down. The next way: build a YouTube channel. Anyone can do that. It costs you nothing other than your time. £5 per 1,000 views. 200,000 views a month makes you a grand a month. That's just 6,451 views a day, uh, and/or write a book, uh, £10 to sell the book, £3 net to you. You should be able to make more than that, by the way. You sell 333 books a month or 33 books a day, and that's £1,000 a month. And that's how you can get a supercar, no money down. So let me know what you think in the comments. Also, do hit the share button because I think people assume you need money to make money and you need money to buy things. They're trying to think about the resources they need rather than the resourcefulness that they have. So, um, if you hit the share button, maybe it'll inspire some people to be resourceful. You can create many assets without your own money with your resourcefulness— personal brand, social media, ads from podcasting, YouTube revenue, monetization tools on social media, writing books. Getting paid to be a speaker, getting, um, revenue from traffic from web pages in the form of running ads or good SEO tactics. There's a lot of ways that you can generate revenue from assets that don't cost you any money. So hopefully that's challenged you to think a bit different. Um, Adam has said here, to be honest, Rob lives in the same city as me and it's widely known he has a large property portfolio. A good percentage of the high-value rentals around the city and is responsible for much of the residential development of the town center. Thank you very much, that's very kind of you, Adam. Occasionally he speaks some rubbish, occasionally he speaks some sense, but don't we all? One thing he is though is a legitimate successful businessman, no fanboy, just facts. There you go. Thanks, Adam, I really appreciate that. Um, yes, I'm sure we all do speak a bit of rubbish at times. It's very kind of you to say this. Yeah, I own Aspect House, Gape House, the City Club, the squash courts, and between those four, I think we've got 220 tenants in those. So thanks for just shouting that out to the one bellend who reckons I'm worth £3.50. Did 10 seconds of Googling. Legend. Isn't it funny how the critics who tell you to do all the diligence and research don't do any fucking diligence and research. I always find that rather amusing. Nice of you to say that, Adam. Thanks for tuning into my lives, really appreciate you. Really appreciate you all. Um, so hit the share button, let me know what you think of the content of how to get a supercar, no money down. I know not everyone will think this is possible. It is possible, you have just have to think creatively. After all, no one was born with millions. Even if you're born into millions, you have to wait till you're 18 or 25 or 30 for the millions, and then you didn't know what to do with the millions. So everyone is born with infinite resourcefulness but limited resources. So you need to use your resourcefulness, not your resources. If you rely on money, you run out of money. Like, even if you're loaded, you might buy 5 properties, 10 properties, 20 properties, and then you've run out of money. Whereas if you can learn to do joint venture partnerships, if you can learn to borrow money for property investments, if you can learn to build content on social media through all the social media channels, then essentially you've got unlimited potential to earn. And Adam, who kindly said, um, that he's from my city and it's widely known I have a large property portfolio here, that was, um, very kind of him to say. Property is just one way of making money, and content on social media and digital assets as well as physical assets is also possible. Adam will also see me driving those cars around town, so, um, although mostly they're in the garage. Ferrari Testarossa in the garage, Ariel Atom in the garage, as in broken. Um, anyway, thanks a lot for tuning in. Go join rob.team, um, because you can learn, earn, invest, and get online content digitally Downloadable for one-third of the price of Netflix and not even the same— less than a large Costa Coffee. So go join the club, be part of the financial revolution. I'll see— yeah, Adam said my stereo is worth more than £100,000, so I had a quarter of a million pound hi-fi, although I have sold parts of it recently because I need a better listening room. Um, in fact, yeah, anyway, I don't need to prove it. Um, But thanks a lot for all your support. I'll see you in Rob.team. Open up a new page on the internet, type Rob.team. Go join, learn, earn, invest, create multiple streams of recurring income, take personal financial responsibility yourself. And let me know what you think about my methods of owning a supercar no money down. I've done what I've just taught you in this video 6 times to own 6 supercars, of which 4 of them I still own. So it works. And remember, if you don't risk anything, you risk everything.
