It's Rob Moore, and I'm going to share with you 7 ways to make faster cash. I've got a Make Cash Challenge coming up next week, so it's all going to be about making cash this week. Give me a yes in the comments if you'd like to make more cash. I'm actually in my studio. I've just done some recording for TikTok. It's a bit of a mess, but let me show you. So we've got a studio here in my office. We do a lot of our content and our filming here. So let me put you back there. Who's that good-looking guy in the background? Look at him with this smirk. How you doing? Love you all. Right, what I'm going to do is I'm going to share with you, um, 7 ways to make faster cash. I'm also going to record for my money podcast Do you listen to my podcast Money? Let me know yes in the comments if you do, no if you don't. And if you don't, what are you doing with your life? I have a podcast called Money, nearly 200 episodes in. I've interviewed 15 billionaires. I interviewed David Icke yesterday again. He went wild on the money system. Uh, wait for that to come out. So let me just hit the record button. 7 ways to make faster cash. It's the week of making faster cash because coming soon I have my cult-famous Make Cash Challenge. Now, probably for 2 years, since before the lockdown, I haven't run one of my cult-famous Make Cash Challenges, but I'd run about 3 of those a year, ran them for 2 to 3 years straight for my supporters and community members on giving you actions and strategies and tactics to make as much money as you can in 5 days or 7 days. So, um, I'll talk to you a bit more about that at the end because that is actually one of my 7 ways to make faster cash. But what I'm going to cover is number 1, what I call the Content Bridge Offer™. Number 2 is repurposing content, going live on one platform and then having that content put multi-platform. Now, that's not the first time you've heard me say that. So if you're not content repurposing but you're hearing me tell you these things, talk doesn't cook rice, my friend, said in the voice of Yoda. Okay, the next one then. I'll just ask you straight up: are you asking every single one of your clients for referrals? My guess is you're not, so number 3 will be valuable for you. Number 4 is: are you selling more products and services to your existing clients? My guess is 90% of you are not. And you know, when people listen to me on Clubhouse and watch me speak on Instagram and take me to bed and watch my OnlyFans. But information can fly in your ear like a butterfly and then fly out of your other ear like a butterfly. To know and not to do is not to know. I don't want to be the guy that you watch like a voyeur. I want you to get in the game. I want you to get on the pitch. I want you to try stuff. Okay, then bespoke and premium. Premium. So Lambo made a massive profit last, um, tax year. Rolex are killing it. Do you have a premium version of your product or service? We'll talk about that. Number 5. Number 6 is information and intellectual property. Massive industry right now. My friend Ed Smith tells me it's the 3rd biggest industry in the world. I believe drugs is bigger, but, um, that's probably not what I'm going to teach you to do. Uh, and then number 7 is to challenge yourself to get shit done and get the calls done and get the marketing done and get the content out there to actually put the cash in the bank. And I'm going to invite you to join the Make Cash Challenge. Right then, what I call the CBO, number 1 way to make faster cash: content bridge offer. So if you just go, hey, I'm Rob Moore, buy all my shit, and if you don't buy all my shit, I'm gonna fucking find you and I'm gonna slap you, you gotta buy all my shit. Of course, that's a bit salesy, but also if you're just, 'Hi, I'm Rob Moore, and learn this from me and learn that from me, and let me teach you this and let me share that,' and I never actually make any kind of pitch or offer or elegant dance from social media to go and join a webinar or a cash challenge— either extreme probably not going to be good for your scaling your business. So I think a lovely hybrid is what I call the content bridge offer, where you deliver a piece of content either on your podcast or on your Instagram Live or on your Facebook Live or on your Clubhouse room or as a blog or article or sent out to your email database. And you deliver some content and then you bridge into your next action. My friend John Lee says the more times you are making offers and pitches and invitations and next actions, the more money you'll make. And many people are not doing that enough, but many people are a bit worried or concerned, especially us British people. Oh, I'm so British, I better not sell. I'll leave that to the Americans. Because I'm so British and embarrassed about selling. But you can do the elegant dance like I'm going to offer you the Make Cash Challenge. It will cost you the same as my Costa Coffee medium skinny cappuccino extra shot that I bought this morning. Now I buy 62 of them a month, but you, you only have to invest the equivalent of one per month, £3.49. But I'd be an idiot not to do that, to give you the next action and step. So across all your social media and traditional media, to deliver a bit of content and then bridge into your next step. What's the next step on the journey you want them to take? Buy the book, register for the webinar, and go from social media to email database, or social media to getting their contact details and their mobile phone number, come to your live events, actually buy your shit. And the content bridge offer is a really elegant way to do it. Number 2 then is you create your content on a master platform and then you repurpose it across multi-platform. So right now I'm live on Instagram, but I'm also recording for my podcast, and this will go live on my money podcast because it's called 7 Ways to Make Faster Cash, but it's also live on Instagram, which means I've got it on audio and live. And then when I save the recording of the Instagram Live, I then have it on video, and then when I get it transcribed for my blog or Facebook or LinkedIn, I then have text. So what you do is you do your master content delivery, and I like my master content delivery to be live. I love engaging with, you know, all of the people that are kind enough to follow me. I like just rolling with the live element. I like having a live audience. It gives me more energy. Now, some of you might be better at pre-records. I just did 10 TikTok video pre-records. I'd actually rather do that with an audience because that's how I prefer to deliver content. You have your preferred way of delivering content, so you make that your masterpiece. And then you repurpose it. But your written can't be your masterpiece because then you have to do it again. So I go live and then we get the recording from the live, and I'm recording the audio as well as the video, and then we get it transcribed. So I have W-A-V-L— written, audio, video, live. And I've gone from one Instagram Live that when I finish will disappear like a butterfly into the sky to Instagram Live, IGTV, Instagram main feed, YouTube, YouTube Shorts, YouTube Stories, Facebook Stories, Instagram Stories, Instagram, uh, Facebook main page, my Facebook groups. I've got Ecom Group, Disruptive Entrepreneur Group, Progressive Property Group. You get the picture. I turn one asset into multiple assets, and that's how you sell more. You do your content bridge offer and then you repurpose it from one channel to multiple channels. Okay, number 3: have you asked every single one of your clients if they would refer someone like them to you? My guess is you haven't, so do it. Don't do it right now because you're listening to me. Let me at least finish the episode, but do it as soon as you finish this episode. Now, a smart thing to do is to have an ideal client profile. So an ideal client profile might be 35 to 45 years old, um, have 3 properties in their portfolio, want to develop and build a personal brand, have turnover from 1 to 10 million, yada yada. Um, you use LinkedIn and Facebook as their two preferred social media channels. So that's an idea of building an ideal client profile. Now, if you haven't got any clients, you build that up and adapt it as you get clients. And if you've got clients, you go back and ask them who they are, where they hang out, where you found them, and where they found you. And you build this profile up, and it's your ideal client. And then when you ask your ideal clients for referrals, what do you get? Ideal clients. Why? Because people know people like them. So a great way to ask a client for a referral is to ask them if they would mind sending an email to you and copying in the client, the potential client, and doing an intro. If they give you the phone number, that's cold and you've got to phone this person who doesn't know you. And then if you ask them for the phone number, they might not give it. So, would you mind connecting me up with maybe 3 people like you who you think would really benefit from our product or service? I'll look after them and love them like my very own child. Could you introduce us and just tell us a bit about each other in an email? And so they might say, hey, Rob, this is Dave. Rob's a legend of business. And Dave is, you know, a good friend of mine who also wants to get results like I do. I'm introducing you both. Now you could do a two-stage process where you could go to your clients and say, hey, how are you? How you getting on? Can I help you with anything? Any challenges you've got? Any improvements you need from me? How can I, um, help you remove the friction to the journey of whatever it is you want to achieve in your life? What can we do better and different? What should we start, stop, keep? And you could phone them up, care for them. You could even do this as a SurveyMonkey or something like that, but I think it's nice to phone them unless you've got thousands of clients. And with a desire to serve and help, get information on how you can improve from them, asking them specific questions. And then say, is it okay, um, if and when I can implement these improvements, that I give you a ring back and let you know what we've changed? And if there's anything I think that we could do for you and create for you that might suit you, is it okay if I phone you in the future? They're obviously going to say yes, and then you've set up the next time to ask for referrals, or to do number 4, which is to upsell, cross-sell, downsell, renew. Like, I guess you've got clients who have only bought once. I guess you've got clients who used to subscribe and then stopped. I guess you've got customers who ended up having a refund or turning into a bit of a complaint. Every single one of them is an opportunity. So could you sell them something else, something different, something new, or more volume, or for a longer period of time what you've already sold them? And if you haven't gone to every single client and figured out what they need and sold them more or new or longer, you're leaving money on the table. So put that in your pipe and smoke it. Okay, what we got? Number 5: Bespoke and premium. Lamborghini made a massive profit, the most profit they've ever made in the last tax year. Rolex, absolutely smashing it, making loads of money. So premium products, they do well. And you could have a premium version of your standard product. I mean, if you think about the Volkswagen-Audi group, they own Lamborghini, so that would be the premium product, and the Volkswagen would be the standard product. Um, the— one of the richest men in the world and the richest man in fashion, Monsieur Arnault, said that if you want premium margins, you need to be in the premium brands business. And he owns LMVH, so Louis Vuitton, all these great brands, Moët Hennessy, you know, premium brands. So could you have a premium version of what you offer? Because in lockdowns and pandemics and recessions, the rich get richer, the rich don't stop buying. And then also bespoke. So in this world that's been disrupted, people don't want to be sold something standard, they want something bespoke and unique and packaged specifically for them. So in the world of bespoke and premium, you can, can sell through lockdowns and challenges and recessions. Number 6 is information. So I'm doing 7 ways to make faster cash, uh, and the great thing about information— so courses, masterminds, subscription sites, and mentoring, consultancy, training. So my best year in information, I did $21 million top line gross. Not bad for a little old boy from Peterborough. Done good. No silver spoon, no money to start. So you know stuff. Turn your wisdom into wealth. Turn your ideas into income. Turn your knowledge and experience and reach into revenue. It's a great business. It's a big business. Why is it a great business? Massive margins. So no stock required. It's just information. No premises required. You can do it all on lives on Instagram or Facebook, or you can do it on Zoom. You don't need premises, you can just start. That kid Ryan, who has Ryan ToysReview, 27 million he did last but one tax year, I think, and, uh, all the content recorded on his iPhone. Doesn't need a studio like this. 'Just his iPhone.' 'Little bastard.' 'Little bastard.' 'If only he were my son, I'd adopt him.' Everyone's like, 'Now stop doing your homework, son. Get on YouTube filming.' 'Stop doing your homework, daughter. Get on the PlayStation.' All right, and then finally is you've got to challenge yourself to get all this shit done. When all is said and done, more is said than done. To know and not to do is not to know. If you've been listening to my Money Podcast, you've had nearly 200 episodes from me teaching you all this stuff. If you listen to my Disruptive Entrepreneur Podcast, you've had over 700 podcast episodes listening to me teach you this stuff. If you followed me on Clubhouse, you've heard me do over 250 rooms talking about this kind of stuff. You've actually got to go and freaking do it. So here's how you can go and do it. I'm gonna challenge you to level up. Do you want to level up? Do you want to make more money this year? Do you want to make maybe, ooh, 5 or 10 times the money in 1/5 or 1/10 of the time? If you do, then I invite you to join my Make Cash Challenge coming up in a few days' time. You've got to be quick and do it now. So every day for 5 days, starting very soon, I'm going to do 3 pieces of content a day which will help you make more cash and put cash in the bank. So the link is rob.team, R-O-B dot T-E-A-M. You don't even need to put www.in, I don't believe. In fact, if you do, that often doesn't work. Just literally get a browser open right now and, um, write in the browser rob.team, uh, and then you can either join on Facebook if you use Facebook a lot, or on my own non-native platform that I've had built especially if you're not on Facebook much. Just depends where you prefer to consume your content. So it's rob.team. So go open a browser right now, and if you join rob.team immediately, because like I said, this challenge is starting in a few days' time, here's what's going to happen. It will only cost you the investment of £3.49, so it's what, $5? That is the exact same price, give or take 5 pence. Of my medium skinny cappuccino extra shot, and I have 62 a month. Um, you'll see on the page rob.team that I do masterclasses every couple of weeks, ask me anything lives every couple of weeks. I meet supporters around the world and we have lunch and dinner when I'm in different cities around the world. Obviously I can't tell you exactly when, that's kind of more shotgun. Um, we've got about 15 masterclasses recorded and in already. Um, VIP access and premium tickets to events that you may, um, either get a big discount on or get for free that other people would be charged for, access closer to me in a WhatsApp group. That's all there. But only to supporters and Rob.team members do I do the Make Cash Challenges. No one else can get in. So going to Rob.team now, you would be able to jump in on the Make Cash Challenge starting in a few days. And 3 times a day for 5 days, I'm going to do live video content with you. And on the morning early video, I'll be giving you strategies and tactics to go and put immediate cash in your bank. And if you thought the 7 that I've just shared with you here are really good or useful, I've got another 20 like that. So every morning I'm going to give you 2, 3, 4, 5 different actions to go and put cash in the bank. Not an invoice that might be get sent in a year, or someone says, yeah, I'll think about it. No, cash in the bank. In the afternoon every day, I'm going to bring a multimillionaire friend of mine and they're going to do a deep dive masterclass on a specific cash-making strategy. And then in the evening we do Q&A debrief. I answer your challenges, you let me know how you're getting on, and if you're struggling, I guide you along. And we do that every day for 5 days. And here's, here's the thing that you'll love. I'm gonna have a leaderboard. The top winners are going to get big prizes. The person who makes the most cash is going to get massive prize. So there's the competition element, there's the, you know, gamification element, if you like. Uh, the last challenge, the winner put $50,000, £37,000 in the bank, cash in the bank. So if you want commitment, accountability, support, a drive from me, you want me to push you, cajole you, encourage you, support you, tickle you here and slap you there to get you making cash, and you want 20 to 25 specific tactics on how to do it, and that competitive buzzing community to get the shit done. You already know some of it, but you're not doing it. Go right now to rob.team. You'll see the information on the page halfway down on the left. You can join through Facebook if Facebook is your preferred platform for getting information. If it's not, just join on my, um, non-native rob.team platform. And then when we go live, it's either going to be on the Facebook Live or on the Zoom, depending on where you joined. There's loads of other cool, sexy benefits of being a Rob.team member. We've got nearly 3,000 now across the two platforms. I'd love you to be one of them. If you'd like to make 5 times the cash in one-fifth of the time, and if you'd like to really accelerate putting cash in the bank, the only way you can go to the bank is go to Rob.team right now. I'll see you there.
